May 16th 2023 officers from the Monroe Police Department in Ohio were dispatched to a situation involving a vehicle being intentionally set on fire hey do you live here come tell me what happened hun yeah come over here my God tell us is there anybody else in the house we need to know about I need you to stay here and let us deal with it okay come tell me what's going on who's all in the house nobody my no just my birden let two cats okay well they're taking care of that let's take care of you real quick okay it's just you by yourself so I was dead asleep yeah and he said who's outside we got cameras on the house he said who's outside and I said what are you talking about he said who's the man that put something on her car cuz he's at work and I guess he notified him that somebody was outside so he looked said there's a man putting something on her car okay and I pulled it up I said oh my God hold on when the victim says she quote pulled it up she means their house surveillance footage which shows the entire crime being committed not that I'm advocating for criminals or anything but [ __ ] you didn't look up before you committed a crime you ain't look up to see the night vision home security camera pair of lighter colored sweatpants latex gloves a darker colored shirt a hat and a mask sets a box-shaped object on the vehicle he then sets another object on top of it with a fuse like wire sticking out of it the suspect lights it with a lighter and walks away which leads to the entire front end of the vehicle being engulfed in flames came over set a square box on top of her car okay what it just looked I mean I can show you but it was something Square walked all the way back over there and got something that almost looked like a lampshade set it on top of it and then he lit lit it to light a car on fire is either sending a message or to get attention hey Notice Me Notice Me notice me while the victim shows the officers the surveillance footage the fire department arrives and puts the fire out can you forward that to my email address somehow do you know how to do that yo you know it's so annoying about this the minute she files this the car insurance company is going to be like well show us the footage and she's going to send in the footage they're going to be like well how do we know that you don't know him and you didn't set this up yourself so annoying this officer as well as many others in the area both on foot and patrolling in their vehicles all begin to look for any suspicious people in the vicinity 10 minutes later officers find a vehicle parked on the side of the road only about 2 minutes away from the crime scene what's going on oh wait nearby is this a stalker waiting for the reaction he wants the reaction how you fall asleep on the reaction that's what you were waiting for huh boy you want a little attention what's going on don't tell me don't if you guys know this one don't tell me what hey what's going on just uh wanted to rest up a little bit I have a long drive why are you doing it out here no reason hey keep your hand up put seat well keep your hands up we're on the first cold of sack off of put your stop reaching at your seat okay unlock the door where do you live I'm from New York you're from New York yeah why are you doing out what are you doing out here just came to uh visit a friend really where's a friend live uh down in uh Cincinnati but he's uh working like doing some construction over here we'll step out do you have anything on you any weapons like that no turn to face the car you mind if I search it real quick sure sure go for it so why did you decide to just pull off in a neighborhood to to sleep I'm so confused he wants to see the reaction and I literally came like an hour ago and I was like shot he's smiling he's excited and so I just needed a knock out so you just pull off a random neighborhood excit um one one thing to know about stalkers is like they they love any attention they love like any negative attention anything like that um I've dealt with a couple of stalkers before I mean I still deal with stalkers all the time but like there was this one that was really that was doing anything and everything he could like calling my mom like like found like calling her like at her job like trying to sabotage my mom's like job and [ __ ] like that and then what else did they do they were like hiring like sex workers that like looked like me and just doing all this really [ __ ] like crazy [ __ ] if you guys think that's bad like don't be a YouTuber don't be a streamer you have no control over your image you have no control over people you just have to accept it um but his dream was to be in a courtroom with me where like I press charges you know like they wants to know what the reaction is he wants the he wants to know are they scared did they see it how did they react um he would also probably really Revel in this body cam footage too but this was a year ago so it's possible that the fixation could have stopped by now probably not I I just don't understand why you would pick this neighborhood to come in the back of to sleep in front of these people's house honestly I just made the first right out of there because I needed just like a spot where I wasn't in the main road um and I'm sorry if like they called the cops or something cuz they probably thought I was I don't know doing something weird here but I I swear like I'm not doing anything crazy out of left field or anything like that you mind if we search the car no no please go for it the reason why I asked is because there was somebody who set a car on fire you set a car on fire yes like what do you mean like you set a car he's so excited they set the car on fire like they lit the uh the gas tank that's crazy one thing that I've learned is people seek attention in different ways it can be provocative it can be through bullying it can be through virtue signaling and it can also be through Mischief he strikes me as a person that uh invol that enjoys invoking attention through Mischief probably did something in his childhood that was mischievous got him a lot of attention and he was like well that felt good let's just keep doing it um so this is just who he is now um that wasn't me sorry how long have you been back here what time is it uh about 3:00 in the morning I got here probably like around midnight okay yeah have you had anything to drink tonight no no I don't okay yeah yo the confusion on his face he's like no no I don't have to drink to do this this is my is a trait it and it goes back into that Mischief attention kind of trait but I think they just they just like it this officer has now sent a picture from the surveillance footage that shows the suspect so he can compare it to this man they're investigating do me a favor right now we're going to come over here and I'm just going to put you in the back real quick yeah okay is everything okay Co mask yeah they found the mask that was in the surveillance Li in here he's got a torch lighter H yeah there's a torch lighter and a blue Co mask and the center Cil there's no luggage there's no backpack there's no hat well where's his luggage at where's his back let's contain him he's in the car right well yeah sear just leave him there wait for the detectives a can9 unit is now brought to the crime scene at the victim's house so they can pick up and track the suspect's scent another behavior of these types of people are like this guy at face value is probably not somebody that would break into somebody's home and like just be in there like standing in there with a knife or something that's that's not his initial Mo however if he were to set this person's car on fire uh he didn't get reported or he didn't get in trouble the person remained in fear and was afraid of them then this guy would be in a place of being able to cause mischief and also be in control and then it creates a power Dynamic that starts to escalate and so that that's how stalkers escalate their behavior to things that they wouldn't actually do it's like a combination of delusion and feeling like they're having fun and feeling like they're in control all the way until they aren't so I don't know it's very complicated like I said I whenever I watch these videos I'm like yep we're back we're back officers now simply have to see if the K9 unit leads officers to the same male they're investigating a couple minutes down the road so be honest with you man we got a dog that's tracking right now okay okay from where the crime happened okay you be honest with me is that dog going to lead straight to this car no I promise you it's not okay the K9 tracked the scent to the car the maale was found sleeping in prompting newly arriving officers to discuss their new number one suspect so he he's he's in the back of my car he's not handcuffed cuz we didn't know it first okay um he said that he's visiting a friend and he pulled off the side of the road because he was too tired to drive he said yes he said he's been here since 12:00 and said that he hasn't moved so if you want I don't have a hat that's the only thing I don't have but if you want to look at him and everything it looks you identified them it does yes go look at him he's got a beard he's got the same clothing he's got the reflective shoes everything hey how you doing how are you good hey just need to talk to you for a minute okay sure okay I'm going read you your rights real quick you have the right to me inside out do you understand your rights yes okay one thing I like to do is if I see somebody making a facial expression that I don't understand I'll make the face myself and then see like hm what is that emotion so I'm going to ask you to do the same thing in the beginning we saw him smiling a whole lot and he was kind of laughing and kind of whatever but now that he's in the back of the police car his facial expression has turned to what is that and I know it's just like a silly little thing I don't take it as gospel but I do take it as a little guide especially if you're not really good at recognizing emotions chat said wellp I believe you guys are absolutely correct I think that's how he's feeling well were you involved in a situation down the street where you lit something that caught on fire I'm stalking and loitering in a sense right like you some of yall said five years that sounds about right do we have permission to look for your vehicle look through your vehicle absolutely we do yeah you consent to do so can you tell me that on the camera recording what is your first name faran all right sit that for a minute I forgot to tell you too he has a perfect box impression in his back seat I did think he was going to say he had a perfect body I don't know why I hate to tell you this but he's got a perfect body while searching the area around the suspect's car officers found multiple plastic bags with a hat multiple sets of latex gloves and another mask within them not even 10 ft away from the vehicle can you explain why yo you know somebody doesn't watch True Crime when they throw it in the bush [ __ ] what no more than 10 ft from your car is a hat that matches the exact picture from the suspect in the video are your fingerprints going to be on that bag maybe I I don't know is your DNA going to be in that hat it shouldn't okay so there's no way your your D DNA can be in that hat so when we test it we're not going to find your DNA in there yeah I mean you shouldn't no okay I guess I'm a little confused this is a pretty random offbeat path area I did see people walking around here okay this is a very random area to be yes now look when I was asleep somebody might have come thrown a bag there I don't know we'll be back with you in a bit okay I got pretty much everything over here this is you got gloves and a mask in the other bag you have gloves a receipt a mask something else and a hat so this is everything he was wearing it's going to be him bro okay so the Hat the gloves receipts are all in that back what receipt I haven't looked at the receipts yet but there's receipts in there so obviously they're going to be checking video from the stores at those receipts this is the last time I'm going to say it if you have anything any involvement in this Now's the Time cuz things are kind of spiraling out of control if you're involved in this I'm I'm not I'm not the one that gets my hands dirty you going to say that um so I didn't do are you never gets in trouble and then it reinforces the ability to do this to get attention so honestly him going to jail for this is good for him it's good for him it might be the first time that anyone's ever been like hey don't do that in addition to all the evidence so far people who live in this area also have surveillance footage that caught the specific times that the suspect parked on the street officers discuss these specific times and relate them to the suspect's claim of being parked there since midnight 221 is when it got lit 227 is when they're saying they saw the video of him coming in here so him being here since midnight is not correct so you said you came out here around 12: around midnight they got video of you pulling in here around 225 so taking you back to the I told him look up my boy did he say when is the hearing Daye man so we're taking you back to the PD we'll go from there but when is the hearing I don't know yet that'll be up to the courts you ready to lie go ahead
