this is another one it's a super super sensitive subject I mean all of this just happened really recently the body cam footage got released this week did anyone hear about the Chad Doberman case we're talking about this man back in humans say this piece of [ __ ] accused of executing three little boys his children three little boys with a rifle executing these guys right here Chad murdered two of his sons and when his wife or ex-wife realized what was happening she grabbed their last son and held on to him for dear life and Chad essentially pushed her out of the way took the child and murdered the third child and when you you put that next to the other types of tragedies we deal with here it it makes your blood absolutely bullish look at him looking stupid I don't know how else to explain it but this man just looks dumb can we please blur this Fool's that face out for the entire thing I can't I can't do it you kill kids you don't have a name and face on Earth anymore no matter what happens in the justice system we should just erase you like a moment here and focus on those three little boys because we've got uh the obituary for those three and I think it'll give you a much clearer picture of who these little guys I mean look at that picture it's amazing Clayton Doberman Hunter doberman and three-year-old Chase Doberman I also can't get over the fact that their mother had the first child Clayton was seven years old and then a couple years later she said okay I want to have some more kids I'm I'm not done yet and then she had two more she popped out all these kids into succession and then she said okay I'm done and something she would have never fathomed happened happen today was the arraignment for I was gonna say their father but should we really even say that anymore um for the accused killer take a listen as we hear a little bit more of the details of what happened that day [Music] if you hurt children in any way and you go to jail you don't even want to know what's going on in there you don't even want to know facts but we have here is the plant Slaughter the three little boys ages seven four and three first one shot it was a four-year-old shot in a house two times then sustained two bullet wounds to the head causing the second child shot was a seven year old who fled the residence ran some 300 feet from the residence it was gunned down from a high wow by the defendant this little boy incapacitated alive shine close distance there were power burners was had and then he went after the three-year-old started with her mother he ripped the child from the mother's arms and put a bullet we already know he did it okay it's done I mean the body cam footage is out you can take a look at it yourself I mean the mother wouldn't it he did it right so the court is just really gonna spend some time here trying to prove that he's not crazy he planned this meticulously he threatened it over a period of time and then he did it so we're just trying to get the maximum amount of time and Punishment possible and of course no bond now this prosecutor incredibly intense I think it's the best way to describe him here he is after the arraignment uh speaking to the public first and foremost I want to start out by expressing the deepest Symphony I have for his family on this unspeakable tragic um we do have I can't go in a whole lot for Max all right because this is a death penalty case and my goal is to have this man executed okay Unapologetic cold planned and brutal he did it the quote my goal is to have this man executed whether you believe in the death penalty or don't is irrelevant it's the law in Ohio damn man said this is a death penalty case if you do or you don't believe in the death penalty I don't give a f it's the law and three children are dead your reaction to the prosecutor coming out and saying publicly my goal is to have this man executed as he should be if he's found guilty this crime was so heinous I want to believe that he is mentally ill but based on the facts of this philicide he really did that because I think of spousal Revenge maybe yes I 100 agree with that because he ripped their youngest son from his mother's arms and shot through her hand and killed the boy right in front of her Bernard villalona your reaction my goal is to have this man executed secured is saying exactly the powers that invested in him the law allows in Ohio for the death penalty to be sought in cases where they are aggravating that Mr Doberman he killed three kids all under the age of 13. one of those boys was shot two times in the head given the gravity and the aggravation everything that took place I mean so emotionally so brutal this is a prime case usually death penalty cases are difficult to go after and also to present to a jury but I think I think this one's gonna be pretty easy if the mother finds the strength because trust me it would take a lot of strength to testify against him everything that happened I I don't see this going any other way jurors are going to be victims because many you well know that in a homicide case like this you're going to be seeing those autopsy photos and those this very powerful statement my goal is to have this man executed you know some people just don't deserve the right to live amongst us in here in society of course is killing a child is is on the top of the list how could you yeah go higher than the top well when they're your children when you have care custody of control when you've heard them laugh when you put them to bed at night when they love you and they depend on you and you do this the thing that really upsets me a lot is him saying how can you listen to your children laugh and then go and do this deserve to live amongst us in society mental ill or not and the bottom line here is how many children do we have to sacrifice to let these mentally ill violent people stay among us whether in prison or in society and how many children have to be sacrificed before we decide to stop letting these evil mental mentally ill people walk among us you can hear on the body Cam that I heard earlier on another segment she's screaming he took my life away from me he shot her in the hand with her trying to protect her kids you know we teach our kids about stranger danger but all of these cases will [Music] it's not even stranger danger anymore it's parental danger Jesus and the fact that he didn't shoot her lets me believe that it had to do something with spousal damn Revenge yes yep she's so God damn right because I've heard of a lot of cases where the husband loses it kills all the kids kills the wife and then kills himself so for Mom not only is she the mother of those kids but she's also an eyewitness so that brings another level of complexity to any case by a prosecutor you know Vinnie people ask why I became a prosecutor why was I a prosecutor for 16 years and for so long it's cases like this where I'm like back back in I would love to go back to a face like this where defendants like this that Mom is going to have to undergo and support it oh my God he's supported by big big she's going to have to be supported not just at the time of trial but starting from now because this is going to have a huge mental toll on it you know what you don't know nothing happens to her because this can take it to an all down low because she felt that she could not protect her own kids just imagine her on the stand and especially since there are no videos of what actually transpired she's going to be examined on direct examination and cross-examination and that we're talking about our another one of the witnesses was her daughter who's young also not as young as her brothers but um hopefully those two are clinging to each other tonight I can't do it
