on May 1st 2024 an officer in Florida
was out on patrol when he spotted a blue
sedan with a shattered windshield the
officer quickly conducted a traffic stop
on the driver recognizing her from
previous incidents here's what the
officers did next
and I believe I found our 13p from
earlier Miss Celly I need you to open

there can you R down the window for me
Miss Kelly you remember
me huh no I was the one that dealt with
you a couple times what was you mean
huh what you were asking when to move
the yes so the reason why I'm stopping
you okay is because when I saw you come
out of dancers but someone else that
moved it's too loud
okay okay when I saw you pull out of
dancers obviously the windshields not
able to be driven like this okay so do
you have your driver's license with you
I I wasn't driving yes ma'am you were I
watched you I actually also watched you
get from the driver's seat to the
passenger boyfriend CU he Dr the yes I
know your boyfriend I watched you get

many times I know who she is yes she's
not supposed to be driving
sorry to pull you away from your
training okay so I stop her yeah because
I watched her pull out of dancers and I
know she doesn't have a DL okay okay
also the windshields are atrocious okay
okay and they've been stopped for it
many times and say they going to fix it
going to fix it going to fix it okay as
I'm pulling up behind her and I'm going
to originally go that way who's who's
still left in the vehicle that's Kelly
she's the only person in there she
switched over from the driver seat to
the passenger seat I tried she locked
the door on me and I'm about to punch
the window she doesn't get out the car
hey
Kelly
hey did you call for nine yet not yet I
don't think
so okay two to
nine
nine hey we're going to need you
51 punching it nope it's open this back

say anything it looks like it's open it

originally see the car pull out with the
windshield on this she's in the driver
seat she flips over to the the rear door

over to the passenger side so I have a
valid license to my knowledge no cuz I
every single time I stopped out with her
it's been suspended so she's going good
and then she pulls into here passenger
seat I come up to the side she's already
crying she's already balling her eyes
out I say hey what's going on and she's
saying that she wasn't driving her
