on August 25th 2022 police were
dispatched to a Goodwill store for a
report of retail theft in Eau Claire
Wisconsin
the Goodwill staff stated an unknown
mail stole several items days prior and
was now currently in the store
as the officer arrived in the area he
observed a male subject later identified
as 41 year old Nicholas raccoats leave
the store on a bike
