IS IT HIS word against his? >> She quickly switched into threats, claiming she knew the officer's names, knew everything, and saying, "You're done. I'm suing you." And like many body cam cases, the higher the alcohol level, the lower the chance of that lawsuit going anywhere. Teresa seemed determined to test that limit. By the way, rolling the window up didn't really help much anyway. >> Yet, and I will sue your ass. Yeah, THAT'S RIGHT, MOTHERUCKER. Iinging know how to get out. And of course, she clarified she's not a bad person, just has a passion for substances. Teresa ended the night with a full list of charges: public intoxication and disorderly conduct, assault on an officer, and drug possession. Let's see what people have been saying about this woman. Am I a dog? No, lady. Dogs have a good personality and they listen. Body cams have been the best thing for cops since sidearms. What in the world possesses people to beat their own heads on hard objects? Besides alcohol. If you're planning on drinking the entire seller, at least memorize your lines before the police arrive. If the previous woman was flying on alcohol, this next one is a classic entitled Karen with a sky-high ego and a mouth that never knows when to stop. >> What are you looking at me like that for, coward? >> Where are you looking at a no comment down the road? No, I'm not going nowhere. You're not going to talk to me any kind of way. And you ain't going to talk to me any kind of way. I'm 51 years old. I don't give a about none of that. I came over here to get my medicine a few minutes ago. I knocked the door talking she was going to do something to me if I uh tried to come in there. Have I ever had a gun? Look at my record. Back in the day when I was 18 years old, I had a gun for me. I never even got in trouble. I don't like guns. My daddy got shot when I was five and a half years old. I hate guns. Why? Why do you think the other girl would say you had a gun? >> She said I had a gun, too. Cuz he said it. Why did she just tell me that uh he the one stole the kitten kaboodleoodle? >> She said all they Listen, man. They lie. They homeless and everything. Okay. >> Lock my door. >> All right. >> The show ended with a full trophy collection. Obstruction, illegal weapons, resisting officers, and terroristic threats. Let's see what people have been saying about this woman. She said every word she's ever learned twice. Thank god we got body cams for this absolute masterpiece. Is there any crack left in that town at all, or did she do all of it? You can own a house, raise kids, even send them to college. But if you choose to use a gun over a dispute, and then insult officers, your final destination can still be a small room with no windows. If the previous Karen used homeowner rights to insult officers, this woman took it up a level by telling them they were delusional. >> Uh, can we talk to Nicholas? >> He's not here. >> We just saw him go inside. >> He's not here. >> We just watched him walk inside. >> He is here. >> He's not here. I just saw him walk inside. But he's not here. I don't walk inside. I saw Jeff walk inside. >> Is that Jeff? >> Yeah, but you do not see Nick walk inside. Nick's at Sarah's house. >> Is it okay if I go inside and check? >> I No, you're not coming in my house. >> Not going in your house. >> No. >> Okay. Well, we definitely just saw him walk inside. >> No, you do not. I'm telling you, he's not here. I I wouldn't lie to you. You might let Jeff walk inside. You do not seem to walk inside. >> Well, Micah just stated that Nicholas is here and he just walked inside. >> No, he didn't know. And Mike did not say that. >> He definitely told me he did. And >> we've seen a picture of Nicholas and we just saw him standing right here by his car. >> Well, Nick's not here. >> His car is this. I >> I'll just be honest with you. The way we're going right now is we're probably just going to end up writing a search warrant and we're going to have to get into your house that way. >> Well, if you come back with a warrant, you can come in my house. >> What? >> Just here. JEFF'S AT WORK. >> OKAY. SO, she's saying that Jeff's not here. So, then who what guy that walked inside? >> Can you go bring him inside there? >> Who's in there? >> Not here. >> Is Is Nick? >> No. >> Then who who what man just walked inside? >> I didn't see any man walk inside. I was in my room. >> Stop. I was just in there. >> Well, I observed Nick walk inside. I know he's here. >> Oh, I don't know. I didn't see him. I haven't seen him. We saw him physically walk into the house. >> I don't know who you saw, but it was not Nick. >> Wait, but what you're saying doesn't make sense. Right. Listen. Listen to what makes >> perfect sense. Nick is with Sarah. >> He's not He doesn't live here. He's with Sarah. He lives here for years. >> Yeah. There is a no cont. You can't get a warrant. >> There is a no contact. So that's why we're here today. >> Between me and Nick for years. Why on earth would you come here today? >> Someone called about it. They told us Nick was here. >> But he's not. >> And sure as crap when we get here we'll see Nick walking. >> He's with Sarah. >> I promise you he's with Sarah. >> Okay. But you're playing games with us. >> I'm not. He's with Sarah. But but you're telling us to deny our senses. Deny three people. He is with Sarah. >> But you are telling us a simultaneous lie. Even if he is with Sarah, there is a man who looks like Nick in your home that you're not willing to tell us about that we've all visually watched walk inside. >> But it's not Nick. >> She kicked things off by basically telling police to ignore reality and trust her instead. With Nick visibly inside the house, she even introduced a completely madeup Jeff to confuse the situation. An argument that didn't last long. >> I thought that >> you told us there's another man in your house that wants >> I thought Jeff was in my house. >> You said there's another man in your house that has warrants. >> No, I'm not going to tell you who it is. I can call him and have him come down here from Sarah's house if you want, but he's not here. >> We know. I'm not going to argue about this. I just saw him walking. >> I told you. I told him it's somebody else. >> How long did you guys get a warrant? >> Uh, probably just a few hours. But I would recommend if we ended up going that route, everyone's going to have to come back out. >> That's That's why I Well, I'm leaving. I'm going on vacation with my daughter. He was my boyfriend and he wanted to go on vacation with us and told me to go cuz they don't get along. Okay. So, there was Nick didn't do anything wrong. There's no reason for you guys to come. And I didn't say anything of the sort. >> Okay. >> She begged officers for mercy to avoid arrest, but they shut it down with a cold response. We understand, but we also understand you just threatened to kill people. They will never let someone like that go after threatening witnesses. Both were eventually taken to jail on different charges. Nicholas for violating a restraining order and Elizabeth facing felony harassment for threatening violence. Her family vacation did happen in the end, just not at the destination she expected, and with a transport option featuring bars instead of windows. Let's see what people have been saying about this couple. That poor neighbor having to live next to that. No wonder the neighbor didn't want to directly get involved. That lady is insane. You've ruined our life, lady. This all your fault and your boyfriends. Don't try to lie to the cops wearing body cam. Unless you want to end up starring in your own documentary. Next up, we've got a massive ego with a very short fuse hitting the road. >> Let me get some pictures of your hand, please. >> I'd rather not. >> He was sold. I took him. >> Okay. And then he followed me in the end. >> Okay. And then >> he stopped next to my car. Uh put the window down and he never got out his car. On January 2nd, 2026, JT decided he was the author of traffic laws and that anyone driving slower than him deserved a confrontation. I had a guy cut me and my wife off, then slammed on his brakes. Yeah. Here's a couple people. We live in here. >> Oh, he just took off. >> I said something. No, I said something to guy and he threatened me. >> Everyone's okay right now. >> I'm fine. >> Okay. >> Zone one. >> Central 313. Everything's 104. >> I'm going sit down here. What's your name, sir? >> Dave. I'm going sit down here, Dave. >> Absolutely. >> Do it. So, but yeah, apparently she's called >> in jail. >> Which one? >> The one he was all >> basically. Oh, yeah. So, they're going this way after turning on to from Kings to Zenos. >> Yep. They're both going this direction together. He's going a little slower. The guy wants to pass him. He passes him. >> He starts following him in here. So he stops rolls down his window to try to see what he's saying. >> Grabs his arm so he can't call 911 and is like keeping the door shut like still punching him. >> So he's got like his arm all cut up. His face is all beat up. >> I don't see the blood. I was wondering I was trying to figure out cuz this guy's hands are all bloody. So I was like >> that's exactly what I thought. So, if we could get some pictures of his injuries and or not injuries, the blood on his hands and I got to get I just got a state in from him. He doesn't want to go to the hospital. >> This woman has she just basically heard she didn't I got nothing from I got her information. She knows nothing. >> Okay. >> So, I I have to talk to her. >> She has a full story. She She just cooperated the same with her then. >> He apparently his wife already left him here. >> Yes. >> Well, he told her that he wanted her to leave because he was afraid this guy had it. So, we need to get her back cuz he's also a witness. If we can, >> we're going to clear out. >> Thank you. It is the police. >> Is my Is my car in the car? My phone in the car. >> I don't know. >> Okay. You got to just come back up here cuz he's you're a witness to this. >> Okay. >> All right. All right. Bye. >> Thank you. >> I had to get her out here. This guy's No, >> I got you. Let me get some pictures of your hand, please. >> I'd rather not. >> Well, I need pictures of your hand. JT claimed he was defending himself and his family from a man who didn't even get out of his car. So, in his logic, standing outside the window and throwing punches was just holding his ground. Right. Got it. >> Just say something. Just tell me if the story drives. Basically, you're driving to someone's too slow per someone's standards. He basically cuts you off, follows you in here, gets out of the car, and we know what happens after that. I I overtook him. >> I don't know what he said. >> Oh, okay. You overtook him. >> He was He was slow. I overtook him. >> Okay. >> And then he followed me and >> Okay. And >> then he stopped next to my car. Uh put the window down and he started hitting me. >> That's all I hear. Thank you, sir. >> At him and yell and the gentleman never got out of the car >> in the white car. >> Okay. >> And then JT kept hitting him and hitting him and then he told Vicki, "Take the car and go home." >> Okay. >> And then he stood there and reached in the window and was hitting on him and hitting on him. >> Okay. Did you ever see him throw any punches? >> I did not. I just heard him yell. >> Okay. And he was yelling no. >> You know what? I'm not going to go. He was yelling. I think he was yelling uh or uh or you know as he was getting hit. I don't know. >> And then he JT kept telling him get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. You >> do you know JT pretty well? >> Um I know him enough that he lives across the street and two doors down from me. >> A hot head or >> Yes. Okay. >> Yes. I have heard him on the phone. I live three doors down and I've heard him screaming. >> I was just It just comes across as >> he's a hotthead. >> Yeah. And I worry about his wife because everything is my >> She's very defiant and happy to come back. >> She was and then I said I'm demanding you to come back. >> I think she's scared to be him to be honest, but that's my opinion. Um so anyhow, they he Sorry. >> No, it's okay. We got wasp and ants over here. >> People shoot at you. You worry about >> I'm allergic to bees. Okay. I got you. Yeah. >> All right. So, um, so his wife got like got out of the passenger seat into the driver seat >> to drive. Yes. And she and he told her, "You go home." Okay. And then he started >> How did the altercation end between the two of them? >> I went down and I JT start the guy got out of the car, the other guy in the white car. And I recognized JT and that's when I started yelling at him. You're on video, JT. Stop. Walk away. Be calm. I didn't get close cuz he's a hotthead. >> And I just yelled at him. You need to stop. You need to walk away before you get into big trouble. >> Okay. So, he did start walking toward me and when he started walking toward me, I started walking toward him. Okay. Was that guy? And I don't know what he was saying. Something about he cut me off. >> Okay. >> Um onto his arm at all or >> I would I did not I was at the gate so I didn't see that close. But the other gentleman never got out of his car. JT just kept hitting us. >> And then when JT started walking away, >> everyone started moving. This guy come flying up around us and cut us off and then we ended up here. >> What happened up? Why did your husband tell you to get out of the car? >> I'm sorry. >> Why did you get out of the car to to drive? >> Cuz cuz that guy scared the crap out of me. >> He said, "Just go home cuz I have groceries in the car." >> All right. So, did you observe anything after? >> Cuz he got out and said, "What the hell is going on? Why what did you cut me off for?" And asked him what his name was and everything else. So, >> and that's that's all you saw? >> Well, yeah. I mean, I've seen him the guy. I don't know if the guy hit him or what first. And then >> Well, that's why I'm asking you. I already know the story. >> I don't know if the guy hit him first. I wasn't even I wasn't even Look, I was screaming. I was just terrified. >> Okay. >> That's all that that I know. And I went home. >> All right. So, you don't know if punches were thrown or anything. You just basically put your head down and just started screaming. >> No, I'm sure he I'm sure he stood up for himself. >> That's why I'm asking. >> I'm sure. I'm sure he stood up for himself. So, >> do you have any idea where it got here? >> It had to be in between here and that car. I took a picture. >> Okay. >> I didn't find your phone. >> It's got to be out here. >> All right. So, guy basically cuts you guys off, pulls into here. Your husband's driving at this point. >> Yeah. >> And then your husband pulls up next to him. >> Got out of the car. >> Got out of the car. Guy puts down his window. And then after that, you >> say, "What? What? What? What's your name? What's wrong with you? Why'd you cut me off? You scared me. you scared the crap out of my wife. And then I don't and then like I said, I just started screaming and then I went home. >> Said, "Go home." >> While his wife was distracted, statements from the victim and a neighbor quickly sealed the man's fate after he allegedly attacked someone and caused a head injury. A decision he almost immediately had to regret. >> Pulls in here. You pull up next to him. Then what happens? >> Well, we're coming up to a stop sign, so I got out to find out what his name was. He rolled his window down. What he did? He slammed the door into my leg, assaulted me with his door. I said, "What in the is wrong with you, you ignorant mother?" And he can't speak English very well. I said, "You cut me off this that he goes." I'm like, "No, you're not." He's slamming the door against my leg. I had to hit him. I had to defend myself. I stood my ground. >> Do you have any bruises on your legs right now? Do you that you're aware of? >> My leg in here? No, but he was hitting me with the door. That's why I was just asking. >> Yeah. Yeah, I get it. >> I'm not going to let somebody hurt me and my wife, especially after this deal. I didn't know if he had a gun. That's what I was worried about. >> He had a weapon. >> Said that she'll bring it down. That's fine. >> You need her any longer? >> No, she's free to go. I wasn't sure if you wanted her to hang out with you or not. >> No, she's got groceries in the car, man. ice cream, everything else. >> She put them back. >> I put them in the house early on the counter. >> Okay. All right, honey. >> Am I going to need >> I don't know. We'll just see what they say. Use the car as a weapon. I don't like that [ __ ] >> That'd be like a somebody taking a car and rammed at you like those ICE officers had every right to defend himself. >> I agree. >> I'm just telling you, man. This world's gone crazy. >> Thank you for the water. You're praying for me? >> Yeah. Here you go. >> Just makes it a little easier for the cuffs to go on so they're not as uncomfortable. Okay. >> What am I being arrested for? >> Battery and burglary. >> Burglary and battery. >> Burglary. >> Yep. You reached into >> which makes it burglary. >> He smashed my legs. >> All right. We're just going to walk over to that car. Okay. >> The irony peaked when JT was arrested for burglary. Unlawful entry. He thought you only steal if you take something, but the law is clear. Reaching into someone's vehicle to attack them already counts as illegal entry. I've never stole anything in my life. >> EMS's vehicle by punching him. >> Well, after he opened the door to my leg. Yeah, I defended myself. Okay, you'll have your say. >> Well, I don't see him being arrested. >> Well, cuz everyone we've talked to is cooperated, but we kind of assumed >> right here. >> Yes, >> I'm just going to get the way I put my hands in front of me. >> No, unfortunately, >> this is just really bad. >> He ended up facing charges for battery and burglary of a vehicle. Let's see what people have been saying about this man. This world's gone crazy. Sir, you are the crazy. He was so scared of the guy that he followed him into a parking lot and approached his vehicle on foot. I can guarantee that this guy had this arrest coming for years of treating people like crap and being a full-on bully for most of his life. If the previous man was driven by an uncontrollable ego and fists, the next neighbor is a textbook case of selfishness disguised as protecting property. On a nice day in November 2024, a man decided the best way to settle a property line dispute wasn't talking. It was spraying the workers building a fence with a water hose. >> Are you you are you intentionally spraying them? >> No, I'm intentionally watering my lawn. >> There's new grasses. See all the new grasses that they trampled? >> Okay. For a moment, can can you just can you just speak with me? I've never I never dealt with you. I don't know from who from Bartlett you've spoken to before. >> I've spoken to the building and zoning department. I've talked to police. The police have come out here. They watched them. I got video of them on my property doing this. And uh he did nothing about it. And I understand what you're saying. He's got the right to work, but he can work from their side of the property. I told him, I'm builder. I know how to build. >> Okay. >> You go on the fence, you build from the ground up. You stand on the side. Boom. Boom. Boom. He's never on my property. >> He's int He's intentionally doing it. >> Do you in this neighbor >> neighbor? Yes, she calls the police all the time on me. >> Okay. >> I call the fire department on call the police department on me all the time. All the time, >> you know, and then so I call up the building zoning and I ask them, "What's the permits for a fence? What can you do? What can't you do?" You can only bring the fence up to the end of her porch. that that represents the front of her house. She could only build it up to there. Now, she's building it all the way to the sidewalk. That's an obstruction. You can't do that. It's it's against code. I could show you the code. >> I'm not I'm not denying you. I'm not going to lie. For coding and stuff like that, I'm not >> Right. >> I deal I deal with the criminal aspect. >> I know. And that's trespassing. So, just issue him a citation for trespassing. I'll sign the complaint and then we're done. They I under I trust me I I get I get where you're coming from. I'm not trying to make your day any harder or anything like that. >> These two gentlemen, they're just working. They're not There's no criminal intent behind. >> Yeah, because he told last time he told me called me the day I'm going to do whatever I want. >> Well, did I mean did he just >> He said up in >> He said it. >> No, I'm not denying that. I I told him four times, don't go on my property. This is how you can build it without being on property. I let him know exactly what he can do. He doesn't give a [ __ ] Well, that's something. I'm sorry. I'm not trying to sergeant. Um because I don't want to make things worse between you and your neighbor. >> Believe me, she I tried talking to her >> plenty of times. And I mean, if if they only have like one more board to put up, which what it that's really what it seems like. >> Okay. They're going to take two more boards probably. >> Well, three more cuz they're going to end the cap at the end and then we got to put two more pieces on top just like the other ones. >> Then I mean >> I'm not trying to prolong this. >> You are trying to prolong it. I >> I'm not because I'm trying to because >> Come on. >> I'm trying to be as real with you. >> You're here. You're watching them. Look at that. It's 6 in. 6 in. >> But I mean, I'm not trying to I'm not trying to argue or get get into it. >> I know you're not trying to argue, but >> I mean, I've seen people build fences, and this is how I've always seen them where they're crossing onto people's property. >> He could do it her side of the property. >> But I mean, it looks like with however this fence is put, the boards are on the other side. I mean, I don't know. I'm not I'm not a fence. >> You ever go like this? I mean, I have not I I have no clue. >> Simple physics. >> Um, >> when asked about spraying the workers, he gave a generous explanation. I was just watering newly planted grass. So, that grass seemed to be on the workers backs, he even tried to lecture police on fence building using basic physics, apparently learned from Sunday morning cartoons. >> 20 more minutes of coming on my property. I got a problem. That's all new grass seed there. If that's the last board, cuz it looks like that's the last board that they have to put on this side. >> That's not. >> How many more boards do you think they have to put? >> He's got that one up. He's got two more pieces here. He's got another end piece. And he's got another one to fill the gap. >> And how how long have they been trying to put this fence together? >> I don't know. Couple hours. >> Couple hours. So, is today the first day? >> No, they did two sections uh the other day. >> Okay. Okay. And the two sections the other day are within code, you know, but these two sections are not within code. >> Well, that's kind of decided. >> Well, I know it's Saturday. No, >> no one's in there Saturday. >> But they're still going to be having to approve the fence anyway. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is. >> So, let's let them finish their work so they can get the fence up and then everybody can go about their day. >> All right. And so, who's going to pay for those new grass sheet that I got to buy? >> That's more the silver. We're going to take that. >> So you have to in order for me to do that, you have to give him a citation. Too >> them getting wet with your hose is insulting provoking disorderly conduct. >> I tried I tried watering my lawn. >> Look at look at what it is. I tried turning it down. I told him, "Please get off my property. I want to water my lawn." >> He's not listening. Well, he's trying to do a job >> and he can do his job from her side of the property without a problem. >> So, it's not getting him wet. >> Can he just finish so he can work faster and then he's out of your hair and then it shows good good >> good what >> product on your part. Just, you know, being a good neighbor, being a good person. >> I've been a good neighbor. I'm done being a good neighbor. I'm done being a good neighbor. I tried with this lady. I tried talking to her. I tried everything. She doesn't talk. >> But these guys are in the middle. She also has a court order not to come onto my property. >> Well, it would just be helpful so they can finish and get >> Come November 22nd. The court order is up. She could have done it then. She's doing it on purpose. >> Well, who's perfectly watering? >> My my new grass. You see that? >> Well, he told me to stop, so I stopped. >> Can you >> I told you to stop because you I mean you're >> intent what it seemed like intentionally. >> Well, intent. I was intentionally trying not to get it on her property and just watered my lawn. >> Yeah. >> Now it's going all over the place. Okay. Well, >> would you be able to move the hose over so it's not going on her property? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I was holding it before so it wouldn't go on her property, but he told me stop. >> Either that or left. >> To defend those 15 cm of land, he turned the scene into an unwanted water park. He even tried to get police to arrest the workers for trespassing, but forgot that spraying people in front of officers is basically a fast track to a disorderly conduct charge. >> Okay. Then you can wait 20 minutes, right? Can you wait 20 minutes? >> I'm not going to get it. >> Okay. Well, if you get me wet, you're going to get arrested. >> I'm not going to get you. >> Okay. I I'll put you on notice right now. >> I'm not going to get you >> cuz I'm not going to play. >> Look at that. >> Okay. He's >> if you sport him in my presence, you're going to get arrested also. >> He's basically spitting in your face. >> Okay. He's just trying to finish the frame. >> And you can do the same. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay. Your colors are reflections and they will be documented on your side. >> You can do everything you can do from this side. You can build the bottom one and work your way up. >> Well, he's got 4 in it looks like on that side. And you can do it from your side. Sir, what is your >> Can you just take him put the boards up so he can be John and then you're done? >> Yeah. >> Cuz your problem's not with him. >> No. >> Yeah. I mean, don't be mean to him. He's just trying to do his job. >> I know he's trying to do his job, but he can do his job from the other side. >> Okay, I understand that. >> I I know that. >> Why do you got to make it hard for him? >> You're not But you're not. It's not him. He's not making it hard for you. >> Yeah, he's the one that's making it hard for me because he's going to do what he wants to do. >> Well, he needs to finish it. Just don't finish it. It's too tight with you. Just don't let the guy finish his work. Okay. Um, do you guys want to sign for >> officers calmly warned him that spraying workers would lead to immediate arrest. He insisted he was just adjusting the water direction despite the fact that the body cam had already captured the whole hose performance. >> So, one ticket for each of them. >> What's up? >> One citation for each of them. >> Okay. Well, they're all wet. >> As soon as I pulled up, you were I you were squirting. >> It's on body cam of what you were doing. >> Okay. So, it was only >> Instead of a perfect lawn and fence, he got a citation for disorderly conduct. Lucky for him, it was only a fine and a court date afterward. Unlike our final case of the day, who decided to shine in his own way as a nightmare neighbor convinced the world was plotting against him with religion and crystals. On August 31st, 20124, the man kicked things off with a dramatic claim that his mother had been kidnapped and assaulted by a neighbor. But when officers asked where she was, he casually replied. She said she went to the garden, but I don't believe that. >> Is Kai here? >> Kai, can you have him come here? Whoa. Hi, Kai. >> Hi. I called >> Yep. >> Okay. So, I called the officer. >> Okay. >> And I was in his backyard smoking cigarette and that guy behind her. He beat up somebody that sounded like my mother. >> Okay. Well, where's your mom? >> Well, she said she was in the garden, but >> Okay. >> I don't believe that she was at the garden. I could hear her screaming. >> Okay. Well, where where's your mom? >> She said she went to the garden, but I don't believe it. >> What? What garden? >> I don't know. What garden? >> Okay. So, um this is his logic. He heard his mother screaming from a neighbor's house even though she said she was just out for a walk. His hearing apparently reached psychic level beyond normal human understanding. >> How do you know it was your mom back there? >> Cuz it sounded like my mother. Okay. >> You think I don't know my mom? >> I didn't say that. What? Why are we escalated this morning though? >> What? >> You're very upset. >> Of course. Why was somebody else beat out my mom? >> I don't know. I don't think your mom is over there. There's nobody over there. >> Oh, it has to do with religion. It doesn't consortium. >> No. >> Consortion? >> No. Yes, it does. >> Okay. >> It does not. I'm just here to talk to you. >> I'm here to ask help many many times and you guys don't want to do >> Okay. Well, remember yesterday we just talked and I told you that if you continue to go around the neighborhood and yell at >> He was right here. >> Okay. Well, someone called. >> I called. >> No, someone else called, too, cuz you were yelling at them. >> Yeah, cuz he won't he you don't bring my mom over there, beat her up. >> Okay. Did you go see if your mom was over there? >> It's her voice. >> Okay. Okay. But did you go look for her then? No, I just stood in front of THIS HOUSE TRYING TO CALL YOU GUYS. >> OKAY. Is your mom home right now then? >> No, she's not. >> Okay. Okay. >> So, have you seen this guy walking around before? >> All the time. >> Okay. >> So, I mean, he probably moved. >> We're familiar about it as well. So, I What? He yelled about hostages at your house. >> A couple days ago, he was yelling at me about me being in court with his family. That guy right there. Different day. He approached him, yelling at him about him having his sister as a hostage. the other day he was yelling at the guy walking his dog and it's kind it's still a little weird when he's standing a foot out of their driveway smoking a cigarette and looking in their windows for like 5 minutes this morning. That's the same thing to our house and people's houses. My kids can't play in their yard cuz of this dude. You know, >> a lot of this is mental health. We we tried treating it solely as a mental health thing. That's not working. We were planning on taking him into custody for disorderly conduct. >> You know that alley back there? He's always in that alley for them. He was like literally a foot off of their concrete approach just standing there looking into their property and windows. I mean, he's he's standing there looking at the house. Obviously, you can't see a ton from that point. According to the neighbor, Kai wasn't just dealing with personal issues. He was basically a full-time performance artist, turning a quiet neighborhood into an ongoing drama series of delusion and chaos. What a gift for his neighbors. I'm here because you keep causing neighborhood disturbances. >> CUZ IT'S ALL OVER THE PLACE. You think it's funny? What is I don't think anything's funny, but what's all over the place? I'm I don't understand. >> Trying to get to heaven, do you guys? Huh? >> No, I guess I don't know what that has to do with right now. What we're talking about and all this, right? >> I don't know what that is. >> Yeah. Another religion. >> Okay. Can you come out to my car for me and we can talk? Yeah. >> No. >> Can we please talk out here? >> I am right here. >> I'd like to go over to my squad car and talk. >> No, I'm not going to go over there. I'm not causing trouble. I'm smoking A CIGARETTE AND THESE things don't need to happen. Okay. >> But why are you screaming at your neighbors? >> Because I'm asking them nicely and they always keep lying to me. >> What are you asking them? Is my mother? See, >> there's nobody there. >> Yeah. >> Who Who's there? >> You know, forget it. >> Okay. Can you stay here, please, though? Are you on probation right now? >> Yes. >> Okay. For what? >> Uh, drugs. >> Okay. Have you been using at all? >> No. >> Okay. So, why in the last couple days have you been so escalated then? >> Because it's my mother. >> Okay. Can we try to You want to try calling your mom? See if we can talk to her on the phone? >> No, I'm not going to do that. >> But if you're worried about your mom, I got to know where she is. >> No, you guys are the one that is threatening her. >> We are threatening her? >> Yes, you guys are. >> How How are we threatening your mom? What you guys >> I'm done. >> Kai, stay here, please. >> I'm done talking to you guys. >> Kai, >> you guys are worthless to me right now. >> Can you please step out? >> I'm done talking to you guys. >> Can I make sure your mom's okay? >> She is okay. >> Okay. Can we call Can we Can we call her then? >> Stop pulling her spirit on and hurting her. >> Can you ask your dad? >> Stop tormenting her >> if she's home. >> No, she's not home. >> Guys, keep talking to me. Come outside. No, >> I want to try to solve your problem. >> No, you're not. We're trying to hurt her her again. >> I'm not >> just for what she obtained. >> We're not trying to do that. >> Oh, yeah. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Can Can you come out and talk to me, please? >> What's over there? They keep looking over there. Tell me to come here. >> You You said there's people over here. I don't see any of these people. >> Yeah, the traps over there that they keep killing over over there. Huh? >> Who? >> Just go. >> Kai, come back. >> I'm done talking to you guys. You guys are no help. >> Please come out and I can try to help you. >> No. >> Kai. >> And those righteous eyes are not even yours. Well, he said that she went to the garden, too. >> Like right here? >> Yeah. No. >> Okay. Well, what garden then? >> Work. >> Where's that at? >> I don't know. >> Can you ask him where she works? >> I know. They get defending her. Okay. It's under my case numbers. >> Okay. I'm not >> 1366 1367. >> Can we go look that up? >> No. >> Well, I got to I don't I can't help you if you won't like cooperate with me. >> You guys are not even cooperating in the first place. >> Can you just come out and talk to me again? >> I'm done giving you guys information cuz you guys are just hurting her. >> Ky, we're not hurting you. >> Yes, you guys and you guys are trying to collect my sister. >> No. >> Yes, you guys are. >> Who's your sister? >> Oh my god. >> Kai. Kai, >> stop it. >> Please come. >> I'm not causing trouble. Okay. >> Please come and talk to me. You are. >> No, I'm not. >> Please. >> I apologize for help because they're not helping. Guy, Ky, please step out and talk with me. >> No, I want to call for administrative. >> Okay, then we can do that, but I need you to come out. >> I'm not going to threaten nobody. >> Do you want to talk to one of our my lieutenants? >> Call him over. >> Okay. Well, you you got to come out though and talk to me out here. >> Can you come out? >> Please don't touch my door. >> Okay, but can you not close it and come outside? I'll step back over here. Can you please come out and talk to me? There's nobody over there. >> Oh, yeah. He's clearing everything up. >> Well, can can you say >> you guys just leave? Okay. >> Okay. >> I call I'm just going to call my PO. >> Okay. >> Okay. He'll open the door. Dad will open the door for us. How can I help your mom? What? What are we >> Kai? What are we doing? >> You guys are taking her as a hostage, AS A GUARDIAN. SHOULD BE HER UP. >> NO. >> YEAH, cuz the world that she obtained. >> So, how can how can we stop that? >> Your religion. >> Our religion? Okay. What's that? >> Your six-star. >> My six-star. What does that mean? I I don't know what that You don't? >> No. >> No, you don't. >> Yeah. I just Can you explain it to me? I'm just trying to understand, Kai. >> Understand? >> I'm I'm trying to understand what the this religion is. >> Well, you guys tell me. >> Okay. I I don't know. >> It happens everywhere. >> Okay. >> The topaz. >> The What? >> Diamond. >> What are they? >> Topaz. My brother's birthrights. >> Oh, okay. Who's your brother? >> I'm done talking. >> K. Kai. Kai. Just Just stop. Just stop. >> No. You guys need to stop. >> No. No. >> I'm You guys just stop. IT'S HAPPENING ALL OVER EVERYWHERE. Even next door. >> Okay. What's What's happening next door? PULLING MY MOM'S SOULS OUT AND TRYING TO TORTURE THEM. >> OKAY. >> For your religion. >> Can we at least make sure your mom's okay and call her? >> Would you guys check your religion? Sacrificing her a mountain tonight? >> No. >> Yeah. And throwing I sacrifices over there. >> Okay. >> You think I don't see it? >> No. >> I'm not blind. >> No, I didn't say that. T Can you Can you just come out and talk to me out here? Can you show me where your mom was when you last saw her? >> She's walking out this door. >> See, she's screaming right now. >> Like over there? >> Over there. Can you Can you show me where? >> I can't I can't hear it. I don't hear it. I'm sorry. >> Oh, you want to play death with me, too? >> No, I'm not. I just don't understand. >> Wow. This religion has got you guys so crappy. >> Okay, just just come out and talk to me quick. >> I'm done. >> Kai, >> I'm done. Go. >> Please, Kai. >> Please come talk to me. >> Go away. >> Kai rambled about some religion involving Topaz, diamonds, and his brother's inheritance rights. Police patiently listened to his talk about a six-pointed star. While it was pretty clear the real issue wasn't gemstones, it was meth. >> I got I called and you guys are not helping. You guys think I'M THE PROBLEM. >> I ASKED YOU GUYS FOR HELP AND you guys just think constantly throwing at me. Please don't act like >> Kai. I'd like to just talk to you separate so that we can try to figure out what we could do to help you. >> No, dude to help the whole wide world. >> Come out and talk. Tell us show me which houses that we need to check. >> The one back here. The second one back here. >> Which one? >> Back here. >> But I don't know which one that is. >> BACK THERE. >> BACKYARD. second house. >> There's a couple houses there. >> There's two blocks here. I don't know what >> there's one right here. >> I I don't know which one that is. We can't help you if we don't know what's going on. >> Come out and help and show me, >> please. >> Just right there. >> Can you come? >> Can you come and show us birthdays on these two? Come and show me. >> I don't know which house. So, it's it's over here, but there's two blocks and I don't know which one the second one is in or if you're which side of the street you're talking about. >> IT'S ON THIS BLOCK. THE SECOND ONE NEXT TO THE ONE RIGHT THERE. If if we can tell you or if we can figure out which house we usually go off of color and what it looks like so you can point it out. But there are two yellow ones. They're all yellow. >> Stop it. >> I don't want another yellow. I don't know which one it is. Dude, >> this religion is getting all of your hands. You guys are doing this cuz I love my mom the most. And you guys are doing this to her. >> That's great. Kai, can you just show me which house is back here? >> Is the second one over there? >> Just show me which house is back there. Just We said the telephone pole's back here, too. >> Yeah. >> Okay. The these electric poles are here. >> Which ones over here? >> The one back in the alley right here. >> Okay, show me over here. >> Oh my gosh. >> STOP IT. STOP IT. I'M NOT THREATENING NOBODY. >> STOP. >> I'M NOT THATING NOBODY. PLEASE STOP IT. >> I'M NOT THREATENING NOBODY. PLEASE. >> HE STOP. >> NO. Come on. No. We're done. >> 162 32 32. Do you want to GO OVER HERE? >> NO. >> RIGHT. I'M NOT HURTING NOBODY. PLEASE STOP. >> STOP. STOP. >> COME ON, GUYS. >> COME ON. >> I'm not >> I'm not hurting nobody. >> GIVE ME YOUR HAND. >> STOP. >> STOP. PLEASE. HI. STOP. >> STOP. RELAX. >> MY DAD HAS I CAN'T LEAVE. HE'S ONLY 10 YEARS. >> PUT your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. STOP THREATENING MY SISTERS. STOP IT. HELP ME, DAD. HANDS. He's got my >> Let go. >> Let go. >> Let go. >> Let go. >> Help me. >> Let's get him out here. >> Please help me. >> Stop. >> The stroke. Okay. >> What? >> Can we lock this down? >> Can I go over? Can you go over there? >> Stop fighting with us. >> I'm not right. >> Yeah. >> I'm not threatening nobody. I just want my mom home, please. >> All right, let's go to the car. >> Come on. Out. >> Your probation agent also wanted to bring you in. >> I called her, too. >> Okay, stop grabbing my hand. >> Okay, please stop. >> All right, so right now you're under arrest for disorderly conduct, resisting, >> and battery law enforcement. Do you understand? >> Battery. I didn't do nothing. >> Oh my gosh. >> Do you have anything on you? >> No, I don't. >> Please just help me go over there. Just go with me over there. >> No, that's passed. See, you guys are covering something. We're done with that. Yep. Oh my god. I'm not >> Have a seat, please. >> Sorry. Can you pull your pants off? >> I can. Okay. >> I'm going to try. Can I get some shoes? >> Can you step in, please? Step in. >> I'm sorry, but I just want you guys to help me. I don't want to help me. >> You need any medical attention? >> No, I'm not. I don't. Please, just help me. Go over there. >> Are you okay, sir? >> Oh, >> yeah. >> Okay, I'm fine with that. >> I didn't check the cigarettes yet. If you want to look. >> Are they in his pocket still? >> No, they're on the top. >> Oh. >> Do you want us to leave your cigarettes with dad? >> Yes. >> You want your wallet with dad? >> Yes, please. >> Okay. >> I'm going to leave the knife with your dad, too, cuz you can't bring that to the jail. >> So, is he to see if he's a felon? >> Just keep it just in case. >> I would hang on to it. >> Okay. >> He can't have it anyways on probation, I don't think. >> After barricading himself inside and dragging his elderly, strokeaffected father into the situation, he was finally given a free ride by the police. The most ironic part was him claiming the sweat he left on the female officer during his struggle was clean sweat because he had showered that morning. Ooh, brother. What's that? With a history involving meth and a chaotic incident, Kai was charged with assaulting an officer, threatening police, carrying a concealed knife while on probation, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Although some charges were dismissed, he still received a 9-month county jail sentence. Plenty of time to continue his religious practices without disturbing the neighborhood.
