Welcome to the Prime Analyzer channel. This is what you can expect from this channel, an analysis of videos. That's correct. This is not a reactionary channel. You can expect great commentary and last but not least, an education. Now, it's time to analyze this video. It's you did a birthday. You're >> saying you're so intoxicated you can't tell me you the day you were born. >> I didn't know it. >> I'm not. >> I sit down for nothing. >> What? >> I sit down for nothing. >> Sit down to give me your date of birth. Okay. Sit down. You >> good? Are you okay? >> Yeah. >> You sure? >> Yeah. >> They got in the bar without ID. >> It's a good question. They both tell me they don't have IDs. >> Okay. >> No, but I've been in this a couple first time coming here. I've been here a couple times, so they know me. This is my first time being here. >> What's your date of birth? the day you were moving right now. So clearly you went on everything. She said that they she wants just for you too, but she's making allegations of assault. >> We paid We just paid our tab there. >> I got Well, she she's not saying you didn't pay your tab. She said you were trying not to and that you did. She's saying that you did. >> We were paying our tab. She told me that oh, we weren't paying our tab. But she >> But she never came up to us and like, you know, confronted us. It was like other people telling us that. Well, we heard other people talking that we wanted my cat. >> So, right now, what I've been I haven't been able to go there and talk to her, but she's telling me that you were threatening her and everything. This at this moment that's your that's your side of it. I have to go get her side of it. >> But right now, I need you to give me your date of birth. >> Ron, I can't take you right now. >> Okay. We're going to be calling We're going to be calling EMS to come here because you can't even tell me your date of birth. You're not in the right state of mind to be be able to be out here by yourself. >> Just you can't. I'm going to be honest. >> I'm going to go in and talk to her. >> You tell me you tell this officer your date of birth whenever you take them. >> Okay. >> Listen, if you if you can't remember your birthday, then you're going to go to the hospital because you're too intoxicated and you can't you can't care for yourself. >> Come pick me up right now. >> Sir, I'm still here at Lava. I don't understand what she called for this because I paid my time. >> It doesn't matter why she called, but I'm letting you know if you can't tell me your birthday, then you're going to be going to the hospital until you can sober up >> and it's going to be involuntary. You don't have a choice. You are going to be going if you can't tell me your birthday. >> I'm still here. >> Yeah, I heard you. I heard you. I heard you. No. No. I'm literally standing outside right now. >> Of what? >> I just p my tab. I don't understand. >> That doesn't That doesn't matter at all. We've I've explained to you what's going on. >> Okay. But if you can't remember your birthday, then you're so impaired that you can't care for yourself and you're going to need to go to the hospital. How do you How do you spell it? How do you spell your name? >> Mhm. >> Thank goodness that these two were not driving after they left this lounge or this could have been at the very least a vehicular accident. Anyone who needs to sit down to remember their birthday cannot be in a cognitive state. >> You spell it. How do you spell your name? Mhm. What's your last name? >> Yes, sir. >> Hello. >> Where you at right now? >> I'm going to be right in front of Lava right now. And >> she gave you a date of birth. Yeah, I'm about to verify it, but >> I don't understand what I'm being arrested. Yeah, >> you're not under arrest. >> She definitely wants some 42. She's more looking at the one in the blue top for the she I walked I talked to her about it and she wanted charges on the uh assault portion of it. She was just saying that she was while they were trying to pay her tab and they were going to pay the tab and then they're like I'll pay the tab. I'll pay for your own life, you [ __ ] [ __ ] I'm I'll beat your ass and stuff like that. That's what we're going around. >> There's a guy at the bar that says that he was there to to witness it all. >> Mhm. >> I talked to her about, hey, it's up to you to be a victim. If you want to be a victim, you can. >> We would have to go through the video. We'd have to look at the video. We have to interview the witnesses. She's like, I can't even get a hold of video. I don't want to do anything about it now. Just had him trespass. So, >> okay, >> that's where we're at. >> Did you remember it? >> I'm kind of I'm kind of picking up those home. >> Okay. All right. Um, >> driving. I was dropped off here. >> Yeah. I would hope not. >> Yes, sir. >> This is what's going to happen. You're being given a ma'am, I need you to focus here. >> Thank you. >> All right. You're being given a You're being You're going to be given a trespass warning. >> Yes, sir. >> You are never allowed to come back to this establishment. Yes, sir. >> If you are found on the property and they call us and we respond here and see you on the property. >> Yes, sir. >> You're going to be arrested for trespass after warning without anything having to have happened. >> That's fine. >> You will be arrested? >> Yes, sir. >> How much did you have to drink? >> Not that much. >> Why are you having anything to drink? Um, I have one drink and that's about it. >> How old are you? >> I'm 22. Okay. >> What were your birthday? >> 19. What? >> You were born in 2004. >> 94 is not 22. >> It's not 22. Stop lying. >> 1994. [Music] Yeah. Okay. Part of that is liquor and the other part comes from being dumb. All the police had to do is ask the people in the bar if these two were carded. >> 19. What? They were born in 2004. >> 94 is not 22. >> It's not 22. Stop lying. Stop it. You understand? >> Where? Where's your ID that you used to get in here? >> I don't have I didn't use >> We didn't use any ID. We didn't use any ID to get here. >> She can only say that she saw her ID. >> She didn't see any ID. If you look at the camera, she didn't look at any ID. You are very lucky because you could easily just be going to jail today for assault. Assault you saying you're >> Well, I didn't touch anybody. >> Doesn't matter. It's not battery. Battery is touching somebody. Assault is saying that you're going to threaten to do harm to them. >> Well, I didn't threaten nobody else. >> I have a witness in there that says otherwise. So, that's all that that takes is one person making an allegation right there. >> Listen, there's a person threatening an allegation that threat of violence happened. You have a witness that's saying, "I saw that that happened." That's all that it would take for us to take you to jail. That's it. >> I understand. >> I'm just trying to give you a reality check here. Okay. Yeah, but I understand because you're underage drinking. >> We were sitting to leave right there while it wasn't even over. >> You're underage drinking for one. You should not even be here. You're trespassing. You'll never be able to come back here again. >> I understand, sir. I understand. >> You as a friend should not let her be drinking out here. That is irresponsible for you as a friend. >> I understand. I'm sorry. >> You want to take these and Samson? >> Either of us will not be hearing again. I understand. We were trespass and we would not >> Well, yeah. You guys can't come back. If you come back, then we're going to come back and take you to jail. >> I understand. >> We will be picked up. We would drop off here. >> Mhm. >> And we will not be p We will not be driving anywhere to work here. >> Okay. >> And we understand. >> Well, it doesn't help when you tell me that you're here all the time. >> We had not been here all the time. It's my first time being here. Yeah. >> No, you you told me. You just told us that you're here all the time and that they know you and that's why they didn't check your ID. You already told us that on camera and you're 20 years old. >> I have never been here on my on my baby. We have never been here. I have never been here. She had never checked my ID. I have never been here. So, a licensed establishment like a club in Florida can face serious penalties if a minor is caught drinking on the premises, including fines, jail time, and a suspension or revocation of its liquor license. Florida law holds both the establishment and its employees responsible for preventing underage drinking and prohibiting minors from consuming alcohol. I mean this fool cannot formulate one sentence properly and doesn't know her date of birth. >> Never been here on my on my baby. We have never been here. I had never been here. She had never checked my ID. I had never been here. I had never been. She can ask me. She's never seen me. She's never seen me here. I'll be dropped home. I had no breaking. Sorry. >> Okay. How How long until your ride gets here? >> She's been here two seconds. >> I didn't drive here. I had never been here. >> I I get that. >> Are you mad at me? >> No, but you're just repeating the same thing that we've already established. >> I I know I know here in this establishment before. She me because I didn't pay my T, but she never came up to me to ask me to pay my tax. Okay. Well. >> Mhm. Yeah. That's why I said one's just over and one's under. >> She didn't I on your on my on everything I love. She did not check my ID. >> Anisha. Anisha. >> She did not check my ID. That's fine. >> I mean, yeah. >> So, my >> Anisha, >> that's your trespass warning. >> You were never allowed to come back into this place. If you come back into this place, you were going to be arrested. >> Yes, sir. >> I have never come here before. >> Yeah. Yeah. Tell them to come. >> Where is y'all's ride? >> They're coming right now. >> Where at? How far are they? >> I'm not sure. >> The office is closing off right now. And then >> either of y'all get into a car and drive away from here, I will personally spend the time >> Yes, sir. >> to stay here and take you to jail. No problem. >> Oh, no. I'm not joking. I'm not driving right now. >> It was a bunch of people. >> Were they co-orkers? Were they strangers? Somebody that you met walked up >> at a store? >> Uh, a Mexican restaurant. >> But I swear to God, >> the witnesses inside say that you showed an ID. >> You can ask her for the cameras. I swear to God, she never asked for that ID. She asked me, "What do I want to drink?" >> Hello. >> You can ask for the ID. >> Yeah. Can you come get us? >> I swear. I swear to God, she never asked me for an ID. She asked me, "What do I want to drink?" >> And then she said, "Do I want to add a do I want to start a tab?" >> I said, "I don't have my my ID. I only have my tab." My um brother >> and she said, "Okay, what's my name?" And I asked her I told her what my name is. >> I told her my name was >> You're not really. >> I told her all it was. You can ask her what my You can ask her for the security cameras. I never show her no ID >> and I put that on everything. >> I never told her no ID. There shouldn't I shouldn't know card. I don't have my iP card. It was only Apple Pay. >> And I told her >> that I can like she told me she showed me the bill was $92. >> You said >> $192. I told her, "Okay, I'll pay." >> $192 in alcohol. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. It was a bunch of people in the section. Everybody left. >> So, you showed up here with a whole bunch of people. >> Yes. >> They dipped out and left you with a tab. >> Yes, sir. >> And you're underage. Yes, sir. >> And you, I'm assuming, don't have that type of money on you to pay that bill. >> I paid the bill. >> You did pay. >> I did pay on and everything. I paid the bill >> and that's what she was going to phone the police, but I told her I paid the bill and there's a >> Yo, like we already gave her the money and everything. Confused. This is after she had already made the phone, right? She was on the phone with police and she told me that Oh, I'm calling police. No, she was already paid. Two two people already told me that she was on >> Mhm. >> and I already paid. I gave her my card and I paid the bill. But then you guys showed up, but I told her she never checked my ID. You could ask for the um the security cameras. I never showed her my ID. >> Can I check your bag to make sure that you don't have an ID in there and that you're not lying to me? >> Is that okay with you? >> I have my wallet. I do have my ID on my wallet. It's my same name that I gave you. I don't lie about to the police. It's my same name. But I gave her my my my um my card and I paid my bail and it was a whole bunch of people in my section. We paying. We were smoking. >> Oh, look at there. You do have an ID. Crazy. >> It's my card. >> I gave you the same birthday. I never lied. It's my same birthday. It's my same name. >> I know. But see, this is what I need the both of you to understand without interrupting me. >> Yes, sir. >> The problem isn't that there was a miscommunication with the bill or that you're being trespassed from the location. The issue is is that you both are under the age of 21 and you're inside of a drinking establishment. >> [ __ ] >> That just I asked you not to interrupt me. >> It doesn't matter if you came here with people. It don't matter if they invited you in. It doesn't matter because guess what? Ultimately, it that could potentially fall on them and they can lose their liquor license. There's a reason why there's a law in effect that says anybody under the age of 21 cannot possess, consume, or ingest any alcohol. Correct. Yes, sir. Well, >> so my question is is why are you all here drinking underage >> when you're not supposed to be? >> I'm sorry. I >> It's not It's not about the ID. >> I know. I know it's not about the ID. I'm so sorry. >> So, why are y'all here consuming alcohol knowing that you're under >> my ID? I'm going to be >> Why are you here consuming alcohol under the age of of 21 knowing that you shouldn't be? >> I'm very sorry. I didn't drive here. >> It doesn't matter if you drove here. It doesn't matter if you flew here on a rocket ship. >> The point is is you still crossed that threshold. You entered a an establishment that only serves alcohol and nobody under the age of 21 can be inside there. But yet you two found your way inside. It doesn't matter if you've got your IDs. It doesn't matter anything. You two are under the age of 21 and you're drinking. >> Yes, sir. I'm sorry. We didn't She didn't show our IDs when we we entered and stuff. >> You shouldn't have ever come in here. >> I know. I'm sorry. >> What's the legal age so you can enter a bar? 21. >> So why even go in there? You're not supposed to be. >> I know. I'm sorry. We didn't answer the establishment. She didn't ask for our IDs. She didn't ask for anything. She just asked me what we were drinking. >> If you if you look at >> That's a fail. That's a failure part on their behalf. However, you >> being a mature, responsible adult, >> knowing that you cannot enter an establishment. Yes, sir. >> Under the age of 21, >> still chose to do so and still consumed alcohol. >> I know, sir. I'm sorry. I didn't enter. I thought she would check my IDs and we would go home, >> but she didn't ID. >> Then why bother? Why'd you try? >> We just went in there. It was >> No. Why? Why would you try to go into a bar expecting to get your ID checked and go home? Nobody dresses up and goes out and expects to get stopped at >> We weren't at here. We were at last. We got a few tacos and then they were talking about tacos and then we talking about Let's go. >> Do you have any other IDs? >> No, sir. >> Can I look in your bag? Yes, sir. >> No, your bag. >> Oh, yes. >> Oh, yeah. I'll take your wallet, too. >> Can you take it off your shoulder? >> Yes, sir. >> I'll take that. >> I don't have any any other wallets. >> All right. >> So, this is all you got? >> Yes, sir. >> She said she had her ID to the side. >> Dang, that thing is heavy. >> It's a Terry Bridge. >> She said she had an ID. >> I don't live in Ocala. I'm here. >> Who do you live with? I live with my boyfriend. >> You live with your boyfriend? >> Yes, sir. >> Where does he live? What's the What's the address? >> In Orlando. It's um >> Hey, do me a favor. Hold your phone for me. >> Yes, sir. >> So, how did you get all the way to Ocala from Orlando? >> I gave birth two months ago and um my child father has my child right now. >> So, how did you get to Okala? >> I drove to Okala. You >> drove to Okala? >> Yes. And my car is in my mother's car. Is in my mother's car, right? In my mom's car. >> I do not drive here. I do not drive here. >> Your license is back in the front. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Do you mind if I look through your wallet, ma'am? >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> Thanks. >> So, the reason why we're doing this is because we think that y'all have fake IDs. That's why >> I don't have fake IDs. >> Yeah. My ID says the same exact thing thing that I told you guys. >> Do you have any uh possession of marijuana or anything? >> No, I don't. >> Thought you said you didn't have an ID. >> I have an ID, too. Lied to me the whole time. >> Oh, no, I do. >> In the particular time and date of this event, I don't think anyone in the area was dumber than them. And that's only because they are so dumb. They have taken away any opportunity for anyone else to be dumber. They allow the police to search their belongings when the cop clearly isn't given lawful demands. The cop wants to know if they would volunteer for a search. >> Do you mind if I look through your wallet, ma'am? >> Yeah, go ahead. >> Thanks. >> So, the reason why we're doing this is because we think that y'all have fake IDs. That's why >> I don't have fake IDs. >> Yeah. >> My ID says the same exact thing that I told you guys. >> Do you have any uh possession of marijuana or anything? No, I don't. >> Thought you said you didn't have an ID. >> I have an ID, too. >> Lied to me the whole time. >> Oh, no, I do. >> Don't Don't fake it now. >> I know. I still have a lot of cards in my wallet. Realize that real quick. You didn't even ask the lady at the bar. Like, I go through my >> You do realize that can be another criminal offense. Lying to us when we're >> lying to you though. I really don't know. I didn't have my ID on me. Like, >> you didn't bother to look either. And it's probably because y'all know >> I was honest with you the whole time about my birthday date. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Me? >> Yep. >> Yes. Put your hands on your back. >> Hey you. Yeah, you. The one sitting on the couch eating chips. Get your butt up and take your nutty professor finger and hit the subscribe button so you can see videos analyzed by the prime analyzer like this. >> Where's your hands? Watch your back. >> Yep. >> Yes. Change my >> Do you have any weapons on you? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. Do me a favor. I'm going to grab your phone. >> Uhhuh. >> What's that in between your >> It's a [ __ ] >> It's a what? >> That's ours, though. >> All right. Go ahead and let that fall. >> Let it fall. Doesn't matter. You shouldn't have it anyway. 18. [ __ ] this cor beer 69227257. Do you have anything else on your person? >> No, I have >> nothing at all. >> No. Okay. Go ahead. >> See, watch. Watch. I got to get in. Okay. Careful. If she can be 51 to LA, I need female in reference to the search. >> Let me go get a test. >> Yeah, >> I take that back. I don't have any. >> If not, then Lacy can I'll see if she's got one. Now that he's got his attention on her, my attention's on you. Do you have anything on your person that you're not supposed to have? >> No, sir. >> Now's the time to come clean. >> You could. >> I've already went through your bag. I'm talking about on your person. >> No, sir. >> Nothing at all. >> No, sir. >> When was the last time you used? >> Never, sir. >> Anything? >> No, sir. Marijuana? >> No, sir. >> Crack cocaine? >> No, sir. >> Molly, >> no sir. >> Meth? >> No, sir. >> Anything? >> You can check me. >> Okay. So, I do have your permission to give you a pat down. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay, perfect. Just hang tight for me. All right, >> y Yeah, I think that's >> Hey, Nina. What's your cell phone number? >> Can I know what I'm arrested for? >> Yeah, you're going to be placed under arrest for possession of Narcotics. >> What narcotics? >> What's what what is the white powdery substance in the bag? >> I I promise you on my mother I don't know anything about one. >> All right. So this is how I know that you're full of it. We found the white powder bags. >> I promise you I don't know anything about white powder. All I do is smoke marijuana. I don't know anything about >> I believe you on that. I believe you on that. >> Yeah. All I do is smoke marijuana. And I have a medical card for it, too. But other than that, I don't do anything else but that. >> Let me Let me ask you this. Did anybody give you anything? >> No. Nobody gave me anything. Nobody gave me anything at all. Like I don't do any other drug but marijuana. >> All right. At any point did anybody have your wallet? >> No. No. I'm I did leave my wallet sitting in the um in the hookah lounge at the time that I did go use the bathroom. That's the only time. >> So if I pull that camera, I'm going to see you leave your wallet there. >> You're going to get up and then I'm going to see somebody else place those two white baggies inside your wallet. >> I don't know about placing two baggies. See how none of it makes sense? >> And none of it does make sense. But I promise you, I don't do any other drugs but marijuana. >> All right, watch your toies. >> This is difficult to do in uh in gloves. >> Here, let me see it so I can >> I got it. >> Instead of doing that, take it and and squeeze it. I don't want it to pop. >> I would want you to pop it. >> Oh, yeah. No, I had to tighten up the glove. >> Okay. >> So, her friend um voluntarily um submitted to a search whenever Lol gets here. So, we'll go ahead and pat her first. and then um we'll get her a second. >> That my friend is testing for fentanyl. >> Yes, it is. >> So, it is absolutely turning that kind of orangey pink color. >> Yep. Good deal, bro. Uh, >> hey L. So these two are technically underage drinkers that made their way into La Bar. >> I was going to say, how did it actually turn into a >> So they were out here. I'm having a discussion with them while berries inside talking to the uh the the staff. Um, I went inside, found out that there's a possibility they may have fake IDs. So, we come back out and I start talking to them >> and because I believe that they have fake IDs because how else did you get inside? And the staff said they showed ID. >> Um, I asked >> I asked if I could have voluntary search. >> Oh, they don't. >> They don't. So, I said, "Hey, can I voluntarily search through your bag?" They both said yes. Check the first one. All clean and clear. I asked this one. She says yes. Hands me her her little wallet thing. And as I'm going through it, we find two baggies of a white powdery substance that test presumptive positive for fentanyl. her friend that's sitting up there had already voluntarily said yes. You can search me when she gets here and then I need you to pat the one in the back of Barry's car to ensure that she doesn't have anything else. So, if you can just pat the other girl that's sitting on the sidewalk right quick and then we'll come back and just pat her down. >> Um, do you have a multi test kit? Just >> if not, I think Ashley's down the street, too. >> Okay. >> All right. So, hey, listen. I appreciate you being um cooperative with everything. Um, now that she's here, she's just going to do a rough pat down on you right quick. It's not going to be too invasive or anything like that. Um, once you're said and done on that part and you're all clear, then we will get you out of here as soon as your ride gets here. But unfortunately, your friend's going to jail. >> Okay. >> I I don't have anything on me. >> Okay. Yeah. You just stand up and then face away from me and I'll give you Sure. >> You You can check my loop. >> No, you're having issues. I know. >> Underwire feels weird sometimes. >> Yeah. All right, spread your ankle a little bit. >> All right, you're good. >> I appreciate you being cooperative. Um, how far did you say your ride was now? >> My mom is in um >> Is she on her way? >> Right over there. I can call her. >> Please do. You're going to need a ride. >> Okay, no problem. >> All right. Hey, so this is what's going to happen. All right. I'm going to get you out. You're just going to stand here. You're going to face the corner of the doorway. Okay. She's going to patch you down to ensure that you don't have any other drugs or weapons on you. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, if you can't go ahead and step on out for me and then as soon as you get out, just face the corner of the door. This is exactly why I recommend people understand lawful demands and unlawful demands. This female would not be arrested if she didn't voluntarily provide the police officer her wallet. >> And then before she sits back down, I need to double lock those. >> Yours don't. >> No, they do. >> Oh, >> just get them. >> Kind of relax. Yes. >> Put your hands together like you're praying because it's going to be a little bit easier on your wrist. >> There you go. >> There you go. >> So, can you tell me what's going to happen? >> Yeah. Let us get all the uh little details ironed out and we will let you know exactly what's going to happen in just a few minutes. Okay. >> Okay. bikini bikini. >> All right. Um, spread your ankles just a little. There you go. All right. You're good. Let him uh >> I just want I just want to make sure that these aren't Wait. Relax your arms a little bit. There you go. I just want to make sure they're not going to be too tight on you because I don't want it to cut off circulation. All right, you're good. All right, go ahead and get back in there. Have a seat. >> Oh, watch your head. Careful. There you go. >> Thank you, ma'am. We don't I don't think it >> No, this the thing is that's turning blue on a crack kit, but it should it should be turning like purple, I believe. >> No, blue. >> It turns blue. >> Okay. Well, it's it's >> so it's testing positive for cocaine and then it's also test positive for fentanyl. >> But yeah. Yeah, that's right. >> Yeah. >> Pink and blue cotton candy. >> Okay. >> That's all I can tell. Well, >> can't be more clear than that. >> All right. >> Perfect. >> She on her way. >> Sorry. >> She on her way. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Um, do me a favor. Hang up. Just chat with me real quick. >> Hold on. >> Um, just you can just call her back in a second. Um, >> so your your friend here, where did she get the stuff that she had? >> I'm not sure. >> You're not sure? >> Um, >> this isn't a this isn't a setup. We're doing this because we want to help. >> Yes. I'm from Orlando. Like my baby was born two months ago. So I'm I >> How long have you known her? >> Uh a few months. We met at at Ulta. >> You met? >> We worked we worked at Ulta together. >> Okay. Do you Did you ever know her to to do any party during? >> No, sir. >> No, you >> I just know her to be my friend. Like I didn't know anything that she had to do with her. Like I already told her like anything that she had to do with her like >> Okay. >> I have a baby. So >> who were the who were the people that she met up here? Do you know any of them? >> No, sir. >> No. First time you ever seen him? You ever seen any of them? >> I There was people in here, but like we met at Lai. Like I came with her in La. >> Okay. >> And we had like we had just eat tacos and then we were like, "Okay, let's go to Lava." And I never went to Lava before. >> And I was like, "Okay, let's go to there." And I never been here before. And we went there. She's like, "What do you want to drink?" If you look at the the um security cameras, she never looked for any of these. She's asking what do you want to drink? >> And I said, >> I'm not I'm not >> We're not too concerned about that. >> I know, sir. But I don't have anything like on me. Like I don't think anything. I know that. >> I don't I don't deal with any of that. >> Well, what I'm trying to explain to you, this isn't a setup, sir. >> We want to know where she got the drugs. >> I don't know. Like me and her are like friends like here and there. >> Is this the type of friend that spends the night at your house? >> No, sir. She's never spend like she would come by my house and she'll be like she'll talk to me and we'll talk about things like with her boyfriends and things but we never talk about what she does. >> Okay. >> So I don't know anything. >> So you don't even What's her birthday? >> Uh like 20ome. >> Okay. >> Like we know each other. >> So you just know Justin? >> Yeah. We we're not like best of friends but like we're friends. >> Okay. All right. You've only known her for a couple months. I've known her for like a year, but I don't know her like enough to like to say like what she does. Like I know about like her boyfriends and things like that, but I don't know if she does what like outside of that. So I don't know I I can't give you any any information of like what she does like outside of that. >> So >> I don't like I can't give you anything outside of that. I know her birthday like 20th something. >> What's your telephone number? >> It's >> You sure? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Just make sure. >> Okay. >> Um, was she was she trying to meet anybody here? Was she about meeting the boyfriend. >> No, we were all here with a group of people. Like we came, we were at La Sienna and then they were like, "Oh, let's go to Lava >> and then it was like a bunch of people." >> Did y'all carpull together or did you and her drive separately? >> No, we all car pulled together like in one car. >> How did y'all get left here and the other people left? >> They just left because they heard they they heard the police were coming. Like we just was left here. But my mom's coming for me. >> My mom didn't know how but I live in Orlando. >> Okay. the any of the other people that you were with, do you know any of them too? >> No, sir. >> I have never met them before before tonight. >> Okay. So, it's the first time you've met any of them. You only know her? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Like there was a guy there was like there was three or four guys that I met tonight like that was her friends and there was like four or five random people that were with her. But I have never met anybody. Okay. But I don't know anything that she does with her with her stuff. Like I have a baby. Like I already told her like if she has anything to do with her like I don't want to be involved with it. >> Like >> is this one of those times? >> Yes. I told her like any of this any of the things that you have involved with yourself like just don't involve me. Cuz I have a I have a two-mon like I love my baby. I don't drugs. I work a regular job. Like >> I don't do anything. Like I'm here for a maternity leave. And I'm moving my to Orlando. Like I don't deal with anything. Like I'm here for a night out and like I don't deal with anything. >> Well, I have a feeling you picked the wrong crowd to go out with. >> I know. Like it really saddened me. Like I just was want to have like a one night out. Like my mom was with my baby and I'm not trying to do anything like I'm just here like on a night out. Like I do every night. Like I'm not trying to be here trying to be like >> we got you. So we'll wait for mom to get here. >> Yeah, my mom's coming for me. Like my baby is with me every night and I'm just trying to be here like out of my one night out. Like I'm not trying to be >> You're not trying to get caught up in it. I got you. >> Like I don't think anything >> and sometimes it just >> like I'm >> the red flags make you ask certain questions and sometimes if there's not you won't know. >> I'm really sorry that you have to be here. And I paid my tab. Like I'm not any type of person that has to like had to call it. The police call on me. Like no one's coming for me and I'm not the type of person like I'm turning 21 in September. Like I came here I'm like okay if they check my ID I'm going to go home. >> You have to keep in mind that drinking alcohol isn't always the best solution. >> Drinking alcohol. >> Hang on. This is just a this just an overall but this just listen what I'm saying. >> Sorry sir. going out >> to the club, there's alcohol. Most most of the time when there's alcohol, just listen. >> I'm sorry. >> Most of the time when there's alcohol or in places such as this, there's going to be drugs. There's going to be >> I didn't take any drugs. >> Some I'm not saying you did. >> Yeah, I'm sorry. >> But you keep jumping to conclusions and you cutting me off makes me think that maybe you did. >> You could take a a blood test right now. All I'm saying is that with you being young, you saying that you got your life, you know, your head on on a on a swivel, you're you're cautious about what you do, you got a good life ahead of you, you got a full-time job, you got a new baby. You being in this type of environment is not good for you. If you wanted to go out because you're on maternity leave, go out to eat, go hang out with your friends. But finding yourself in a situation such as this >> where there's dancing, there's there's alcohol. Yeah, it may be a good time for right here, right now. Guess what? A majority of the people that are in here are only here for one thing. And they're here to get extremely intoxicated, if not do drugs. >> I know. >> And that's with that's with every bar. It don't matter where you go. It's too prevalent these days. So, if you wanted, you need to stay out of this type of environment. Is that mom? >> She's coming right now. Yes. >> Okay. Let's go ahead and get your stuff together and we'll uh we'll walk over there to mom. >> That's her. Yes. You're good to go. So, you can go ahead and grab your stuff and go ahead and get on out of here. She's not in any trouble. I mean, she almost was. She's in a bar under the age of 21. >> That's That's a problem. Um, the friend that she's with also has some things on her that are illegal that she shouldn't be having. She's also under the age of 21. So, um, we've had a nice little talk with her. I'm sure she may I don't know. I'm not saying it to be rude or dis disrespectful. I don't know if she fully understands where we're coming from. >> There's a reason why there's a law and that law says that nobody under the age of 21 will enter an establishment that serves alcohol. >> Okay. >> Why are they here? >> Good point. Well, because of that, um, some group of people that they were with decided to, uh, dip out on the bill and, >> oh my god, >> unfortunately, they were quick enough to get out before she did, and she got stuck with the bill. >> She did the responsible thing. And unfortunately, um, I wouldn't want to be stuck with that bill, but she paid it. >> Um, she's trespassed from the property or, excuse me, from this business. She can no longer return here. If she does, she's going to go to jail. But her friend is going off to jail tonight. So, she needed a ride because they all carpulled here. I said, "Call mom." >> So, I appreciate you coming out to pick her up. Hopefully, she uh she seems like a very smart and bright girl. >> Hopefully, she uh Yeah. >> Okay. Thanks for letting me know everything. >> You're very welcome. >> Have a good night. >> Thank you. You as well. So, the arrested suspect pleaded no contest and received 24 months probation. The other suspect was allowed to be released without any charges. However, in the state of Florida, along with all other 50 states, there are minor impossession laws. Specifically, in the state of Florida, underage drinking is an arrestable offense in Florida. classified as a secondderee misdemeanor for a first offense, which can result in a jail sentence, a fine, probation, and driver's license suspension. The interesting aspect of the minor in possession laws in Florida is that a minor isn't allowed to not only be in possession, but consumption itself is illegal. Meaning if a cop has probable cause that a minor has merely consumed alcohol, they are lawfully subjected to blood alcohol content testing and or sobriety testing. These cops did not follow Florida state laws. The cops never charge either of the minors with minor impossession. And it incentivizes minors whenever you have police not enforcing laws that are designed to give consequences for these minors actions. Well, that concludes my analysis of this video and I'll catch you on the next one. Peace. >> If you haven't subscribed to the Prime Analyzer channel, you are missing out on great content.
