stop touching me on October 15th 2022 a guy named kashawn Carter decided to use the gym of Illinois State University Carter is not a student of the school and had been previously given a one-year Criminal Trespass from any of the school's property he allegedly threatened to continue to use the school's facilities so when he re-axis the basketball court the University's police officers you're not supposed to be in here you got a one-year trespass you know you're not supposed to be in here yeah you did yeah we did we have a report with you man huh because you refuse to take them Keyshawn the same thing that happened last time Illinois State University is a public university that receives grants from federal state local and private agencies the officers tried to arrest Carter he resisted and batted the officers in the process wait we got to do our job today okay come on you're being placed under arrest you're under arrest you're under arrest stop touching me right no the person to be a peace officer firefighter or Correctional Institution employee of any authorized act within his or her official capacity commits a Class A misdemeanor also under Section 5-12-3.05 a person commits aggravated battery when in committing a battery other than by the discharge of a firearm he or she knowingly causes great bodily harm or permanent disability or disfigurement to an individual whom the person knows to be a peace officer performing his or her official duties or battered to prevent performance of his or her official duties Carter continued to argue with the officers on the way to the station he threatened to harm the officers if he encounters them in the future see you yes I am no you're not you're not a student about anything what disruptions have I caused ever multiple what we got multiple names there's plenty of reports about it in basketball and you're a criminally trespassing yes you were no I wasn't yes you were yeah I don't think you're a
