So your grandmother called a meeting between >> My mom and my aunt. >> Okay. >> My mom lives here. My aunt does not. My grandmother wanted to start things out because there was a little bit of a um argument that had happened earlier in the day with my mom and my aunt. My grandmother wanted to situate it, get it figured out between her two daughters. My mom, I guess something got said. My aunt has been recording from the minute she walked into the house. Um I don't know if she told my mom that she was recording anything like that. Um apparently something happened and that my aunt had called you guys. So I was in there trying to figure out what got said, what happened. Um my aunt is still recording. My brother's at the hospital right now with my sister-in-law who's in labor. Um, so I'm here trying to help. >> What What happened today? Like was there any physical like hitting or anything like that? >> Um, apparently my aunt said that my mother punched her. >> Okay. >> My mom is currently up at my place right now trying to calm down. >> Where where's your mom? >> My mom's up at my place right now. >> Okay. >> Because she came up to me to get away from it. >> Okay. And then this >> my aunt and my grandmother are still in that house. >> Okay. Does any All right. Do you have an ID by any chance? >> Um, end up at my place. >> Okay. Are there any weapons in any other houses? >> No. >> Okay. >> Would one of you like to come up with my mom and talk to her? >> Well, we need to see your ID so we can get started. Can we get together? So, it's two different homes like mother daughter. >> Um, my mom lives here with my grandmother and then my aunt lives at another >> somewhere else. And you live >> with here with my mom and my grandmother and my brother. >> So, you live right there? >> I live here, but it's the same property. Okay. Can we just see your ID? Is there anybody else in there? >> My mom is up there with me >> and she's involved in this thing that's going on. Told your mom to come out and bring ID, please. >> Okay. I'm talking. >> Oh, I'm recording, too. Don't worry about it. >> What's going on? >> Um, I received a phone call. I received multiple phone calls today. First of all, let me start off. My mom just came out of the hospital. She had to have pace paper put in two days ago. She just returned home. Um, >> my sister and I got in a disagreement today because I tried to clean the house up. >> So, you don't live here? >> No. >> Where do you live at? >> I live in Lansboro. >> Here's my ID for the one that was in here. I'm grabbing hers right now. >> Okay. Thank you. told my mom, my mom, my sister, who is supposedly not in good health, threw a temper tantrum, flew out the door, took all her [ __ ] said she was leaving. >> She lives here. She lives here with my um my nephew and my niece. >> Um >> and your mom >> and my mom. >> Okay. >> My mom returned home to deplorable conditions. I tried to clean it up. I photographed everything. I have tried not to have any issues. My mom insisted on having me come back today to discuss everything. >> Discuss what? >> Um I guess my sister leaving earlier today and um how her care was going to go forward. Um when I came here this morning, normally there's not a big deal about the dogs. Well, today there was a big deal about the dogs. So before we got started. >> All right. Give me a second. Let me brief my Do you need Do you need medical assistance? >> I'll take it. >> I don't know how you >> This is my mom's ID up there. >> What's your name? >> Rayanne. He has my ID as well. >> Rayanne. >> Yes. >> What's your last name? >> Moore. >> What's going on? >> Um >> my grandmother called my aunt over to have a conver. >> Do me fool. Get your mom, >> please. My mom just had >> cuz I think the altercation between well with her aunt and her mom >> inside the place that she just had a piece of paper. >> Yeah, we'll be all right. >> So what what So what else happened? >> Your mom was inside. >> So when I came in, I decided that I had told my mom I didn't want to fight, didn't want anything. My sister hopped ass earlier today and I I don't I don't do those kind of things. She left my mom because she was upset that I cleaned the house. Came back and honestly I don't want to be even close to her. So you >> just turn around. >> You don't want to fight about >> We're here so don't do it. >> So um the when I pulled in, I had been talking to my daughter and I said, you know, I really don't feel comfortable with this situation. Not not comfortable with it. And my my I said to my mom as I pulled up five minutes before, I will not fight. I will walk out the door and I will leave and I I'll be done. My mom assured me that everything would be fine. I came into the house and I when I talked to my daughter, she said, "Mom, you might want to record what you said because I cleaned up everything." I had cleaned up a majority of the stuff, the molded food, the roaches in the sink. her terrible house. And when I walked in, they told me that I couldn't come in the house anymore right away >> because [snorts] um my sister and my mom because their dog would attack me. >> Okay. >> The dog they continued to talk about how the dog would attack anybody and I said, "Are you sure that we should have people coming into the house?" I recorded the whole entire conversation. Okay. I more than happy to pay pay anything for you. My sister got mad. She jumped up. She decided to swing and she just >> How many times? >> Probably seven. >> Did you hit her at all? >> No, sir. I I don't even tell her to stop. >> I don't know that I told her to stop, but >> And where did this happen? Like out of here? >> I was sitting in that chair >> and she got off on the couch and just cold cocked me and then my mom blamed me. >> All right. Do you want to write a statement or >> I think I need to call my husband, >> but I don't think that call my husband right now would be the best choice. >> Do you want to write a statement? >> I do want to make a statement, but I don't feel like writing right. >> Okay. Um, >> so obviously there's I see there's injuries and stuff like that. Okay. This happens to be like >> I will sit on my tailgate. No. Yeah. I >> I feel like I should call my husband, but my face is freaking pounding. >> Do you want do you want EMS to get checked up really quick? >> Yes. >> Make sure everything's okay. >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Actually, would you mind calling my husband? >> I don't mind. But do you want us to call EMS? So, I just let him know. >> Yeah, please call her. >> Okay. >> When my mom came up, she told me what happened. And she did tell me that she hit her, but that she started recording after the fact. Um. >> Okay. So, let let your mother just You didn't see anything. >> I did not. >> So, leave it alone. Let her talk to the deputy. >> We'll get the story straight from her source and straight from her. >> You just basically you didn't you didn't you didn't >> I didn't hear what happened, but I did come down and I was like, "Hey, like >> you didn't see anything?" >> I didn't see anything, but I was like, "What happened?" >> Leave it alone. >> Okay. >> Leave it alone. Just let that deputy speak to her. >> Okay. >> And this deputy talking to her so we can get the stories on each side and we'll go on from there. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> What happened? >> Take a breath. >> We got into it earlier. >> What's your name? Do you live here? >> Yes, I've lived here for 20 years. 20 years. >> Since 2004, >> which is a big problem with my sister. >> You live here? >> Your sister does not live here. >> No, she does. Have you guys ever lived Have you guys ever lived together? >> She moved out when I was 16, 17 years old. >> Okay. All right. >> And that was the last time we physically got into it. >> Okay. >> She has threatened to come over here multiple times and kick my ass. Sorry. Kick my son's rear end who's >> at health right now with his wife who's in labor. >> All right. So, [snorts] what happened? There was an argument earlier about the way the house looked and how I didn't have it cleaned and how I let this happen and let that happen and my mom didn't step up and say anything. So I told my mom I said I'm done. >> What's your mom's name? >> Ruth. >> Ruth. >> Iva Ruth Schmire sides. >> Okay. >> And I walked I walked up the hill. I wasn't coming back. My son came and picked me up. >> Mhm. >> And we went for a ride. By then she was gone. My sister. >> And I just had a talk. I was just talking to my mom going, "I'm not I'm done with this. I've had it. I'm tired of every time she comes over, she finds everything that's wrong in this house, everything that's not done, not clean, not this, not that, not not." >> Mhm. >> And I've had it. She comes in like a tornado. a china and a bowl in a china shop, whatever you want to call it. And she just, this is the way she ends things. My mom asked her to come back over so the three of us could sit and talk. And I was sitting on my hands. I was calm until >> she said something about >> mother living in soil, me mooching, something along that line. And I But literally just it I didn't [laughter] I stepped up and I said, "Mother, you need to say something >> and mother called her name and she kept on >> and then she smarted off again and then she started recording." >> Oh, she said, "Well, I can show you the pictures." I said, "Did you take pictures?" She goes, "Yes." I said, "Why?" "Well, because she lives in filth and she this and she my sister's not." So, [snorts] what happened after you stood up? >> I stopped and my sister continued to mouth off >> and I just stood there. >> Then all of a sudden, I just couldn't. >> I did. I punched [laughter] her. My ring must have got her in the eye. >> I'm sorry. I >> You swung first. >> Unfortunately, I did. >> Okay. >> But it was because of the abuse. Did she Did she hit you back? >> Oh, no. No, no. She was goes, "I'm recording through the whole thing. Go ahead. Hit me again. Hit me again. >> I'm recording through the whole thing." >> Okay. >> She just gives a consider. >> Okay. >> And I know she wants to press charges. I guarantee it because she goes, "You know how many people I know that I'm over here >> and they all know you invited me?" >> 54 >> and they, you know, it's like you invited me over here. >> It was supposed to be a civil conversation, but it didn't get that way. She just >> Okay. [snorts] >> She She is bipolar and she's manic. >> Okay. So dealing with her can be >> so Miss Susie >> I know >> because of the >> All right, put your money back. >> I already called. >> Stay right there. >> It's because in >> the field back up. >> It's just back up. >> It's because I took the >> because I'm I'm telling you to back up. That's why. >> No, no, no, no, no. I must >> Okay, I'm telling you to back up. Back up. >> And I did back up. >> Back up. Thank you. I thought you was asking me why. >> No, no, no, no, no. Please don't. No. My my daughter will go into a panic attack. I know she's >> fine. Okay. >> Then why? Because I can. >> All right. Listen. Listen. >> Listen to me. >> You was fine until your mother said panic attack. So do me a favor. Act like an adult right now. >> I am, but I have panic attack. >> Okay. How old are you? >> I'm 27 years. >> So you're 27 years old. You a grow an adult. Learn how to relax. Take a deep breath. Okay. So then we'll get an ambulance if you need it. But do me a favor. Calm down until your mother didn't say anything. You didn't act up. You've been acting this the right way. So, continue to be that way. [laughter] >> That's the only reason why cuz I don't know why. >> Well, we'll explain that to you. But you need to relax. >> That's why I was asking [laughter] >> Relax. And I'm telling you to relax. >> Okay. Ask him to stop. >> I'm going to let you talk to her. Okay. Just take a breath. He's got his phone. Where's my mom? Because I'm sorry. I want my mom to video this because this is >> I already called my son. >> We're going to go to this car. Okay. >> Why am I the one? She's scared of the [ __ ] She knew what she was doing. And I'm the one that pays for it. I always do. >> She's the one that started this [ __ ] >> Do you have anything on you? >> Anything in your bra? >> No, I'm sorry. I have nothing. [laughter] >> And she wants to push the Jordan. >> I'm going to open this one up and we're going to turn your hand around. Okay. >> There you go. No. There you go. Yep. There you go. Just like that. >> Huh? >> No, you're fine. Is that that okay? >> I'm going to tighten it up a little bit. Okay. >> Is that good? Is that too tight? >> Okay. Can you open this? I got to get underneath this. >> Okay. Have a seat for me. Okay. >> Yes, sir. I knew I was going the minute said what she said. [laughter] >> She was charged with domestic battery.
