I was over. >> What are you doing to me? >> She's calling 911. >> I am not going down the elevator. >> Every day, dispatchers handle countless emergency calls. But not all 911 calls are ordinary. Some take a dark, unexpected turn, revealing something unsettling. >> Still city 911. What's happening? >> I don't know. There's a man laying on floor with some blood. >> Go down. >> All right. Go down to your knees. Go down to your knees. >> Is there blood all over you? >> Hey, I'm going to take y'all's lives, okay? >> And I'm going to torch you off. >> Okay, come on. >> You understand me? >> With that in mind, get ready to witness 911 calls that were more than met the eye. I'm not on drugs. I'm serious. S seriously, acting going home. >> It was a calm night when officers were dispatched to investigate a 911 call about a man reportedly carrying a firearm. But when the officers arrived, there was no one in sight. Following the trail, they tracked down the caller, and here is what they found. Get on the ground. >> Get on the ground. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> GET ON THE GROUND. PROBLEM. >> What the is the problem? >> Give me your arm. >> Give me your other arm. >> God damn. I called the the police. >> I called for help. What you call help? Oh boy. My lawyers are going to have to feel. I didn't do anything wrong, bro. The caretaker. What the problem? I freaked out. What are you doing, bro? >> What are you doing? Why are you running away? >> Why they didn't slam me up against my hit by a car, bro? >> I just got hit by a car, homeboy. >> Okay, when you stop when you did to me, I GOT CAR TWO DAYS AGO. >> All right, I'm not going to argue with you. >> You just threw my back into that. Morgan, what's your name? I want your name in your badge. >> Okay, maybe you shouldn't have ran. >> Ran? I'm freaking the out because I got a situation, bro. Instead of asking me, "Hey, >> you're such you're laughing alongside me." >> Daniel, could I talk to you? >> Did you call 911? >> Yes. >> Okay. Did you call >> This is help, right? >> Did you call from your mom's phone number? >> Mine? >> I just got hit by a car a week ago, bro. I literally have severe damage to my body. Would you call help? >> Are you good to found your call? Oh my god, I'm alone. >> Do you have any issues that we need to be aware of? Why did you >> Yes. Um Oh, gee. I don't know. Um let's see here. >> Alone? >> No. >> Okay, then. No. >> Have any issues? >> Yes. I've been severely hurt. I would like to have an ambulance and I need documented several officers names for over excessive [ __ ] >> As the man tried to prove his point, the situation wasn't going as he planned. Okay. >> No. 44. Take some. >> Come on, guys. Get your gloves on. >> Take some deep breaths. Listen to me. Did you take anything, >> Daniel? Did you take anything? >> Take deep breaths. You're breathing. You're fine. You're fine. Take some deep breaths. Relax. Calm down. Take some deep breaths. Yeah, after that I need to restock my >> Did you take any drugs? >> You take drugs. >> Do you have a history of seizures? >> Epilepsy. I go to the epilepsy foundation. Okay. >> Where am I? I think I got hit again. I'm sorry. >> All right. We have a ambulance coming to check you out. Oh Jesus Christ. I uh the dude I called help to Publix. Uh I had a situation that was going on and uh I wanted my mom checked on that was >> Okay. Well, when you call to this >> Okay. You're asking questions and I'm trying to give you an answer. Yes, ma'am. >> When you call the police and you speak to dispatch and say, "Hey, I'm on Savannah Way. >> Savannah. >> There are people in the attic with guns." yada yada yada. >> Yeah. Yeah, that was actually just fictitious. Really? I was actually just hoping to go check on my mother. >> So, you make a fake 911 call? >> It wasn't fictitious. It was >> You just said it was fictitious. >> I said it was a matter of It was fictitious, but in a way. >> Oh, thank you for saying that. >> There was a gun against the back of my head. Would I say that much? Would you believe me? Would you believe I had a weapon held against my head all night? No, you wouldn't. I was on drugs and being delusional technically. >> By who? >> The man finally dropped his playful act, and the officer gave him another opportunity to explain why he made the call. But would he actually tell the truth? >> I've had people and I can't mention names because it'll get people chasing me. Not fictitious real people. There's Could you please at least give me eye contact like I'm not a psych patient on drugs. I'm being real with you. I'm sober right now. I'm a caretaker who takes care of a woman. I took care of my grandmother and I'm a caring son. I have some going on that is related that I can't mention because it would give me but let's just say I've been dodging, excuse my language because there's a woman present. I've been dodging people who are very serious, wanting to because I got out of a game that I refused to play anymore because I love my mother more than I loved that game. I kept it real as a son and I chose my mother before anything and I was real about it and they're very pissed off with me about it because I chose my mother and I chose to be real and I just wanted to make sure my mom was okay. So, I'm I made a fictitious call and when I saw you pull up I was already freaked out cuz I'm dodging guns all night. It's not fake. I wish it truly was. >> But you called the police to go check on your mom. So, are you yet trusting of police to go check on your mom? Make sure she's okay. >> Made up made of >> Is that a Yes. >> All right. So, when the police pull you over, all of a sudden, you choose to believe that police aren't going to protect you. It's Toronto. It's >> Did you used to live off of the presidential area off Sarno? >> I lived off of Sarno Road right there on Laid Road 2158 right behind there. >> My whole life. I know. >> We're calm now. We're sorry. If you got off the bike the first time I told you to do that, that wouldn't have happened. Then I asked you again and you said no. >> Then I asked you Hold on. Then I asked you a third time to get off the bike. You didn't after you just fled offers. >> Can I ask you a question, please? >> You understand where I'm coming from? Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> You understand that? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Can I ask you a question? >> Sure. >> My mom is alone right now. >> I got you. >> I am the only family member she has left. Am I going to jail? >> Yes. >> Yes. Absolutely. >> Please no. I swear to God, man. Please. I will. What's your name? >> Rob. Daniel Cooper, sir. >> Daniel Cooper. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. >> My mom's alone. She has no family members. She will go to a nursing home if I go to jail. Please. >> Bard County Sheriff's went to go check on your mom. If she needs to go to the hospital, she will go to the hospital. Listen to me. I will >> listen to if you would have just stopped over there and said, "Hey, stop. Stop talking." If you would have just stopped over. >> Since the man claimed he needed medical attention, the officer called for backup, but his plan to avoid consequences didn't go the way he expected. I will help you. >> Ask them, please. I'm not on drugs. I'm serious. S seriously asking. I'm going to go home. I just want them all checked on. >> Yeah, I already answered all of those questions. My mind is not changing. >> I'm actually doing good. >> Actually doing good. >> This is what happened. People doing good would stop when I initiate a traffic stop, not continue fleeing around business. >> You know what I've been through in the past? PTSD is it's a hard thing to break past blood sugar, man. I'm serious. Like mother is literally dependent on >> Well, I already told you the Bard County Sheriff's Office is going to take care of your mom. >> I'm not lying. >> Um, he's going to remain cuffed. Would you like an officer to ride with you? >> I'm actually sobering. Treat me like a drug piece of a car. >> I knew my mom's alive because I actually got the antibiotics to her. >> Why? I got hit by a car. >> All right. He's going to ride with you. >> He has a history of very erratic behavior. So, I would rather not cuff him in the front. >> He's sober. That's the sad part. >> Wow. >> You know what I'm on? Suboxin and Addol prescribed. I don't do drugs. >> I surely hope it's prescribed. The man was charged with eluding, making threats against a public servant, and resisting arrest without violence. The man's playful act quickly turned into a nightmare. But the next suspect was even bolder, placing a 911 call right in front of the officers. Here's how it all went down. Before that, if you enjoyed the video, please give us a thumbs up. >> My lessons are not suspended. >> Let's verify that. >> Okay, verify. But y'all CANNOT BE MAD CUZ I CALLED 911. >> AN officer from Orlando, Florida, spotted a vehicle with a suspicious license plate and initiated a traffic stop to check on the driver. Things got interesting when he confronted the driver. >> Hey, how you doing, man? >> I'm wonderful. >> Officer is Orlando Police Department. And they y'all are stay on the phone, please. I only came to pick my friend girl up. >> Okay. And they giving me all these extra steps. >> Well, calling 911 right in front of the cops didn't go well for the woman. Now that the officer had reached the scene, do you think she realized HER MISTAKE? >> DON'T TELL ME. Don't tell me what to do. >> I'm right here. I listen. I'm I'm complying. I'm on the phone with 911. >> Knock it off. >> HE HE WAS WRONG. RELAX. >> I'M RELAXED. Call me. I only >> cuz I'm allowed to pull you over. I ONLY CAME DOWN HERE TO GET MY FRIEND A RIDE HOME. >> SO MA'AM, listen to me real quick. I'm not >> Hold on. Hold on. What's your first name? >> I'm on the phone, ma'am. I'm on the phone. She's calling 911. >> It's not an emergency. >> Yes, ma'am. He told me he pulled me over because my license suspended. And that's a lie. I only came way down here to get my FRIEND A RIDE HOME. WAY BACK TO BRANDON. HE lying on me. My license AIN'T SUSPENDED. I DROVE A WHOLE hour and 40 MINUTES TO GET TO MY FRIEND. >> I don't understand why we had to go through >> talking to me. So they suspended my license and his license only at the time he had accident in my truck. I was in Atlanta and being that he wasn't able to provide it is they they >> okay then why why couldn't we start this from the beginning but I couldn't >> but you started going crazy on us and you know what you know you want to know honestly we would have done like listen ma'am go get this fixed >> and but you went crazy on us and now we're going to jail. I'm so used to I don't I be the type of ma'am. That's the reason why >> you're driving a suspended license. Okay. >> I understand. >> Majority of the time, we're not going to take you jail for a suspended license. We're either going to give you a summon or we're going to say, "Hey, listen. Go get this fixed." Okay? But when you start acting like that and start talking, can I be honest with you? >> You take it out. No, we're done talking. You don't want to listen to anything that I'm saying. Ma'am, >> I tried to explain to you I tried to explain to you multiple times. I Hey, listen. My body camera is rolling. The cop wanted to conduct an investigation. But the woman had other plans. >> We get a 911 call. We have to investigate. >> We're not going to leave. We're not going to leave until until we know >> until we know that everyone's okay. >> I see blood on the floor. Yeah. Yeah. [laughter] I cut my foot. >> Do you need rescue? >> No, I need your foot. So, nothing else happened? >> Nothing happened. >> Nothing. I stepped on glass. It's like everything. >> I don't know. I don't care. >> Oh, we do. >> I don't care. >> Okay. >> So, >> Angela, I'm going to try and explain something to you. Now, you can like it or not like it, but I'm trying to be as professional and and respectful as possible. When we get a 911 call, we don't know what we're coming to, right? We don't know if it's nothing, which some usually it's nothing. Sometimes it's something really, really bad. Okay? So, we have to investigate, make sure that everyone's okay. That's why we wanted to see you. So, thank you for opening the door. But then you put your foot in my mouth. >> I understand. But we were just trying to get information. So, like I said at that time, if I if we get your names, date of birth, all that. And then we know that no physical battery occurred. >> I give it to you. Then we could leave. And I explain that and I explain that to you. >> Physical battery? Nothing. We just got in an argument. A simple argument. That's it. >> What time did he leave at? >> I don't know. I don't know what time it was. I went to bed. Okay. And then everything was fine. What time did you come back today? >> I don't know. 8:39. I don't know. I don't even know what time it is. >> So 8:39. >> Your forehead is red and scratched. >> I am not high. I'm drunk. >> I didn't say I never said you're high or drug. >> What did you say? >> Your eye. Your eye is red. I played enough sports and fought enough that I know that that eye is not from alcohol or drugs. It's from somebody poking or punching you in the eye. >> Nobody did that. >> Little girl. Would you prefer to be pushed against the wall or taser spray? >> I don't care. I don't care. >> Well, I mean, I thought that was the best option is to push you against the door. >> You came in my house. >> It doesn't. My partner here explained why we did that. >> And I thought you understood. >> All right, let's slip these on. >> Okay. So, your feet >> don't get cut any further or something. Okay. >> All right. Go ahead and slip this on for me. >> The woman kept up her defiance and tried to provide excuses, but little did she realize actions have consequences. So, you're being arrested for aggravated battery. >> Aggravate better. I did it to myself. >> Resistance. >> You got pretty You came in my house without permission. >> I'm not angel. >> No, you better call my f You better call my psychiatrist right now. Call him. >> I don't want you to get hurt anymore. >> Call my psychiatrist. >> Call my psychiatrist. >> We'll do that. >> Call my [ __ ] psychiatrist. Oh my god. >> Wash your head, Angela. Please wash your head. Wash your head. >> Kind of. >> I did it. aggravated battery. I did them to myself. I don't understand aggravated battery. I don't understand aggravated battery, man. I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. >> I know I'm not. No, I'm not. I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. Oh my god. I didn't do anything, man. I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. I hit myself and everything else, man. I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. This is wrong. Angela was charged with resisting arrest. Unlike the last case, our next suspect tried to act like a big shot, but it backfired badly. >> So, I'm I'm placing you under arrest, just so you know. Stand up, turn around, put your dreams on your back. >> The Jacksonville police responded to a local Walmart after a 911 call from a man claiming he was a federal agent and that a crime was taking place there. But things were not as they seemed. >> Officer from Jacksonville. Okay. He let him talk to you for a little bit. Okay. So, I'm I'm placing you under arrest, just so you know. Stand up, turn around, put your hands on your back. Don't grab Put your bracelet up so it don't pinch you. Okay. >> All right. Take it off. You take it off. >> Uh, take it off. Give me Give me just a second. I don't know how it works. >> All right. Have to double check it. >> Yeah, that's fine. I going to put two on so it's not too tight. I appreciate you know do it now quick. You have to bring it over some. There we go. Yes. You ain't got nothing on you. ain't supposed to have right for nothing. I know you right office belongs to you. >> Yes, sir. It does. >> All right. Now, somebody I think what what happened was the lady Jason Penny ID investigator. I was applying for Jason Penny card. >> I didn't know. I can't help you with that. Say what happened. The man was taken to a detention center and he did not like it at all. He brought up every excuse he could, but his actions came with a price he had to pay. >> Why you do it? Why you do it? Like a black man tell you what to do. Huh? What? >> Like a black man tell you what to do. If a black man tell you what to do what it is you do what it is like a do it. See those yellow dots right there? Come on now. Stand on that yellow dot. >> Right here. >> Yep. Right there. How you take these braces off? How do they work? You following me? You following me? You just fall away. You come my [ __ ] Got it. Probably should have did it when you took it down here. No, they just make you take it off. Bend your hand down so I don't hate you. My wam I don't have to call your stuff off. What happened was >> the man was charged with three counts of terrorist threatening and impersonating a police officer. People call 911 when something is urgent, but in our next case, the suspect's playful act landed her friend in legal trouble. No, I don't want to. >> Then give him the mom's number. >> I know. But bro, >> in Florida, a woman called 911 claiming that the driver and passenger were harassing her. In response, the officer initiated a traffic stop to investigate the situation. >> What's going on? >> Sorry, she was So, we came from a good time. She's drunk calling the police. >> Yeah, I got to roll it down. >> Who's the one that called? >> Her. She's drunk. >> I'm still on the phone. Please help. They're on the permit. >> You can hang up and talk to me >> and that's fine. I could talk to you and sit here all >> but they literally don't have >> sir. >> They literally don't have the stand. >> That's the only reason why they don't have their permit. >> Stand over here. Florida. I came out to have a good time cuz I just moved out there. I picked her up today cuz this is her friend. She called the police saying that we had her that we had her trapped and all this other stuff because she got we was looking for her but we didn't call the police or anything. I swear we didn't call police or anything. She called the police saying oh they have us kidnapped. We're kicking her out. She's like I don't know. >> And we're telling her we said hang up the phone. We're this is her address where I'm literally taking her home. >> You can have your purse but can you stand over here? >> No. I want my purse. That's what your what? >> I know. Wait. >> Okay. >> I want them to be arrested cuz they harassed me this whole time over here. >> Okay. How do you know them? >> Because I literally known them since sixth grade and this guy took me over here for a whole year. And so they took me over to a party over here and they took me over to a party and they literally have been screaming at me the whole way because they were mad because bro, we were literally arresting his houses and I didn't know who they were. >> Where do you live? >> I wasn't him. So I want them arrested. They were been harassing me this whole time. I don't give a They've been >> What's your actual address? >> I want them arrested cuz they've been harassing me this whole entire time. >> Hold on. >> This whole entire time. >> I've not been home. >> They're trying to take you home? >> Yes, but I want them arrested cuz they've been harassing me this whole time. Harassment. >> Harassment is not a crime. >> Yes. Harassment is a crime. >> They're trying to take you home. >> No. They literally been No, no, no, no. It is that because I've been drunk. It's literally cuz they had me at these houses and I didn't know where the I was. >> The women were quite drunk which made the situation very concerning. [clears throat] >> I can't see. >> Sit up. The woman was charged with possession of resisting an officer without violence and disorderly conduct. As the playful act turned into a total mess, our next suitcase was quite a scary one. And you would never believe that 911 call. >> Do you understand your rights as I've read them to you? >> No, you have to read them again. >> Okay. >> A frantic 911 call reported a tense situation where a man was allegedly his father. But that was only the beginning. What he told the dispatcher next was truly shocking. Here's what he said during the call. >> Yeah, there's a man in here. I called this the second time I called. This the third time I've called. >> I understand that. I have officers on the way. >> Okay. >> Where is he bleeding from? >> I don't know. A couple different places. >> Hey, did you get your leg? >> Your your shoulder? Oh yeah. >> Both sides. >> How about your back? >> Situation. >> You want one in your foot? I need to know where the bleeding is coming from. >> If you don't say left or right, if you don't answer in 3 seconds, I'm going to hang up and I'm assume you said left. >> Okay. >> I'm not >> What is happening? >> It's okay. Just send somebody. All right. Say left or right. >> No sir. I need to know where the bleeding is coming from. >> Take your shoe off. Take it off. Take them both off. >> Yes. We'll see. >> They said they'll be here after you take your shoes off. >> You want to hear this? >> I know y'all can hear me, right? >> Oh, please. Oh, >> hey. I know you hear me. Hey, >> I'm still on the line now. No way. What is going on? >> He He wants to know left or right. It's him. One more. >> Who is he? >> You what? >> Meanwhile, nearby officers arrived at his doorstep. Do you think they could have stopped the tragedy? Open the door. >> Open it. >> What is going on? Step out here to me. Step out. >> Okay, >> we've got the door open. >> Come down. >> All right. Go down to your knees. Go down to your knees. >> Put your hands behind your back. Don't even reverse. You believe in mercy? >> I believe in mercy. >> That's cool. >> Is there anybody else in the apartment with you? >> 326. >> What's going on? >> Okay. >> Is there blood all over you? >> What's the blood from? >> Yeah. I told you >> 320 tech start medical agent. >> Get up. >> All right. Get up. Pop up. >> Okay. >> That's a firm. >> Seeing how dangerous the man was, the officer asked some questions. But once he assessed the situation, things quickly became complicated. >> Right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer and want to be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish, you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand your rights as I've read them to you? >> No, you have to read them again. >> Okay. You have the right to remain silent. >> Been recorded. >> Yes, sir. Anything you say can or be used against you in court. >> Okay. >> You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. >> All right, >> do you understand your rights as I've explained them to you? >> Okay. All right, man. Go ahead and put your legs in. I got to go check on the other guy. Okay. >> Read them to me again. I need I need some understanding, please. I understand. >> Put your feet in. Okay. >> What if I said >> I got to figure out what's going on? >> Okay. >> Meanwhile, another officer was checking the house while the victim was still inside, shouting for help. Could the police have reached him in time? Okay. All right, man. Medical's on their way. All right. I had to make sure you're good. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Just stay still. >> I got a knife my back. >> Okay. Just don't move. Don't move. >> Watch your steps. >> What the knife fight? >> Where's Where's the guy that's detained? Uh, >> man. He's stabs everywhere. >> The suspect was identified as Nimsy and his father was transported to the hospital. Thankfully, he survived the attack. Nimsy was taken into custody, but he continued to act very strangely. >> How about you? Lions, tigers, or bears? >> No. >> Where you go to school, man? I said lions, tigers, or bears? >> Answer and I'll get out whenever when you all get done answering. Huh? >> Tigers and lions. Tigers. You You want the bear? You get the bear. Six of them. Six bears. Six tigers. I'll get special. >> No, you're going to be special. >> Okay. >> Come on out here. Come on. At least you got that. >> Okay. No, I didn't want I didn't want to do what I had to do. That's >> anything you want to do. We're going to have to pull you out. >> I'll get out. All I just wanted to hear was that. Hey, say say amen. >> Come on out here. >> Come on out. >> Okay. >> From here. All right. >> We're going to We're just going to stand out here like a like a human. >> Like a human. Would you would you human? >> If I had to. >> What if you had to? Yeah. What if you What if it was for some money and it was for the wrong reasons? >> I wouldn't do that. >> What What would your mother What would you do to me? I asked one of these guys. He wouldn't answer me. >> Mr. Nimsy, come on. Step out. >> All right. Just answer that real quick. All right. >> You step out. Tell me what you would do to me if I killed your mother. >> Uhhuh. >> And I fell into your hands. >> Okay. >> Well, I don't want you to be hypothetical. >> No, no, no. This is hype. This is This is real. No, this is >> This is real life. What's happening? >> Yeah, that's fine. What just happened over there? Was that real life? >> It was real life. >> Oh, yeah. >> Uh-huh. >> Okay. Hey, you get a good picture of that. >> Get a good picture of what? >> What? What you seen in there? >> Yeah. >> What was it? >> We got several of them. >> What was it? >> I don't know yet. >> You don't You don't see You don't know what you seen? >> I I don't know yet. No, I don't know. At this point, it was apparent Nimsy was clearly not in his right mind, and his threats didn't stop. What he said next was highly suspicious and downright frightening. >> I'm going to take y'all's lives, >> okay? >> And I'm going to torture y'all. >> Okay, come on. >> You understand me? >> Everybody stay >> It's Raph, >> okay? >> You're going to be special. You're going to be special. You're going to be special. Look at Look at me. It's okay. Hey, >> that's fine. I'm going to get out. You're going to look at me, too. And I'm going to take your life. >> Everybody's looking at you, but we're getting awful. We're getting awful tired away. >> Okay, do that again. One more time. You know what I'm talking about. If I go like that, what you do? >> You know what I'm talking about. When I do that, I'm not talking about your taser. >> Hey, get some water. >> That's fine. >> Let's go. >> Come on. Come on. Come on. >> You don't You don't know what I'm talking about. You do that that taser thing one more time. >> Taser thing. >> Yeah. We'll support you till you get this. >> Okay. We're not going to let you fall. We're going to take some. >> Nimsy was charged with domestic assault and battery with a deadly weapon. And domestic assault and battery with great bodily harm. It's crazy to think some people still dial 911 for things that clearly aren't emergencies, just like our next suspect who made the call right in the middle of a routine traffic stop. >> What are you doing? I'm not stepping out. >> You're under arrest. Get out. >> What are you doing to me? >> Stepping out. She's calling 911. >> On June 6th, 2024, in Lawrence Township, Ohio, an officer noticed a vehicle with tinted windows that seemed a little too dark. Curious, he ran the plate and discovered something unusual. Hey, how's it going, ma'am? >> You got driver license on you? Okay, so Tiffany, you're you're suspended right now. Okay. When you pass, man, I immediately knew it was you. I've stopped this vehicle before. I'm not suspended. >> You're suspended. I just >> Have you had anything to smoke today? >> No. >> It smells like in the car and your eyes are bloodshot. >> Are you kidding me? >> Have you had anything to smoke today? >> Are you kidding me? >> I'm asking you a question. >> I have one bloodshot red eye I've had for weeks. >> You have two? >> Are you for real right now? >> Have you had anything to smoke today? >> No. anything to smoke recently within the past few days. >> Please call your cop. Please call your boss. >> No, I'm not going to. >> You have to call your boss. I don't know why you're picking on me right now. >> Because you still have the tenant windows. I can pull you over for that. >> The deal is with me. I don't know. >> And when I ran your license plate when you're still in Lawrence Township, it's you're >> not true. That's not true. >> It is true. >> It's not true. >> The computer don't lie. >> It's not true. >> Okay, hold on for me. >> The officer realized the woman had a suspended driver's license, but that wasn't the real issue. The real problem was how she was reacting, turning the situation into a mess. >> You don't have a driver's license. >> What are you talking about? >> You don't have a driver's license. >> That paperwork says I have a driver's Why are you laughing? >> I'm not laughing. >> I'm calling 911 as well. >> Don't call 911. I'm going to arrest you for misuse 911. >> I'm going to call 911. >> I'm I'm telling you right now, if you call 911, hang up the phone call 911. >> Hang up the phone. I'm going to arrest you for misuse 911. Hang up the phone. There's no reason to call 911. >> Call your supervisor. I'm telling you right now, are you on the phone 911? >> Call your supervisor right now. I hung up. >> Do not call 911 again. >> I will call right now if >> Do not call 911 again. She's calling 911. >> Listen, I need help. I need help. I NEED HELP. I NEED HELP. PLEASE, there's there's literally an officer. Please get out. >> Oh my god. What are you doing? What are you doing? >> Give me the phone. >> Give me the phone. You're under arrest. Stop. >> STOP. [screaming] >> Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> STOP IT. Stop it. >> Stop it. I'm going to set it up. Put your hands behind your back. >> Stop it. >> Stop it. STOP IT. >> STOP IT. RELAX. >> Stop it. >> Lean up against my car right now. [screaming] >> I'm holding you like this until somebody come and handcuff you. No, you were under arrest. >> For what? I didn't even choose. >> Stop. >> Stop it. >> Spread your feet right now. >> I can't believe you can do this. >> Stop it. >> I can't believe you can do this. >> My god. I can't believe you can do this. >> Can you stop holding me so hard? >> No. You've already resisted. No, you've already pulled away from me. I'm waiting till my partner gets here. I'm going to put you in handcuffs. You're under arrest. You are under arrest. Spread your feet. >> Spread your feet. >> Backup arrived, but the woman continued to behave belligerently, making it a real challenge to get her under control. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> Hey, ma'am. This is Officer Roar from Lawrence Township. Um, I'm sorry she called you. She She was just being placed under arrest and she decided to call you guys. I don't know why. But that's what that was all about. >> Right now, you're staring in here. That's what >> Yep. I appreciate. I'm sorry that happened. She wasted your time on your plate at any time. >> Clear, [ __ ] >> You need to get your license. That's all you got to do. Go ahead. >> What are you? I just >> It doesn't matter. Just look at the date on that. >> Can you start? >> I'm going to actually pull it up and I'll show you that you're suspended. >> Go ahead. Look right here. >> Look. Look at the computer. >> But look at the date on my license. How am I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT THOUGH? >> SUSPENDED. LOOK, not >> all I'm saying. >> Complaint. >> I told you you have >> She has like five open suspensions. >> You have six. >> Six. So, even if you got one taken care of, one from detained under >> Allow me to explain. Okay. If you take a deep breath, >> every time we go through this, every time. Listen, please don't do that. Sophia, what? >> You're under arrest right now for misuse of 911 because you called 911 twice when a police officer with lights and siren. >> I told you twice don't do it11. That is illegal. Second of all, he asked you to get out of the vehicle how many times? And every time you put up a fight last time, Last time we we let you totally go. We let you go. We didn't even turn the car. This is the now the second or third time we've dealt with you and you act like this and it is unacceptable. >> Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to will be appointed to you. Do you understand your rights and your rights to have been right? >> Okay. >> Um >> do we still have to ask her if she wants to do SFSTs after all that? >> Um maybe do you want me to check her me? >> If you want to check your eyes real quick, I'll go. Yeah. >> Yeah. Have you? >> Okay. So, I I've been extremely extremely patient. >> We had a couple other things. Um, but I know she's not going to do anything, so we can try to pull her out. Um, >> the woman's behavior raised serious concerns, prompting the question, was she just nervous or was there something more going on? >> I know she already looked at your eyes. Do you want to do any field sobriety? >> I mean, I'm not on anything. I'll get whatever you need. >> Still smells like burnt marijuana in my car. That would lead me to believe that you had just recently smoked >> you. I'm not on anything. You can drug test me. You can do whatever. >> Okay. >> Are you taking me to jail? >> You You're still going to be under arrest regardless for all the other offenses, but do you want to do any field in the meantime? >> Do you want to do them? I I have to offer them to you. >> What is the point if you're taking me to jail? What is the point? What is the point? I'm not Give me a breathalyzer. I'm >> I don't I don't think it I don't think it's alcohol. >> Okay. I'm not on anything. >> Okay. So, do you want to do any fields sobriety test? >> What do you want me to do? >> I can't. You You do? >> Yes. Whatever you need me to do. >> Page. >> Come on up. >> First name Adam. >> They didn't have to go like all this. I'm kind of follow up one more time. Okay. So, bring your fingers like this. I don't want you to sing the alphabet. Okay? What I want you to do is I want you to start on the letter D and end on Y. Okay? Don't sing it. Just start on D and then on Y. >> D E F G H I J K L M N O P W X Y. >> Okay. You're good. Just go and face that way for me now. Okay. Go ahead and put your hands back behind your back. Go and put your palms together. It'll be more comfortable. Even at the police station, the woman seemed unwilling to face the truth. Despite the officer presenting clear proof, she chose to make things difficult yet again. >> Do you think that I'm making this up and this is fabricated? That literally says you're suspended. Says you're suspended. Says you're suspended. Says you're suspended. Says you're suspended. >> Not that you you think you're making it up by no means, ma'am. What we're saying is it was a a very hectic process to get her license back. They had to go call they had to go back and forth to court and call down to Columbus. So, I don't know how they would process that cuz the lady clearly said that she could not process it if she still was under suspension. >> Right. So, I see on her license it says that her license was issued to her on May 30th of 2024. Three of these >> Yeah, just three days. >> Three of these suspensions started June 5th. >> What day was it? >> June 5th. So, that's after you got your license reinstated. You got three more suspensions. >> No, I don't know. >> That's what I'm telling you. It's on paper. >> They're making it up cuz I smell like >> um No, I I'm not the arresting officer. He put her through field security test. He whatever he saw, he believes that she's impaired. She had open eye. >> She had she had alcohol in the car. She had open containers in the car. She had pens everywhere. She had over in the car. She had pipes all over the car. She smelled like >> pipes in the car. >> Yeah, there's glass pipes in the car. >> No, there isn't. >> There was two in the glove box. There's two in the glove box. They're still in there. My god, >> you guys. >> Okay, you're going to get off the phone. I I never let people talk on the phone and I've let her talk on the phone with you for longer than I should. She's being disrespectful and I'm done with it. So, I'm going to let you go. I'm being disrespectful. >> You are. And you talked herself into jail. Just so you know, this is 100% your fault. If you get out tonight, you might, you might not. I'm not sure why you're being so rude to tea, but I didn't do anything. >> Here, go ahead and get up. You're going in here. >> The woman was charged with DUI, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, misuse of 911, open container, driving with a suspended license, driving under suspension, and tinted window. There's a reason 911 calls are for emergencies and why people should use them responsibly. But in our next case, this woman's urgency took a completely different turn. >> Save yourselves. Save yourselves. [screaming] >> Police were dispatched to a hotel in Delivan, Wisconsin after a guest made multiple calls reporting suspicious and potentially malicious activity. But when the officers arrived, they discovered something entirely different. >> April, what is going on? >> I keep I keep hearing things. >> Can we come in? >> And I can't call. >> I can't call out. >> Okay. >> And this is what's been happening all day. Why? Why are you saying that you have weapons? Do you have weapons? >> Because I cuz I'm scared. I keep hearing stuff. >> And I I can't call 911. >> All your 911 calls are going through. >> They've had multiple. [sighs] >> I don't feel safe. >> Okay. What has changed since we were last here? >> Oh no. I just got these bad vibes. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry I ruined the screen. I'm sorry I yelled. >> Here. Why don't you sit down over there? I want you to have access to Jesus. >> Something squishy. And when it squishy, my hair stands up. >> And I couldn't I was having trouble getting getting through at first. Okay. And it's like someone's still in my iPad or something cuz I hear I can tell the quality and I want to make sure I had my settings and no one was coming fast enough and I kept hearing the same that I was hearing. I'm so sorry about the screen. You could charge me. I am just [sighs and gasps] >> What can we do to help you? >> I just I want to be with somebody. >> Okay. Who can we call? I just I keep feeling like itchy all over me. Like >> who can we call? April. >> Uh can can I just sit downstairs and >> you definitely can't hang out the lobby all night cuz I don't know what the front desk girl thinks right now cuz she was afraid cuz you were calling her too. You were calling 911. >> Maybe it's because they're still tapping and it was making it difficult to call 911. Is there I mean, do you want to look at my devices? Can you help me look at my devices? >> I can guarantee that there's no one tapping into your phone or your iPad or anything like that. >> [ __ ] this made me so crazy. >> As time passed, it became increasingly evident that the woman was having some sort of psychotic breakdown. Now, the question was, would the cops be able to handle the delicate situation? >> She's in Arizona. Who can I be with right now? We we need somebody that would be able to drive up here and pick you up or we can take you someplace. >> Okay. My son, but he won't. He's refusing to talk to me. >> Why won't he talk to you? >> Because >> I don't know. He said I can show you the text messages if you want. I mean, it's hard for me to speak out loud. >> Is it because of this? Like what's going on right now? Pretty much. I mean, cuz I had to kick him out. And I'm paranoid that this epidemic is so huge that like by me calling it out, like I hear sounds out there and I I just >> Well, there's other people here, too. You don't tell anyone here. >> I see. Like maybe just lock me up in a mental institution. Maybe that. I don't know. >> We can't just do that cuz are you a threat to yourself? >> I mean, apparently >> you want to go to impatient. I >> we could give you a ride to the hospital and they can if you're willing to seek treatment. >> Yeah, I need therapy. Obviously, >> it's not therapy. It's impatient. It's taking you to like a mental hospital. >> So, what does that mean? >> Like you get transported to a mental hospital and then >> you just keep getting worse. >> The the hair on my body stands up. I start to feel itchy like it's opiates and I'm wondering if they come through there and I these are all questions that I didn't get to ask >> you know >> do you want us we can take you to the hospital and we can go inatient I think that might get you help me down there >> we we can't we can't sit here all night >> all right >> we can't sit in the room with you can't can't sit in the lobby >> bring it on sure I surrender >> we're not we're not >> yeah no I feel safer to be scare. >> Okay. >> You want to go to the hospital? >> No. I mean, I don't want to, but if I'm going to feel scared in here and I'm going to keep having outbursts, then >> if you can't call one of your friends that can come here or you could stay with them or something like that. I just feel like the stakes are so high and that I'm worried about what I was worried about before and just the paranoia >> Mhm. >> of the aftermath of people trying to come after me to stop to keep the crime network going. You know, >> I know you mentioned that you're off some medications. I feel like that might be factoring into this. >> Yeah. And see how dangerous this is for me to just go off. >> Says you don't even have a phone number to call on that. Exactly. It's the calling issues. And then I saw this fog on the window. >> Mhm. The condensation. >> Yeah. And I'm like, do they put opiates through the do they want to me? You know. Yeah. I'm crazy. >> The woman identified as April agreed with the officer to go to the hospital. But out of the blue, things took a left turn. >> Uh what about all this? Uh >> Nope. This is all I need. Let's go. This? >> Nope. All right. Relax. Hang on. I'm going to go first. >> You need your shoes? >> No, I'm good. >> You need shoes. >> I'm good. >> I want you to cut your foot open in the apartment. >> I'll just shoot me now. >> All right, we're just >> Come on. Come on. >> STOP YELLING. >> COME ON. >> STOP YELLING. >> COME ON. >> YOU NEED TO STOP DOING that now. >> Enough. Come on. >> Are you done? If I let go of your arm, you're not going to hit my friend, are you? >> No. >> We're going this way. >> Elevators are here. No. >> Where are you going? >> I am not GOING DOWN THE ELEVATOR. NO. NO. >> OKAY. >> I'll take the stairs. >> We're trying to help you. Let's go. We're not going to play this game again. Turn off the dark back up against the wall. Over this right there. I got it. Good. >> This is so you don't hurt anybody. Okay. >> Or yourself. >> Okay. >> April was brought to the station, but April once again made things unpredictable. >> Stop. You need to STOP FIGHTING THIS, APRIL. >> NO. [screaming] >> You're not doing yourself any good. Sit down. >> Sit down. >> Save yourselves. Save yourselves. >> Stop. >> No. >> Sit down in the cherry. This is the easiest part of your night. Sit down. >> I won't >> sit down. >> I won't. >> I won't stop. >> Do not stop. You got the lap out. Tight as I can hear that. What if they catch you? >> What if they catch you? >> No. >> Stop that. >> You get >> n your pressure a little bit. >> Stop doing that. How's the How's the lapel? >> That's as tight as I can get. >> Is everybody okay still? >> Definitely. >> Yep. >> You need to stop. >> Okay. >> You keep saying okay, but you keep resisting us. >> Get these. Let's get that one first. >> Stop it. Somebody can reach down. Do one hand at a time. I control of her left eye of her left hand. >> April was charged with three counts of battery on a peace officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. Another 911 call came in reporting a serious situation, but behind the call was a twist that the officer needed to unravel. >> Just use a 911 call. Okay, >> that's not me. >> So, can I call her and tell her how to call? >> Come on. Officers were dispatched to a restaurant after a woman made an emergency call reporting a tense situation in which she was threatening innocent lives. She claimed she was hiding inside the restroom and the cops came to investigate. >> Anybody in the bathroom? >> Sheriff's office. location. >> Yeah, that she she supposed to be coming later. What y'all looking for? >> Did y'all have a disturbance here of any kind? >> Like somebody threatened with a gun messed up? >> No. >> We didn't call 911. >> Okay. >> Is it great? >> We don't know. We're trying to figure that out. We just got We got this McDonald's. We're trying to make sure it's the right one. Finding it strange that the location showed she was there, but no one was actually inside, the officers were now determined to get to the bottom of the mystery. >> You know what? >> She's never walked here either. >> Y'all had no disturbance disturbances anytime >> except for an employee being mad. >> Employee being mad. >> Yeah. that happened. >> Or who was it? >> All day long. >> I mean, all day long. >> Nothing where anybody like threatened anybody or got >> like I told him, I've been here since 6:00. I was here since till midnight tonight. >> Somebody I guess somebody near here or inside here keeps calling 911 saying >> they call saying that everybody's being held >> hostage. Hello. >> I already I checked that one and and this one. >> There were no customers inside. Only one person who had come for a job interview. This made the officer suspicious. Was she the person they were looking for? >> What is it? >> Yeah. Secret. >> Is this you right here? >> Yeah, that my old copy right there. >> You ever had this? Have you ever had a driver license? >> Uh-uh. I was going to get those this year. >> What is this right here? This a this a learner? >> Those my ID? >> You ain't got no ID no more on here. I see it. Can't hardly see it. Oh, type it. to my office. >> Okay, >> it's going to be named Dur. Last name Everett. >> E R E T. First name Tiara. T I A R A. >> It's T I date of birth. >> Why she's doing that? Oh, >> but >> she done called several times in and three. >> I I think it's because I took so long to interview. >> Yeah, but she called several times saying she was in the bathroom. Somebody had you hostage and all this stuff in here by gunpoint. >> And that is enough to start all kind of ruckus going on in here. >> Yeah. America police officer, honey. Y'all need that kind of craziness. >> Uh-uh. That's my lieutenant call. >> That's false, too. >> Hello. Realizing there was more than met the eye, the cops decided to leave no stone unturned. And that's when they found what they were looking for. >> So there she sitting. Still sitting. Her purse is there. And she's >> she's real calm, isn't she? >> Yeah. >> I know she's a little shaky. >> But you can see her sitting there the whole time. That's why I got this. I haven't seen her move yet. And we're back at 1649. So she's lying to y'all. She says she moved. We're all right. We're at 451. >> Temple. What time did we get this call? >> 1623. >> Temple. >> You said 1623. >> Yep. 1620. >> So, you want me to go back to 1600? Okay. >> I think the second time we came right there. >> Yeah. So, let's go to 400. She's not there at 4:00. >> The phone is missing. >> That's at 4:00 and y'all come in at 4:23. So, let's go to let's go to the next let's go into the main entrance. She's not in the main entrance here. >> Do you have to make reservations and uh come for the interview? >> Mhm. >> So, she was supposed to be here for the interview. >> Mhm. >> Yep. So, that's front counter. That's main entry. And this is where she's been sitting all day. And we're at 410 now. >> So if y'all received it at 423, there might be a 5m minute gap. You think? >> Mhm. >> There she's sitting now. >> Mhm. >> No, that looked like somebody sitting there >> and she just left. >> Okay. >> So, let's see where she goes. And now she's back. She said she went to the bathroom. >> Yes, she did. >> She ain't come around. >> I mean, she did come in a bit a set of time, not call it missing. >> After reviewing all the evidence and statements, the officer finally uncovered the missing pieces and realized the suspect had been right in front of them the whole time. >> What did street calling? her and then her mother-in-law saying that her mom has been calling 91 wherever she go. Her mom called 911 and so like report her as a runaway and >> how they using your phone. >> Huh? >> How they using your phone? >> I'm on the internet. I talk to my dad. That's my dad. >> All right. Well, we going to have to come with Okay. >> Come with y'all. >> Yeah. What's going on? Miser 911 call. Okay. >> That's not me. >> Come on. >> So, can I call her and tell her how to come? >> Come on. >> Put this in your pocket book. Okay. >> I put them down off the >> So, y'all going to take me for none that I didn't do, >> ma'am. Come on. I didn't do >> Stop twisting your wrist. Don't tight.
