on October 3rd 2022 at approximately 12
44 a.m the officer of the Menomonee
Falls Police Department was on
stationary Patrol when he observed a
blue Ford Escape to form a wide right
turn from Mill Street onto Main Street
the vehicle then crossed the center line
and veered into the right lane slightly
before performing a lane change in the
16100 block
after catching up to the vehicle the
officer observed that the registration
sticker indicated that the vehicle's
registration had expired in 2021.
he initiated a traffic stop of the
vehicle on Park Boulevard at Patton
Drive

the driver had an OWI arrest on April
3rd 2008 with a conviction date of May
14 2008 and another OWI arrest on May 17
2009 with a conviction date of August
20th 2009.

officer completed an alcohol and drug
influence report from the driver
prior to completing the form the officer
read the pre-interrogation warning
portion of the report and the driver
indicated that he would speak to the
officer without the presence of an
attorney
the driver stated that he was driving to
Quick Trip on Main Street was coming
from a Tavern just west of where he was
pulled over
he also stated that he had been drinking
beer at an unspecified Tavern with
Unknown People and had started drinking
at 9 pm on October 2nd and stopped at
approximately 12 30 a.m on October 3rd
the police officer issued a criminal
traffic citation for operating while
Under the Influence third offense in a
municipal traffic citation for operating
after revocation and suspension of
registration to the driver a bond in the
amount of 850 was posted by the driver's
father and the driver completed the
responsibility agreement form and signed
it at approximately 304 am the driver
was turned over to his father and all of
his property was returned
