you guys know I don't usually talk about Mass killers on this channel I have my reasons if you kill people for attention I don't want to know you exist let's block out your name block out your face right and for the most part other than that there's nobody that's off limits here I say this all the time murderers deserve to be bullied not worshiped like back in 70s they were interviewing everyone and their mom giving them scary names but there is one person that I you oh wait a minute the reason I started to do this channel was because there are so many true crime stories that have information in them that I feel like we should take in in some way to understand something of these horrible tragedies so they don't happen again this case in particular I don't really think that there's anything to take from it but at the same time people have been asking me about it for a long time so I'll show you but I just want you to know my commentary here is a little bit um it's a little bit different it's different it's really different I've never seen anybody behind bars like this one before I've grabbed a documentary style video on Nico Jenkins something is so scrambled up in Nico jenkins's brain the crimes he committed were so wildly indiscriminate Nico Allen Jenkins was born on 16th of September in 1986 in Omaha Nebraska Omaha bro ain't nothing good going on there there ain't nothing good going on in Omaha you know how many cases I heard about Omaha any Nebraska folks in here y'all know is that true Jenkins watched his parents fight regularly that's his mom his father David who passed away in 2009 was convicted multiple times for terroristic threats during Nico's childhood terroristic Nico's mother Laurie was also convicted of felonies more than once he grew up with us sorry I always try to like pull something from it God I hate that I'm trying to like understand anything in this case so it's not only a whole family of felons but the father was convicted of making terroristic threats he was threatening human beings on a mass scale this is the stuff that Nico Jenkins was hearing when he was a child so going to jail was not a big deal repercussions from the law were not a big deal threatening human beings or carrying out those acts it's not off the radar for him he grew up with his Five Sisters who weren't Angels either three of them have spent time in a prison cell before 2013. I'm gonna tell y'all this right now too it's the whole family so if y'all gonna be in the comments talking some hot mess or something use a VPN okay Nico himself was already known to police at the age of seven after bringing a load with hankon to his Elementary School at the age of 11 Mika was kicked out of a group home for repetitive violence and stopped attending school on a regular basis by age 13 he had committed multiple assaults including one knife assault I almost feel like with the history of how violent the whole family was there was probably an element of them all one-upping each other saying something more violent swinging on somebody doing something crazy I feel like that might have been something that happened in the household a lot first sent to prison in 2003 age 17 for two armed car trackings after spending time on a Youth Detention Facility this tells me that by the age of 17 it was already in his brain that you don't work to earn money you take from others there is no such thing by the age of 17 he didn't have a want to live any type of honest life and there we are am I gonna be okay after this posted for his part in a 2006 prison riot as well as for assaulting his prison guards nevertheless Jenkins only spent 10 and a half years of his 21-year prison sentence this also makes me feel like Nico would be a very scary inmate because if it is true that he and his family had that aura of one-upping each other's threats or violence when he goes into prison he's gonna be the hardest [ __ ] in there environment we're always one-upping with the family violent threats or actions now you're in prison with a lot of other violent offenders but honestly I almost bet that some of these people aren't as scary as his sister or his mom or his dad I'm almost willing to bet this guy in jail was crazy and willing to prove himself to anybody I bet bro and was released in July of 2013. wasn't enough for Jenkins to become a changed man even worse two weeks after his release Jenkins ended up committing four murders within a couple of days it was about 5 a.m on the morning of August 11 2013. when a patrol officer discovered two bodies in a white full pickup truck the car was parked in Spring Lake Park Omaha both victims Juan Pena and Jorge Ruiz have been shot in the head eight days later on August 19th at 7 00 am the body of Curtis Bradford was found outside a detached garage in a neighborhood in Omaha just want to remind you guys two weeks after he was released from prison he committed a string of four murders for no reason the previous two victims Bradford was also shot in the head Jenkins wasn't allowed when he committed those three murders it later turned out that his sister Erica played a vital role in the slaying before Nico shot the first two victims he and Erica had dropped the two men the third victim Curtis Bradford was a fellow winmate of Nico the janky siblings pretended to rob a new victim together with Bradford but ended up shooting him Erica was eventually sentenced to life in prison for first-degree murder it's reported that she was the one firing first at breakfast her brother Nico then hey look I'm telling you right now I don't trust anybody with Pierce things that smiling in a mug shot okay like if you got multiple facial piercings and you smile in a mugshot you already know that you are going through a serious phase in your life do you know how many holes and scars are in my face I'm up here rocking it Derma I've had this dermal in my face for 10 years now doubling down on that if I had two more facial piercings and I'm taking a mug shot and I'm smiling you know I'm going through some [ __ ] okay I am the queen of facial piercings I've had everything vertical to braid twice I have my eyebrow face I had the I had the Monroe no I didn't have a mirror I had a Medusa had my bridge pierced I've had everything baby okay but when you're smiling in the mug shot it's too far second of all I haven't heard of this two violent siblings with a shotgun one-upping each other for fun we go through so many cases where there's trauma there's green there's manipulation there's custody there's cheating there's passion these people were just born into violence and then enacted it on the world it's reported that she was the one fighting first at breakfast her brother Nico then shot the victim a second time in his head to which Attica yelled at him as he had taken her first kill away oh my God Jenkins fourth and final victim Andrea Kruger was discovered on August 21st at about 2 15 a.m by a deputy sheriff responding to a shots fired call her body was found laying in a road with multiple bullet wounds the mother of three had been returning home after a bartending shift with her SUV Jenkins liked the vehicle and made cook get out of the car she was begging for her life before Nico shot the 33 year olds several times and left her dying on the road just crazy ask yourself why on Earth Nicole Jenkins was out on the streets and not behind bars well that's mainly down to the loss the Nebraska law dictates that every inmate with a few exceptions receives one day credit for one day served in effect the law says that inmates only serve half of the sentence a church announces unless they lose good time credits because of bad behavior in the case of Nicole Jenkins this credit system certainly failed critics say the case Shoals how difficult it is for prisoners to lose good time credits and get additional prison time from 2005 to 2011 prison records showed Jenkins was written up wait why'd he showed this uh prison record he said 1933 colored 1913. this is the most random prison record I ever seen in a video all right we'll let it ride this is this is like a random Jenkins was written up at least eight times for refusing to submit a search sold on the corrections officer three episodes of using threatening language two episodes of tattoo activities and creating a weapon out of a toilet brush these are all things that I absolutely would assume that Nico would do in jail for anyone that's ever worked at a prison or worked with inmates or something is Nico an inmate people would be scared of whether it's the correction officers or if it's other inmates like how does that manifest I'm really curious nevertheless Jenkins only surface who let him have drip in court somebody came in and styled this man I mean from the chains to the Belt to the to the yellow due to Good Time credits it just made him furthermore Douglas County attorney Don Kleine said that on the case law an inmate has to have gone in and out of prison in order to get additional prison time because Jenkins never left prison he was let go after serving 10 and a half years on August 30th 2013 Jenkins was arrested on an unrelated terroristic threats charge by then wow arrested on a terroristic threat charge that in my opinion is kind of a rare crime I mean granted now with the Internet it's probably a lot more common but it's very specific but how interesting is it that his father went to jail for terroristic threats and now his son did the same exact thing very much a learned behavior very much passed on by then evidence had mounted against him he was seen on CCTV with his sister at the local gun store buying the kind of ammunition that have been used to commit to killings on the evening of September thirds Jenkins confessed to all four murders shooting an eight-hour interview throughout your confessions Jenkins blamed different reasons for his doings for the first five hours he blamed the killings on his cousins later on he said that he had committed the murders due to his relation he had felt possessed by a demon and had sacrificed the deaths to the Egyptian snake Gods Apophis in between that Jenkins also said that he wanted to get revenge on a correction system that threw him away without treating his mental illness we drinking sore still sees himself as a mentally ill individual who would have needed help when he was released I get wanting mental health assistance but there are some people that it's very clear by their track record their criminal record that they have a very very very low chance of Rehabilitation that's one of the things it's considered during sentencing and of course the legal system is is going to say for the safety of everyone in Nebraska and in the whole country honestly you have to go away forever the mental illness conversation is over at this point saying this like he's the police chief he said in order to get the closure for this family you're gonna have to tell me what you have and what you don't have why he acting like the Lord ties of cringe what I think is interesting is we've looked at so many cases where the person thinks they're insane they're crazy they're they're a bad guy and they act out this character and commit heinous acts and then a few years later they're like whoa that wasn't me I don't know what happened and now they're in jail forever Nico is actually that person when people be talking about serial killer murderer like monster they're terrifying this is someone that did not grow up with any of the morals that our parents gave even the slightest ones like there's a couple that we all got a few messages you know be nice to people don't kill people every message that we got like that he got the opposite of and it's it freaks me out bro I got Nicole Jenkins do you not realize that I got you oh I'm just saying bro I'm worried for you you need to be in this position because he got the foot out you know anything crazy he said Nico get back the eight-hour tape puts all the other evidence police had on Jenkins was enough to get him to court before the court hearings had started Jenkins lawyer claimed that his client wasn't competent to stunt trial the motion was declined and the trial began in April of 2014. however it wasn't long until Jenkins wanted to turn directions lawyers advised Nico Jenkins testifies in his own defense saying he's fighting for his life yelling something about a socialist Revolution at our cameras and during his hearing yelling over judge Peter Battalion quote let me talk your honor you're violating my human rights a very long and complicated process was followed and the death penalty hearing was postponed to August that year against Jenkins will his defense psychiatrist wrote a report about Jenkins competence in July of 2014 after he had mutualated himself in jail made the following decision face the death penalty a ruling today changes the next step in the case of convicted killer Nico Jenkins the death penalty is not a sentencing option tonight for the Man convicted of killing four people in Omaha good evening I'm Jennifer Griswold Craig is off tonight judge Peter Battalion ruled today Nico Jenkins is not mentally competent to face death penalty sentencing the same judge found him competent to stand trial in February Jenkins later pleaded no contest to four murder charges now the judge says Jenkins deteriorating mental state and the seriousness of the death penalty justify declaring Jenkins not competent to understand the death sentence process whether he pretending to be mentally ill or actually is mentally ill it doesn't really change how I feel about the four people that died very very quickly that day during that spree you know um and everyone else that he's affected before this eight months later in March of 2015 Jenkins was declared competent for the second time however once again the court hearing couldn't take place on the set date as Jenkins had mutilated himself again This is Nico Jenkins when he was first booked for murder in September 2013. these exclusive photos show what he looks like now more than once Jenkins has gotten a razor blade that the prison says didn't come from his shaving equipment and mutilated himself Jenkins says he has nine lacerations to his face tried to carve Satan into his forehead and split his tongue oh at the end of 2000. put his tongue with no anything dude actually when I think about it I think when people do tongue splitting they actually don't numb either do they because I don't think that the the offices that do that can numb anyone have any insight there oh okay they do so he did it with him at the end of 2015 it go even worse as Jenkins caught his own Johnson yes sir get on the horn to British intelligence and let them know about this which led to 65 stitches self-harm incidents happened over and over again which delayed the hearing several times I think we could agree he's mentally ill but I can't speak on this anymore because as you guys know I'm no longer mentally ill so not my territory I'm just kidding I think I'm still sick the death penalty hearing eventually took place in May of 2017. Jenkins was sentenced to death for each of the four killings finally relatives of his victims had some closure you can go get the kid the family against the glory God gives the glory the mother of victim Curtis Bradford was emotional after the verdict this has been too long four years is a long time she says it's time to move on and let go of what Nico Jenkins did to her family I absolutely one thing to say to him he had power over my life for four years oh my God I struggled for four years he don't get that power today they were probably really scared too can you imagine wanting Justice for your child or your family member but being afraid to testify because you live in the city where a family of violent Killers who are all sticking together live Jenkins was moved to Tecumseh State Correctional Institution in Nebraska what is currently being held he has since tried to commit Asus multiple times and his lawyer Tom Riley has filed the different motions that Jenkins is too mentally ill to be executed so far all appears were rejected the latest news in Nico Jenkins case is through March of 2019 when he damaged his eye and his neck with a razor blade in another attempt to ask me oh my God Nebraska Supreme Court is currently deliberating an appeal to Jenkins trial and sentencing from his lawyer in this case it certainly wouldn't be surprising if there was another twist but one thing's guaranteed Nico Jenkins will never leave prison again good
