October 28 2022 an officer of the normal police officer Department responded to a case of trespassing by a lady based on the explanations the officer got the lady had been at the building before and was involved in a fight that made the house manager ban her from accessing the building when she and her friend went to the place again the security didn't allow her in though they allowed her friend that pissed her off and she started harassing the security man which made him call the police before we continue let me thank blue watch for sharing this video on their YouTube channel I got more a set security told you to get out so I'm getting out and waiting for my friend I'm saying y'all be erased because y'all the only one that called me out and they called my other friend out and she's Hispanic and she looks white and they only called me out and I had a problem with that and then he want to call the police number I'm touching him I touched his phone because I said I want to talk to police too okay because that's not fair and she's still up in there they keep letting her go back in but I can't go back in she's talking about she's looking for her sweater she left it in there they altercation with before so of course he's gonna protect his girlfriend and I'm like well that's weird and then the both of the Securities the white one and the Mexican one tomorrow I gotta get out but my other friend was able to go in and out of there so and I felt like that was weird because I'm Black and I'm my friends are keeping the only other black one in there and that's weird Okay so so hear was like the one who owns there was like security told you got to go I'm like why didn't they tell me that when I first walked in because they saw me so so this is the this is the overarching thing and I'm the only one who got told that my other friend did not get told that until I got told that okay so this is the big so I got the other officer talking with um him I'm gonna be talking with everyone I'm trying to make sure everything's all good I don't really care I just want to go home and they keep letting her in and out but I can't even go in because that security guy won't let me in but he keeps letting her okay so which is weird to me is that not weird no so here's the thing this is the big overarching thing right now hey it's their apartment okay but that but this the [ __ ] they doing illegal is healing I'm not not giving up for it legal sir Coke is illegal that's correct okay and that's what they doing in there okay so unfortunately I can't go in there without a warrant there and they kept letting her in and out and he's drunk and he called me a [ __ ] so here's the thing he tried to put hands on me so you need to arrest him he didn't try to put him yes he did you explain the legal justification to you that's it okay but at the same time they said that she was here first and they kept letting her in that's all that matters y'all have to leave the property okay let me take a video of you sir this lady was told to leave but she refused this was a case of criminal trespassing according to Illinois statutes on Criminal Trespass to real property section 21-3 states that a person commits Criminal Trespass to real property when he or she knowingly and without lawful Authority enters or remains within or on a building enters upon the land of another after receiving prior to the entry notice from the owner or occupant that the entry is forbidden remains upon the land of another after receiving notice from the owner or occupant to depart a violation of these statutes is a Class B misdemeanor this lady continued to refuse to leave the building at one point she dared the officers to arrest her since she was already trespassing they arrested her she resisted the arrest and even battered the officers in the process race is his health because because okay arrest me then okay if you're refusing to leave that's fine um you're done we've been after you to leave for 20 minutes yes I have put your hands behind your back left come on come on we'll get it oh my dick stop you did this to yourself come on now oh no I didn't pull myself bet bet I'm Correctional Institution employee of any authorized act within his or her official capacity commits a Class A misdemeanor this statue went on to further include that a person convicted for a violation of this section whose violation was the proximate cause of an injury to a peace officer firefighter or Correctional Institution employee is guilty of a class IV felony at the police station the lady continued to be uncooperative to tell me to leave but then totally let me out calm down I'm calm but you you weird you racist here is that none of my information because you have no right you didn't read my right if you let me out nope I don't feel comfortable with you let me out it's okay some other officers are coming they let the other officers they are foreign [Music] hopefully different
