Chris you're not allowed to block an entire roadway okay I don't know if you know that but you're not allowed to stop Sand Park in the middle of the roadway against the transportation code okay to move cows from one passenger to block the roadway that's right that's right officer Pettit claimed the Texas Transportation code prohibits using a vehicle to block an entire roadway he seemed to be referring to subsection A6 of section 545.302 of the Texas Transportation code so it's true that Chris and his colleagues cannot block the road with their vehicles however they can still move their livestock along or across the highway
