Friday morning Glendale police close in
on a gray Tesla speeding through the
city. Minutes later it crashes hard into
a dump truck on Port Washington Road.
At 11:39 a.m. dispatch gets the call. A
man follows the Tesla as it tears
northbound weaving through traffic.
The car slides into the Bayshore Town
Center parking structure.
Police know this is not just reckless
driving. The Tesla was stolen in an
armed carjacking in Milwaukee. It
already fled from other departments
earlier that same day.
Positive sticks. Positive sticks.

We are in pursuit of the Tesla.

northbound on Port Washington coming up
