percent
so she's securing I he's he's trashed
what are you doing oh he ran from him
yeah okay
that was that was what the call was they
lit him up and took off
right there yeah he passed out again I
mean literally when he stopped off yeah
he passed out I walked up to the car
door he was like
come on
is there any way that you can help me
out just step out of the car my back my
back is really messed up okay so one way
that you can help me I can hold your arm
and guide you out can you help my left
just take your time and get out you
gotta lean over to get out whatever you
got to do
yes sir all right that's why I need
bathroom that I can use in a minute yeah
move your foot a little bit Yeah you can
use the bathroom just a second okay okay
and you have to pass me up perform a lot
to use the bathroom yes that's okay
I just said yes I you can in just a
minute you got to give me time for a
second okay it's not all about you right
now no all right so just calm down
obviously I'll let you use the bathroom
I was just oh I just no I apologize
just go to the back hey I thought you
need to go to the bathroom let's go
let's go okay
trying to take you and you're still
talking let's go I'm just trying again
anything that you can help me do well
there's nothing I can help you with your
help so I don't I can't help you out
with anything I I just have to pee yeah
I'm just trying to pee okay well I'm
trying to get you there hold on let me
put the cups in front of it like I said
sir that's what I want to do is go past
well you're in the bathroom go do it
right there I'm just like I said just go
man you're still talking I'm just saying
I've never been in the bathroom before
I'm just asking y'all's opinion of what
I'm supposed to do use the bathroom
go wash your hands
over here okay did you flush the toilet
no sir I'm not doing that for me I just
I just want to make sure that everything
that I do
wash your hands
how about using some soap for me
he said what am I using some soap yeah
I'm just getting some more okay
I probably you're not I can't I can't go
like that
there's just one brush your hands off
man
I'm going to dry my hands with these I
do my dad's a lawyer so I'm just I'm
just that's awesome
I'm not trying to be difficult I'm not
trying to do anything to make your life
harder I'm just
driving my hands sir
am I allowed to get some water sure go
ahead thank you
I'm allowed to you I'm just asking you
just ask and you said thank you that
means you ask away I'm just asking
y'all's opinion you're asking everything
three times man go ahead I've never been
to jail before I'm just asking you know
drink some water go back and sit down on
the chair you roll
over there right here if you're in that
chair over there before you remember
right here yes sir right here
do you remember sitting in that chair
before come on now
I'm asking exactly officer if you want
to laugh at me I'm asking you exactly
what you would like me to be where
you're at that's all I cannot read a
document with a light flickering above
my face
yes sir the opportunity is over and you
all did not give me okay fair
opportunity okay the opportunity the
opportunity is over we allowed you to
read it that's fine and hey can you stop
can you stop talking when I'm talking
police why can't because I because I
don't know their opportunity why can't
you listen for a minute
listen I've listened to you all night
can you listen to me for a minute
can be nice enough and courteous enough
to do that
Okay so
we allowed you to look at the document
we also explain it to you in detail
listen more than once all the form is is
saying your license are suspended
because you fail you refuse the state
administered test that's it that's all
it says you're going to get a copy of it
we're not going to take that form and
hide it anywhere you're getting a copy
all I want to read it you're gonna read
it because you all have a light that's
defective you're going to get it copied
why can't you read that in front of me
it's almost like it's almost like y'all
keep talking about it man it was all on
camera that you had the opportunity to
do so but the light the camera is going
to show that that's fine okay the camera
can show you I was like flickering like
that when I
and I can't read we explained document I
can't read a dog it doesn't matter what
you explain to me I've had a plan my
whole life I've taken tests in other
rooms my whole life because I have a
flickering light I've had an opportunity
deal with it later but right now you're
going to get your copy and go the fact
that you are coming at me right now is
telling me that I can't read a document
the plan is actually kind of ridiculous
officer
it's fun you've gone over the line three
times in the last five seconds
want to pay attention to the computer
please that'd be awesome I'm not trying
to get hit by a car or crash into a
different one thank you so the fact that
you're still looking at your computer
and you're still typing while you're
driving you're doing the same thing I
did
it's really funny honestly
keep it up I I my uncle is literally
gonna rip y'all a new [ __ ]
