I don't get it. >> Rachel, listen to me. >> Kicks three cops over a Spirit Airlines line and a judge ended for probation early. Rachel Avila, 27, walks up to a Spirit Airlines gate in Orlando, cuts the line, bangs on the counter, demands to the board first. 10 minutes from now, she'll be pinned under three officers. The white part what the court does after. Spirit's response, "Not today, ma'am. You're rebooked for tomorrow. Welcome to the no fly list." That's when Rachel goes nuclear screaming, banging, terrifying actual kids in the boarding area. Cops arrive. She kicks one, then a second, then a third. And from the floor, sobbing and swinging, she screams it, "Take me to jail." Spoiler, they did exactly that. Seven counts, three for battering cops, three for resisting with violence, one for disorderly conduct. They had to strap her to a wheelchair just to get her out of the terminal. In court, she pleads no contest. Sentence, probation. And a judge later wiped out of the rest of it, like none of this ever happened. Probation is slashed for kicking three cops. Fair or pure Florida? Verdict in the comments.
