On May 2nd, 2025,
officers responded to a call of a
disturbance inside an airport where an
intoxicated man was refusing to leave.
Upon arrival, officers are told the man
missed his flight due to him being at
the bar, but was angry and acting
aggressive towards the gate agent for
refusing to let him board.
>> Guys, that's his stuff. Please don't do
this to my stuff, dog.

The lady comes to get me and she like,
"Hey, we got this guy over here. He lost
his flag." I knew where he was.
>> So I told him, "Look, they don't want
you here. You got to leave." He uh chose
to challenge him, come up me, all this,
this, and that. I like, "You need to
leave again. You got two minutes to
leave. That's trash at this point." And
then he uh he chose not to. I went to
grab him and that's when he started to
push him back and put him on the ground.
Went from there.
>> The suspect was charged with criminal
trespassing, resisting arrest, and
disorderly intoxication.
