And this guy got all triggered on my 15-year-old kid cuz he said he was looking at him. And I said, "Sir, he's not looking at he's 15." He's like, "I don't care." And when I got ready to turn around and walk back to my truck to get back in that's when he hit me. He punched me and I lost consciousness and I slammed my head on the ground. I fell right here on the back. >> The officers were confused and couldn't figure out who the suspect was. So, they reviewed the store's CCTV, but they didn't find anything. >> So, yeah, from the video it looks like the guy in the green truck the the shorter guy the bald guy he got out and so then they started talking or arguing. He got in the the taller guy's face and then the taller guy started punching him. >> After listening to the witness, they learned the truth. >> He said he's got a gun, sir. >> And no gun was found with Eric. >> So, right now you are going to go to jail for assault, okay?
