But what begins as a minor incident quickly escalates, resulting in felony charges, a viral arrest, and growing controversy over how the system treated one of social media's most recognizable faces. So usually what happens is they'll ask, "I want a female officer. I want a female officer." And then when the female officer is not giving in to what they want, they're like, "You're a [ __ ] You're awful." Blah blah blah. And they'll just start doing the all this, that, and the third. Well, actually, no. She did throw the water bottle on the other people and then she did start moaning and bend over when they tried to arrest her and then she's calling people names. Fire girl. His officers decide to cuff Nikita's other hand to the bench, securing both arms. But just when they think things have settled down, Nikita does something no one could have expected. Nikita, Nikita. The deputies continue securing Nikita's second hand to the bench, but Nikita begins pushing the female officer with a leg, prompting the officer to rush back over to assist. They they can charge her with assault at this point. Like it's a it's it's a it's emotion. It's aggressive. She's touching the officer when she's been aggressive this whole time. Like not going to fight you. That is sexual harassment to the officers. Like it is no that you can't do that. It's very exhibitionist. I'm just having to stay here with my dog. on my wedding day. A short time later, officers returned to escort Nikita out of the station and into a transport van bound for the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. Though the ride there was anything but quiet. When they arrive at the correctional center, they're forced to wait behind other incoming transports. But inside the van, Nikita grows impatient. The officers are soon allowed entry and begin waiting in the drop off area for the intake process to begin. But as the minutes pass, Nikita's behavior once again begins to draw attention. According to new sources, Nikita was charged with felony battery on a police officer, misdemeanor battery, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $2,000, though Nikita was ultimately released on recgnissance. During the bond hearing, Nikita claimed to have been placed in the male section of the facility and requested a transfer. The statement sparked controversy as Nikita is legally recognized as female despite reportedly telling both police and correctional staff Nikita identifies as male. However, Miami date corrections disputed this, stating that Dragon remained in an open booking area during intake and was later held alone in a separate cell due to high-profile status. Following the incident, Nikita was reported to have taken a hiatus from public appearances and social media to focus on personal well-being, but has since return to the public eye.
