On September 2nd, 2025, deputies in Camp
Douglas, Wisconsin, executed a search
warrant after a cyber tip was traced to
the home's IP address.

him at this house that's looking at
child pornography. Okay. Um it's comes

you know internet at this IP address
this year. Mark's name is all over me
number. So um I'm not concerned really
I'm not going to go in a guy's room.
Okay. I'm probably not going really a
whole lot into this house besides
probably Mark's room in his in his car.
Okay. So, I don't want to invade your
guys' privacy. I mean, up here it says I
get the entire property and shed
everything, but I'm not uh you guys got
to work and you know,

Investigators initially referred Mark's
case for multiple counts, but he was
ultimately charged with one felony
count. On April 28th, 2026, he pleaded
guilty and was sentenced to 3 years in
prison, followed by 7 years of extended
supervision.
He also received 238 days of credit for
time already served and was ordered to
complete a sex offender assessment and
follow registry requirements.
