In addition to his armed robbery charge, this suspect was charged with felony resisting law enforcement using a vehicle felony battery against a public safety official and resisting. These aren't normal shoppers, however, as they are caught picking up a bunch of store items and passing by the checkout without paying and leaving the store. Both suspects were charged with felony aggravated battery to a peace officer, receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle as the white pickup they used was stolen, shoplifting of $250 or less, conspiracy, and aggravated fleeing an officer.
