Some people leave quietly. These ones
left chaos behind and it's all caught on
camera. Here are five cases when psycho
employees get fired and lose it. Number
five, Family Dollar employees fake
discount scam exposed. At Family Dollar,
a cashier runs a scam by scanning cheap
items like gum while letting friends
walk out with carts of unpaid goods. In
return, she pockets $50 to $100 in cash
per transaction, eventually racking up
over
$5,000 in stolen merchandise. The store
manager eventually puts the pieces
together. After reviewing surveillance
footage and spotting multiple suspicious
transactions, he contacts the police.
I know you called me. What's going on?
Good afternoon. How are you? Good
afternoon. We have a an
employee that is being underring like
she will
charge a dollar and let the customer
leave it's about $150 worth of
merchandise
uh multiple time during the month of
January multiple times in the month of
actually a little bit in January
multiple times in February and the last
one was on Sunday um I interview her
she's sitting in the back wrote a
statement recording a statement she
admitted to what happened and uh we just
call you guys. Okay. Do you have any
evidence of this video? I got I got full
video and I got a recorded a statement
that I I can't use a recorded statement
because she's not issued her rights. So
I can't use a recorded statement. So the
statement I I took it and I didn't have
to read her right. Yeah. But I have to
under court of law under fourth
amendment. Understood. Okay. Uh all
right.
Do you have a tally of ever how much he
actually took?
Uh,
and we still haven't finished. How old
is she? I believe she's 21. 22.
Hurry up. Take care of your skin. What
are you?
Soon after, an officer confronts the
employee in question.
This is Tina. Hello, Tina. This is the
officer. How you doing? Hi. You have an
ID on you? It's in my purse.
Where's your purse at?
Okay. Okay. It's under the Okay. I'm
pretty sure this man knows what it is.
Roger. Come on.
this LP is back there. What's going on?
So, um what my LP got to
Okay. How you doing?
Yeah.
What's going on? Pretty much as
explainer
um since the beginning of February. Mhm.
She pretty much knew people from
Facebook and regular customers and she's
in a tough situation with her family and
she figure I let you take the
merchandise you want. All I need is $50
to $80 coming to me in cash and I will
ring every other item. So she will buy
the items or not even ring it. So you
can see transaction when she at the end
it okay to zero or you can see when she
only scan a lollipop for 35 cents a
dollar and then you see like a full bogy
leaving the store for my do you have um
do you have the videos uh each time get
in time? Yes. Okay. Um do you have a a
laptop or anything? I can view it I can
look at some view right now in the
screen. Yeah. You also have this which
is also a log of everything right out of
everything so far because some of the
stuff is not logged. Um I'm going to
talk to you for a minute but I I don't
want you to stop calling anybody. I
don't want people to start showing up
here. Ain't nobody going to show up here
but I'm not just going to I can't get in
contact with my fiance. I'm just going
to go to jail and nobody knows where I
am. I'm not saying I don't know whether
you going to jail. I'm a convicted
felon. I already dealt with police so
many times. I'm not. There's a reason
y'all came. I'm not. Well, if someone
makes a complaint, I have to come. I
have to respond and investigate. Back at
the store, the manager presents all the
evidence, video footage, underpriced
receipts, and even a written confession
made before she was mirandized. So,
that's that's why I'm here. Do you
understand? So, just give me a
second. Which one can we pull?
Read it to me. 35
at 1355.
35 at 13. Mhm.
[Music]
35 25 25. Yeah.
[Music]
Dixie years ago, two free metals were
they used to have coupons. So they would
every customer after a certain amount of
money were supposed to get a coupon like
a dollar $2 off. So this is one of the
transaction all those items. Uh how much
u the transaction?
Yeah, that's 100. But how much did the
customer pay for? 59 cents. 59 cents.
So
over 100 over 100 on that particular
[Music]
one 59 cents.
So what's what was the date? Uh the day
over there is March 5th at 12:21. So 35
that will be Sunday. That will be the
last transaction. 12:21.
What's the next one you got? Um 33.
33. What time? 1956.
Do are you able to pull the receipt?
Okay.
And the link that you guys send if I can
upload it to the file. Yeah. With
everything laid out, there's no denying
what happened.
[Music]
So let me go back here.
That customer paid you did nothing. This
is another customer that What was the
date? Uh March 3rd, Sunday, 1956.
So the other one was March 5th. Correct.
And this one is March. Yeah. We're going
Yes. Yeah.
Biggest question. We all want a
prostitute. 100%. Yes. What uh what was
the time? Uh time is 1957.
So seven. This is a lady with the
pajamas.
There's over $150 in here or more. And
how much did she pay? 59. $150.
What did we calculate her when we look
at the product over 150? Yeah.
[Music]
So, she said she's she's been going
through some financial difficulties. And
that's what she say on the on the video.
I mean, on the recording and during my
statement that she was doing it for her
kids. For her kids. Okay.
And she, you know, she would let him go
and then they would give her money.
Yeah. I guess uh they they know her from
the streets. Okay. So they know to come
from the area to come to the director
and then they will give her the money
like in a little piece of paper. $50 to
$80 above.
And I have a reading statement if you
want to read it. I think we have enough
as long as we have all the videos. Yeah,
we were going to you sent us a link.
What's going to happen is for
prosecution purposes, we need someone
with expertise to explain all that to
the state attorney's office. The
employee convinced that she's going to
jail anyway, insist there's no point in
talking anymore. They already talked to
you. No, you turn around.
I guess they already talked to you.
Who's that? That's my people. I I need
to know what's going on.
Okay. Um, I guess they already talked to
you and
um and you talked to him about what's
been going on, right? Um, I need to get
get a statement from you and and find
out the same statement I gave them. I
wrote it on the paper. I listen, I don't
know what they do, okay? My job is to
I'm impartial. Okay? My job is to talk
to you and find out what's going on.
Okay? I need to ask you, find out money
from people and then r them up. Just
just give me give me a second. Just give
me a second. Okay. I'm going to ask you
a few questions and I'm going to you
know you you watch TVs. I have to advise
you of your constitutional rights. Okay.
And then I'm going to ask you a few
questions. Do you understand? All right.
Um, I need to ask you a few questions.
Are you under influence of alcohol right
now?
Huh? You smoking. What uh what's what is
the highest level of your education of
education? Eth grade. Um, did you play
any sports in school or softball?
Softball. I am required I'm required to
warn you before you make any statements.
I'm required to warn you before you make
any statements. You have the following
constitutional rights. You have the
right to remain silent and not answer
any questions. Do you understand
that? Any statement you make must be
freely and voluntarily given. Do you
understand is it's recording. You have
to say yes or no. Yeah. I just feel like
if I'm going to jail, there's no reason
for me to explain anything. I'm just
Despite a reluctance, the officer sticks
to protocol and reads her writes. This I
want to say that. No, I I have just
listen I listen before I ask you any
question I have to read your rights.
It's it's by law. Okay. Um you have the
right to the presence and repres
presentation of a lawyer of your choice
before you make any statement and doing
any questioning. Do you understand?
Yeah. If you cannot afford a lawyer, you
are entitled to the presence and
representation of a courtapp appointed
lawyer before you make any statement and
doing any questioning. Do you
understand?
If at any time dur during the interview
you you do not wish to answer any
questions, you are privileged to remain
silent. Do you understand?
I can make no threats or promises to
induce you to make any state to make a
statement. This must be of your own free
will. Do you understand? Yeah.
Any statement can and will be used
against you in the court of law. Do you
understand? Yeah.
Do you understand those rights which
I've read to you? Yeah.
With those rights in mind,
are you choosing to speak with me? Um,
the only thing I got to say is if I'm
going to jail, I don't want to answer.
Listen,
I All right. So, what I'm trying to tell
you is that if someone says something,
I've I've known you for for I' I've come
here, I talked to you, whatever. I don't
know anything about you. All I say is,
"Hi, how you doing?" I come to you, I I
purchase whatever I need to purchase and
I walk out. I don't know anything about
you. Someone say something. I need to
know what happened. Okay? Cuz a lot of
time people say, "Hey, did you talk to
so and so?" "Yeah, she was nice. She
told me what happened. You know, she was
having some issue, whatever." So, I can
present that to whoever I need to say
to. But what I'm trying to say is that I
can't just go by what someone say. I
have to talk to you and get your side of
the
story. Okay. All right. Um, how long you
been working here?
November. October. November. He
continues the interview professionally,
collecting the details needed to wrap up
the investigation. Been working since
October? October or November. Okay. Mhm.
You part-time or fulltime? Full time.
Full time. Um, you work normally day
shift, right?
Both. Day and night.
Are you married? Have kids? Kids. How
many kids? Three. Three
kids. You like working here?
Do you have any problem with anybody
here? Um who's your Roger is your
supervisor, right? Yep. Okay. Have do
you have any issue with him? Okay. So,
um, like with with the transaction, can
you tell me like what's what's going on?
Like I my cuz I don't want anybody to
come here and put a gun to your face and
threaten you and whatever and and then
we're going to have to go hunting down
and and and find out just make sure that
didn't happen. Okay? I just that's why I
need to get a status stone from you to
make sure that you're not you're safe
that no one threaten you or anything.
Nobody threaten me. I I can't hear you.
Nobody threaten me. Okay. All right. Can
you tell me what's going on? I just said
I rang people up with they gave me money
and that was it. And
so you you charge them charge them less
than what the value of the the the
merchandise? Mhm. Uhhuh. How much you
normally get from them?
This all depends 60 80 100 depends the
person the I I don't know. It's just
different prices. I don't know. Okay. I
explain it the same. So like between $50
to $100.
Um these people that normally like do
they know you or do you know them like
the street? The street like in the
neighborhood around. Yeah. She admits
she says people in the neighborhood just
knew they could come to her for a deal.
She didn't advertise it but word got
around.
Like, do they know to come to you or how
does it work?
If we're doing the same statement the
man just took from me on a piece of
paper. I I
I what I'm trying to say is that I just
I need to It's either I know them and
they just come in to shop and they see
me there and that's just what I do. I
don't call nobody. Like I I I
don't like that's why I'm saying if I'm
going to jail, there's no point to
explain all this cuz I'm going to go to
jail with a migraine and aggravated as
like they already got the video. I'm
saying I got all that. Like I don't you
can you can stop. You can say at any
time I don't want to talk to you. I
don't want to talk about this anymore
and then I'll stop. Do you
understand point? They got the video and
everything. So there's explaining myself
ain't going to do nothing. But what I'm
trying to tell you is
that I need to get your side of the
story. And I told you already, you can
at any time you can say, "Hey, I don't
want to talk to you. I don't want to
talk about this anymore."
I already explained I was not I was
getting money from people and I wasn't
bringing everything up about who it is
and where I know them from. All that is
irrelevant. It's like I did what I did.
It was a mistake. I know I was wrong.
Like now what's the next step? Okay. How
long this been going on? Since you
started. Since like January. Since
January. Can't do it the whole time.
How much money you think you got total
from these people? Like a couple
hundred? I don't I don't know exact
money. Like No, what I'm saying from
from January like maybe I don't think I
don't know. A,000 2,000. Not that much.
No, I mean just just a rough guess.
500 600 less. Like I don't I don't know.
Every time I get money is gone. I don't
know.
Okay.
Um, anything that you think I should
know about you? Anything that I can do
to help you? Or I mean,
she eventually confirms that she acted
alone, wasn't threatened, and just made
bad decisions. No, no one came here and
and and threatened you and force you to
do anything, right?
12 11 12 for 12. Can you come back here?
They taking
I'll call you from there.
Um, do you have anything in your pocket?
Anything in your jacket?
Never take the jacket off. Yeah, just
take that. I'm cold. Can't take with
you. Okay. But I can't wait till we get
there. It's You're not You're not going
to need it. No, you're going to be
inside the
It's cold in there. I haven't um You
want to put that in
the jewelry
off there.
And will your your pants stay without
the belt?
Oh, I'm not even out of jail yet, sir.
Well, we have to take it all off so we
can The last officer didn't do that to
me. The result, a felony grand theft
charge and 24 months under probation
supervision. Number four, getting fired
was bad enough, but she made it so much
worse. A young woman's bad day gets
worse after she's pulled over for
driving erratically. When they check her
vehicle, they find damage from hitting a
road sign, something she initially
downplays. What starts as a simple
wellness check quickly turns into a
potential DUI investigation.
Hi. Is the car parked? Huh? Is the car
parked? Yeah.
Okay. Hey, I'm Deputy Shannon with the
sheriff's office. Yeah. What's up? The
reason I'm stopping you is because like
you're driving kind of erratically, like
you're all over the roadway speeding up.
Talked to another cop um at uh uh
Walmart. Uh-huh. And he said I was good.
And um Yeah, I'm good. You're good?
What? He said I was okay. Uh I just had
a hard day. Okay. What's going on?
[Music]
Um well, I got fired from my job. Um I
was there for four years. I worked at
Shuckers and um I'm just
I understand. I understand. Hey, so
where are you coming from? Where did you
did you just leave from Walmart? Walmart
and I I live on so I'll be at home in
just a second. I offered him he said he
could I said he could um follow me home
and everything. So yes sir. Hey do you
realize that you have been involved in a
traffic crash?
I did? Yeah. Was that the pole? No. A
pole or a sign? Yeah.
I didn't think it was that bad. No, sir.
You didn't think it was that bad? Hey,
is it in park? Yes, sir. Hey, step out.
Like unbuckle. Step out and come look at
it for me. Okay.
Look, just step around here and look at
the front of your car. I don't even want
to
like you ran you ran the pole slap over.
Yeah. I didn't I didn't have any anyone
to come get me. I offered him to follow
me home. So, okay. Yes, sir. Oh, man.
I'm like five minutes, three minutes
from now. That's is bad. As the
interaction unfolds, the woman becomes
increasingly emotional. Officers read
her Miranda before proceeding with
questions.
Okay. Hey, do me a favor. Turn around.
Just like sit your butt up against
there. Sit your butt up against there.
Just chill out for a second.
Don't Don't go in the car. Just Where's
it at? Um, grab my Yeah, grab my purse.
Okay.
Do you mind if I go in here first to get
the key out? Yeah, go. Okay. Yeah, go
for it. It should be in the um middle
pocket. It's got like a little uh bling
uh thing to it. I think I see it. Yes,
sir. Did you just deal with her at
Walmart? Yeah, I trespassed at Walmart.
Hey, do you have a an ID card or a
driver's license? It's in my purse. It's
in your purse? Yeah. Okay. Well, it's in
my wallet, but we couldn't get it
undone. Okay. You just called her in not
too long ago. Yeah.
Yeah. You're good right there. But I was
just hood. So, you're not under arrest.
Nothing crazy is going on yet, right?
You have the right to remain silent.
Anything you say can or will be used
against you in the court of law. You
have the right to talk to a lawyer and
have him or her present with you while
you're being questioned. Okay. If you
cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will
be appointed to represent you before and
during questioning if you wish. Okay.
You can decide at any time to exercise
your right to not answer any questions
or make any statements. Okay. Do you
understand your rights? Yes, sir. Will
you write to mind? Do you wish to talk
to me? Yeah, absolutely. I've heard
those. Okay. I just want to make sure.
Right. Yes, sir. Okay. So, Miss Kayla,
like do you have you been drinking
today? Absolutely not. You can
breathalyze me. No, I have not. Okay.
Have you taken any type of illegal nar?
Um, no sir. I'm on Okay. Yeah. Hey, do
you have any medical conditions that
affect your balance?
Um, every now and then like nervous. I
get it. Um, I just
to determine if she's safe to drive,
they administer a series of field
sobriety tests. I'm just I mean, I'm not
nervous, but I'm just like I'm just
really I'm upset. Okay. Well, this here
is Deputy Po, right? You dealt with him
a little bit earlier. Yep. I think he's
going to ask you for some uh just to do
a couple little brief exercises and uh
just to make sure that you are good to
drive. Does that make sense? Absolutely.
And if someone would like to follow you
to the house, I'd appreciate it. Well,
we'll get there once we pass this part.
Okay. Have we? Yes. Have we said we're
under a DUI investigation? I have not
yet. Okay.
Okay. Here's what we're going to do. Um,
are you willing to conduct field
sobriety exercises? Yes, sir. Whatever
you need. Okay. All right. Just cuz it's
kind of noisy here and the road's a
little bit like uneven, I'm going to
You're going to hop in the back of my
car. Okay. And we're going to drive over
to the middle school. Is that cool with
you? It's a little bit It's a little bit
even there. My car. I'll have a deputy
sit here with your car. Make sure
everything's cool. I'll stay here with
your car. Okay. Yeah. And then we'll
come right back here after. Sound cool.
Whatever you need. Okay. My car is all
the way back here in the back. All
right.
back here. All the way in the back. I'm
the last car. That's all right. Yeah,
you're good. So, I'm going to have you
get on the passenger side over here.
Yes, sir. On the passenger side. I got
you. There we go. All right. Other than
your vape, do you have anything on you?
No, sir. Okay. I am going to grab your
vape from me. All right. Yeah.
All right. I'm just going to take your
pockets. Okay. Yeah. Go for it. All
right. Nothing there. Nothing there. And
there. All right.
Oh, it feels good in here. All right.
You all right? Yeah. Just a little
nervous. It's not nervous. I'm just
I'm embarrassed. It's okay. Nothing to
be embarrassed about. I just want to
make sure that you're safe to drive, you
know. Well, I am about
from hum like us. Officers relocate to a
nearby middle school for better lighting
and a flat surface to complete the test.
Y would like to follow me home? I mean
or y'all can drive my car. All right.
Well, well, you understand our concern.
We you hit a road sign. I want to make
sure you're okay, right?
Uh
well I got in my car I have a pure test
like a Yeah, I do too. Okay, I might
need you to hold this again. You don't
see powdered a lot like especially this
fine.
41 1065 Georgia 281.
Just add that to
the N. Nope.
It was pretty noisy where we were, so I
didn't want to Okay, like I told you
from the beginning, whatever you need.
Okay.
All right. I'm sorry. I'm just terrible
at first names. It's Kayla, right? Yes,
sir. Okay. I just want to make sure I
remember that right. Third time's a
turn.
All right. All right. I'm going to have
you come up here to the front of my car
like
and I'll have you stand right about here
and I want you to face me.
Okay, you can relax. Yes.
A B C.
The woman tries to follow instructions
but clearly struggles with the tasks.
Well, it sounds like you've done this
before. No, I've never in my life done
that. Really?
Yeah. Never.
Okay. Are you comfortable walking in
those shoes? Um, I can try. You can try.
Would you rather go barefoot? Yeah.
Okay. I mean, yeah. Whatever makes you
most comfortable.
I'm cl I am clumsy. I do what you I'm
just being honest. Okay.
And did it used to be a cheerleader?
Really? Yeah. I was a player high
school. Julie High School. Very Yep. I
can't say I can't do all that stuff
nowadays. All right. Hey, can you grab
this in for me? Absolutely. All right.
Hey, walk that way. We're going to make
like a straight line kind of where we
were standing a second.
All right. We're going to put it
straight down. Okay. Ready?
Yep. All right. You're good. Thank you.
All right. You messed up. Uhoh. You
drunk.
I'm just making sure that this is Okay.
Now, for for this exercise, walk. Well,
yes. It's hot, but Okay. What's up?
Well, do you want your shoes? Well, I'm
I'm try it with the shoes. I don't want
to mess it up. No, it's up to you.
Whatever you're most comfortable with. I
try with shoes. It's just hot. Okay.
Yeah. I don't want you to burn your feet
if you But if you want to go barefoot,
get barefoot. If you want don't want
It's up to you. I'm not drunk, so see
what happens. All right. So, I'm clumsy.
You're okay. Just put your hand arms
down by your side. Okay. Let me try
barefooted. Okay. Whatever you want to
do. Those are brand new shoes. First
time I wore them. Yep. Left foot on the
line and put your right foot touch heel
to toe, dude.
All right. Then put your hands down by
your
side. Sorry. Do you want to keep trying?
I I mean I just All right. The officers
remain calm and patient as they continue
the evaluation.
Your guys got All right, we're going to
move on. Okay, I promise you. I swear to
God. You're okay. I'm going to keep
trying. All right, so whenever I tell
you to begin Yeah. you're going to take
nine heel to toe steps down the line and
then you're going to take a series of
small steps to turn yourself around and
take nine steps back.
I'm clumsy. You're okay. No, cuz it's
like bad on me. No, no, it's okay. Okay.
If you mess up, just keep on going. Make
sure you count your steps out loud.
If you mess up, just keep going.
One,
two,
three. I can't do this one.
Four.
Five.
Six. Seven. You have bralizer.
Well, we got to do these exercises
first.
I can't do this one, but okay.
Nine.
Right. 12
steps.
One
2 3.
Okay. Sorry. So, this next exercise
we're going to do, we're going to go
back to where we were.
Are you comfortable leaving your shoes
off or do you want to put your shoes?
Okay. All right. So, this is the one leg
stand. Okay. So, for this exercise,
we're going to stand kind of how we were
for the whenever I was checking your
eyes, right? So, we're going to keep our
feet together like this. Okay. Will she
improve this time? Let's find out. No,
no, no. Not on the line. You're just
going You're just going to stand. Okay.
And put your hands down by your side
like this. Okay. And I want you to look
straight ahead. Okay. Do not move from
this position. You understand?
So, when I tell you to begin, are you
ready to begin?
Okay. Whenever you're ready. All
right. All right. So, how hot? Like
this? Whatever 6 ines is to you. All
right. 1,001 I'm telling you. It's okay.
100,002 1
Okay, you can stop. You're good. Yes,
sir. Based off of everything that I've
seen. Yeah. I do believe that you were
under the influence of something. Okay.
Um Okay. So, today I am going to take
you to jail. All right. Are you serious?
Yeah. Come here, Kayla. Don't walk off.
Don't walk off. I'm not I'm not leaving
you. It's okay. We're just going to go
sit back down right where we were. Okay.
We're going to be cool. We're just going
to go sit back down where we were. All
right. I'm not Okay. Hey, turn around.
Turn around.
It's okay. Relax. Relax. It's okay. Come
here. Relax. I have my leg.
All right, we're going to walk back to
where we were. Okay, we're just going to
sit back in the car. I'll grab them for
you.
You're okay. You're okay.
It's okay. No, it's
Yeah, that's
Yeah. Yeah.

need a weigh. Yeah. In the end, she
faces charges related to driving under
the influence and possession of a
controlled substance. Number three. This
drunk airport worker thought the rules
didn't apply to him. A chaotic scene
unfolds at an airport when a man later
identified as an aerospace engineer
attempts to skip the TSA security line
and ends up getting arrested. Police are
called and catch up with the man shortly
after the incident.
And then he he when he started getting
aggressive, I I don't know. I panicked

press charges against him or anything
like that, but I mean, if he's
intentionally trying to hurt you, then
he's committing a crime. I wasn't there.
I didn't witness it, so I can't tell. He
was calling me. I mean, I can I can
watch the camera and figure that all
out. Okay. Take your time. I don't I
don't want him to go to jail, but at the
same time, like, I don't think he should
be fit to fly. When officers confront
him, this is how he reacts.

through that gate? You're asking me the
same questions. No, I'm not. That's
different. I have no different answers,
sir. How' you get May ask your name,

claiming he's simply trying to catch his
flight and that nothing happened. Please
answer my question. I'm answering
everything you ask. No, you're not. No,
you're not. No, you're not. I'm
listening.
I'm listening, sir. What else? What else
can I do? Okay, if you're listening,
what did I ask you? What did I do? You
asked me what did I do at the gate with
the lady?
Sir, I'm sorry. I asked you how to get
through the gate. How'd you get through
the gate? I don't know.
I don't know. You were there. I wasn't.
Three people told me how you got through
that gate. How did I get through the

Just like you didn't want to hear me.
You hear your name? Yes, you did. And
I'm going to give you my card. Actually,
I'm going to give you my card before we

Yeah. Yeah. He stepped on your foot.
Um, you guys feel comfortable on the
steps? It's confirmed that he's being
trespassed from the airport for a year,
banned from flying with Southwest
Airlines for life, and terminated from
his job as an aerospace engineer. Number
two, fired employee throws a fit and his
bike, too. A fired restaurant employee
goes off the rails after being told not
to return to the Thai restaurant where
he used to occasionally wash dishes.
When the owners ask him to leave, he
responds by throwing his bike at their
car, leaving a significant dent in their
vehicle. Officers arrive at the scene
and speak with a visibly shaken business
owner. Can one of you guys tell me what
happened today? Uh, he a friend with me.
He used to work here before a long time
ago. Do you know his name? Jesse, but I

sitting outside. Yeah. Okay. Um do you
know what his bike looks like? Yellow. A
yellow bike. Yeah. Okay. And you're not
sure if the cameras work, right? You
said you're not sure. I'm not sure.
Okay. Do you know who your landlord is?
Did Did he damage anything else or steal
anything else? No. Okay. And then you
said when he was making threats to you,
what was he saying? You
died. You died. Clearly distressed, she
tells officers she's afraid and no
longer feels safe dealing with his
aggression. Okay. Did he did he make any
like did he make any direct threats
towards you? Did he get in your face?
Was he like acting like he was going to

No, not not this time. Do you have
insurance? I have insurance. What's your
What's your uh What's your pay?
What What do you mean? Do you have like
a You have like a co-ay you have to to
pay in order to get some fixed. What is
it? 500 like a deductible? Yeah. Okay.
Um cuz we're going to also charge him
with that, too. Oh, yeah. So, he's he's
going to jail. So whenever it goes
through the courts, um they can they can
make him pay you back.
Oh, I'm so scared. I don't know why.
Yeah,
I know him, but before he Okay. But I
don't know what happened. I've only
talked to them. So she there's damage to
her car that she said he threw his bike
at her car last night and there's like a
good dent in her car. So I'm going to
take photos of that. Okay. That's
probably going to be at least probably
felony level. Yeah, he's already going
to jail. Okay. And then I was just going
to take photos of the beer that he stole
and we have uh secondderee trespass and
then theft and then the criminal
mischief. Okay. So, I was just gathering
that. You have felony medicine with a
I know they called in about a felony.
So, the So, they're saying that he
didn't do any like threaten him with a
knife or with a with any weapons. So,
that must be another business. I didn't
know who all was involved. Okay. Before
tracking down the suspect, the officer
documents the vehicle damage and
reassures the owners that action will be
taken.
Is it just this place in the barber shop
right here? Barber shop and the bicycle
place. Oh, sheesh. Okay, I'll finish up
here and then I'll swing to the barber
shop.
Take photos of your car out here,
please.
Yeah, that too.
Okay. Thank you. Yep. Let me
uh let me grab you a card real quick.
Sounds like he he damaged her. He threw
his bike at her car, too, and freaking
scratched it and dented it. Yeah. How
did he end up leaving his backpack here?
Um he left it outside. So he like parked
his bike and his and dropped his stuff
and then went inside and then when he
left in a hurry cuz she said she was
calling the police and he just forgot to
take it with him. Oh, okay. So
So here's the case number. Okay. Thank
you, sir. And we'll we'll trespass him
from here and from the house, but if you
guys have any more incidents, just make
sure you guys are calling it in right
away. Okay. Okay. Thank you. All right.
Yep. Thank you. Police later locate
Jesse and confront him nearby.
The library here. Get on the ground. Do
it
now. Get on the ground. You're detained.
Do it now. Get on the ground.
Southbound. Get on the ground. Do it
now. Put your hands out to the
side. Airplane. Put your hands out to
the side like an airplane. Do not move.
Do you understand? You got hands. Lift
your hands up from the ground. Do not
move. Do you understand?
Let me get their hands.
Oh, if you would have just stopped, you
weren't going to get charged, man. And
now you are. No. No. All right. Thank
Thank you, officer. Thank you. That was
silly. Yeah. What's your name? Jesse.

someone you guys like a lot. All right.
Well, I've never seen a whole lot. You
love me. When I tell you to stop in the
park next time, you stop. You got it.
Yeah, man. Okay. You're going to get
charged for that. And when I told you
you're under arrest through my PA on my
car, I know you heard me. So, for what?
For theft and trespass. Theft and All
right. I don't know what they were
talking about there.
Saw you ditching your red shirt to what?
Cuz I wanted to get you lost.
What? I wanted to get you lost.
I didn't want you to find me. Did you
want Do you want your bike or do you
want to leave that where it is?
That bike. I'm sorry. I mean, yeah, I
want the bike. I really do. Hey, where's
the bike so we can get it? Is it your
bike?
Aren't you guys more concerned about
getting your tickets on me than the
bike? That's your property.
like get your money. This a game. Y'all
play with me. He initially resists and
tries to avoid arrest, but is ultimately
detained and handcuffed without further
incident.
Yeah. Move. Move me. I don't want to
move on you. Crazy. I'm crazy. Yeah. I
don't want to move on you. Move. Move
me. Tell me what to do. What's up? All
right. Okay. So, tuck one of your knees
and step up. All right.
Hi. Okay. All right, man. Have a seat in
the car. Watch your head as you get in.
Okay.
[Music]
So, Jesse, I'd like to talk to you about
what happened. Yes, ma'am. Um, but
because you're on custody, I'm going to
read you your rights. Okay. Okay.
Please. So, you have the right to remain
silent. Anything you say can or will be
used against you in a court of law.
Doesn't mind. Are you willing to answer
some questions about what happened?
Let's go. Okay. What happened over at
the the Thai restaurant?
No, it's not. It's just I'm I'm a little
emotional. Um I like And they like me
too, but I'm not. I've been homeless a
very long time and I'm I am real
emotional. Um because they said they say
they want me to come wash dishes for
them more. Did you used to work there? I
was just washing the not really just you
know when you when you work in a
restaurant business you like cook and
stuff like I wasn't doing that I was
just washing the dishes and stuff and
um you know um I was very upset with
them. Okay. So what happened? All I did
they just they just said they want me to
work no more. I was upset. Um I came
back today to try to work it out.
I came there right at like the two part
time because that's when they take a
break, but they were busy. It's a really
good restaurant.
And uh well, they're not.
Did you happen to like steal some beer
or something? Throughout the exchange,
Jesse shows signs of emotional
instability.
Normally, it wouldn't be an issue. Well,
normally wouldn't be an issue. I would
take like a water sprite for
when you did work there. Well, I thought
I was going to work
and they real upset with me and they
just walked in and So, did you take the
beer after they you got upset or Well,
no. I didn't really realize what was
going on. I thought like really upset. I
was like, I'm going to take I walked
home. Did you do that intentionally
to what? take the beer to steal. Yeah. I
didn't think it was that. I thought I
would be all right. I thought I thought
I might be working again tonight. Even
tonight, even after they told you no.
Well,
yeah. I I don't see. Yeah. I guess I'm
maybe I'm delusional. I thought I was
like I was like I could work this. I
don't know, man. I thought maybe I could
like talk it out or something. That's
why I came there. And then I grabbed And
then I grabbed the beer. Did you just
grab the Nor would be like a water
Gatorade, but today I wanted a beer. So
I just grabbed
Okay. They were like, oh, we don't like
working like oh that's definitely And
you just grabbed the one. I was like,
they definitely don't want to grab they
definitely don't want me working here.
That's what I thought.
That's what I thought. I was like don't
want me working here. But you took the
beer anyway. No, that was after I was
like
So, Jesse, they're telling me you stole
two beers
from the tie place. Was it one or two?
What? How many beers did you steal?
One, two.
I'm just trying to clarify. Officers
stayed calm and explained that the
situation has escalated beyond their
control.
Two trespass charges. Yeah. You're being
charged with trespass. What I'm dealing
with right now. So, do you want me to
tell you? One or two beers. Do you want
me to tell you what you're being charged
with as of right now? So, you're being
charged I want you to talk about that
versus one or two beers, please. You're
being charged with theft for the beer.
You're being charged with trespass
because one or two. They're telling me
too. Anyway, keep going. So, they told
you last night not to come back and you
threw your bike at her last night when I
was working there. Yeah. Yep. And she
told you not to come back? Yep. I was
working last night. Okay. And she told
you not to come back. Okay. That's And
then you came back twice today after she
told you not to. And then you went to
their house, too. Hey, ma'am. I did I
did plead the fifth, but I told you I
would talk to you. And I I already told
you. You can decide to stop if you want.
Okay. And I am. And we're here. We go.
And you asked me to, but don't be
argumentative. I'm not being
argumentative. I'm just telling you what
I have. I already told you I was trying
to work it out with them. That's why I
was there. You can call it trespassing.
You call whatever. Two sides every
story. Jesse, we're done. You want to
work it out. I thought I might be still
working. He's ultimately charged with
trespassing, theft, and criminal
mischief. Officers also file a formal
trespass order to prevent further visits
to the business and residents. Number
one, McDonald's meltdown ends in arrest
after wild assault. A McDonald's ship
turns criminal when an argument over
hours escalates. An employee throws a
fire extinguisher at her manager, but a
co-orker steps in just in time. Police
are called to the scene and arrive to
find the situation still tense.
Where are they? Where are they? They
they in the back. Are they still
throwing stuff? Huh? Are they still
throwing stuff? No. All right, I'll come
around.
What's going on?
For real. Come here. Don't know me. I
need to speak with you. Come here.
Leave me alone.
Let me go out. Let
me go. Let me
go. Let me go. Let me go. Let me go.
Let me go. Let me go. Let me go, bro.
Let me
go. Let me go, bro. Get the off of me.
Get the [ __ ] off of me. Get the
offending off of me. Get the officer.
[Applause]
[Applause]
[Music]
I'm a big
Officer struggled to restrain her,
eventually placing her in the back of
the squad car.
Stop.
Listen, you're going to go right to the
ground if you
keep
me
on you.
[Music]
Where did he go?
[Music]
out of
my head. We'll put in the car for now.
We'll see. Let me
go. Let me
go. Let me go. Let me go. Come on. You
got to breathe. I didn't do nothing. Why
you doing this to me? I didn't do
nothing. Why are you guys doing this to
me?
I don't even know the whole story. I
roll up and she went. While officers try
to get clarity, the manager explains the
full story. And when I went to try to
then she tries to run out. They're just
yelling at each other like it wasn't
anything crazy. I was like, "What
happened?" And she goes, "I don't want
to talk to you." And tries running out
this door.
She doesn't know she wants charges yet.
She's still going through it, processing
it. So confirmed on the fire
extinguisher. Yeah, it's factor. Right
now, can I ask yall a question? Yeah.
Who was the one who took her out of
here?
Well, I tried talking to her and then
she ran out. That was me. Okay. So,
if I
said I want to press charges, I know
she'll go to jail.
If I
said I don't want to press charges, will
she still go to jail? Are you guys Are
you guys related? She related? You guys
related anyway? to your daughter. Are
you just cooworkers? Yeah. No. Then she
won't go to jail.
How old is she? Man, it's You can tell.
Let me tell you something. It's You can
tell it's something like it's something
wrong with her because
how she go off. You know what I'm
saying? And the thing is about it, she
wasn't thinking about
my wellness cuz I'm in the office. I
don't I don't know anything. only thing
I've heard I show my ass right now and
as I I'm at the computer sending them
the deposit slips and stuff like that
and then she was like something about
her hours and I'm like I ain't got
nothing to do with her hours or anything
like that. So then she came and she was
like oh come out this that whatever.
See, the thing isn't about
it. I'm not The thing is about it, I
done live the street life. And if you
look me up, you'll see. You know what
I'm saying? I'm not to play with. But
you got to change somewhere in your life
before it be too late. So, you're the
manager. I'm assuming. I'm a manager and
he's a manager. For one, when she when
she did it, for words that go, he could.
She says this behavior isn't new. The
employee has had several aggressive
outbursts in the past towards staff and
even customers. You see what I'm saying?
So that's why I'm contemplating, should
I set an example like if you would have
stopped it when she first start cussing
me out and called me bees and stuff like
that and go ahead and put her in jail
because you should have did something as
a manager, you should have sent her home
or should I just said, "Okay, I'mma give
her a pass." But you know what I'm
saying? Ain't on
telling some. It got to stop somewhere
because it keep going on and on and I'm
gonna just ask I got So maybe this
deputy asked you already but walk me
through what happened. So you guys were
she starts yelling at you about hours.
No. And then what at first right this
what happened? The boss all the bosses
was here. Okay. So when they left see
him he got an influence on her. This one
right here. He got an influence on her
life. He make her feel like she could
talk to the customer so they can do this
or they'll run out the door, try to
fight the customer together and stuff
like that. So everything was calm and
cool. So soon as he walk in the door,
the little one right here, she starts.
Oh, I don't want them to work in the
kitchen with me, this, that, whatever.
So I was like, what I'm missing? I'm a
manager. I'm your boss. You can't tell
me where you want me to work at, where
you not going to work at. So then he
jump immediately start jumping and
taking her side. So I said, you know
what? I'mma cut this short right here.
Y'all just don't say nothing to me. Long
as it concerned work, that's fine.
That's it. Right.
So,
she bust out and said, "Oh, you old
[ __ ] did that." Whatever. So, I called
my boss and my boss said, "Belinda, send
her home." But I already know if I go
back there and tell her to clock out to
go home, I'm going have to fight. You
feel what I'm saying? And see, and then
both of us lose our job. So somewhere or
another my boss test her or something
and that's that's another thing I feel
like that was my safety cuz I got my
bite term in the office. It's my safety.
I don't know what's going on. I don't
have a clue what's going on. Okay.
Right. Has she been confrontational with
you in the past?
The manager initially considers not
pressing charges but ultimately decides
to move forward. You said earlier that
you seem like something's off. So is
this her normal behavior?
She she she she doing it with everybody,
customers, everybody. Very
confrontational with everybody. She
she something is like wrong with her.
But the thing about you can't pick up a
fire this thing and throw it at me. Did
it hit you? She missed it. Okay. No. No.
The other guy stopped it. He grabbed it.
He grabbed the fire before she even
threw it.
You know what? Matter of fact, just take
her to jail.
What? Um, I'm first charge. The reason
why I say that because reason why I'mma
say that then I'm put it like this.
The reason why I'mma go ahead reason why
I'm go ahead and do it
because it have to stop and have to end
somewhere. Okay. And by me saying,
"Okay, just let it go."
It'll keep happening. Okay. Go ahead.
Take it to jail. Get another 20 round.
No, go ahead. Take go ahead and take
what you get cuz she throw a fire. You
know, do you know how old she is? She
like 26.
Okay. Do you have any identification for
her from your employee record? Yes. Let
me go back. I'll get your information,
too. I'll go back.
No, we're But thank you, though. The
employee is charged with assault using a
deadly weapon, in this case the fire
extinguisher, and resisting arrest. They
clocked out for the last time and left a
scene no one will forget. What do you
think of these employees? Drop your
thoughts in the comments.
