on June 29th 2023 at approximately 3:46 a.m. in Florida a police officer conducting routine Patrol observed a vehicle suddenly accelerate traveling at a high rate of speed the officer alerted by the exhaust noise witnessed the vehicle rapidly slowing down as the driver spotted the patrol cars the officers also observed the vehicle make an unsignaled right turn prompting them to initiate a traffic stop 99 traffic Georgia and Virginia Florida T the alpha kilo 29 x-ray Hotel ak29 xh the white Tor Lexus unknown occupied speed speed put down all of your windows put down all the windows put down all
