Some reality TV stars get so used to
cameras that they, for some reason,
forget real life still exists. From
reality TV star Joselyn Hernandez, who
believed that she could get away with
attacking cops.
>> Get him out of here.
Get out of here. I need you back up. Get
him out of here.
>> Shut up.
>> Hey, get back.
That's it. Do you want
>> I will make it so difficult for you in a
way that motherucking choice. I'm going
to make YOU LOSE YOUR JOB.
>> THE HIP hop star Erica Mena who also
learned the hard way not to assault
cops. Sit. Sit up.
>> I got you. I can sit down.
>> This is acting LIKE I'M ACTING OUT.
>> We literally just all got done filming
and the tension is high. We just came
here to release.
>> I wasn't doing nothing wrong. So, cuz
who I am is why I'm here.
>> Listen, I could put you back in the room
and we don't have to do this at all.
>> Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Here are the five times reality TV stars
got a humiliating reality check.
Starting with the popular Love After
Lockup couple, Zeruya and Troy, whose
domestic dispute became a disaster for
everyone to witness.
>> I don't have to lie, sir. I got marks
everywhere. my husband saying that I was
being disrespectful and trying to
justify his action. So, I'm upset. Like,
what are you talking about? You
literally just hit me.
>> Nobody attacked her. Nobody put their
hands on her. They were trying to calm
your crazy ass down.
>> I need to go and get my stuff.
>> Right now, you're going to get these
candle.
>> Just days after Christmas on December
the 27th, 2025, deputies were called to
an Airbnb in Lakew Worth Beach after a
domestic dispute took a serious turn. At
the center of it all were Zeruya and
Troy Dale, two familiar faces from Love
After Lockup. The worst part about this
situation was that this wasn't some
scripted reality TV drama.
>> Hey, ma'am.
>> How can I help you?
>> Are you okay?
Are you all right?
>> What's going on with your leg?
>> How's it going, sir?
>> Officer. Yes. What's going on?
>> Could you come over here? Come on. You
come and talk to me.
>> Can you talk to me? I'm the one.
>> Yeah, I'm talking to her real quick. So,
what's going on, ma'am?
>> Is there another officer? Offic There's
one coming right now.
>> All right. Thank you.
>> Fire rescue is right here, ma'am. So,
what am I telling them?
>> The what?
>> What am I telling fire rescue?
>> I don't know. I didn't call fire rescue,
>> sir. No, but I I did.
>> You said what?
>> I did because apparently there there
might have been a or something. Yes.
>> He asked my my my husband to me if he
slammed me on the ground.
>> I was walking away from him. He slammed
me on the ground. Then he went in there
and told them a whole bunch of lies. My
dad me out. I couldn't.
>> No, I didn't. No, I didn't.
>> And I have marks on my arm. I have marks
all I can show you. I don't have to lie,
sir. I got marks everywhere. Literally
all on my legs. Where did you get
this?
>> It was like over here somewhere.
>> Ain't that far?
>> And he's going to lie. And I could not
breathe. I screamed. He me harder and
harder. And I want to press charges. I'm
done.
>> What's your name?
There
>> was something about Siruia's account
that felt rehearsed, almost as if she
had prepared for this moment. All it
took was one conversation with the
parents for that performance to begin to
unravel.
>> Sir, I was here's my idea.
>> I was looking for my police commissioner
identification, but I did not find
elected official. I guess you said that
there.
that you can run music. I was asleep. We
leave today. We've been here since
Tuesday. My daughter and her son. I was
I was sleep. And all of a sudden
screaming and I'm like, "What? She's I
don't use sex."
And then she comes screaming, running.
She went through the drawer going out
and coming. I'm like, "What are you
doing?"
>> What was she coming at? She can't leave
New York cuz they're in their guest in
the pool house. And my daughter I'm like
Serious stop it. Stop. And she got the
[ __ ] And I grabbed holder cuz I'm like
I don't know. I don't want nobody there.
Oh, I'm calling the police. You all I
can't breathe. You all I'm calling your
you all are going to jail tonight. I
said please call.
>> What is she calling for? when she trying
to
>> I don't know if she was trying to get at
her husband or if she was trying to go
to do it towards us, but we're the ones
who were blocking her.
>> I was like, you're not going to chill
cuz we're trying to separate them too
like cuz we're all going to go scream.
Well, she's screaming at him.
>> He's coming in here trying to get away.
>> So embarrassed. cannot believe
>> and I'm a bishop and then
>> where's uh
>> I don't Oh, okay. Dear mayor, he had had
a daughter to the mayor. So, he may be
over
talking.
>> Oh, god.
>> He said he woke up to her punching him.
Then she woke up and went through this
phone and I guess like
>> that's what started
>> and I'm like Zabian what did you do and
I just said I'm so tired sir I mean I'm
so tired of all of this we came out
they've been on some TV show love they
got to go
>> after finally getting some much needed
clarity the officer returned to Zerowia
expecting answers instead he didn't
quite get what he was looking for
>> so Look at the the story again. Me and
dad are having an argument.
>> No, me and my husband were out there. He
ran away. He took his daughter and ran
away.
>> Your husband ran away?
>> Yes. Because he's a fell. So he's
scared. He started
>> Is that his vehicle?
>> No, that's my dad's right over here.
>> Okay. So, Miss Jones over here is
complaining that she got hit by her dad,
choked by her dad, and she does have
some bruises on her.
>> I don't see anything.
>> No.
trying to get more information from them
today.
>> Hi.
>> Um, I just got into argument. My
husband, I was walking away. He slammed
my head on the pavement by the pool
house and I started screaming. My dad
comes out and starts screaming at me.
I'm telling him like, "Leave me alone."
He comes in there. He comes in the the
kitchen. He starts me and I couldn't
breathe. I'm screaming. Then then my
sister comes and texts me, my mom. They
literally all jump on me. And I can tell
you the truth. I don't even lie. I have
bruises
and this other one by my leg
and everybody start jumping on me.
>> Okay. So, you and Mr. They were in
argument and then somehow got pulled out
and then he slammed your head on the
pool.
>> He slammed my head on the pool first and
then I came in
>> like in the water or
>> no on the side like he was about to.
>> Okay.
>> And then I came in cuz I'm screaming and
my dad came out. He start yelling at me
and I'm like and he starts blaming me,
my husband saying that I was being
disrespectful and trying to justify his
action. So, I'm upset like, "What are
you talking about? You literally just
hit me." And my dad's not doing
anything. He's continuously yelling at
me. So, I'm like, "Okay." Like, "What?
What's going on?" And I'm like trying to
get to the front door. My dad grabs me
and he literally goes like this and me
and I'm like, "Dad, screaming." Then my
sister jumps on top of me and I'm like,
"I can't breathe." My dad talking about
some, "Oh, you can breathe. How can I
breathe?" Like, literally, I'm telling
you, I'm turning red. And he kept going
harder and harder and harder like he was
going to me
and he like called the police. I don't
care. Nothing's going to happen to me.
>> What's your dad's name?
>> Henry.
>> And mom was in there too or no?
>> I didn't even I couldn't see anything. I
was being in trouble.
>> So,
anyone else in there that witnessed it?
>> No.
>> So, really it was you, Mr. Dale, and Mr.
Henry?
>> Yeah. Refusing to let officers document
her injuries was a red flag in itself,
but any remaining doubt disappeared the
moment they spoke with Zeria's husband.
>> From the beginning,
my wife decided to go through my while I
was sleep for whatever reason
that transpired throughout the day and
didn't have nothing to do with. But for
whatever reason, it ponder well I wonder
what's in his phone. So this guy goes to
my phone, woke up to her, woke up to my
phone in my face, literally like what's
wrong with you? She's storming out,
walking off, follow her out. What's
wrong? What's wrong? She tell me, "All
right, I don't got no shoes on. Come
back into Airbnb." She comes back in the
room, packing her bags, storming, making
all this noise, wakes the kids up. What
are you doing? Oh, I'm leaving. Okay,
cool. So now tell me my daughter gets up
she leave. I'm telling her sit down. I'm
going over to events with her telling
her you're wrong. You know what I'm
saying? You're doing all of this. You're
wrong. I'm telling you why you're wrong.
She don't want to hear nothing that I
got to say. So she leaves. She comes
back again doing the same thing. Turning
on the lights. She took a shower. You
know, banging, slamming. So now I get up
and I leave. Put my stuff on and I left.
Grab my bag. I left. Come back in the
room. She's gone. back and grabbing
things and she's leaving up. The stuff
is right there by the door. The stuff
she's packed. So now she don't like what
I had to say to her. She leaves out the
room. She got injuries because she
walking the all the beds have this the
frame in the front and she keeps banging
her leg on it while she walk past it.
Anyways, so now she's outside and
screaming for whatever reason
>> outside driving.
>> Yeah. Out there screaming talking about
some you doing this. I didn't do nothing
to you. Her father came outside. He
doing this to her. She's sitting there
screaming trying to get in the door
because I had the door locked. And then
that went from buu crazy to her coming
in here. And that was that's all she
wrote from there. Nobody attacked her.
Nobody put their hands on her. They were
trying to calm your crazy ass down.
>> Did anything physical happen back in the
room?
>> No. Ain't nothing physical happening
with that phone. She's she's a she's a
light-skinned woman. Y see the only
bruise she have on her but unless she
failed on the floor or something like
but before that the only bruise she got
is on her leg because she hit the keep
hitting the headboard of the bed every
time she walks out it it jolts out she
keep hitting her leg on it
>> and she told me that
>> she literally had like two or three
bruises literally from the bed and I got
I got video proof of her even saying it
she was on live earlier. Look y'all
y'all see this bruise? Look, I got it
from hitting it on the bed. it. I should
sue these people cuz that man is just
totally stopped lying. Nobody attacked
him.
>> I do have to ask, was ever like pulled
on you?
>> Pulled on me?
>> Oh, no. Put on me. Absolutely.
>> Did you see ever come into the equation?
>> Yeah, sure. Did
>> what happened?
>> So, she picked up.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Now,
>> her intentions with it, I don't It was
about her
She wasn't going to do nothing out of
her scare tactics is just like nobody
got time off.
>> By this point, it was Zeruya's word
against her husbands and her families.
And the officer was beginning to piece
together exactly who the aggressor was.
>> Why aren't you doing that to him? I need
to go and get my stuff. seeing him right
now. You're going to get these candle
and so we've continued figuring out
what's going on here.
>> That's crazy. Yo,
it's not running. It's literally my son
is in the back by himself.
>> No, he's not. Mom, your sister.
>> So, I'm brought up to speed. So, as of
right now, you are going to be placed
under arrest for simple battery. Okay.
Um,
due to the multiple accounts inside the
house,
>> sir,
>> you want to arrest. Okay.
>> Please, sir. My son can't get home.
>> He's a newborn. He can't I I It's under
my thing and I can't They can't change
it if I don't talk to him.
>> You have family in there that's going to
take care of him. Okay. And and but I
don't in the state of Florida, we don't
have discretion when it comes to the
>> who I didn't hit anybody.
>> I didn't hit anybody.
>> We have account We're being told that
you hit your husband in the face with
the cell phone.
>> No, I didn't. I didn't. But there was
nobody. It was just me and him. How are
you just going off of what he said?
>> And I have bruises on me.
>> Okay. How'd you get those bruises? Were
the bruises on your knee? On your legs?
Yes.
>> Okay.
>> And what's up with that?
>> You said what?
>> That was a plane.
>> I didn't touch any. I was literally
being choked.
>> Okay. Give me one second. Okay.
>> Please, sir. I have a newborn. Please.
Please. I've never been arrested.
Please. Despite being just steps away
from the back of a police cruiser,
Zeruia still carried herself as if she
were above everyone present.
Unfortunately for this diva, the
officers had seen enough and they
weren't about to entertain any more of
it. This
>> hurts. I had eyes cracked what I think.
>> Which ankle is that?
>> The left one.
>> Well, if you're walking on it, that's a
good sign.
>> Yeah. I have scoliosis. So, my back is
like
>> Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> Um, what am I being charged with?
>> What are you going for? Domestic
battery.
>> What is I'm not really sure what the
charge is, but it's domestic.
>> Um, what is that in Florida?
>> I'm sorry.
>> What type of charge is that in Florida?
>> I don't know what he charged you if it's
a misdemeanor or felony. Um,
but for any domestic cases, you have to
go in front of a judge in the morning.
How bad is your ankle? Because if it if
you're walking in there limping, they're
going to send me back out to take you to
the hospital to medically clear you.
>> I I won't limp.
>> Huh?
>> I won't limp.
>> It's It's on you.
>> And he never read me my Miranda
rightites.
>> What's that?
>> He never read me my Miranda rightites.
He's
>> No. So, I'll explain.
>> Okay.
>> I have 315.
So, the only time we're going to read
you, Miranda, is if we're going to
question you about the case, like
anything incriminating, if you're in our
custody or anything.
>> I know on TV it seems like
>> you have to read it for everything. Put
you in handcuffs. It's a scary movie.
>> I've never been arrested. So,
>> you've never been arrested?
>> Mm- I had like a prior felony, but it
was um dropped to a misdemeanor.
>> Were you a juvenile?
Um, no. I was in my early 20s and I
thought that it would be cool to keep
claiming unemployment and working a
part-time job. So,
they ended up calling me in or whatever,
but they just rared me when I got there.
And then um I went probation, paid the
restitution all off, and then the judge
just put it to a petty larseny
instead of a felony. So it doesn't even
m the you all have determined based on
like who you talk to
>> who basically is going to be the one to
get arrested.
to everybody who was determined what's
called a primary aggressor even if both
of you were involved in some kind of
determin
>> so because I yeah
>> mind you this this all this all started
because and I know I shouldn't have did
this but I went through my husband's
phone while he was sleeping And I just
reacted, you know, like
it was just one of those split moments
where it's like I start yelling at him
out his sleep
and then he got upset because, you know,
he's being woken and then we start
arguing
and then that was just my parents got
involved cuz we were in the pool house
so they hear us yelling and things like
that. In the end, Zeruya was booked on
one felony charge of aggravated assault
with a deadly weapon along with a
misdemeanor charge of simple battery.
Court records later confirmed that a
judge found probable cause on both
counts, issued a no contact order, and
set bond at $4,000.
While that was certainly humiliating, it
was nothing compared to the moment
rapper Anti-Dmenus got involved in a
physical altercation with his
girlfriend.
>> I'm not a woman be, bro. I love that
girl to death. I got like so much love.
>> I'm going stop you from talking right
there. If you love somebody, you don't
give them pain like that.
>> I didn't I didn't mean to.
>> Don't talk anymore cuz what you did,
that's not love, bro. Did you Did you
not see the video that we saw?
>> Okay, I'm going down for it, right? All
right, I'm going. On December the 10th,
2022, a quiet night at an Atlanta hotel
turned chaotic when deputies were called
to an altercation involving rising
rapper Anti-De Menace. A name well known
for viral tracks and major co-signs from
NBA Young Boy and Lil Baby. Officers
would soon realize that this situation
was about to hit a very different kind
of record.
>> How you doing?
>> So, just I know I saw the video and
everything, but describe what happened
if you don't mind.
just started laughing on me.
I didn't do nothing to
tell or nothing
just started hitting me. getting people
was down there saying they was going to
call the police. Smokey got back and
started me some more
trying to police
and she tried to make me hide down here.
>> Okay. And you don't uh know this guy
correctly?
>> You know him? Okay. So, did y'all come
here together? Anything like that? Y'all
came here together. What's your
relationship? Well, we was just talking.
>> Talking. How long you been talking?
>> You said four months.
>> No, I said probably six. About a
>> How old is
>> 18? How old are you?
>> 20.
>> 20. Okay. Do you live together?
>> Okay. Um
I saw the interest he had. Um, so what
we're going to end up doing, of course,
is, uh, we do have to ask, are you
willing to press charge on it as well?
Okay, perfect. Um, so right now we do
have custody. Okay. What about going to
raise one of our investigators? They're
possibly going to come out and talk to
you as well. Okay. Did y'all come here
together? Yeah. Made each other car
>> in the car? Okay. Do you know the other
individuals that were by the car as
well?
>> His friends.
>> His friends.
>> The woman was visibly shaken, struggling
to even get her words out. And the
officer could already tell that this was
not an isolated incident. Do
>> you know already?
>> And real quick, I have to ask, do you
know what happened with the altercation?
Like how it started or anything like
that?
>> Oh, he just he's that he's I don't He
always lashes out like bad.
>> Mhm.
>> Okay.
>> But I I didn't do nothing. I didn't
trigger him or nothing. I got you.
>> Yeah, like we saw the video. We have to
ask question
when he was choking me and I was
scratching.
>> Okay.
She's not trying to just let her go. She
is
also
>> My next question is has he ever picked
up Have you he stopped running by your
house before? Yes.
I just want to make sure I get your
injuries on here. Can you look at me?
>> Face this way.
>> Okay. Do you have any more injury any
other injuries anywhere else besides
your face?
Yeah.
>> And that's that's all good. So basically
I'm asking the mom, you know, cuz I the
director ask, "Has this happened
before?"
>> And you know, the girl mom said, "Yeah."
You know what I'm saying? And uh I'm
like, "And she didn't pass out." She's
like, "No." And I'm looking at her
pretty much like, "Why you put your
daughter?" She said she's, you know what
I'm saying?
>> She She has to run. I said, "All right."
So, it's not as it's not a first time.
I'm not sure how many times she went
through this. You know what I'm saying?
>> It's just a matter of now she's going to
go full throttle with it.
>> She did say she wanted to press charges.
>> Yeah.
>> One thing was certain. Anti wasn't
walking away from this without
consequences. This time, the officer
stepped in with a firm resolve, ensuring
the victim wouldn't have to go through
this again. I'm I'm I'm going to keep it
100 and clarity with you. That's just
the type of person I am.
They tell you the right thing. I'm going
let you know quick simplest form. If you
get in contact with him, they're going
to throw the case out. Then this is what
happened.
>> Point blank. The mom already told you
she ain't effing with you anymore after
this. Best believe I seen many young
girls in my career out here in Chicago
and New York where I'm from. It gets
real. It gets hard and you ain't got
nobody to have your back.
>> Do not get in contact. No text, no
email.
No telegraph, no bird call, nothing.
>> No social media,
>> nothing. Block him.
I get it. I get it. He might be in love,
but love is blind.
If love got to hurt, it shouldn't hurt
the way that you're getting.
I mean, we all seen the footage. That's
not nor
>> The officer quickly turned his attention
to making sure Anti answered for what he
had done. But when the moment finally
caught up to him, the TV star scrambled
to rewrite the story.
>> Read your hand.
>> Listen, I want you to know this though,
Will. I might I know I might be going,
but guess what? I'm not a woman beater,
bro. I love that girl. Like I got like
so much love.
>> I'mma stop you from talking right there.
If you love somebody, you don't give
them pain like that.
>> I didn't I didn't mean to
get like that.
>> The way the way the way
to talk about
>> Yeah, I'm taking you.
>> I thought it was
here.
>> Don't talk no more. Don't talk no more.
Don't talk anymore cuz what you did
that's not love.
>> Hold on. Let me explain.
>> So right now we going to take you down
to the precinct. Yes sir.
>> We going to get warrants out of you
going
90824.
>> I don't know about Yeah. What email? I
ain't seen that one.
>> I call up.
I'm going to see how long you think I'll
be in there.
>> Honestly, bro, I can't even tell you.
I'm not even going to lie to What time
is it? Cuz I want to try to get him in
now cuz it's almost 6:00 and I'm not
trying to get in roll.
>> How long How long you think I'm going to
be in that day?
>> It's a weekend. So you definitely ain't
coming out till Tuesday.
>> What?
>> Just call it how it is. It's a weekend.
You a see no judge. They don't work on
weekends.
>> I'm trying. They got weekend court. You
don't even know.
>> You ain't going to You ain't going to go
weekend. I ain't never been. I weekend
court in
>> Ak
got to grab me, bro. I'm not going
nowhere, bro. What? I don't think
procedures we got to follow.
>> Can I get my phone bit, bro? All that
>> by now it was clear that nothing
anti-set whether it was smooth talk or
status was going to change the outcome.
>> I just wanted to see what all do they
need. They trying to
>> battery
like you praying.
>> What's battery?
>> Okay.
>> You like me in there?
>> Can y'all put my hood on before y'all
put my hood on? Please
>> put your what?
>> My hood. Can I put my jacket on before I
put my hood on? Right there. Oh,
>> can I put my jacket on?
>> Bro, please don't do that. Bro, don't do
that. Please. It's so I'm I'mma need it.
I need my jacket, bro.
>> Okay.
>> Take the and then put them put them back
on.
>> Okay.
>> Okay.
>> We've been taking care.
>> I appreciate you so much.
>> Thank you. You heard about it? Okay. I
appreciate it. I appreciate
>> you around.
>> I'm not going I ain't no way you think
I'm doing anything. Ain't no way out the
hell.
>> I know. I know. I know.
>> Despite the seriousness of what had just
happened, Anti still seemed to expect
special treatment. But the officers soon
made it clear that reality, unlike
reality TV, didn't really work that way.
>> Y'all put that coat on now. I just seen
you wink your eye, man.
>> You going in my vehicle, bro. Come on.
Listen,
bro.
>> Calm down. Calm down. I'm talking to
you, right?
>> Calm down. I'm talking with you.
>> What?
>> I'm putting you in my car. I got to
worry about my safety. This is my
procedures. They're not going You're not
going in their car. You're going in my
car. It's my car. I
don't know what you got on. Oh [ __ ] P
that so
>> I know. I know. You want me to check it
out and
>> everything?
>> No. I'mma give it back to you. I'mma
give it back to you.
>> You going to my That's how I do.
>> You're right. You're right. I get it
every day.
>> Yeah, I hope you do. I don't want
another brother getting locked up.
>> Not for dumb stuff.
>> This is dumb. He's done here.
I admit it.
>> And I'm doing you a favor by letting you
put your hands in front.
>> So, like I said, that's why I don't want
you to have your your jacket right now.
>> I don't know what's in that jacket.
You'll get it once we hit my precinct.
And that's if my lieutenant wants you to
have that.
>> I can take him to either one.
>> Take a vote. I just got
>> Okay. I appreciate it. I'm
calm down. I'm not your mind, baby. Calm
down.
>> They take me to fourth.
>> Fourth county.
What the street?
>> Yes.
>> And that was the moment the persona
began to fall apart because as soon as
Falton County jail became anti's
possible destination, his confidence
started to fade.
I got you.
>> He just said, "Oh my
bro said I can get my phone."
>> No, he
I'm holding your phone.
>> Listen. Listen.
>> I just want to make call. I got to get
bro. I got to get out. I got to make
sure I get out.
>> Listen, listen, listen. You You worried
about the wrong thing right now. All
right.
>> He's a primary officer.
>> He's assisting us because you're going
to his jail. I'm the driver. So,
whoever's in charge of that particular
position, I'm not an officer. I don't
know that.
>> But you you're still complaining about
certain things how we operate. I'm
worried about my safety. So, you can't
have nothing. I'm doing this so you can
at least have a little freedom. Huh? No,
he's in charge of that.
>> I got in charge. Not right now. You wait
till we get in the car now.
>> Yes, sir.
>> Yes, sir. That's all you had to say
then, bro.
>> No, you didn't say wait till we get in
the car, though. He just said I can't
get my phone.
>> Okay.
>> Y'all weird as hell, man. What the hell?
I don't know. Y'all think y'all got a

that, bro. I promise you, bro. You going

>> Did you Did you not see the video that
we saw?
>> Okay, I'm going down for it, right? All
right. I'm going ask all these question.
I know you pissed off at me about that
[ __ ] but it ain't even like
>> it's not a punishment.
>> It's not even like It was meant to be
that I would knew I was doing too much
talking down here.
>> You doing too much talking.
>> I didn't talk. I'm already going down
the favors that he trying to give me.
>> Got two fingers inbody

My boy got that good gas. Okay,
the thing
new cuffs. I hate this. Oh, there we go.
I got a stupid ass. This [ __ ] is stupid
as
this vehicle right there.
>> Did you get the
ass again? What the [ __ ] bro? Give a
[ __ ] a wedge, bro. What the You okay?
It's not that bad.
>> It's not that serious, man. Calm down.
>> Please get me, bro.
>> No, sir.
>> I'm cold, bro.
>> Have a seat, sir.
>> Can I call I get my phone? that that's
that man.
You just said it.
>> In the end, anti-deace was arrested and
charged with battery and de.
>> Speaking of TV stars getting reality
checks, Love and Hip Hop star Joselyn
faced the consequences of causing a
ruckus at Floyd Mayweather's venue.
>> Hey,
you don't do that.
>> Don't you touch me.
>> I don't care.
>> Why me? Don't you touch me.
>> Don't you touch me.
>> On June the 11th, 2023, just moments
after the highly publicized fight
between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and John
Gotti III, officers were called to a
disturbance at the venue. Among those
involved was Jocelyn Hernandez, best
known for her time on Love and Hip Hop,
who was accused of getting into a
physical altercation with fellow reality
star Big Lex.
>> Sorry, there was a woman fighting with
another woman, but there were two men
involved and they were hitting that
woman.
>> I want you to know that
>> one one had braids and another one who
might have been gay, but they chased
after him. So, that girl did not have a
fair fight. Whoever is talkless right
now, it was two women. But there was a
man that ran. I don't like that, you
know. But they kept hitting her that in
the face.
>> If you see her, let me know because
>> he's over there. They might They might
>> Well, the girl. I want to see the girl.
>> The girl. They carried her, but they
kept attacking her.
>> Yeah.
>> And I don't know where she is.
>> I got to go over there because there's
something going on over here.
>> Yeah.
>> Before the officer could even take a
full statement from an eyewitness. The
commotion nearby forced him to step in
only to find a grown woman acting as if
she owned the entire arena. Weirdo get
him out of here.
>> I need you back. Get him out of here.
>> Get him out of here.
>> Camera, man.
>> Get him out of here.
>> Get out of here.
>> Relax. Relax. We'll take care of this.
>> Get him out of here right now.
>> He's on the way.
>> Get him out of here right now.
>> Oh, it's going to be a Royal Rumble.
>> Get him out of here.
You're on the wrong.
>> You're on the good side.
>> You looking at me.
>> Hey, you're you're on the good side.
>> You looking at me. You don't want any
trouble.
>> Hey, you don't do that.
>> Don't you touch me.
>> I don't care.
White man, don't you touch me. Don't you
touch me. White.
>> No. Don't touch me. Jocelyn felt very
comfortable in squaring up to the
officers, believing her status was
something that she could hide behind.
She was about to find out just how wrong
she was.
>> I DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHY.
>> NO ONE'S GOING TO TOUCH YOU.
>> SHUT UP.
>> You shut up.
>> You
get back.
>> Now you going.
I got it. I GOT IT.
>> COME HERE.
>> Give me a
W.
You

I got it.
>> Relax. [ __ ]
>> good. I got it. She ain't going.
>> You ass you.
If you kill me, you are going.
>> Nobody wants to hurt you.
>> You're going out.
>> Nobody wants to hurt you.
>> You're going down.
>> You're going out first. Oh my.
Not going to play with you. Come on.
>> With the arrest underway, it briefly
seems like things might settle down.
>> Hey, grab the light.
>> Grab the light. Let's go.
We're going to get more charges.
>> Don't you tell me.
>> All right.
>> Let go me.
>> Okay. Stop kicking. Stop kicking.
>> Let go on.
Stop. Let go on me.
>> Stop.
>> Hey.
>> Let go.
>> CUT IT OUT. STOP. CUT IT OUT.
>> HEY, let go me right now. Kicking. Hey.
>> Are you going to stop? Don't look at me.
>> Are you going to stop?
>> Yes. You let go of me. Are you going TO
STOP TO LET GO ON ME RIGHT NOW? STOP
KICKING. YES.
Stop kicking. Stop. Stop. Stop picking.
Look at me. Look at me.
>> I gave you the chance. No.
>> Hey.
>> Let go.
Hey.
Go. Let's go.
>> Light on.
>> Although Jocelyn's nasty behavior had
already ruined the short walk from the
venue to the patrol car, getting her
inside would become the real test.
>> I will make it so difficult for you.
Even the mother cry. I'm going to make
you lose your job. The crackers. Hey, no
touch. I'm trying to help you out. I'm
judgment. Hey,
stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up.
Stand up.
>> Don't touch me.
>> Dirty cracker.
>> You touch
me.
>> Jocelyn Hernandez, Ballistic, her
husband, the girls that are on her show.
>> So entire her entire crew.
>> Her entire crew.
>> Oh, they grabbed a chain or something
and
>> they tried to rob me. They try to take
my chain off, try to take my watch off.
>> Okay. Why would they do that?
>> I I don't know.
>> I used to um I was on her show a couple
years ago and ever since I got off her
show, she just hated me.
>> Okay.
>> So when she guess when she seen me and
for the first time in a couple years,
she just decided to
>> All right. You want to press charges?
>> Most definitely.
>> Yeah. Yes, sir.
>> I'm a girl that they jump.
>> I know all of that.
I went you
fooled you.
>> Did you? But thank you.
>> Oh, wow.
>> You said they jumped you.
>> That was that before.
>> She had all of them jump me, beat me
down, smoke me in my head. And then
after that, after the big security had
got me and put me on that little thing,
then join came out nowhere and did this.
Who was that just laughing?
The [ __ ] was she laughing at me like
that?
>> No fire.
>> No, I just want to press charges.
>> You sure you don't want
a click?
>> It didn't puncture my skin.
I'm sorry. Can I
>> They'll check you out.
>> We We can
>> Oh, I don't have those at the hospital.
>> No, they can just come. Make sure you're
good and everything,
all that [ __ ] They can do it right
here. Hospital pretty quick here.
>> Since she's technically already in
custody, like we have her at our police
department doing paperwork for whatever
what um the other stuff she did at the
arena. We're calling officer right now
that's in charge of all that and we're
going to see if we can add the charger a
battery and you'll be a victim in that
case.
>> But I need my own separate case from my
lawyer.
>> No, no, no. You'll be added to that.
I'll give you a case card with the and
everything like that.
>> So the victim, you'll be one of the
victims. So it's still a case for you.
>> Mhm.
>> Right. Um it'll just be mixed in with
everything else. But you still I'll give
you a case card uh with case number and
everything like that. So you go to your
lawyer, be like, "Look, this is the
incident." As officers paused to collect
statements from the victim, the scene
finally began to settle down. But it
didn't take long for Joselyn to return
to the same behavior, still convinced
she was in control.
>> I just need water.
>> I can just walk up here. I just need
water.
>> We'll take you. We'll take you there.
>> Whenever you walk up there, I don't
>> That's the only way we can get you.
>> I just need some water. I'm dehydrated.
I as
>> I didn't ask nobody. I'm so happy.
>> I don't want to pass out and I don't I
don't want to pass out.
I just want to get the water.
>> I didn't want to I don't want to be
there. I just want
this. The only way we can get you water.
>> That's the only way we can get you
water.
>> I don't want nobody. I don't want to
touch you. I don't want to touch you.
We have
to do that.
>> You don't have to do that. I'm right
here. You don't have to do that. I'm
right here. But you don't have to do
that. Let her judge. Let her take me.
>> Let her take me. I think y'all touching
me.
>> Up the stairs. Okay. Over.
Heat. Heat.
Somehow the officers managed to
transport Joselyn to the station without
further escalation where the underlying
reason behind her refusal to cooperate
right began to surface.
>> Well, she basically called me and every
officer, whether black or white, every
every
racial comment she could as we were
arresting her because she was asked to
leave,
>> she was asked to leave the dressing room
she was in, she went and barricade
herself in the bathroom apparently. And
then when we got there and go learn her
entourage, which was all pieces of [ __ ]
too, cuz there's a big melee at the LA
live Arena, she came out, started
mouthing off to everyone.
>> I don't know. Probably.
>> Just says dehydration.
>> She threw a threw a phone, busted her
man with a phone. We then take her into
jail. She starts pushing her off, sir.
>> Yeah.
>> And it was on and she wrestled us all
the way out of the arena, [ __ ]
us up and down. Nice. So, you know what?
She she she's she's getting off lucky.
She can have like six phonies on
>> her.
This is for the trespass after warning.
It says trespass structure or conveyance
just like this one does, but it's
different. Second degree misdemeanor,
first degree misdemeanor, third degree
felony. So, obviously, it's increased
the number of times they did it. I'm not
going to her. I'm just going to give her
the first one, which is what was
supposed to be. these charges. I'll tell
you right now, batt domestic drop.
Trespass after warning will hold. That's
probably $50 bond.
>> In the end, Joselyn Hernandez was
charged with battery on a law
enforcement officer, resisting arrest
with violence and trespassing. Joselyn
learned the hard way that fame doesn't
equal immunity, as did Karen Huger when
she got caught drinking and driving.
>> Okay,
>> I'm Karen Montgomery County. I would
rather remember being video.
>> I'd rather her
>> you were driving on Bradley or from
Bradley.
>> Do you remember remember the accident?
>> How much you drink tonight?
>> I'll give you my license if you want.
>> Yeah, I I was out, but I'm good.
>> How much have you had to drink today?
That's my question.
>> Hey, your car is on fire. Your car is on
fire. Get away from your car.
>> My car. On March the 20th, 2024, police
in Montgomery County, Maryland, were
called to the scene of a crash involving
Karen Tuga, best known as a cast member
on the reality TV series The Real
Housewives of Potmarmac, a star known
for elegance, status, and plenty of
drama. But what officers encountered
that day felt less like an accident and
more like something straight out of a
housewives episode.
>> I'm Karen Montgomery County.
>> I would rather be a video. I'd rather
her
>> not do a lot of talking at this point
anyhow cuz she's probably a little bit
upset after thing. So, she's
>> Can I ask you where you coming from
tonight?
>> Ma'am said she was coming from a
friend's house.
>> Okay. Which way were you driving on uh
Oakland?
>> Where you have
>> Were you coming from Bradley?
>> You have?
>> I I'll take a look.
>> Yes.
>> You're coming from Bradley.
>> Oh, wait.
You see it? Yes. Thank you.
>> You were driving on Bradley or from
Bradley? Do you remember remember the
accident?
>> Rescue
over
>> Okay. What happened?
>> Actually, nothing really
somebody ran you off the road.
>> They did.
>> Someone ran you off the road. Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> You remember that vehicle at all?
>> No.
>> No, you don't. Okay.
>> Wait.
>> I understand. It's dark out here. Yeah.
Yeah. Um,
>> darkness alone didn't explain Karen's
inability to answer even the most basic
of questions. From her delayed responses
to her unfocused demeanor, the signs
were becoming increasingly clear that
this was far from an ordinary crush.
>> Are you okay?
>> Let me ask. He's okay. He's still
looking for
him to do anything.
>> Karen, hold it.
>> Looking for your license, baby.
>> How much you had to drink tonight?
>> I'll give you my license if you want.
>> No, I I was out, but I'm
>> How much have you had to drink, though?
That's my question. to see if your
license is in here.
>> Uh, not yet.
>> Bulls probably already put one on.
>> He's right. Bulls is working on the acre
report, so it's probably on there. If
not, just have him at it.
>> Make sure he doesn't have it already.
>> I think Bulls does.
>> Somebody have the license?
>> I think so.
>> Oh, you think so?
>> I Yeah, I think one of my
>> Can you answer everything for me?
>> Thank you.
Well, no. Edward too.
>> Karen,
>> how much?
>> I haven't talked to my husband.
>> Okay. Can I talk with talk? I can't talk
to your husband. He's not really
involved in this incident. He can he can
help me translate or get you to
cooperate.
>> He is. He is.
>> Okay.
>> He is. You're okay.
>> How much you drink tonight?
>> How much?
>> Are you good?
>> I'm good. I'm just saying, you know,
they're assuming that you had more than
you should have. And I'm assuming that
you know, you know, had like a couple of
beers or something like that.
>> That's all I had.
>> But uh you know,
>> you had a couple of beers.
>> So that's
>> that's my assumption. Okay. I don't know
for sure. I wasn't with her.
>> Okay. I know. That's why I'm trying to
communicate with her.
>> Yeah.
>> What kind of beer did you drink?
>> Were we good for that?
>> Yeah. I don't see your license here.
>> I think somebody got somebody cuz the
bag was there.
>> We needed to write an accident report.
>> Okay.
>> It's okay. So, Ray Dolly, what would you
say?
>> I'm saying that you probably had a
couple of beers.
>> Yes.
>> And you were coming back and you you
said that you got run off the road.
>> I guess did you hit the tree here or
something?
>> It looks like she hit the center median,
came across the median, and then
>> Yeah, hit this tree as well.
>> Hit the median. It hit the tree.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Can you take my pressure?
>> It doesn't take much to
>> No, it doesn't. Can you speak to me,
please?
>> Okay.
>> Okay. Your car is on fire. Your car's on
fire. Get away from your car.
>> My car smoking.
>> No, it's on fire.
>> In the end, Karen Huga was charged and
later convicted of driving under the
influence along with several additional
offenses. From one ego-driven downfall
to another, Love and Hip Hop stars Erica
Mena and Zel Swag got on the wrong side
of the law during a fun night out.
>> I got you. I got you. I got you. I got
you.
>> I'm not doing anything.
I I'm a human.
>> I can stand up and defend myself.
>> Come on. Come on. She would not let go.
She start swinging. She bit me.
>> I just want to pee.
>> Shut up. Stop.
>> Shut up, bro.
>> You're too beautiful.
>> On August the 25th, 2023, Love and Hip
Hop stars Erica Mena and Zel Swag were
out in Buckhead enjoying a night out at
one of the city's hottest hookah
lounges. But the vibe didn't stay calm
for long. What started as a fun night
quickly turned into a heated
confrontation with security.
>> I got you. I got you. I got you. What
are you talking about?
>> I'm not doing anything.
>> Okay, you good. Sit down. Sit down.
>> I got you. I can sit down.
>> This [ __ ] is acting LIKE I'M ACTING
OUT.
>> I'M NOT acting out.
>> This [ __ ] is trying to leave.
>> I don't know, bro.
Where you going? Huh? You good?
>> All right. I I'm a human.
>> I could stand up and defend myself.
>> I was trying to pay my bill and exit
out.
I am
custom.
>> Let's go. Let's go.
>> Let's go. Let's go. Let's go.
I got you.
>> Hey, search him. I
>> Where my boyfriend at?
>> He going Who? Who's Who your boyfriend?
The two dudes is going to jail. I was in
the
>> Why two dudes?
>> The one with the dreads and the one with
the ball head. Cuz the one with the ball
head.
>> Okay. What about the blonde with
>> the one with the dreads? He was in there
fighting the security. He was punching
the security
on him first because
>> cuz we're trying to break up the fight.
>> I'm talking about the boy with the
blonde hair with the bun. Yes.
He was fighting the security. He was
trying to break up the fight and he
would not let go. He start pushing
everybody and then him and the security
got to fight.
>> He was fighting. He was trying to break
him.
>> He gone in the police office.
>> He already gone.
>> They took him to the precinct so I could
pull my warrants.
>> Anyway,
that's they were you were trying to They
were trying to break it up.
>> They were trying to break it up,
>> bro. We were literally just trying to
break up the fight. I'm just pulling the
girl like, "Come on." I'm telling her
like, "Yo, I'm the police. Come on. Come
on." She would not let go. She start
swinging. She bit me. And then the dude,
I'm telling the dude like, "Bro, back
up. Back up. We trying to break it up."
The dude swings on me.
>> It was clear to officers that Erica's
own actions had led to her downfall.
Except Erica was still under the
impression that her status combined with
a convincing story would be enough to
get her out of this situation.
>> My daughter has tomorrow.
>> I know. I And I apologize. I I'm like I
said, I really don't know what's going
on. I'm kind of waiting on the lead
officer.
>> I'm just doing
>> You're doing your job,
>> right?
>> Don't speak on it.
>> I'm from the Bronx.
>> Okay.
>> Okay.
>> But I'm I didn't mean on I just wanted
to go home and that was on my way out.
>> I got you.
>> It just was like
>> I was on my way out as you can see. I
was really on my way out.
>> So, um
>> my daughter has school tomorrow
>> for policy. I I don't want what I have
to do, but I have to put the cuffs on
you. Okay. Just cuz you're sitting in
the back of the car. All right. All
right. Step off on me.
>> So, how did you They were They were
right there.
>> Yeah. I don't I don't I don't want I
just want to let you know. Okay.
>> Follow me.
>> Okay.
>> I can take my daughter to school
tomorrow.
>> Yes, ma'am. Hopefully, this will be a
speedy process and everything, you know,
she'll be able to do it
>> cuz like literally I was just trying to
figure out what's going on.
>> Yeah, I know.
>> I was just trying to just turn around
for me. Okay. Yeah.
I know you were just out with everybody
trying to have a good time. I get it.
>> We just got done filming.
>> Oh, really?
>> No.
>> Okay. I apologize.
>> We were just here filming.
>> We literally just all got done filming.
This tension is high. We came here to
release. So, we just came and they could
vouch. We've been here for some time.
We've been here before even got lit.
>> Oh, for real? Oh, so y'all were here for
a minute?
>> Yeah, we were here for a minute.
>> Y'all know the owner?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Um, Zel is a resident at the
owner's building.
>> Ah, that makes sense.
>> That's why he told us to come here cuz
he's like
>> he knows our hours. He knows that we're
going to be in and out cuz we're filming
and he cuz when you get a bottle
obviously
>> Yeah. It's going to be longer. You're
going to spend more. You're going to
>> So that why we picked this place cuz he
was cool coordinating with
>> I I don't come here. You know me.
>> Yeah. I got you. I got you. That's why I
was like I saw you. I had to really
break it off.
>> Yeah, I just came from so me and I just
wanted
to like release.
>> I just I just was trying to have a drink
before I got home.
>> I got you for me. I'm going try to get a
drink.
>> I know. And I'm going home to my kids to
like back to reality. But I just wanted
a drink. Do you want?
>> Yeah. You just wanted to release. Just
try to I got you. Like I said, I'm going
to try.
>> You just got done filming. I got you.
Just sit down for me so I can try.
>> We were all here. Bambi.
>> Yeah. All of them.
>> Sentana. We were all filming cuz we were
filming on Instagram.
>> And it was my idea to come here because
I just thought it was chill.
>> Don't feel bad.
>> Food and drinks. That's all I wanted.
>> Don't feel bad.
>> I feel bad because my best friend is
>> Don't feel bad. Like I said,
>> everybody's blaming me though.
>> No, nobody's blaming you. I
>> No, they are. Everybody's talking.
>> Everybody came here cuz of me,
>> but nobody has to blame you. Okay?
>> Trust me. Don't think like that.
>> It's just because I invited 11 and
anybody in here because like
>> 11 negative uh you know
>> with the I Ty used to do the rug spot.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The rug spot. Yeah.
>> That's what made me come here. Say,
"Hey, come here. Bar out. We're good."
Real mean [ __ ]
>> Yeah.
That's why they picked this spot.
Otherwise, I would have been home
already.
>> I got you. Yeah. Let me try to see if we
can speed the [ __ ] up. Okay.
>> Like all I was doing was just trying to
have like a drink or two, have fun, and
go home.
>> I got you. All right.
>> We're like in the middle of filming.
>> Yeah. You don't want to have nothing to
do. I got you.
>> Several things didn't make sense in the
eyes of the officers. Erica's claims
about her responsibilities and condition
seemed inconsistent with her behavior
that night.
>> Do you guys use the restroom, too?
All right.
>> You sure?
>> No, she not going to go at the same
time. I just asked.
>> No, I just want to make sure we both
nerve wreckers. We got kids.
>> Listen, you don't have to You don't have
to plead your story to me. It's not
going to change nothing. Come on.
>> It's not about changing. It's about
being realistic.
>> I got you. But come on.
>> I'll take you to the Friday morning. I
got to pick my daughter.
>> But none of that matters. You listen.
>> It does. I wasn't doing nothing wrong.
So, cuz who I am is why I'm here.
>> Listen, I could put you back in the room
and we don't have to do this at all.
>> We can. Okay. So, so you don't want to
go. Okay.
>> Yeah. Because you're not being
realistic.
>> I don't have Listen, I'm telling you,
just because Just because you want to
plead your story to me, it doesn't have
anything to do with what's going on.
What does peeing have to do?
>> Cuz all I'm asking you to do is just go
pee. You don't have to talk to me at all
the whole time.
>> And I don't. So, can I pee?
>> So, what do you want to do? Cuz I'm not
going to go back and forth.
>> So, can I pee?
>> Let's go. I don't have to clean your
story. I just
>> So, just be quiet,
>> baby. So, show me.
>> You keep talking. And you're the one who
told me. You're the answering me
questions. I didn't ask you, baby. You
did. I didn't ask you anything. All I
asked you was let's go. Come on. Stop
calling me baby. Let's go.
>> I feel like I'm not a person.
>> I don't have anything to do with what's
going on. You just keep talking. But
you're doing all I'm asking for.
>> And am I not paying the fee? So then why
do you keep talking for what you keep
asking for? I'm not talking. I'm just
asking to please.
Just cuz you hate your job has nothing
to do with me.
>> I actually love my job.
>> Okay.
Hey, is one of the um is he or one of
them standing there?
>> Huh?
>> My handcuff.
>> Yeah. Let me see your handcuff key.
>> Come on. We're going back to where we
come on.
>> Yo, don't get her. Start it back up.
Damn. Started. I just want to pee.
>> Shut up. Stop talking, girl.
You're too beautiful.
>> I already know that. That don't have
nothing to do with me taking you to the
bathroom.
>> Oh, baby.
>> You just
>> You're too beautiful to shut up.
>> Who wouldn't want to talk to you, baby?
I just want to pee. This the last thing
I was trying to get. I want to go home
and take my daughter to school, baby, if
you think there's anything other.
>> Down at the station, Erica's entitlement
seemed to touch new lows when she
expected the officer to cater to her in
ways far beyond their responsibility.
>> Can you help me?
Sorry.
Move your head. I'll be back in the
video of this.
>> Come on.
>> Come on.
>> I'm not trying to play.
>> I never said you were.
Go ahead.
>> Put your hand behind your back.
>> I wouldn't even like that. I'm sure you
got kids in your own. I wouldn't even
[ __ ] like that.
>> The moment it became clear to Erica that
she was actually going to jail, her
composure disappeared. replaced now by a
reaction that even caught the officer
off guard.
>> Do you have to go to the bathroom? Come
on.
>> Scared of what? So you don't want to go?
>> So are you coming?
>> Where you from?
>> Are you coming to use the bathroom? Come
on.
>> I don't go in the bathroom with you. I
don't know what you scared of. Oh, she
she would like that, but she would be
scared.
>> Come on, Manny. You going? Yes or no?
Come on.
How did you
Come on.
Walk through the door. Walk through the
door. What are you scared of?
>> I got you. You going to call him? You
going to be a problem.
>> I got you.
>> Man, all I was trying to do was get you
out the club.
Like,
>> I was literally leaving.
>> Let's go ahead and use the bathroom.
>> I'm pregnant. I don't know what I'm
going to what's going to happen when I
leave. Don't go to Fulton County and
then you'll be released whenever they
release you.
>> But you'll be able to danger.
>> No, you're not in danger.
>> That might be like
>> I have no idea how they do their process
down there. When you get down there, you
can tell them who you are. They might
isolate you. I have no idea.
>> All right. Come on. Use the bathroom so
I can get
my safety. I
>> got you. They not going to let nobody
hurt you.
>> How do you know what?
>> Cuz it's a jail. Tell them who you are
and they might separate you. I have no
idea. I don't work for the jail. I don't
work in the jail.
>> So, what happened to you? Didn't even do
anything.
>> Ma'am, I don't know if you don't
remember, but you were swinging at me.
You bit me. You picked up
>> after you dragged me off
>> because I'm I
>> was literally walking over to my
section.
>> At first, I came and I was calm. I told
everybody to let you go so I can take
you out the club. I've been I've been
listen. I've been working blue for
years. People fight all the time. I get
I'm just keep listen.
>> So I don't I don't I I don't know what
happened. Why the security even came
listen I worked for that establishment.
I saw the security testing with you guys
inside. I came in to just to get you out
the club figure out what happened. But I
have to my job when I worked I worked
for the club. My job is to take the
parties outside figure out whoever needs
to go to jail needs to go to jail. A
fight is a fight.
>> You were going to go home. You start
fighting.
>> I don't I don't know what happened. I
just know I was assisting the security
and you just start whing out. You were
ma'am. You punch you were throwing
punches at me. You knocked my body
camera off.
>> You dragging me.
>> I got you. But that's why I told you I
walked in. I said, "I'm Atlanta. Please
come with me."
>> I didn't know who was who.
>> I understand that, but you were just you
were doing a lot.
>> I didn't know who was who. It was too
late now. Erica's explanations had lost
all credibility and the officer made it
clear that no amount of storytelling was
going to undo the situation she had
created.
>> You beat me on my shoulder when we got
outside
>> because I had no idea what was going on.
You have to understand there was also
people when you were dragging me out.
There was also people pulling on me. I
had no idea what the was what. First of
all, I came from the bar giving a shot
to a friend for a birthday and I walk
over next day know you and a couple of
people were approaching me and I had no
idea what was going on.
>> Got you. Future reference. If you ever
go to the club and security just walk
outside and figure it out outside cuz
what you did
>> I don't even go outside. I don't even
leave my house.
>> I got you. But go ahead and use the
bathroom so I don't hear you out of here
cuz you going to be in here all day if
you keep talking to me.
>> What do we do?
>> Come on. Why you have to use the
bathroom? Use the bathroom.
>> I'll talk to you when you get back in
there, but I need to finish this big.
>> I told you I have nobody that lives in
Atlanta.
>> I understand.
>> I have a Spanish nanny that is the
immigrant actually.
>> Okay, just use the bathroom and I'm We
going to figure it out. Use the
bathroom. We going to figure it out. All
right. Go ahead.
>> This is my sister. They saw her.
>> Come on. You're good. I don't I don't
got no hatred for nobody else.
>> Yeah, this is my sister. So, they saw
her playing with me like touching my
face and just ran up and smashed her
down from from standing up. So, I'm like
I'm trying to grab her like, "Hold on.
What's going on, y'all? Stop. She
pregnant." Like, you know, I'm trying to
explain, but it's that one.
>> Literally, I left the bar. I went to my
section. Next thing you know, I'm
talking
and I've already paid like two tabs
prior to that. So, I don't even know
where like it came from. No
confrontation at all.
>> You thought y'all was fighting.
>> Yeah. And that's why I told her I tried
to tell him the whole time. I was told I
was like, "This is my sister." She was
joking with me. Like it's nothing like
that. We was just It was I don't even
know.
>> You supposed to be coming up.
>> Oh, you got
me.
>> Let me see.
There's no bail, right?
>> The judge first. You You just sent me
You still at the precinct. You ain't
even reached jail yet.
>> He's saying I'm still in the prison.
>> So, there's nothing I can do. But my
whole thing is the kids. Like, who is
going to stay with my kids?
>> My mom, my sister has to work. Like,
what the She's supposed to like skip out
of work with my kids. Like, I don't even
know what to do. She's supposed to be
leaving tomorrow at 10:00 a.m.
>> I'm just so mad that my hairline I
messed up for this much.
>> All right, that takes my phone away from
me and I don't even have your number.
>> Erica Amena was subsequently charged
with simple battery on a police officer,
obstruction, disorderly conduct, and
criminal trespass. Zel Swag was also
charged with obstruction for intervening
while Bambi Benson faced charges of
