putting up flyers in his neighborhood on January 28th 2024 a deputy was flagged down after a woman attacked a boy who had been handing out flyers stay right there leave me alone okay stay right there I'll be talking to you in just a second then kids are out riding their bike so I heard yelling I'm like okay one of my kids are fighting whatever come out and she was like going like she tried to steal his bike like it was her she was the aggressive she went after the bike and it was when he took uh his bike back from her that she she struck him several times and he just kind of shielded himself walked down the street that's when I stopped I stopped him I'm I just was like I don't know what to do can can you call the C so you saw her hit him she went into this house right here uh he started walking away and then I was getting ready to call I was getting ready stay on your porch stay on your porch I'm not going to tell you again okay stay on your porch why is she still advancing oh no we got a crazy lady on her hands has anyone had the experience of like you know taking your family moving into a brand new neighborhood maybe you're renting or maybe you just bought the home and you just signed up for a 30-year mortgage and then in your first first week you realize that your neighbor is crazy and they won't leave you alone like has anyone ever been locked into a mortgage before and then realize that their neighborhood is crazy oh I need a I need a story you need to go get her let me find out what's going on trying to do right man she going to put her hands on him hey hey I just got here I'm trying to do my job please let me do my job a phone call that somebody's attacking my son oh it's his son wait I just got to say that this man I that that line resonated with me the officer said hey and the guy turned around and said hey hey hey I just showed up too well don't let it go stand over there let me talk to your son I don't know what's going on she tried to attack you you weren't here I just you weren't here let me talk to him sir please what he's trying to say here is that the dad although very passionate is not a witness he's just repeating what somebody else said but this guy that actually saw it would be a witness so that's what he means by I'm trying to do my job but I get it I get I get the dad's anger in fact I want that to be my dad I take I pick him tell me what's going on bud I went over there to that house I was about to put a flower up she started talking to me and I couldn't understand what she was saying so I came closer to her and she was like asking questions like my dad where my dad works why am I trying to do this and all that and then she uh just stole my like stole my flow and I was like can I get those back please so she grabbed you had a bunch of them she grabbed in this orange thing he's you know trying to make money and I'm good with that that's that's okay and then she ran over there to that house she went over to that house to that one I can't really see too well cuz my she stole my glasses too she still got them did she break I I can't tell you she stole she took them off yeah I'm tell you she tried to hands on me I'm going to say this and it's it's wrong I should not think this at all this is just my bias but there was a moment when he said she stole my my glasses and I was like were they sunglasses or is regular spectacles because if they were sunglasses he'll be fine but if they were his glasses that poor boy I don't know why if they're his prescription glasses I'm like well this is horrible but if she just ripped his sunglasses off I'm like well that's just silly I need to know if they were sunglasses or regular spectacles the best I can gather is this there's there's a lady out here she's obviously either 25 or 21 okay she this kid's trying to advertise business this is a nice area honey that is a green room if I ever seen one what is this what is this does anybody have this in their backyard well they got money money I a never seen no pool like that it's got a enclosure so you could enjoy the Sun but not get any leaves and your chlorine all right we have our answer everyone they were regular glasses and I got to say them things look thick that boy can't see it is really telling when you can just look at some glasses in a body cam lowquality video and you can tell them things thick am I crazy can y'all tell them lenses is thick FBI how you doing sir can I talk to you for a moment a few moments later she's not related to this this guy over here she doesn't it's not her husband she's just say so she just lied about yes she went a random Str so that's why she ran back there she she she lives in this house she does live in this house the next step is I want to know what you want to pursue charges against her is she mentally handicap or something it that's should honestly is not is something I can give you to tell you to make a decision that is actually really sweet that like when the officer was like do you want a press charges the first question that he asked was like does she have some type of disability that I need to know about before I make that decision which damn okay like that's a super fair question to ask cuz my brain would have been like yes get that [ __ ] she hit my son but like that you know oh I like that they're telling me she sound she sounded like she's slurring and up that's yes put her ass in jail okay if she's mentally handicapped or something like where's her people looking after like you know what I mean she's not mentally handicapped you need like okay if she's not mentally handicapped man yeah she like you don't put your hands on minor he's out here trying to do good all this boy does is go to church go to the gym and go home I get you know what I'm school what I'm going to do is I'm going to give you some paperwork I need to get a written statement from you okay yeah grabbed that I got that from him we put this the TR all right I'm going I'm after I graduate this year I'm going into the Marines Bravo 6 going dog outstanding I was a Navy Corman if you got hit when you were a child and it was like somebody at school how the school reacts to you being hit and how your parent reacts to you being hit is how you are probably going to react to being hit in the future so if somebody hits you and the school doesn't do anything and your parent tells you okay well let's just move on from that then in the future if you start dating somebody that's beaten up on you because that was your first experience with how other people reacted to you being physically assaulted that's probably how you're going to treat yourself in the future personally I think it's a really really really big moment when like somebody puts their hands on their child on somebody's child that the parent is like hey this is bad are you okay like are you okay so I really like that he's like you know setting that standard of like I'm going to talk to the police we're going to put her in jail nobody should touch you da hello here we go guys it's her what happened with you and this young fellow over here come over my house and said sure get away from my house so he came to knock on your door yeah I gave okay then what then what happened I gave you the paperwork uh-huh the paperwork I was so scared he said I'm going to get you I said b sir leave me alone I ran into my neighbor's house I scared he he scared me but how is he scaring you what was he doing that was scary banging on the door that boy was not banging don't nobody won't give you a flyer that bad couple knocks and you ain't answer he was on his merry way with his little glasses why you RI the boy glasses off let's get to that can we just take a moment to digest her moment her her version of events which I love her version of events is he came up and he was knocking on the door and I I answered the door and I said I'm scared and then he went and he was knocking again and what made you run across the street to your neighbor's house what would you think I I'm asking you I wasn't here so I mean I'm just trying to understand what was going on that would make you run to your neighbor's house let him figure it out you can't go inside yet you're under arrest yep God I'm in my own home unfortunately you weren't in your own home when you batter a juvenile have a seat have a seat for it have a have a seat girl now you got to resist him no I'm not she is not having mental issues she has a drinking issues oh hell no [Laughter] oh hell no all right cam guess what battery on a juvenile is it just me or is that a embarrassing a charge as an as an adult assault on a juvenile holy [ __ ] like you're off your rocker for what now I say that but some of y'all are sitting here thinking you know there's some 5-year-olds that I would love to kick across the schoolyard after they were messing with my kid you guys um don't do that but
