This was pointed out by Dominic Isizo and I missed it and I think a whole lot of other people missed it. But Will McNeel was held at gunpoint. He wasn't just brutalized and punched in the face. Sucker punched in the face. He wasn't just punched seven or eight times. He was held at gunpoint and his life hung in the balance. Why did he rob a bank? Did he shoot up a school? Nope. Didn't have his headlights on when the cop thought he should have. And this is what you can expect in the land of the free, home of the brave. In America, violating corporate traffic law could cost you your life. I don't know about you, but I love the fact that Brandon Tatum, former Tucson police officer/SWAT team member Brandon Tatum, keeps talking about the Will McNeel case because the more that he talks, the deeper and deeper he digs his grave. We're going to talk about him real quick and this attorney that gets a hat tip from Brandon Tatum. But before we go over this, let me ask you a question and I want you to be very honest with me about it. If somehow immorality, criminality, and evil were all legalized, would you support it? As long as it's legal, would it get your support? What if the legalization of immorality, criminality, and evil was packaged as necessary and beneficial for the safety of the people? Would you support it then? And now let me ask you, what is the supreme law of the land here in America? And do you have the support and the protection of that supreme law of the land during a traffic stop? Or does the traffic stop supersede the rights that you thought you had under the Constitution? I'm going to revisit these questions after we watch what Brandon Tatum says now about the Will McNeel stop. That day I just really wanted to know um you know why I was getting pulled over. >> Is there a reason that you're pulling me over? >> Yeah, absolutely. There's a reason why I'm pulling over. For one thing, inclement inclement weather, you don't have your lights on. Two things. You're not wearing your seatelt. >> It's daylight. I don't need the lights. And it's not weather. It's not raining. >> It's not raining. >> Okay. I'm not arguing with you. I'm telling you why I'm pulling you over. Give me your driver's license registration. >> Driving on suspended driver license is wrong. A disobedient lawful command is wrong. Driving on suspended driver's license is wrong as opposed to being right as opposed to the bill of rights and unalienable rights. Driving with a suspended license is viewed by Brandon Tatum as wrong, as illegal, as something worthy of not only stopping somebody, but punching somebody in the face. Just keep that in mind. The son got arrested, was found guilty. What? What are we even talking about at this point? It's a money grab. What's going on, ladies and gentlemen? Make sure you like and subscribe to the channel. Hit the bell. Crazy stuff. And something Let's But what is going on in the world? Again, I find myself still talking about this guy that got uh slapped in the face in the car on a traffic stop. I want to let it go, but I can't let it go. People are making videos about me. And I have to say there's this fake lawyer, and I say a fake lawyer because he probably is a legitimate licensed person to practice law. But some lawyers, just because you have the title lawyer, don't mean you're a good lawyer. Don't mean you're a reasonable lawyer, and don't mean you know what you're talking about. Same thing with police officers, just because you're a cop, but just because you was a cop don't always automatically mean you know what you're talking about. You have to you have to point things out um fair and impartial and therefore people will respect and support what you're saying. And this attorney that made a video about me is wrong. >> So this guy right here, he calls a fake lawyer. the lead attorney, Brandon Tatum, is calling a fake lawyer because this fake lawyer doesn't agree with Brandon Tatum. Even though this fake lawyer in the video that he's referring to only went over statute, Florida statute 316 217, which states that during any rain, smoke, or fog, that is the grounds for a legitimate traffic stop according to their own laws. in the comment section, I expose that he's wrong. And then I have another attorney that in my opinion is practicing law like he's supposed to, he is correct. >> Okay. So, this guy right here who he says is correct. I'm going to play a snippet of the attorney that Brandon Tatum approves of. By the way, I noticed later in the video that this Kia that Arthur McNeel is driving is pretty beat up. It's got a lot of dents. It looks like it has substantial front end damage. The the hood is kind of buckled in. Uh, it's hard to tell, but I think that was present before this stop. I don't think the the police vehicles involved caused that damage, for example, which might have been another reason that the officer did the traffic stop. Was this vehicle? What he's admitting, see, he knows and everybody knows that there are stereotypical traffic stops. There are things that cops look for in order to make that stop. You know, some people say, "Hey, cuz it's drive, he was driving while black." Some people say, "No, people who look like they're, you know, impoverished, who can't fix their vehicle, they get targeted by cops because other people who have money, they can typically fight back and fight the ticket >> just involved in an act." >> But wait, there's more. >> They don't say that. Uh they say because it was he didn't have his headlights on in the rain. kind of implying they don't say that, but this could be the reason for the stop, which means that the cop actually lied if what he's saying is true. If the implication is properly placed on this law enforcement officer who initiated the traffic stop because we do know that cops lie. They'll lie about, "Hey, you weren't wearing your seat belt when you actually were." We've seen evidence of that. They'll say, "Your license plate wasn't properly illuminated." We find out later that it was, hey, your brake light, your third brake light was out when it really wasn't. So, they look up look, they they're just drumming up ways to hem you up. And it goes even beyond their own traffic code. They just lie about you. 609 cases in Nashville, Tennessee, shows that cops have actually charged people with the DUI that were perfectly sober. So, don't tell me cops don't have a history and a pattern of pulling people over predicated on a bald-faced lie. My first driver's license ever in my life was a Florida driver's license. Uh, by the way, and one of the things they taught us, this is not a rule in every state, but in Florida, if there's rain, if your wipers are on, your headlights have to be on. In fact, your headlights have to be on uh if there's just inclement weather that may reduce visibility, >> which is crazy that a lawyer would actually say that in light of 316 217, which doesn't say anything about inclement weather. And we've gone over this in a video before, so I'm not going to beat a dead horse. But this right here is the lawyer that Brandon Tatum approves of because the lawyer is actually feeding into Brandon Tatum's narrative of you better obey the law enforcement officer or this is going to happen to you and it's perfectly just that it does happen to you for a headlight violation >> and go watch his video. Watch the guy who lied who who was, you know, I think is deceived and watch the guy who told the truth. Make up your mind. But uh let's talk about this this video that has gone out and now McNeel Jr. who's hired the most corrupt attorney in my opinion who's a ambulance chaser in the history of the country. All he do is chase civil rights uh claims just to get people paid out. I wonder will he ever disclose how much money he make on these civil rights claims. And he only do it with black people and and and not one person that he uh uh support or promotes was following the law. 99% of all the people that Benjamin Trump has supported, the officer has always been acquitted. almost >> he claims that Benjamin Crump, and I agree, is an ambulance chaser. Brandon Tatum claims that Benjamin Crump is a criminal, that he's corrupt, that he's on the take, that he's basically a grifter, a con artist lawyer who's not interested in any kind of justice. He's interested in just cashing in. But Brandon Tatum says in this video, and it's worth repeating, this video that I did, I just did this video short uh a year or two ago, where Brandon Tatum condemns Benjamin Crump for being corrupt, but says we need a Benjamin Crumpt type person to defend law enforcement agents. Brandon Tatum unwittingly admits that he wants a criminal corrupt defense attorney defending police. Police officers need a Benjamin Crump for police officers. >> Think about, let this sink in. Brandon Tatum, former Tucson SWAT team member, police officer Brandon Tatum says police officers need a corrupt criminal con artist Benjamin Crump to defend police officers. >> That that when police officers get into something like this, they can have a voice. But what kind of person does Brandon Tatum think Benjamin Trump is? >> And of course, the criminal, I can't stand him. I'm trying to find an adjective to describe him. >> He's calling Benjamin Crump a criminal. We need We need a criminal to defend the criminals in law enforcement. >> Benjamin Crump, who's an ambulance chaser. He's only involved with cases if they're going to make him money. If your son get killed today unjustifiably by anybody other than the police officer, Benjamin Crump will not show up to support you. You know, Benjamin Crump is is is is one of the crookedest lawyers in my personal opinion, only taking cases where he's going to make a lucrative paycheck on. >> So, according to Brandon Tatum, Benjamin Crump is crooked, criminal, corrupt, and money grubbing. But that's the kind of defense attorney that police need to defend them in court. Says pretty much everything you need to know about the mentality of law enforcement today. And it truly does because that is the mentality of an ex- law enforcement officer who still has the same mentality as though he were still a law enforcement officer. But he ain't done yet. >> Every case that officer been acquitted. All he's doing is getting money. He's not getting justice because he know that the person who he's representing was a complete fraud and did everything he wasn't supposed to do. But he want to get the civil rights claim to make money. Okay. >> It is true. There there is no justice to be gotten when there is a settlement because we still have traffic law which supersedes the Constitution of the United States on every single traffic stop in this country. >> Let's watch this press conference together. And who in their right mind think that the press conference or the statements in the press conference from McNeel Jr. and his dad or even Benjamin CR make any sense whatsoever? Comment in the comment section. These people are living in another world. Wrote a clip. that day. I just really wanted to know um you know why I was getting pulled over and why uh I needed to step out the car and I know I didn't do nothing wrong. Um >> I was really just scared. >> Hold on. What What do you mean you just wanted to know why you were pulled over? He told you why you were pulled over. He told you. You just didn't want to accept it. All right, let's let's keep watching. to see that video made me go back to the moment when I was 22. It hurt it. It made me upset. >> Mhm. >> But I seen what my >> By the way, I I don't believe any of these people either. And I don't believe Benjamin Crump. I'm not on board with him. I'm not on board with Will McNeel. But we can determine what criminal activity is. Even if that criminal activity is clothed with a uniform, slapped with a badge, comes with the authority of the state, has a utility belt, we know that that is a criminal action against a man who didn't commit a crime against another person. Doesn't mean I'm on board with these people. Doesn't mean I don't think that they're there to bleed the system with Benjamin Crump, but right is right and wrong is wrong. And you can call it out because you're principled. son did that. I had to do >> and he shot right and he did right to see that is a hurting feeling >> to be a father that love God first. >> Mhm. >> And to see all my kids >> not being able to wake up in the morning getting a phone call saying your child is gone. >> That's a hurting feeling. But I thank God. >> Yes. >> Cuz God got him. >> I I I don't like when people uh put God in him. But like like how do you how do you say I believe in God and my son did was right. No, your son didn't. He can't he can't help but be a hypocrite. I believe in God and I believe because what he is saying and he does say continually. He's talking about Jesus and God all the time. What he's saying is I believe in God and I believe what the officers did was right. I believe the violence that rained down upon Will McNeel was right. I believe in Jesus. Oh, the blood of Jesus. What a hypocrite. >> God would never accept the fact that your son was being belligerent with authority. The man told your son why you pulled him over if your son >> was being belligerent with authority. And this is the core of the issue. The deal is that we've been dealt a bad hand in life because the unfortunate reality is there is traffic law and if you don't comply with the authoriti they reserve the right to hurt you. God knows that they have no obligation to help or protect you. If you have any question about that, Dashaney versus Wnebago County and Gonzalez versus Castle Rock, Colorado. They have no obligation to help you, but they have a duty in their mind to hurt you if you don't comply with their authority. And that is the god of Brandon Tatum and bootlickers like him who say you need to submit to the authority. Whether you think it's wrong or right, you submit to the authority right there on the on the roadside and then you could take it up in the court where all the chips are stacked against you. >> He could just be like, "All right, whatever happens, I'm going to take it to court." That's the legal process. God would be expecting your son to abide by the law. God expects your son to submit to the evil man, the law enforcement agent, the state agent, the IRS agent, those people who are trying to take from you, who are trying to hurt you, even though you didn't hurt anybody else. Even though that God that he claims to serve says, "Do to others what you would want done to you, don't do to others what you wouldn't want done to you." the cop violates that law every single day as a law enforcement officer as a matter of course and he says you need to submit to that evil authority and then the funny thing is he he doing all this fake crime and my son he just he just he he he did the right thing your son is driving on a suspended driver's license with weed on him with a big old knife on the floorboard >> okay first of all driving on a suspended license isn't doesn't violate the laws of moral ity. Neither does ha having plant matter in your private vehicle and neither does having a knife. But he's painting all these things out as negative because he truly believes that legality equals morality and illegality equals immorality. And that is the problem with our overall mentality. In a in a in a simple point of the cop saying, "This is why I pulled you over." He no, go get your supervisor. No, they put a They even locked. Shut the door and slammed it in. If my son ever did something like that, you ain't never going to catch me on TV defending. I don't care if the cop punched him in the face or not. You ain't never going to catch me defending that. >> That's how far gone he is. If a cop punched my son in the face for standing for his unalienable right of the fourth amendment not to be secure in his person and he got punched in the face for not having his headlights on when clearly the traffic stop was a violation of the cop's own policies. You ain't going to catch me backing my son. That's how far gone Brandon Tatum is. And I'm sure he's thought this out, but he's so in the tank for morality equals legality and immorality equals illegality that he would go against his own flesh and blood. >> I think the cop is wrong. I'll address that. But I also address the fact that my son was wrong. Driving on suspended driver license is wrong. Disobeying a law. >> Driving on a suspended license is wrong compared to right. So let me ask you, Brandon, if you're watching this video, what's more powerful? What's more effective? What is what is the supreme law of the land? The right to be secure in your person and exercising your freedom without having to beg the government for a permission slip or a license. Is that more powerful or is it more powerful to and is it more right? Is it moral to abide by corporate traffic law? What's the supreme law of the land? This brings me back to my second question. What is the supreme law of the land? Is it the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the unalienable rights that are articulated not only in the Constitution but the Declaration of Independence? Or is it traffic law, Brandon? Cuz you seem to be saying the supreme law of the land is traffic law. >> Command is wrong. Your son got arrested, was found guilty. What? What are we even talking about this point? It's a money grab. Let's see what Benjamin Trump got to say. >> I want you to try to put yourself in our shoes. try to put yourself in Williams shoes just for a second. The police stop you, right? >> And tell you, you say, "Why are you stopping me?" And they say, "Well, you don't have your headlights on and it's raining." And you look and you're like, "There's no rain. >> Why are you stopping me?" And all he does, >> that's not what he said. He said, "You don't have your you don't have your headlights on and it's inclement weather." That was the words of the initiating the the cop who initiated the stop. There's a >> which inclement weather is not in statute 316217. It just says during rain, smoke or fog. >> The park's 21st century moment. He as a black person says, you know, I'm tired of it. I'm going to try to demand my constitutional rights. That's the only thing that William McNeel did and that's the only thing you would want your children to do. But what Benjamin Crump won't say is that traffic law, and he's basically saying this, he's implying that this is what it is, but he's not going to come out and say it because he doesn't believe it. Traffic law violates constitutional rights. Clearly, if you don't have the right to travel freely and unmolested down the road without somebody picking you off for a license plate cover that may be obscuring your license plate or a prop improperly illuminated tag light or you don't have your headlights on. If your constitutional rights can be infringed upon, even if it's just temporary, then you don't have unalienable rights according to traffic law. And that traffic law is the supreme law of the land. Benjamin Trump won't say it. Brandon Tatum won't say it. Nobody will say it. We've got to get rid of corporate traffic law. >> Say, as a citizen, don't I have the right to know why you're violating my Fourth Amendment rights against search and seizure? >> Everybody knows why you're you're getting your Fourth Amendment rights violated under corporate traffic law. And that's why I asked the question, if immorality, criminality, and evil were legalized, would you support it? There's a whole bunch of people out there supporting traffic law, which is a legalization of immorality, criminality, and evil, because it gives cops the justification they need to interrupt you during the course of your day for whatever reason. Have you seen the corporate traffic law book in your state? You know how thick it is. That gives that gives the cops plenty of reasons to choose from, including the ones that they make up that don't even apply to you to stop you and interrupt your travel. And that's why I also asked, what if the legalization of immorality, criminality, and evil were packaged as necessary and beneficial for the safety of people traveling on the highway? Because that's what traffic law is. >> Unlawfully. >> That's it. Nothing more. So search your hearts, America. If this was your child, if this was your child, wouldn't you be proud that William kept his calmness and his demeanor and deescalated it? And let that govern you when you call on the sheriff to hold these police officers accountable because that's what we have to get here. We have to have accountability. >> This why black people ain't never going to make it as a whole. I'm Can I just be real? Like this is why >> like what makes s like like I don't get it. He was just standing up a Rosa Parks moment. A Rosa Parks moment. A Rosa Parks moment. And he did everything he's supposed to do. He just wanted illegal search and seedure. There's no illegal search and seizure on a civil traffic stop. >> There you go. There you go. He said it without saying it. You're not being searched or seized as you're being searched or seized, but it doesn't count as searching or seizing because it's legal. That's why I said, would you support criminality and evil if it was legal? Corporate traffic law serves two purposes. Number one, it transfers control from you to the cop or to the state agent. And number two, it generates revenue for the state while it takes away your rights. Immorality, criminality, and evil is legal under corporate traffic law. The question is, do you have the principle? Do you have the morality inside your heart to resist that legalized criminality? >> He wasn't going to search the man car. He wasn't going to arrest arrest McNeil Jr. >> You don't know that. You don't know that they will arrest you for no reason. Did you re Did you see the recent video where the parapolgic is driving this blind man and the cops mess with them after the the one cop talking to the lady in the back is being so nice about her dog. You don't know what a cop's going to do. That's why you never drop your guard around them because they will look for any I smell weed. Hey, what's going on here? You sure you don't have any weed in there? cuz it sure smells like you. Hey, why don't you get out of the car, person who can't walk? Why don't you get out of the vehicle, person who can't see? You never know. If those cops are going to treat those people with those special needs like that, what do you think they're going to do to you? Brandon Tatum can't say this. A matter of fact, Brandon Tatum knows that what he just said is false because cops are looking for ways to hem you up, to gum you up in the system, to put a charge against you. >> Going to do any of that. He just stopped him on a simple traffic stop and said, "I'm pulling you over because you had your lights off in inclement weather." The cop didn't say whether it was raining or not. >> He said in inclement weather, which according to the law, the officer has a right to pull you over. He said it again even though the corporate traffic law, their own statutes says against it. There's nothing in 13 uh 316 217 which is relegated to when lighted lamps are required. There's nothing in there about inclement weather. Even though Brandon Tatum says it, even though this lawyer says it, even though the initial traffic stop, the initial officer who initiated the traffic stop said it, there's nothing. Say inclement weather all day if you want to, it's not in the state statute. And this right here is going to be the foot in the door that Ben Crump needs to show that this whole thing needs to be thrown out because there's nothing in there but inclement weather. And there's no sign that it was actually raining when the cop pulled him over. >> Those conditions. Inclement weather doesn't mean that it has to be currently raining at the precise moment that the cop turns his lights on to pull you over. >> It absolutely says exactly that. During during any rain, smoke, or fog, you can't pull somebody over after. You can't pull somebody over if you see a rainstorm coming. So, you can't do it before. If you're going to pull somebody over for not having their headlights on, has to be during any rain, smoke, or fog. This guy is out to lunch. >> Is that you're driving in >> and I'm not even say I'm not even saying this right here is legitimate to give somebody a ticket and economically terrorize them. I mean, if the cop was really interested in safety, he could have said to Will, he could have said, "Hey, just want to let you know your headlights aren't on for safety. Could you just flip them on for me? Have a good day." And he didn't do that because it's about power and control with these people. >> Rainy conditions. That means that the road is rain. There's been rain on the road. It's overcast. There clearly had been rain. So therefore, the inclement weather argument is very clear. >> There is no there is from the statute. There is no inclement weather argument. >> And I think that you know in good faith the officer made a traffic stop. If you didn't agree with it, then in the court of law, you could have contested it. But we all know if you have paid attention to anything that's going on that he was found responsible for this. They did not throw out the case because if the judge deemed that it was unlawful for them to make a traffic stop, they would have thrown the case out. But they didn't. It was upheld. He was found guilty. He did he did his he he he the justice that was imposed on him. He took it like a man at first and then now he's releasing the video. It just makes me mad because black people in this situation do not feel like they have to be held accountable to do anything. The cop punch you in the face. You have created a scenario where a cop can use a reasonable amount of force to execute an arrest. And if if it's deemed later that the force was unnecessary >> again in a sense that tr we live in two different worlds where people are following two different rules. You just want to be free. They want to hem you up for corporate traffic law. So if you don't do what they say that you should do, hell is coming. And there's no gate that's going to hold it back because they can deploy unlimited resources of the state to bring you to bear. that that is an unfortunate reality. That doesn't just because we live in that reality doesn't make that action right because like I said in my last video, the video before last, the reason we look at the Nazis as give me your papers and and instituting checkpoints where they hemmed their people up, they were the bad guys. The people who were asking for your papers in Nazi Germany were the bad guys. So, what do we call the people today in our country that are telling you, "Give me your papers or else?" They're the bad guys. But these guys don't want to call them the bad guys cuz they want cops to have the authority over us. Then then you can talk about it. But none of what you did was necessary. None of what he did was necessary. He did not have to disobey the traffic law. He did not have to argue with the cop on the side of the road when he never have read the statute in the first place. And the funny thing is a lot of people are watching the video and I said this from the beginning because I I think I'm the only person that's genuine about this by by a long shot is that I said there's a lot of the video footage that's missing from here. What do you know? Like the first five or six minutes he the the guy intentionally edited out of his own video. He he edited out of his own video and you can see that because if you >> So he's just going to rehash this whole thing. I'm going to just keep this here. Let me ask you the question again. If immorality, criminality, and evil were legalized, would you support it? If there was a new law that canceled out the right to be secure in your person's houses, papers, and effects, would you support it? If there was a new law that canceled out your right to keep and bear arms, would you support it? Because that's traffic law does all of that. You don't have the He He's freaking out about a 12-in knife, if it was even that long, on the floorboard of Will's car. Traffic law cancels out the Second Amendment, and it cancels out your Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your person. So, if immorality and evil were legalized, you better believe tons of people will support it. Brandon Tatum supports it. And it gives the cops an opportunity and the court system and the state an opportunity to plunder you through corporate traffic law. And when plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men living together in society, they create for themselves in the course of time a legal system which authorizes it and a moral code which glorifies it. I will see you in the next video. [Music]
