on May 1st 2024 officers from the local
police department responded to a
reported physical altercation between a
man and a woman Witnesses at the scene
described the situation as an argument
that had escalated into physical
violence with both individuals allegedly
hitting each other during the
confrontation the officers arrived
promptly to address the ongoing
disturbance and gather the necessary
information to determine the cause and
consequences of the altercation we just
we're at a at a point in our life right
now where things are kind of
different but you know it's it's coming
together I'm starting a new jobs she

the male involved in the incident to
collect Det details about what had
transpired the male provided an account
of the events which the officer
carefully documented where she

didn't cuddle with her oh well you
dude that's crazy I was trying to go to
the park yeah and I didn't want to sit
in the house I was like let's go to the

cooperative and forthcoming with
information the female involved in the
altercation presented a challenge for
the investigators when the officer
attempted to engage with her to
understand her perspective she was
uncooperative and expressed reluctance

assisting with the investigation she
repeatedly asked about the potential
outcome of the
situation I mean he's saying he's cool

to gather additional insights which
proved instrumental in forming a
coherent Narrative of the
events he should be able to confirm all

down there but uh we we were hanging out
it's my girl I mean we're in a situation
right now with we live separate but I
mean it's all good she just got frantic
and scared I don't know but she didn't
do anything wrong like I said we just
had a discussion were you you see she
started crying she said she really just
it was literally all just about
cuddling someone someone said you were
you guys were fighting and you were
trying to pull her out of the car no
what she did is she uh 333 she got in my
car she does that all the time and I was
like okay here we go again but nothing
major what's her
name her name

technically I'm not sleeping with a
married woman but they having a divorce
it's been years they have divorce now
yeah you know that want to run him yeah

the police were even called but like I

to apparently they're not finding any

the officer sought Clarity regarding the
physical altercation while the male's
account was detailed and consistent the
female continued to deny any wrongdoing
she maintained her stance of Innocence
refusing to to acknowledge her role in
the incident the inconsistencies in her
statements raised further suspicion as
she appeared to be creating fabricated
narratives in an attempt to undermine
the investigation her lack of
cooperation complicated the process but
the officer focused on piecing the facts

investigation and reviewing the
statements provided by both parties the
officer concluded that the female was
the primary instigator of the domestic
disturbance the evidence suggested that
her actions had catalyzed the violent
confrontation based on this
determination the officer took steps to
take the female into custody the
decision to arrest her was made
following the evidence and her
uncooperative behavior during the
investigation we've got a long so I like
say I don't want to take you to jail I

ensured her compliance and allowed the
officers to transport her safely
following her arrest the officers
discussed the situation reviewing the
investigation details to ensure all
necessary steps were taken once
satisfied with the process they
transported the female to the police
station for further
processing we can go back to our car and
she can go for yeah so you can search
her before we put her in the car now

based on her actions during the
altercation and her subsequent behavior

legal proceedings for her involvement in
