And uh when he was contacted by officers, he basically told him to kick rocks and uh barricaded himself inside this back house of this residence. I have dual citizenship. >> We had some operators with our pepper ball gun, basically like a paintball gun with pepper spray in it deployed into the residence and that ultimately was able to get him to come outside and so he's going to be booked under local charges with their city and um successful deployment for our SWAT team. >> Where was Mike? running into the apartment behind two lions. We have two lions. He went inside the apartment. There's lock down that apartment. Make sure he doesn't go out the back. Of course, nothing secure. Nobody else was in the vehicle. And unfortunately for the bad guy, he gave his ID to Deputy Lopez. So we're able to confirm this is his address, as well as witnesses that seen him run into the address. We we have a photo of them as well as a um a confirmed address. So, we're going to do some call outs as well as K9's on the scene and we're going to see if we can get them to surrender. >> Hands up. There's a female who exited right right before we started doing call outs. She had three firearms on her and she told us that the subject was the one who gave her those firearms to hold. We're able to secure the vehicle. Uh Deputy Graham located a black duffel bag. >> This is pills like two different other bags of pills and then some pills just at the bottom and you got the ice meth pills like edibles. most likely he's distributing and and selling them locally. So, he'll be charged appropriately as well as additional charges with the firearms. >> Currently, we're on their way to help um one of our neighboring jurisdictions that had a shooting and it sounds like they've got the suspect and possibly barricaded in an apartment. So, it's them two in the apartment. Um, it what it sounds like to me was it was some kind of domestic situation between the suspect's father and some females inside the residence. At some point, a male was attacked by a dog and things escalated to him shooting a firearm off. Um, possibly information that he was high on psychedelic mushrooms, but he came out peacefully and gave up. No one was seriously injured aside from the guy getting treated for the dog injuries. reference. >> Um, he's off to jail.
