All right. So, we're going to be heading out to a uh accident with enttrapment and hit and run. The other driver has fled the scene. >> So, we're going to go see if we can assist and locate. >> They had to be flying. He went that way, but it was um the gun was at >> He saw him get out. I saw him running and I got in my description was like in this car. >> He couldn't get the front door open. He ran around, saw him run out. >> We got a passenger out standing right now that ran from the vehicle when the crash happened. So, we're going to see what's going on. My kids said the dogs were going like crazy. >> Yeah. >> And if anything, they're running right through here. >> Mhm. >> And this all woods on that back side right there up against there. So yeah, he could be laying down in there or whoever it is could be laying in there. >> They tell you where the kid lives >> behind me right up here. >> Have you seen him? >> I guarantee he's this place. We are going the right way. Almost there. >> Yeah. >> We're trying to track down the passenger just for the well-being. They think they know who he is. That accident was pretty severe. So >> man's got contact. >> Down on the ground. Down on the ground now. You're going to get hit by police dog. Down. Keep your hands out. Down on the ground. Down on the ground now. All the way on your stomach. Hands out. Do not move. Somebody hold him for him. >> Do not move. >> I don't have nothing. >> I swear to God. >> All right. Well, we located them. Um, it's actually two. uh won't explain that, but we uh we got him. And I think mostly [music] it's just uh for the well-being of the the passenger just due to the circumstances behind the wreck being a head-on collision. People did say they saw him uh take off running, which is a good sign, but adrenaline also kicks in. So, you really don't know what the actual extent of his injuries could be. So, we just want to make sure that he's okay. Um and then go that route. This is going to be a highway patrol case. [snorts] I'll have to get some more answers from them currently. So, >> Corporal Avery Arrington responding to a possible domestic incident. Richardson County Sheriff's Department. Hello. You called us. >> Uh, my little cousin had called. I'm not sure where she went. >> What's going >> There's a girl that just walked out >> with the pink pants on. Oh, sure. talking about somebody breaking stuff over here. >> Oh, I just needed somebody to leave. >> Okay. Is he leaving? >> I'm about to leave now. >> Okay. So, we're here. They said they need someone to leave. So, I'm just waiting. Hopefully, we won't have any issues. He's willing to leave. But I don't I don't hear any arguing or nothing like that. [snorts] >> He He about to jump on the balcony. He jumped on the balcony. >> Jump the balcony and he was hitting on her. >> Okay, boys. Hurry up. >> Yeah, I think he's jumping on the balcony. Hurry up. Hey, come here. I'm 10 Z on foot and I'm behind apartments. Suspect has a red shirt on, dark color plants. He's running out towards the freeway. >> Hey, your car. Where you at? I'm on the bridge. >> I think he ran straight across to the highway. Hey Cra, can we get K9 up here? He jumped off the balcony. I guess he assaulted her in the apartment. By the time I got there, he was already on foot. I believe he went this way. I chased him over there from the other side. But I think he went this way cuz I looked that way. >> Hey, go back down to the light. Make a right and go back there behind his school. >> He went down on this side here. >> Yeah, but I think he did or not? >> Cuz when I got up to the top of the hill, I didn't see anybody that way or this way. I think he went down here. >> Where do you want me to go? >> All I saw was a red color shirt. >> I heard it a little bit. >> Yeah. Hey, head that way. Hey, see if he's down this way. I think he would have went this way, but I was already at the bottom of the hill when he came up here. >> What's he wearing? >> Rush. Red shirt, dark pants. Hey, Rush. Head back that way. Look for a guy with a red t-shirt on. Skinny dude, black male, dark color pants. >> Yeah. So, by the time I got the apartment, they said everything was fine. >> Back in that car, >> he's about to leave. They said he assaulted her and jumped off the back balcony. So, I went a foot chase. I saw him with a red shirt. Um, by the time I got to the top of the hill, he was already gone. I don't know why I can't go that way. >> Down, man. >> I I I don't know. >> Are you sure you ran this way, >> bro? When I got to the top of the hill, I didn't see anybody left or right, so I'm assuming he made it over here. I was right behind him a little bit. Not too far. If you guys want to go back this way. Let's see if he went back that way. >> I don't see any pickup marks. Look, I don't see anything over here. Nothing fresh. Everything's Everything's solid. >> Okay, then check that back that way. Red t-shirt, dark pants that way. Before you do that, so you ramp this way. Here. Here. Let's come over here. Come on. >> I ran up this hill. By the time I got to the top over here, we ran this way. By the time I got to the top, I didn't see me either way. They went that way. I s or they went this way. I suggest you go this way. Okay. See what >> I'm saying? So, I'll get K9 from here to go. Yeah. So, we got K9 in route. My patrols are circulating. Let's see if we see him. >> We didn't Okay, we came up this way. Okay. We didn't see anyone a foot this way. So, we more than likely car went that way. >> Okay. Hop in your car. Look. >> Thank you. >> Sorry. 10 9 >> I don't know. By the time I got to the top of the hill, I didn't see him anymore. He could have went left or right or crossed to that little gap in the face. >> But yeah, there's a little path that goes to an under part of the bridge. >> Yeah, he could have went that way. He's wearing a red t-shirt, dark color pants, black male skinny. >> Charges. >> Yeah, assault. Yeah, we got assault charges. So, K9's in route. Like I said, I got to the apartment. Um, they said everything was all right. They left me outside. All she's like, "Hey, he's jumping off the balcony. He assaulted last right here." >> Right here? >> Yeah, right here. We came up this hill. I lost him right here. So, I stayed. He's got a red shirt, dark pants, black male skinny walking right now. Where walking? No, that's a female. >> She No, no, no. She she was coming from the other side. >> Yeah. So, like I said, uh he jumped off the balcony after he assaulted the female and then I chased him on foot behind the complex coming this way. >> Spring Bank drive on the back side of the school here. So, I'll stay here. >> I lost him. Right. right here. By the time I got to that top of the hill, he was already gone. I didn't see him in either direction, so I assumed he went that way. But I'm going >> to make sure they can track. Oh, so we got back up. The dog's coming. Do I got any available units to go back to the victim's house to get their information? Potach, >> run with the dog. >> Run with the dog. >> I'm going to go back to the last known. >> Wait. >> Hey, boys. I'm doing >> back back up a little bit. Let him do his thing. >> He's running with the dog. >> Can you talk dog find you? He will bite you. Wait. >> Yeah. So, I chased him up here. I lost him right in here. The dogs, I guess, want to go smell the center or whatever. But I lost him right in here, man. Cuz I came up to the top here. I looked both ways. I didn't see him anywhere. Where you going, Potach? Go with the dog. Oh [ __ ] I thought he's coming back up. >> No, wherever he goes, you go. >> He could have backtrack. He could have went to the left. I could have missed him. >> As they're continuing to search there. Let's get him break here. We will come right back. We're following nine lot. >> Hopefully they get something. Okay, he could have backtracked. I lost him coming this way. I thought he was going up the hill. So, but I could be wrong. So, hopefully they can find him. Um, what I'm going to do is going to go back to the victim's address. Um, get his name and everything so we just if we don't find him tonight, we'll put warrants out for him so we can go get him. In Richland County, that is K9 specialist Alan Wear with K9 Jacks searching for a guy who just jumped out of a balcony after a reported domestic incident. Corporal Avery Arrington has actually gone back to the victim's home to try to get more information about the guy, get his name. >> Corporal TJ Norton now looking for the the domestic violence suspect who jumped out of the balcony. All right, everybody hold your position on 330. You're going to be right there on top of it. Um, get one more available to go over there with 330. That way a K9 still tracks. >> It's 210. [clears throat] I just left the victim on road. Okay, >> there was a white van sitting out on Park View when I rode through here a minute ago. Looked like a Uber. Just all 14. It's a 10-minute time lapse on that last hit. >> 210 21. I'm about to pull up to that address. >> Copy. Still keep the perimeter in case he's not there. So, we are getting updates u from his ankle monitor that is pinging. Um, I'm sitting in the median at Port View >> Tall. Um, so we've got information that he is at an address. >> That white car is coming back down towards y'all where y'all are tracking at. He just turned around and went back that way. Somebody I'm going to try to turn around on. Stop it. You stopping again on the roadway. >> Stopping at the same location again. Just below Arrowwood on the right. Right there on your right. All right, we're going to get out with this guy right here. Richland County Sheriff, region, region 2. >> How we doing, sir? >> Hello, sir. >> Do you uh are you here to pick up a mail? >> Yes, me. >> You're you're the Uber driver, correct? >> Yes. >> Who are you here to pick up? >> No, he's dropping me off. >> Oh, he's dropping you off? >> Oh, okay. Well, you you turned around in the road a few times, so we're trying to figure out what was going on as we had a situation going on. >> Yeah, sir. >> Okay. And he's dropping you off here. >> Yes. He just picked me up. I gotta ride to the store. >> Okay. Okay. >> Okay. So, we we just trying to make sure everything was good. That's all. Okay. >> All right. All right. All right. >> All right. So, this this is this is not going to be the car we're looking for. Um, so we still got >> K9. >> All right. So, we're going to continue to monitor as the search continues, but the more time that goes on, >> Yes. the tougher it is to find him. But you got to believe if he's got what? An ankle ankle monitor. >> He's got an ankle monitor. >> Yeah. >> Until he busted off. >> Yeah. Exactly. >> But that would be a good way to track him. No. >> Yeah. Exactly. >> Do it. Now >> we're pulling up to the location of where it's been where >> red shirt. They're pulling up to the location where >> a guy who jumped out of the balcony after a reported domestic incident, >> who is apparently wearing an ankle monitor >> may have been located. >> And an ankle monitor. Yeah. >> Did you see him come in here? >> Okay. Thank you. >> He said no. >> Look around the back real quick. >> Richland 1188. >> We don't know what kind of vehicle. Huh? >> Okay. [music] >> 1317 right down the road where you are. >> That's also going to be his listed address via trucks. That is also his registered address according to the DMV profile. >> Is that the trailer? Is >> that the trailer park or the which one of the apartment complex? >> I think it's the apartments on the right down there past the lake drive. Hey, 1317 towards East Bay. I mean eastbounder. >> Oh, so we're going the wrong way. >> You're correct. I was wrong completely, guys. My bad. >> I was thinking 317. >> Hold on. >> 1317 should be between Bloy Drive and Morning Low Lane. Google Maps has it as a house. >> All right, so we're going to the third location. um where he's pinging at now. Um now he is pinging at a house um that is >> this guy on probation or parole >> that he is uh pinging at. >> I believe he's on probation. Uh showing a house now instead of an apartment complex. Um, so we are all heading there now. >> Anyone able to verify that? [music] >> You got a running car in the driveway of this corner house. I'm going turn around see >> 513 >> Corporal Arrington now also racing to that house where apparently The ankle monitor that this guy is wearing is pinging from. >> Let me know when I'm good, man. I'll keep an eye on the house. We got a white shirt. back room kind of just ran for the window. All right, so >> let's go. I got eyes on one in the back. >> Can we get whoever's got his head hit with probation officer? We can go inside. All right, you're up. >> So, we tracked his ankle monitor tend to dress. We got units covering the building and we're bringing K9. So, we're heading to him right now. Y'all seen the guy run that's got a red shirt on, dark pants. Is it going to be run from this house here? Is it going to be the house over on the on the other side of you over here? >> No, this is a business right here. We just got here. What? 10 minutes ago. >> Um, I just said real quick. I haven't seen anybody. >> Okay. >> Red shirt. >> Did y'all see anybody run by in a red shirt? >> Hold on. Get in. Get in. Get in. Get in. Too round. Hey, somebody give me an update. What I got going on? >> Looks like they got somebody here at the door. >> Hey, baby. >> Hey, everybody relax for a second. Relax. down my house. >> Okay. Okay. Hold on, darling. >> Hold on. Okay. Hold on. TAKE A DEEP BREATH. >> EVERYBODY, please quit screaming. >> Okay. >> Whoever knocked on the door, >> door to let the dog out. >> Okay. >> And all of this [ __ ] is right here. Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. >> This is not This is wrong as >> Listen for a second. Listen, listen. >> Who Who owns the house? >> I do. >> Okay. Okay. Just calm down just for a second. Okay. So, so we are looking for somebody that is registered that lives at this address. Okay. >> I don't I don't know the guy's name. Okay. Well, hold on. He's going to tell you. That's why I said I don't know. Okay. So everybody just calm down. Oh, where that dog at? >> Can we double check? >> I got this. >> Oh, I thought that was a dog. Okay. >> We're only looking for >> He ain't >> here. When's the last time you saw him? >> We left this morning. It don't have anything to do with >> anywhere. at this location. >> Give me a second. >> I NEED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM BEFORE I [ __ ] ON MYSELF. MOVE. >> SHE GOT PTS. PLEASE LET HER GO. >> I GOT TO GO TO THE BATHROOM. CAN I PLEASE GO TO THE BATHROOM? >> Let's Let's quit screaming, guys. Okay, calm down. >> I [ __ ] on myself. >> Give her a minute. I'm going to go do what you said. >> Go to the bathroom. >> Still show them at the house. 1613 >> 137 >> 137 Okay. 137. >> I don't need permission. I don't need permission. >> I don't need permission. >> Hey. Hey. Back up. You start pushing my deputy. I said you going to jail. >> Back up. >> We've been tracking him for 20 minutes. He just got to his house. He ain't doing all that, bro. >> Back back up, >> bro. Come on. In my house, bro. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Don't Don't fight, >> man. I'm not even fighting. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Behind my back. Yo, come on, bro. >> Yes, I am. >> This [ __ ] crazy, bro. update from >> god no damn storage >> based off his ankle monitor. I >> ain't even telling >> based off his uh >> I ain't even got no ankle monitor. >> Not you. your buddy. >> That's my brother. >> Okay. So, we the is ankle monitor which still shows this address. Um we have made contact with some of the residents of the home. um they're not being very cooperative. Um they're trying to be loud and um get in the way of the deputies trying to speak to someone. Um so right now we we still have the house surrounded um and we're still trying to still trying to attempt to locate the suspect. >> His is in hot pursuit of a crime so we can get in. I understand that. >> Yeah. Yeah, I understand. >> That's going to be over in the back court area. on you and nobody else. >> All right. Obviously, the pinging still coming from inside. So, they're not going away. Oh, >> could only understand what the dog was saying. Okay. So, that's the reason we're here to the backyard. >> Okay. >> Go to the backyard. >> Well, right now, right now, since we got so many moving parts, we're just going to stop for a moment until everybody finishes, then we're going to move. Okay. >> So, if he's in the house, just tell us. Okay, >> sir. >> Okay. >> I told him to go through the attic. I told him to go through. >> Hey. >> Okay. You check the attic. >> Yeah, it's right above where we were standing on that level in the back or anything. Okay. >> Right there. Okay. Right there. His attic. >> All right. That's the only place we go back there. >> Okay. >> Okay, darling. Thank you. >> Too old for this [ __ ] >> Yes. We're going to try to do it as quick as possible as soon as we find him. Okay, darling. >> She said the back right corner. >> She said back right corner. Yeah. >> So, right here, >> if you turn to this hallway, look up his attic. So, they searched majority of the house. Um, they don't have anything yet. Um, but he's still pinging back at this house and this attic >> portion of the house. >> And we didn't search in here as well. So, we're going to try to still search. Still see keep pinging it. It keeps coming back to >> everybody's got to stop screaming. >> And I don't know if this is the back right portion that they're talking about or if they're talking about the back right portion of the other side of the house. >> All right. So, the search continues there in that house. We'll certainly go back there. Put >> your drink on and do what you need to do. Okay, ma'am. >> All right. Well, I'm going to leave you alone and I'm going go get in the car where the heat's at. Okay. >> All right, darling. Have a good night, ma'am. >> On patrol live, ma'am. >> There you go. Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. >> I know. I DONE STEPPED IN ONE. >> I WILL be providing current various tracks ankle monitoring. >> Okay. locations as of >> update is the last king. >> He's got another address. So, it's like we're we're playing frog man now is what it sounds like. Um, basically I'm trying to talk to the homeowners over there trying to diffuse the situation, get them to calm down cuz there was just a lot of chaos going on at one time. Um, so we've got her calmed down. We're going to clear up from this address here and we're either going to continue to track him or or we're going to have to move on to the next one. Uh but it sounds like we we we still playing frog man and tracking. >> They said uh it's still pinging across >> on over here. >> No, they got someone said someone popped out in front of the building. They're trying to get out with him now. >> Okay. >> So, I didn't know if someone should stood back here in case he jumps back this way. >> I mean that that's very possible if if he's running back in this direction. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> But I mean he had to have a somebody had to give him a ride from over there to over here. >> Yeah. >> And then once he got here, he was here for so so long. how we walked over him, I don't know, or where he was at. And then he then he must have jumped the back of the fence or something like that. Um or whatever the case may be. So >> yeah, I stepped into land mine. >> Did you? >> I did. >> I stepped into land mine. >> Go wash your boots. >> I'mma have to. >> Oh, it's doo. >> I know. >> This is where This is where if you had one of those the the poop emoji Velcro sticker things, it would come in handy. 85. We got 169. >> All right. Got him 69. >> Cool. >> All right. So, it appears that >> they got >> when the new address popped up, uh we had units uh circulate that area. They saw somebody jump a fence. Now, it seems they um have one detained. Um and it seems to be him now. So, it looks like that we uh we have the suspect detained. >> Taylor, that going to be him. This is too clear channel. He shows you. >> He must be on the phone with his with his cousin cuz he just come out with the phone in his hand and put his jacket on. >> Charges. >> Yep. The charges. >> Yeah. So, he's being charged with assault second for striking his uh his cousin and then I'm going to charge him with vandalism for bending the back frame to the TV trying to rip it off the wall. So, he's getting two charges right now. >> So, with his cousin? >> Yes. >> You got him. >> Good job. >> Huh? >> I'm uh I'll tell you in a second. He's up there in backing my car right now. Okay. >> I'm not defending nobody. I'm just saying like I'm running from the police cuz I'm getting blue lights. I got three cars behind me for no reason. I'm walking to the store. Is that what I did? >> You just walked to the store and they just >> Yeah. Look. >> No, you you jumped off the balcony. I was the one. What balcony? I don't have a >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Can y Can somebody talk to me? Can somebody talk to me? I got all these officers chasing me. >> Hey, listen. They're going to read you your rights and you can talk. Go >> ahead. Have a seat. Have a seat. >> I'm being detained. I just need to know like just sit down. Go sit down. >> It's not right. Go ahead. Get in the car. Put you in the car. >> I was kind of get a conversation out. >> You can call I'm being I'm going to jail tonight. >> His ride's right there. >> Oh, that's his ride. >> That's his ride. >> My ride. You're right. He going to get it right. >> He going to get me right there. My man right here. >> Come on. Let's go. >> Listen, I tried talking to you. You going to You going to to jail for assault? Don't try talking to me. Going to jail for >> I tried talking to you. I told you I'm the one who you jumped off the balcony. I seen you. Yes, I seen you. >> Wrong guy. I don't. You ain't got ankle monitor on. >> I don't have a balcony. >> Your name? >> No. >> What's your name? >> No. Travis. >> Travis. What? >> Travis. >> Travis with a scar in his face. He got scar in his face. >> Ankle monitor. >> You got a scar in your face? >> Right on the right. >> So, what's your name again? Try to charge you again. What's your name? >> What's your name? >> Don't do this to me. >> False information. Another crime. What's up? What's your name? What's your name? Did not do nothing. >> You know that right? >> I did not do nothing. >> Okay, cool. >> I did not do >> What's your name again? So I get it right for paperwork. What's your name again? >> I did not do nothing. >> All right, cool. I ain't playing games. She's going to jump for a song in my PP. >> Oh, so for what? >> I was trying to explain, BUT YOU'RE NOT THE GUY. >> EXPLAIN TO ME. I'M NOT THE GUY, BRO. >> HOW YOU GOING TO EXPLAIN? HOW YOU GOING TO CHARGE ME? I DON'T KNOW. >> And what's your name again? >> Talk to me. >> What's your name? >> Can you talk to me? >> What's your name? You say you got you know me. I don't know. >> You said that. Say your name. I'm asking your name. >> I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU GOT HOW YOU got [ __ ] information on me. That's not even not my name. >> You just told me THAT NAME. >> YOU TEXTING me a phone. You tell me. You want to see your picture? My name. >> Okay. Here. Hold on. >> Pull up in the system, man. >> I GOT YOU ON MY NAME ALREADY. Type it up in the system. >> Hold on. I'll show you a picture. >> This not my car. >> I show picture. You don't even know. >> He said he know my name. You don't know my name. Got all this [ __ ] going on for no reason. [ __ ] just woke up from the night. >> [ __ ] just woke up from the night. I'm putting the prize. >> All right. Looks like they got their suspect. >> Hold up, man. >> There's 12 cars here, >> huh? >> Assault. >> And he ran from him. >> I did not run from nobody, bro. I did not run from nobody. >> What's your name? >> Stop. >> In Richland County where a domestic violence suspect has finally been found. He was wearing an ankle monitor and they were chasing him around following the monitor, but a moment ago he was suggesting he's not the guy they were looking for. >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I'm not trying to resist arrest. I'm not trying to do anything, but don't put him in the car. Don't put him in the car, bro. >> I need a conversation. I need a conversation. Bro, >> you don't want to resist arrest don't stop. He in the wrong car. Wrong car. Wrong car. Wrong car. No, don't do that. Don't do that, >> dude. Stop. Don't do that. >> What are you doing? >> Don't do that. >> You really going to make me carry you. >> Y got to do your job. Y got to do your job. Come on. Come on, bro. Stop, bro. To catch another charge for what? I ain't catch another. No, I'm not. Assault will resist. I'm not I'm not hitting y'all. This is stupid. Stop. I'm not hearing y'all. Do we close the damn door? Pulling in. Bro, you ripped my jacket. >> Yeah, you ripped your jacket, dumbass. I having a hard time. I having a hard time. Y'all have Stop pinching me. You weak as hell. All right. Close that door. Close that door. That way. All that for no reason. Another charge out of that. >> All right. So, uh, we got him arrested. I guess it did ping at the house and we caught him on the other side. So the ping was kept coming in every couple minutes letting us know when he was still there. And then when we were searching the house, all of a sudden it pinged the address right behind the house. So I had deputies come around swinging around this block and as they were pulling up he was running out. Um his excuse was he's going to the store but I seen him coming down after he hopped off the balcony. I was chasing him. Um I verified who he was by uh DMV records identified him as the person that we were chasing. Uh he also had the ankle monitor on and the scar on his face as you seen in the profile picture. So all identifying marks and then so we got him for MIP malicious injury to personal property for trying to break the TV and then I got him for assault second for striking one of the females of the house. >> Who's arrested? >> Huh? >> They got him. >> We're going to do the domestic with a weapon. Deceles before. Mail caller stated that he still sees his uh shotgun in the suspect's bed of the truck. He's allegedly punching the windows of the car. Um, guys on trespass. He keeps coming back. >> Put your hand behind your back. Come on. We're doing this. 45. You clear the channel 69 one time or whiskey merch. >> What you got going on, man? >> Nothing. I'm trying to go get my phone activated, guys. >> All right. Check your chest. There you go. >> Walk. Walk. Let's go. Have a seat. Talk to you in a second. >> All right. I think this >> How you doing, man? >> Good to see you again. What's going on? He started screaming into this and I was communicating that he can't that he can't be here um because he's on no contact and he uh he just started screaming about like Democrats or something nonsense. >> Um while I was on the phone with 911 and uh he took off and he shot arrows into my trees. There were arrows all over that um officer Martin she took. There was a machete about this big. Okay. Right there that she took. There was another knife in the back. Um, so it's just been ongoing. Um, so she literally has to drop these charges or when you as soon as you guys are taking me downtown, my attorney is going to come and then I'm going to arrest every single officer here. False police reports, right? And taking bribes. You understand what I'm saying? Let me out of these cuffs, >> right? She has literally has to drop these charges cuz she knows I was not trespassing. >> Okay. >> Hey, man. Do you have do you have proof that she invited you over there? >> I have text messages. Absolutely. Do you have messages in your phone from y'all too? Allegedly invite him over today. >> We know it's probably not factual. >> Happy to show you. Yeah. Like >> just to cover all bases. >> I haven't blocked. So, >> right. >> So, >> and his phone was dead. So, >> 100% happy to show you whatever you want. I am not engaging with him. I am not The only engagement that would be possible is me going out to my trash cans. He will talk. He says things I ignore. I bring my trash cans out. My kids and I have to live in the house lock my alarm system on all the time because I cannot trust that he's going to make any rational decisions. Um, >> we we got to know what to do with your dog because we can't leave him there. >> Okay. My my dog literally you don't you have no rights to touch my dog. >> Okay. >> You can't touch her. >> I can't I can't leave her. >> I can't even be in this car right now. Right. I need somebody to call my attorney down here. >> You can call your attorney from the jail. >> No. No. You can't arrest me, sir. >> You You are under arrest for trespassing and stalking. >> No, I'm not. I didn't stalk anybody. I was literally with her yesterday afternoon. Go over there and ask that gentleman right there in that house. We already did. >> You did? >> So he said I was trespassing. >> Oh, they did. >> Are you sure? >> Okay. So, let me be real clear. >> No, I'm not going to need No, I need my attorney here right now. >> Okay. Two things. >> You guys are all going to take that dog and put him inside or animal control is going to come and take your dog. >> Go take my dog. I already told you guys you can put him inside. >> Oh, and then please take me out of these cuffs. >> We're not We're not doing that. You can roll your window up now. >> Okay. Take my dog inside if you dare. Just be careful. Don't touch her. Open the freaking open the tailgate. Let her jump down by herself. I'm telling you, don't touch her. Have a seat. We'll talk to you in a second. >> Who called? Was it him? >> Yeah. I'm trying to figure who called, but it said male neighbor. >> I'm literally trying to help that woman, right? We were supposed to get married a month ago. >> We were supposed to go to the cab. We were in the mountains for one night. One night. And she left. I had a engagement ring. I had a wedding ring. I had all these things planned. I had her stepsister that we met on 23 and me that she never found, right? Her best friend from New Jersey, right? All that was supposed to happen. We were supposed to get married, right? And then I don't know what happened. She literally went nuts and it's put me on trespassing notice that I broke into her house. I bought her kids freaking guitars. I haven't been able to see my kids for over a month and a half. So, I literally tried to spend the money that I make because I make good money on everybody else's children because I can't see mine and her kids make me happy. Seeing them makes me happy. Seeing other people's kids make me happy because I can't see mine right now. And I don't know why. Because the same people just like her keep telling me that I'm a problem. And I haven't done anything wrong today, sir. All I've literally done was try to get my phone activated. I washed my dog. I went to the freaking lake. I didn't trespass. I was literally trying to tell her to say hello. Right. >> This my like this my what? Fourth time out here. >> Yeah. >> Off for the same guy. >> It's a plet BB gun. I've never seen a boltaction uh plet gun though. That's new. >> Both the witnesses said that he was on the property damaging her windows, banging on her windows. So, he was formally charged with trespass after notice. And given the fact that the recurrence of this and us being out here, that's also what we said was stalking. So now we're just working on paperwork and trying to get his truck [music] out the street and we just put his puppy in the house. >> Copy 2700. >> Uh we got an individual. He called 911. He fell over. He's in the grass right here. I guess he's calling for help. I'm going to check on him. See if he's all right. You in any pain? You in any pain, >> sir? >> Are you in pain? >> Yeah. >> Where's it hurt at? >> Right here. >> No. Where's it hurt at? Like where's the pain on your body? >> The hip. >> Do you have recent Is it a recent injury? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You heard you heard it before? >> Yeah. I'm saying hip surgery. You had hip surgery? >> Yeah. Hit me. >> Yeah. We What ship is it? >> I'mma roll you on your back. Is it all right? >> Yeah. >> All right, we're going to roll over. Ready? Ready? >> I'm good. >> You good? Okay. >> Everything's cool, man. [laughter] >> How's everything cool? You see you in pain? >> You ain't drunk all that tonight, have you? >> No. No. >> We got EMS coming to help you out. Woo. >> Oh, yeah. Woo. >> Just lay right there until they here. Put your blanket up under your head. Just wait right there until they get here. >> I don't really >> How you doing? Really? You just called 911. Obviously, you need help. Stop playing. >> I'm sorry. What? >> My birthday. >> It's your birthday. Happy birthday. How old are you? Happy birthday. >> How old are you? >> You look like you're in your 30s. >> Huh? [laughter] >> I said you look like you in your 30s. How old are you? >> I was 47, bro. >> You 47? >> No, I was tipsy. You tipsy. I I can tell. >> I can tell you little tipsy. >> I'm celebrating. >> Oh yeah, you good. >> I remember you. >> I remember you. >> It's his birthday. >> Was your birthday too? >> Damn. How many birthdays you got? >> Who? >> Mr. Daryl. >> Oh, where he hurt? >> Where'd he hurt? >> His right hip. >> Show. Touch it. Show me where you hurt. >> Ah. >> No. Saying Al doesn't work. Touch where Show. No, I'm just good with DJ. [laughter] >> Hey, he feel better now. >> Yeah, she had them magic hands, huh? >> All right, come on. Sit up. >> No, sit up. >> Come on. Come on. Sit up. Sit up. >> Come on. Come on. Come on. >> Sit up. >> You ain't got to stand up. Just sit up. >> No. Sit. Sit on your butt. >> I'm not giving you a massage. Sit up. [laughter] >> Do >> I'm leaving him. a little. He said his right hip hurt. >> All right. >> Caroline got the magic hand. So, she's making him feel better. He said his hip was hurting and that's why he called us when we got here. He said he don't he don't need us while we call the ambulance. But he's in pain. >> So, they're going to check him out. Make sure he's good to go. >> It's not your birthday anymore. You can't celebrate from September till January and take my birthday. Whoa. >> All right. Right now we're in route to report those shots fired. Uh it was a neighbor that observed his uh well observed his neighbor outside in his front yard and he was uh shooting a handgun to the air. Uh right now units are on the scene. They've located three casings in the yard. Uh they are requesting uh more units this time. From prior experience, we know this guy has um some anger issues um from previous law enforcement experience. So hopefully we can uh kind of find a peaceful resolution look and I'm going to make you look. Yeah, >> man. Get the camera out. >> Are you serious? Are you serious? Man, get up. Get Get your hand off me, man. Snapchat, >> man. Get your hand. >> I gave you my ID. >> Relax. Relax. >> All right. We're going to walk over here for a second. >> Ain't you going to let me go? >> Come on. Let's have a check with you. >> Yeah. You going to let me Yeah. You going to let me go? You won't let me go. >> All right. So, I'm going to read your rights. >> For what? >> We're just conducting investigation. You're not under arrest right now. All right. >> You don't understand it. You're >> I'm not saying I'm not saying nothing. >> You saying you don't want to talk? >> No. Not until I get my legal >> right here. >> Okay, that's fine. You want You want >> Yeah. >> All right. How you going? How you going? >> How you going to arrest me? >> How you going to arrest me for just being detained? >> How you going arrest me? >> All right. So, he's already been detained at this point. I grabbed a >> commonly referred to as a bean bag shotgun, but less lethal shotgun um in case he failed to comply with commands. >> If you let me out, >> you don't see him treat me like I'm sit back in the car, boss. Here, just have a seat. Let's have a seat. >> Man, that's some [ __ ] >> You're just being entertain. >> You white and you privileged with a badge, right? >> That's what's up. That's what's up. I may just be cooling. >> That's what's up. >> I'm just saying, man. I ain't even got shoes on, man. >> You do have You do have shoes on, >> man. I can't even put my foot in my [ __ ] man. I can't fit in here. >> That's the biggest car we got, dude. >> Oh, man. That's [ __ ] >> Bigger than a Taurus. >> It'd be different if I did something. >> Okay, >> we're just >> You rich Y'all rich county deputies, man. Y'all full of [ __ ] >> Okay. Word. Put your leg in. >> It'd be different if I would have >> sw >> joined y'all. >> Swing your leg in. [clears throat] >> Okay. >> All right. All right. >> You didn't want to You didn't want to talk with us without a lawyer. That's fine. So, >> it's cool. I >> MY MY IDENTIFICATION IS IN MY POCKET. >> I'M NOT I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT YOUR ID. >> OH, that's Oh, okay. Scoot back just a little bit. >> There we go. There we go. >> Oh, they're they're in the the charcoal chimney. >> There's actually four of them. There's one standing up right under there. >> There's five in the charcoal chimney. >> Oh, no. Another one right there. >> There's there's one right there. There's one next to the leg over there. And there's one right there. >> So, we've got three. Three. Four. Three. Six. >> There's five in there. So, my man is just out here like trimming his beard and shooting guns, >> drinking drinking keystone. >> He's home alone. We got nine rounds on the porch. Fired uh fired rounds. Multiple people saying they heard a gunshot. Um so, at this point, he's being charged with aggravated breach of peace. It's a step above u what what normally would be a breach of peace is a 5-year uh charge in South Carolina. Um which would also further prohibit him if he's convicted in court um from possessing a firearm. Uh obviously the firearm in question is inside of the home. He's going to jail for aggravated breach of peace and um we'll have to come back later with [music] a search warrant for the gun.
