you guys got to watch this 12 year old jeffrey vandervort was riding his bicycle sunday evening in his gated santa ana neighborhood when suddenly he ran into this get the hell off the sidewalk now excuse me uh-uh nope no no no no no you ain't touching my kid you are not touching my son dude i would i don't know what kind of parent i'm gonna be i might be in jail absolutely not why'd you just hit me let me hit you again what the [ __ ] is wrong with you she walked over to me just started yelling and pushed me into like this little tree and then hit me in the back he's referring to his neighbor susan garcia who clearly doesn't like bikes on sidewalks you don't touch me oh i'll do what i want he tried to run jeffrey was wearing his new gopro camera and captured the encounter she said i'll do what i want man also can i just say this boy handled himself really well he gave her a chance like did you just hit me don't touch me i'm calling my mom whoa no touching no touchy he did everything right and then he wrapped it up by going to the news thank you thank you who hit my child yes she did yes she just did his mom says she told jeffrey to ride his bike on the sidewalk because he was nearly hit by a car last week people in the neighborhood should come directly to the parent they should never confront a child harass a child yes amen someone else's child exactly i mean it's just so outrageous in the video you can hear garcia claim that dude okay wait i definitely agree with that sentiment of course you don't attack the child but then this makes me think about any time i've ever thought about in the future when i'm a parent and like a little kid starts talking [ __ ] to my kid i would simply have to take the child out but now in retrospect after listening to her i think that i should speak to the parent about their child's behavior and not lost them intentionally tried to run over her he tried to run this down on the sidewalk so in this part i think they said her name was susan garcia she comes up to the house and starts bitching at the mom like the mom is i don't know what the goal is here like does she think the mom is going to take her aside in the video you can hear garcia claim that jeffrey intentionally tried to run over her okay try to run this down on the sidewalk i did not and and lied to us i have a video it's a great thing that there's a camera strapped to his chest good good come on boy i i completely missed that the first time i watched this she straight up tried to lie dude i talk about this all the time abusive people will literally hurt you and then say what are you talking about this woman pushed the child while he was on a bike and then went to his mother and and tried to lie about it even though it was on video this reminds me of a case i don't think we've ever gone over this case before where this woman went to her boyfriend or ex-boyfriend's house to talk about an issue or whatever and it didn't go the way she liked so she started recording a video she recorded his murder she pulled out a gun and started advancing him and shooting him while yelling like what the [ __ ] did you just say what the [ __ ] did you just say and like you can hear her like shooting him and then after that she called played 911 and later on they recovered the video from her phone and they were like can you explain this and she still tried to play victim so if that right there doesn't tell you that people will hurt you and then try to put it on you and confuse you i don't know what will we all just watch this woman shove the child get away from me get away from me come on come on jeffrey come over here i swear to god if this old lady touches me again the whole thing lasts about two minutes say old lady louder dad comes outside go away the dead this is crazy i mean numerous videos shame on dad that your boy she hit me she hit me absolutely this man just walked up so silently i need to watch it again she hit me look at him she hit me look at her absolutely he's looking yes sir i'm inside death says this isn't their first encounter with garcia although they hope it's their last one immediately after i saw that video i called the police and they came out and we did a police report press charges if you encounter this woman again in the future what would you say to her i would run in the opposite direction i would not go near her i love that response man dude you know what i love about that video is i feel like the family did everything correctly i feel like they did everything perfectly you know the terminator could have said i'm gonna come back to your house someone's gonna talk to your husband damn i'm really from the south these people are emotionally regulated
