25th 2022 dispatch was notified of a road rage incident at an intersection in La Crosse Wisconsin an off-duty Sergeant was on his way to work when a vehicle passed him at 60 miles per hour he stopped behind this vehicle at a red light but when it turned green the vehicle didn't proceed even as Traffic Ahead started moving while trying to pass in the left turn lane the off-duty Sergeant was blocked the agitated driver later identified as a 39 year old male named Kevin soon exited his vehicle and approached the sergeant with a concealed hand in response the sergeant drew his firearm without aiming Kevin briefly backed dog but he said I got one too in return with a concealed hand prompting the sergeant to now Point his firearm Kevin flipped him off and went back inside his vehicle he eventually started following the Sergeant's vehicle and called 9-1-1 claiming the firearm was aimed after locating Kevin's vehicle an officer initiated a traffic stop and saw him gesturing from his hey dude maybe what happened is like you know he starts getting aggressive and then our boy Ohana or something like that and then ohano like points his gun out and says hey police officer back up I actually if that's what did happen I I don't I don't think that's what happened I would help that that's not what happened but if it was how are we just glazing by that dude can you like can you imagine if like an officer just points a window out of the car and just like hey dude police back up I feel like I don't think that's what happened at all but I just also find it odd that this officer
