on May 13th 2023 a concerned witness
called dispatch in Ohio after witnessing
a blue Honda almost crashed into a pole
at an
intersection the witness told Dispatch
they last saw the female driver pull
into a parking lot across the street
from the
intersection officers were dispatched to
the parking lot to search for the female
driver of the blue

degree felony including possible jail
time of 60 days to 2 and 1/2 years this
also includes possible fines losing
driving privileges and more officers
issued the suspect a BMV 2255 form after
she refused to provide a bread sample
immediately suspending her Ohio driver's
license the suspect was given an
arrangment form to appear in court
