on December 31st 2023 in Florida a police officer responded to assist a subject who had called 911 to report a missing driver's license following a traffic stop the previous evening despite the license being returned the subject requested a supervisor and alleged battery by one of the officers upon the supervisor's arrival they reviewed the subject's video evidence finding no indication of battery and provided him with information to file a complaint despite warnings the subject insisted on continuing to call 911 until the officer was arrested 10 I'm out with him hey all right he's I'm talking to him thank you now how you doing listen uh before we start I just want to let you know that I have two other sergeants coming here yes yes and they're watching a video of the first to press charges like today right now I want them officers arrested right now okay well we're watching the other officers videos before they come out here just so we get have everything and we could tell you
