After making contact with Jessica to find out why she's there, the deputy's attention quickly shifts to her boyfriend and the suspect, Michael Malone, who's not in the vehicle but inside one of the storage units. Michael Malone was arrested for a long list of charges. A fugitive warrant for a probation violation, failure to appear in court, felon in the possession of a firearm, narcotics in the presence of a firearm, including mouth, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. His girlfriend, she was released on the scene. The case was kicked up to federal court. And when the dust settled, Michael Malone was sentenced to 82 months in federal prison.
