Sarah in my opinion is an abusive person she's an abuser she's a literal psychopath put her in jail Sarah Boone is much much much more than a Karen she's an abuser she's a literal psychopath and she's allegedly a murderer now Sarah Boone has gone through her sixth public defender she is fighting with all of her attorneys if you don't remember the Sarah Boone case it is so difficult to talk about again I've done several videos on it from the moment the body cam like footage caught her to the moment she was in the interrogation room and they pressed her with the evidence of what she did but Sarah is Sarah Sarah in my opinion is an abusive person and abusive people they don't know how to handle their emotions they don't know how to let things out she abused her ex-husband she abused her boyfriend she I mean just everyone around her and in my opinion now she's abusing her attorneys so let's see what happens when her sixth attorney walks out on her and she has to say something about it the law is I feel like I have to address that motion first and rule on that before I can address any other motions that would be heard today so Mr Banquets I'll start with you tell me why you're moving to withdrawal also really quick I don't know if it's going to come up in this video but I did read this that Sarah Boone said that her next Attorney better not have a big case load and they better be ready to fully dedicate themselves to her I can't bro this one look I listen I I feel like this is so toxic but you look here you're allowed to bully Sarah Boone okay because Sarah Boone is bullying everyone around her this lady truly genuinely from the bottom of my heart I don't know what kind of True Crime channels you usually walk but that's that's just the vibe here that's the energy like Sarah Boone absolutely deserves to go to jail for life and she deserves to be bullied Point Blank period thank you everyone Mr Banquets I'll start with you tell me why you're moving to withdrawal the letters that have been coming to your honor uh the derogatory berating of my services in this case uh I can't effectively represent her oh uh she doesn't trust me she calls me a a done I think a buffoon and no one should have to endure that type of uh derogatory comments and expect to effectively represent someone berating me and trust me she's being rude to me I don't really love her at this point and it's hard for me to want to put my best foot forward and defend her when she's acting like this and to that I say Amen my dude file that withdrawal especially in America pilot Frank Miss Boone I read your letter dated August 26 2023 and your letter dated August 30th 2023 and just so we're clear I read all of the letters that you send to the court whether I respond or not is based on what's in the letter whether I'm asked to actually do something that's within my purview as a judge or not if I understand correctly you have now decided that you think it would be best in fact if Mr Banquets was allowed to withdraw is that correct yes all right and you understand she feels no she feels No Remorse over what she did what was on the video she feels nothing and she feels nothing about how the way that she has treated her attorneys that are trying to do their job but trying to get this allegedly murderous out of jail like by him withdrawing off to point another attorney do you understand that yeah and that attorney's not standing here so we're not going to be able to address and I'll give the state a chance to talk to me as well but assuming I grant this we won't be able to address the other issues that were docketed for today which means I'm gonna have to reset your case for a later date do you understand that I'm not sure what items it is you're speaking of I haven't received a copy yet of the letter so we also were having a hearing today in regards to authorization for payment for an expert that your attorney believes he needs to defend you an issue about the compensation of that expert which is why Jac is participating today Mr catori normally the state takes no position in these issues but there are limited circumstances when the state doesn't take a position so are you taking a position on this motion withdrawal Mr catch story do you think she's doing this to stall her case um no I think that Thera Boone is she's used to having a target for her abuse and people like this will find one by any means necessary and it generally tends to be the person that's closest to them and the person that is the the nicest to them and in this case nobody wants anything to do with Sarah so the person that's closest to her within reach that is having regular contact for her with her that's supposed to be working for her she abuses them she absolutely does I don't even think she has any concept of stalling the case or anything like that quite frankly I don't think she's that smart I don't think she's thinking ahead on any of this like I would not give her that much credit I think she's just an abusive person and she is abusing the closest person to her in every scenario that's just what I think those times where we would be not taking a position all right so uh I'm gonna Grant Mr banquet's motion to withdraw I'm going to let him out they let him off attorney Winston Hobson to represent Ms Boone Winston uh in regards to the other matters scheduled today I'm going to take let me see if I can find him hey if no action on time until Mr Hopson can well in regards to this he's got to get caught up on everything the discovery involving JC I'm simply going to take no action on that motion at this point in time so Mr Hobson has a chance to review it and determine whether he wants to proceed with that motion I will address the pre-trial because today was also supposed to be pre-trial it keeps getting pushed back here's what we'll do I'm going to set this case for pre-trial conference on Tuesday November 28th in the trial oh my god dude so he said today was supposed to be pre-trial which I think this was like September 2nd or 3rd or something so she did she was actually able to push back let's see September October pretty much all of November like three more months they had to give him enough time her new attorney to like go through everything but God damn why like why it's not like she has an attorney advising her to say like oh we do want to stall so that like we push back on the media coverage of it or something like that or or I don't know if she's trying to like say the case was contaminated because there was like more time for people to watch the video I don't know I have no idea I God I hate that I hate her Monday December 11th I think any earlier period of time would be unrealistic for Mr Hopson to get on board get up to speed with the discovery and determine how he wants to proceed in regards to any experts but I will set a status hearing on the case prior to that I am in crimes going viral that's funny chowder wait the new season it's like I don't know what they have in place for that though death box like if someone's just like that and they're just being horrible to every single one of their um people um I'm with you Wayne also the status here on the case Monday October 30th 2023 at 10 A.M that'll be for the purpose of making sure that Mr Hobson's on board some sense of where he thinks are things are how realistic he thinks the November pre-trial is any other matters I need to address with him at that time now miss Boone in just a minute they're going to take you back to the Orange County Jail I'm going to suggest that you talk to Mr Hobson about the various other issues you raised in your letter dated August 30th 2023. whatever leaf for Frank I mean I feel like he probably knew that the withdrawal would pass because people just know how Sarah is at this point but it's got to be a little bit nerve-wracking and it's got to be such a relief when you get that defendant off your hands clearly your working relationship with Mr Banquets was such that the deteriorated the point where the two of y'all just couldn't work together to defend your case so I'm not going to try to referee um how that played out why that unfolded the way it did but one thing I want to caution you about if this becomes a problem on another court appointed term attorney I'm going to look more closely at what the alleged disputes are you have a right to a court appointed lawyer there are certain decisions a defendant gets to make in the defense of their case that are absolutely theirs such as whether they go to trial or not such as whether they testify or not but there are many decisions in a case that a lawyer gets to make and while you certainly have a right to consult with your lawyer and discuss with your lawyer they don't automatically just do whatever you say they use their professional judgment and experience and look at the evidence look at the law and do the best they can also you've got court appointed counsels I've explained to you before court appointed counsel rarely have the luxury of representing one person and only having one case to focus on I have concerns that your expectations of what any court-appointed Council might do as far as spending time with you and the depth and degree of communication may be unrealistic expectations you always have the right to retain the lawyer to represent you and then that's between you and that lawyer you can demand whatever expectations that you have as part of that agreement but when it's a court appointed lawyer you have to accept and understand that they have other cases of the courtroom responsibilities I also I think great for Sarah Boone to be sat down and told what because I just don't think that she has she never had to just listen before she never had to she always starts screaming like going nuts back trying to get her way doing anything and right now she just has to listen but what's annoying me is I Can Tell She's tuning him out too ah I'm cognizant of that when I'm addressing these types of issues about communication so that's just food for thought nothing to do today I don't need a response from you I just wanted to make sure you were aware of that and were thinking about that as we proceeded forward so again the court meant to reflect that I'm Court continuing pre-trial I have created a motion withdrawal I have appointed Mr Hopson to represent the defendant and I'm taking no action on the motion the ex parte motion for cost directed uh where GAC is responding see ya but uh the I think he said the pre-trial starts again November 28th but I think she's gonna lose another attorney by that I I don't think this this trial is not starting until 2024. it's not starting until 2024 and this is what I mean when like sure you know for victims families it is such a long process it's like is she gonna lie or cry her way out of this it's like okay well we get the arrest well now she's in jail well now we can't set a trial date because she keeps stalling like back and forth and then we finally do get into the core room and then it's nerve-wracking for the victims families of like well is she gonna get convicted because like we think it's like you know cut and dry but it's not it's not always that way and then we get to the trial and then we get the guilty verdict and then we're waiting for the sentencing and then after that she's gonna appeal and then she's gonna yell at her next Attorney then she's gonna appeal and she's gonna yell at her next Attorney and it's like dude does anyone ever get closure like I get it we're supposed to make stuff fair in the court of law but she put her in jail oh [Music]
