and started coughing up blood
I made it to an ER
about halfway home
and I realized it was the same ER that
my granddaughter
got misdiagnosed
and uh I was kind of leaning forward in
my chest pains went away
so I left
and I made it to the ER up close to my
house last night my wife took me up
there
I mean it felt like I had a
like a clamp or a vice grips on my
chest on the left side
and uh anyway
so they did a cap scan on me
and it looks like I got dogs are going
nuts a primary
malignant neoplasm on my left longest
covering about two-thirds of my last
long
and it's also metastatic to the other
side of my lung
so here let me shut this door hang on
so anyway I am uh I'm trying to get into
uh
cancer research facility today if I can
but it's not looking good I mean I'm
really
coughing up a lot of blood I mean it's
come out of nowhere I was fine
the day before yesterday and then
yesterday on my drive home I just
started
coughing up blood and then really
started having to
crazy insane chest pains
all right so that's Mike Morales maybe

by millions and millions of people and
that's why I named this video one
million people need to see this now
because I'll tell you guys
I don't care if you're Republican or
Democrat I don't care if you're male or
female I don't care if you're trans I
don't care if you're black I don't care
if you're white you're going to see some
imagery in here that probably reminds
you of BLM or antifa or whatever I care
about Justice and when Injustice happens
to one man anywhere it's gonna happen to
all men everywhere including you
including me we want Justice and mercy
and kindness to come upon us unless
we're freaking lying or Psychopaths
and it looks like Injustice is being
done to this man Julius Jones now I have
not heard of Julius Jones before
yesterday when I started seeing this
trending I was like why is Kevin Stitt
my governor trending nationally on
Twitter what the heck is going on so I
clicked on stit and you know you got all
these people right here that people are
trying to get the governor's attention
my Governor's attention to say hey you
need to take a look at this case there
are people who are saying that this guy
does not need to be he's been in jail
since 1999 or 2000 somewhere around I
think it was 1999. for a murder that he
says he didn't commit and from all the
evidence that I've seen and I'm going to
present that to you tonight and I'm
going to try to do it as quickly and as
succinctly as possible because I want
you to as soon as you get done watching
this video I want you to share this if
you can
so this guide his name is Julius Jones
we're going to go over some facts here
fat eight facts about the Julius Jones
case
and the fact that he's on death row and
before maybe before I get into this
again I don't care about the color of
this kid's this guy's skin
is the innocent or is he guilty if he's
guilty then Justice demands that he be
punished if he's innocent then that same
Justice demands that this guy go free
and if you were sitting in prison you
would want people on your side
petitioning the governor or making
videos or whatever I know if I was
sitting in jail I'd want you to make a
video for me tweet out you know hashtag
free Brian or whatever if I was truly
innocent
but I want to go back to this guy Kevin
Strickland I've done a couple videos a
couple videos yeah at least two videos
on Kevin Strickland this guy's literally
been sitting in a Missouri prison that's
just north of me
he's been sitting in Missouri prison
for 42 years
and everybody here's the crazy thing
about that's why I don't even call it
the justice system anymore I call it the
Injustice system the crazy thing about
it is the prosecutors from 40 years ago
this is a 1978 crime this guy's 60
something years old now he's been in
jail for 42 going on 43 years
he was convicted of a triple homicide
and even the prosecutors who prosecuted
the case 40 years ago are saying this
guy is innocent
this guy is absolutely innocent and
should go free let me show you how
ridiculous this is right here who says
he's innocent well let me tell you two
of the guys who actually said
that they did it
say he's innocent he didn't have
anything to do with it Kevin Strickland
is completely innocent look at this in
an investigation published in September
2020 the star reported that for decades
Bell and Atkins the two guys who ended
up going to prison admitting that they
committed this triple homicide
both of whom pled guilty to The Killing
swore Strickland was not with them and
two other accomplices during the
shooting
this guy says I know because I'm one of
those who did it God forgive me says
Belle
but guess who else says that he should
go free
look at this right here it gets so it's
so ridiculous
there's a lady named Douglas her last
name is Douglas Cynthia Douglas she was
the only eyewitness that put that sealed
the deal on the case putting Kevin
Strickland behind bars for like I said
the last 42 or 43 years well she backed
up she backed out she withdrew
her accusation and worked the rest of
her life until her death at 2015 to try
to get Kevin Strickland free because she
couldn't deal with the guilt anymore
look at this right here Douglas the
eyewitness who recanted also told
relatives that she wanted nothing more
than than to see Strickland free
after months long review the Jackson
County prosecutor's office in May said
that it had determined Strickland is
factually innocent the Region's top
prosecutors called for his exoneration
and immediate release look at this
additionally Federal prosecutors in
Western Missouri Jackson counties
presiding judge Kansas city mayor
Quinton Lucas and members of the team
that convicted Strickland four decades
ago now all agree that he deserves to be
exonerated
and yet the governor of Missouri Mike
Parsons will not listen to them and will
not pardon Strickland
St Louis County Prosecuting Attorney
Wesley Bell also agrees that the
evidence supported with the evidence
that supporting that Strickland was
wrongly convicted and get this but it's
one of those but wait there's more
things look at this earlier this year 13
State lawmakers called on Governor Mike
Parson to Pardon Strickland Kansas City
city council also passed a resolution
urging Parson to Pardon him Parson
though has said that he is not convinced
Strickland is innocent 13 State
lawmakers Federal prosecutors the people
who actually prosecuted him the
eyewitness that sealed the deal the the
two guys who already served there they
already served 10 years each and they're
out of prison
having committed the crime having
admitted to committing the crime having
admitted to the fact that Kevin
Strickland wasn't even involved in that
and here's Kevin Strickland still
rotting in a prison cell in Missouri
that's right here in the land of the
free home of the brave
and so now we go to Julius
Julius Jones let me expand this for you
so you can see it that's how ridiculous
and unjust the Injustice system is who
cares what the guy's color is I don't
even know what is I don't even want to
know what his political affiliation is
all I want to know is is he innocent or
is he guilty and it looks to me like the
facts that I've seen not just here this
is just a compilation of a lot of things
that I've studied it's all in regard to
this case it's all just uh condensed
right here and again I want to make this
short because I want you to share this
video because
in a second I'm going to talk about this

there
are 3.9 or a little um just a little
under 4 million people
in the state of California in the state
of Oklahoma
look how many people they already have
signing this petition to let this guy go
six point almost six and a half million
people have signed they're trying to get
it to 7.5 million that's why I'm saying
a million people need to see this right
now
so let's go over these eight facts real
quick updated on November 3rd 2021 at 1
30 p.m Oklahoma's pardon and Parole
Board voted three to one so the pardon
and Parole Board voted three to one to
recommend clemency for Julius Jones on
November 1st that's that's uh
16 days ago 17 days ago and the reason
this is so pressing is because he's
scheduled to get a lethal injection
tomorrow
November 18th in Oklahoma City in my
state
and Governor Stitt is being quiet as a
matter of fact let me show you this look
I hate these kind of memes right here
saving an innocent man on the left being
a republican this doesn't have anything
to do with Kevin Stitt being a
Republican or whatever Julius Jones has
nothing to do with that it has something
to do with a man looking at the evidence
or lack thereof
and part having the power to Pardon a
guy and not only take him off a death
row to be but to keep that injection
needle from going into his arm has
nothing to do with whether Kevin Stitt
is a Republican or a Democrat

governor's not going to meet with you
this is the family of Julius Jones
begging the governor to save their son's

he just walked out closes the door

Oklahoma pardon and Parole Board voted
three to one to recommend clemency and
Governor stitt's not going to listen to
that so far the recommendation to
commute Mr Jones death sentence to life
imprisoned with the possibility of
parole now goes to the Oklahoma governor
Stitt for consideration that was on
November 3rd today's the 17th Mr Jones
is still scheduled to be executed
tomorrow November 18th so here it is
here's what you need to know about
Julius Jones as quick as I can go Julius
Jones was at home having dinner with his
parents and sisters at the time of the
murder however his legal team check this
out how's this for a defense team
probably a state-funded defense team
that doesn't even care they just want to
get this case out of the way and go home
to dinner
his legal team failed to present his
Alibi at his original trial how can you
forget that oh by the way he's got an
alibi of where he was at a particular
time that the murder was supposed to
have taken place
here let me let me just give you Julius
Jones has been on death row
I'll just start it over from the
beginning
in Oklahoma for 19 years for a 1999
murder he's always said he had no part A
Part in Mr Jones who was represented by
federal attorneys uh these two people
right here Bach and bass was convicted
and sentenced to death at the age of 19
and has now spent half of his life in
prison waiting to be executed for a
crime that new and compelling evidence
suggests he didn't commit more than 6.3
million people it's closing on 6.5 right
now and Counting have signed a petition
supporting Mr Jones in his fight to
prove his innocence and the killing of
Paul Howell a businessman in Edmond
Oklahoma in 1999. despite this Mr Jones
execution has been scheduled for
November 18th he is one of seven people
facing execution in Oklahoma in the next
six months if carried out they will be
the first executions to take place in
Oklahoma since 2015 after a series of
botched executions if you've been
keeping up on that you know exactly what
they're talking about resulting in
Statewide Statewide moratorium
so Julius Jones is at home having dinner
with his parents and sister at the time
of the murder but his legal team fails
to present his Alibi at the original
trial his trial attorneys did not call
Mr Jones or his family members to the
stand
sounds like railroading to me
to compound it Mr Jones did not match
the description of the person who
committed the crime which was provided
by a sole eyewitness the person who
killed Mr Howe was described as having
one to two inches of hair but Mr Jones
had a shaved head so you can't have one
to two inches of hair and a shaved head
at the exact same time
a man named Christopher Jordan matched
the eyewitness's hair description but
claimed only to have been the getaway
driver and not the shooter at the trial
he was the state star witness against Mr
Jones
and here's what I hate about prosecutors
in exchange for testifying that Mr Jones
was the shooter Mr Jordan was given a
plea deal for his alleged role as the
getaway driver he served 15 years in
prison and today he is free but get this
three people incarcerated with Mr Jordan
at different times have said in sworn
affidavits that Mr Jordan told each of
them that he committed the murder and
framed Mr Jones if that's true that is
such a travesty of Justice
none of these three men have met Mr
Jones and they do not know one another
and none of them have been offered a
shorter sentence or incentive in
exchange for disclosing Mr Jordan's
confessions hmm I wonder why
the impact of racial bias I hate when
they bring race into this kind of stuff
Mr Howell a white man was killed in a
predominantly white neighborhood
immediately then district attorney Bob
Macy characterized the crime as an act
of violence committed by a black man
fueled by drugs this narrative was
perpetuated by by media coverage never
trust with mainstream media tells you
weapons of mass destruction should have
told us everything we need to know about
fake extreme lame stream CIA infiltrated
operation Mockingbird media the officer
who arrested Mr Jones called him the
n-word and dared him to run then implied
that he would shoot him if he did
11 out of 12 jurors at Mr Jones trial
were white and one juror referred to Mr
Jones by the n-word and suggested that
he'd be taken he should be taken behind
the courthouse and
a word that you probably shouldn't say
in a live stream
one-third of the just one-third of
district attorney Macy's death penalty
convictions this is interesting have
been overturned due to prosecutorial
misconduct what the heck is going on in
the state of Oklahoma
many of those whose convictions were
vacated or black people to date 10
people sentenced to death in murder
cases in Oklahoma have been exonerated
now I'm sure that at times often more
probably more often than we like to
admit
color and race have something to do with
things
but that's why that's why when you see
statues of Justice she's blind and holds
scales in her hand it's supposed to be
blind Justice all you're supposed to be
considering in a case is what's the okay
this is a human being that sits stands
before me male female doesn't matter
black white doesn't matter sexual
orientation doesn't matter is this
person innocent or is this person guilty
what is the evidence what are the
charges made against this person that's
your day in court
that's your right to trial a speedy
trial by your peers
when Injustice happens to one man
