Not to this point, but this only escalates when she keeps on when she has one drink. She literally can't stop until she gets to this point until she blacks out. So, she she can't physically stop drinking. >> Her mother told officers she'd been drinking before the flight. And once on board, she allegedly began causing a scene and assaulting those around her. Her next move only made things worse. >> Can you Can you please get your lands like get your hands off of me? >> This man has this freaking You're stuck in the chair. We will get there in shortly. >> Whether she was in the back of a patrol car or being escorted into the jail, her entitled attitude never seemed to let up. It's hard not to wonder if she'd simply never been told no. I'm not kidding right now. This is not funny. You guys are family. Like, what is what is wrong with you? Why are you like this? Why are you doing this? Get the out of this car right now, you retards. Get me out of here. [laughter] GET ME OUT [screaming] right now. I'm not kidding. I'm not kidding. >> I'm not kidding. Stop. She ultimately found herself in jail facing a charge of public intoxication. A hard lesson for anyone who thinks entitlement excuses bad behavior. Alcohol isn't a free pass to assault people and jail is always waiting for those who do. Let's see what people have been saying about this girl. Dude, I thought she was 60 and her mom 40. I've seen a lot of cringey drunks, but this really is an incredibly embarrassing one. Wow, what abhorrent and totally bizarre behavior, even for a drunk person. If you thought that last passenger was unreasonable, wait until you meet this next one. This guy proves that grown men can throw tantrums just as well as anyone else. >> I'm waiting for a reason why. I'm waiting for a reason why. >> Stop trying to scratch me with your nail. >> I didn't touch you. >> You've already done it twice. >> No, I didn't. I didn't touch you. So, let me talk to my partner quick. >> The employee told deputies the intoxicated man blocked his path and spat on him, leaving him shaken. Officers quickly detained the suspect. When asked why he did it, this was his response. >> Um, you got it or no? >> So, let me uh grab the uh witness statement. >> No reason. >> For what? Why can't I stand up, sir? >> I'm waiting for a reason. Wait, I'm waiting for a reason. How? I'm waiting for a reason why. I'm waiting for a reason why you're dead. >> Why not? You're in security right here. Look, police is right here. Police is right here. Why can't I sit down here? >> You didn't notice we're wearing this now. Okay. >> So, why can't I sit down here? >> Cuz I said so. >> Why? >> Cuz I said so. >> Stop. Ow. Ow. >> Stop trying to scratch me with your nail. >> I didn't touch you. >> You've already done it twice. >> No, I didn't. I didn't touch you. >> So, if you do it again, I'm going to slam you to the floor cuz I've told you twice. >> I didn't touch you and you didn't say anything to me. >> Stop. >> Okay. I didn't touch you. >> Gary, right? Gary, relax your arms. >> Sit down. >> Look at my hand. Look at my hand. Sit down. >> I am sitting. >> I am sitting. >> I am sitting. >> Let's go. Let go. So I grabbed his arm. I said, "He spit on you, right?" He said, "Yes, he spit on me." I said, "Okay, you're under arrest." Got it. >> And I put kind of wrestled it around for a bit. You know, he was still on the scene. Gave him several warnings before he was about to go hit the floor. And he finally I was finally able to get him cuffed. >> Then uh I told him to sit down. He did sit down. and he popped back up maybe a minute or two later. I pulled his handcuffs up to control him and he stuck his fingernails into >> I took a picture of it. >> Then he just did it again when I walked outside. >> I'm sorry. >> It's okay. >> I let it be safe. I'm sorry. >> Absolutely. >> You know why? Because >> I know >> how it's like and you don't know what anybody feels at you know. No, you don't know. You don't know. You're right about that. >> You know, I care. >> Of course. >> Care for myself. >> Absolutely. >> I help. >> You should. >> We've watched plenty of suspects make bad decisions around police. This guy somehow managed to make them even worse. As if the charges he already faced weren't enough. Listen to >> I'm asking water. Leave me the water. No. Right there. You have water? >> I cannot give you water. I I can give you water here. >> Just relax. >> Give me water. >> Okay. I cannot give you the bottle. I have to give it to you. >> Okay, fine. That's fine. I will go wherever you want to go. I will go wherever you want to go. >> I'm not I'm not refusing. I'm not refusing. >> No. Can you please go? >> You want to see? >> No, I won't. I won't refuse. >> Why do you want me to put the water on? >> I won't refuse. I won't refuse. >> Wherever I'm going to go, I will go. >> I'm just asking you for water. >> It's the water. Let's do your way. No, let's do your way. >> As if the drama wasn't enough, he started demanding water like he was the victim before daring deputies to take him to jail. [laughter] They were more than happy to grant that request. >> Sir. Sir, >> go ahead. >> I'm fine. I'm being respectful, sir. I'm being respectful. >> All right, stand up. >> Can you please not hold him? I I mean, hiccups. Where am I going to go? >> Stand up. Go. 1 2 >> Lower. Lower. Lower. Lower. Right. Here we go. She tries to open the back door. >> Did she open? >> Is that her right there? >> Yeah. >> Did she open it? >> No. And uh and then she tried, I guess, numerous times to come off the door of the jail. >> Is it cuz she was intoxicated or what's >> said she wasn't? >> Oh, someone told us she's intoxicated. >> Well, I mean, I haven't physically seen her yet. Okay, well, forget your ex. >> What happened? What happened on the airplane? That's what we're concerned about. >> Witnesses said she shoved a flight attendant after refusing to leave the aircraft. When officers confronted her instead of taking responsibility, she argued, challenged everyone around her and acted like the rules didn't apply to her. That confidence wouldn't last much longer. >> Okay. How what is that supposed to be? Now, maybe you took a little too much cuz uh what we are told is not normal that passengers do what we told you supposedly did. >> What did I do? >> You tried to go out the back door a couple times, try to get out of the airplane without the people already off the airplane. >> No, I asked her. She said, "Oh, here we go." >> Well, there's a few people said the same thing. It's not We're not here. We're here to offer you help as well as look to see why you did. >> So, all right. You're kind of surprised by it, but if you look at it from our point of view, what happened requires a little conversation. And so far so good. Everything appears good. But we want to make sure you're safe. If you need help, you don't need any medical help at all. >> I am actually done right now on this whole thing. Hold on for a second. Hey, hey, stop behaving like this. I just got here. Calm down. Nobody's judging you. Apparently, you're in your mood. So, really, I'm really not doing anything. Okay. >> She was ultimately charged with battery on airline personnel, resisting an officer without violence, and trespassing. Let's see what people have been saying about this woman. A normal person would find it incredibly embarrassed to be arrested inside a busy airport terminal. I'm just amazed that you can try to open a door on a plane and potentially not go to jail. Love this police officer. He doesn't mess with her. We've seen plenty of cases involving passengers assaulting airport staff. But what happens when it's not just one suspect, but two? She was holding his hand. [laughter] >> All right, ready. Stand back. >> Stand up for taser. [screaming] >> Now, we're taking a look at what may be the most chaotic flight of today's video. There you go. Back up. How do you back up? >> Let's go. >> He has her hair. Got that, sir. Her taser. Not >> her. Not her. It's okay. >> Yeah, he's got her hair. >> Yeah, I got >> I'm going to tase him if he doesn't let go. Let's >> get her. I got her. >> Okay, just got to get her off. All right, that's it. All right. Even after disrupting a flight, he insisted he was being treated unfairly. His non-stop complaints continued all the way out of the airport. Why am I being treated differently, bro? What you mean, bro? I'm human just like, bro. I'm human just like you, bro. >> You want to behave like you want to continue to behave like this? >> You want to make it difficult for yourself? >> I'm human just like you, bro. >> I'm human just like you. >> Yeah. We chime already [music] went off. Gentleman was sitting in the aisle right here with a female. They already had not an encounter, but during the boarding process, he made a real like awkward, you know, situation, yelling at her about what line they're in and stuff like that to be nastier. >> Mhm. [music] >> Flight the entire time was fine. All he had was two jacks during a 2 and 1 half hour flight. Not much. He said, everything was fine, cool the entire time, sleeping most of the time, just chilling. He starts going like, "This is the girl's neck and the in the middle." I kept going like this. I'm like, "Oh, maybe just massaging her, kind of getting all like snoody with her, like I'll get cuddly or whatever." And then he kind of grabbed her and then was yelling at her in the ear again like mouth to ear and she had her hoodie on. She's already hunched over and then I'm like put my ear over here what's going on. She's crying. He's with his left hand try like had a couple like hits and that's when I grabbed the other wrist at that point. I had a jump seater back here. I yelled for him. Other jump seater up there saw what's going on after I'm trying to keep him down. >> Try to calm it down. It was right past that point. He's off duty. Works the corrections. He came up assist at that point. He's and I had his wrist. He's like, "Let me go." I'm like, "You need to sit down, relax, calm down, buckle up. We're going to go to the ground in a second." Then, um, right before that point, he I was going to have him. He started lunging. And that's that point where I said, "Grab the straps." And then cuz he was going, he right at me. He was going like, you know, at >> next thing you know, we had him in the straps. He's still tossing around. He's with me. We were We were We're probably [music] 3,000 ft now. We're getting low. And I'll get you the case number or anything for work if you need it. >> Okay. According to the flight crew, he assaulted his girlfriend before attacking and threatening to kill a flight attendant who intervened. An offduty officer helped restrain him until the plane landed. For someone who threatened the entire crew, the felony charges were welld deserved. >> I apologize. >> Apologize. >> I don't know. Is there something preventing your lips from moving? >> No, I just want to shake his hand. >> I don't know if that's going to happen. >> Oh, James. >> All right, James, can you or Joshua, can you stand up? >> All right, now let me apologize. >> Okay, apologize, >> bro. For our final case, we're headed to Nashville International Airport where a routine departure turned into total chaos. On October 25th, 2025, it all started with a married couple arguing over their seats. When the husband was asked to move to help keep the peace, he suddenly turned violent and assaulted a flight attendant. >> We going back and forth. You stay down here.
