November 24th 2023 Deputy Peterson of
the P County Sheriff's Office was
dispatched to respond to a domestic
issue regarding a couple the incident
was reported by the couple's neighbor
Lars the victim was an elderly woman and
the suspect was found out to be her
significant other later identified as
Rand the neighbor even claimed to have
caught the disturbing footage on camera
as the officer arrived on the

Randall was then transported to pul
County Jail without incident Randall was
charged with one count of recklessly
subjecting an individual to a risk of
abuse which caused or is likely to cause
bodily harm with a domestic abuse
modifier misdemeanor a one count of
resisting or obstructing an officer
misdemeanor B and one count of
disorderly conduct with a domestic abuse
modifier misdemeanor A Randall was found
guilty of resisting or obstructing
officer due to a guilty plea and the
other two charges were dismissed but
