officer about 10 minutes ago when you were here for that gentleman I said I kicked a girl out of here she had a fake Ida she was telling everybody at the bar she's 20 years old so we checked her ID and I could peel the top piece of her ID off actually 1022 looks like transpar is here so it's not her she said there's two people in the restaurant that were attack I need to get looked at one was attacked when one was in the car with her and got hit she was she was trying to leave and he was on the phone with the cops and he was in the car with her no my hostess who didn't know that that was the female that I kicked out of here she thought she needed help so she was I don't know I'm not really sure why she got in the car with her I'm not even going to lie she's very young so that happened they called me I thought somebody was out here robbing them she walked up to me she's bleeding all down her face my suf let's go check them out and so my Su Chef comes out here with me to assess the situation she I walked back in he was out here apparently while he was on the phone with the cops she attacked him tried to run him and the other Hostess that was with the girl that got hit in the car with the gas attacked him and then took off hit um she hit some cars in this parking lot by the way so I don't know which car she hit yeah that's what I was just walking around looking for okay so she uh went to help a uh underage drunk student who was drinking here we kicked her out once we found out she was taken out kicked out she was in the parking lot his Hostess is here coming out of work saw that she was drunk in the parking lot attempted to help her by uh driving her car for her or helping her she I was outside the car she didn't know that she was imated mhm so she thought that she needed help and they saw me walking the parking lot and I was on the phone with her friends trying to because they were at the Taylor sub concert and so they were freaking out and then she hit a pole and that's where she hit her EG and then I was who who this this is my other host okay she the one was involed she so she was in the car with her when she hit a poll yes yes sir in the back seat okay um where were you I was out I was outside in the parking lot next to my car and as soon as I heard it happen I started stream and then I saw that she was bleeding and I started running into here but then the girl started running after so I got on the phone with my manager and I the actual crash or did you see her no I right like yeah and so I get on the phone with my manager and I'm screaming at her to come outside and she's it's just poring on and my manager comes outside and um then he comes outside to try and help me get her keys away from her but it's like a push to start car so like he did the best that he could she was in the car and then she gets out of the car and starts and I and he's telling me to get away cuz he doesn't want anything to happen to me and so he gets her far enough away from the car that I try to turn it off and she can I like show you what she did so don't show me how she hit someone in the face no no and I'm Le over in the car and I'm trying to turn it off and I'm on the phone with my manager and she comes up and she grabs me and throws me like tries to get me out of the car I wouldn't say like throw me cuz I'm bigger than her so she didn't really have much force you're in the car trying to get to turn off at this point I don't drive up I don't I'm not sure so and she like I'm bent over in the car and then I kind of get up for a second and she goes no the [ __ ] you don't and then pushes me out of the car um and then so she gets in the car and honestly almost runs us over if I'm being 100% honest almost runs us over um and then hit another car in the parking lot that I don't know if you guys saw it it was a purple you show cuz we were actually so we were trying to figure out what was going on cuz we're talking to just the one party and like we didn't even know anyone was in here cuz all we had met was I didn't want to go back out there because if she circled around she tried to hit do you want me to show you the other car y let me just get um and she kept saying like I was the drunk one she was convinced that my two hostesses that just got off work were drunk do before we go yes so you saw like the first part of it and this all happened and then you went out towards like the end when trying to get out of I I walked out with our other manager to check on the situation because after she ran out of the office worried I picked up the phone and she was on the phone saying oh my God I need someone out here as an X Navy and as well as a Corman I ran outside to I anything I can help out with at that point in time she was already being escorted inside so I went to the um Associated criminal at that point in time to assess what had happened as well as make sure that she did not fle the scene CRI and she was still in the car at this point she was at this point in time she was running back to her car to to the crime I made sure that she didn't by standing in the doorway of the car however though swerved out ran my foot over slammed into another car and attempted to flee the scene in which I took pictures of the car while running after full license plate as well as model make are here here you are officer place okay you have victim inside the car trying to the scene this is after the accident after running almost running me over and hitting a car in front of her as she was trying to flee she was driving very slowly I was able to catch up to her very quickly after that she fled to the right returned afterward and followed the fire department truck into the parking lot so she most likely still out there at this point she is so we talking I was telling her we were I was very confused cuz all we had was her out there she and you know obviously her story on me for some reason dude it was I don't even know her car um so we offered to help her and I recognized her earlier she was underage drinking here so we tried to help her and we knew she couldn't drive so we tried to do everything we could to help her and before I knew it she was in the car and I got in the back I didn't have a seat up on and she hit one of the light Pooles like really hard so you got tell me more about that so you got in the back what' you get in the back for I just I don't know what she was trying to do I think she was trying to find she was bling off or something and so did you like get in the back and then she was driving or did you like get in the back to like say like don't drive and she took off like well I didn't want her to like be alone because I just felt like she would hurt somebody alone but before I knew it she literally I was like oh she's over there and she turns and she needs a light and before I knew it so where was she trying to go what was she trying to do she's trying to get over here cuz I told she was trying to find her so we could all go together or whatever but when I told her she was like over to the right she turned her car and like hit a light H you can breath me I'm fine so I'm indicators of impairment that he wanted me to have come and check you out I'm going to advise you that my investigation is a criminal investigation whereas his was a civil investigation just to determine who's at fault in the traffic crash okay because my investigation is criminal in nature I'm going to have to leave you your rights that's a formality that's something I have to do before I
