Don't be ridiculous for what? Step out of the vehicle. You haven't Step out now. Step out now. All right, let's jump right into our first chaos. Have you ever seen someone too drunk to understand yet somehow fully qualified to critique police eyebrow maintenance? Welcome to this masterpiece of chaos where a completely broken car is somehow still totally fine to drive. >> Have you seen this? >> No, I want to know what's up. It's my car. I am I What the I do wrong, bro. Don't touch me, bro. Am I am I am >> What IS MY CHARGES, OFFICER? WHAT IS IT? YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW. >> ON THE NIGHT OF April 26th, 2024, a quiet residential area was disrupted by screeching tires and a woman shouting after crashing her vehicle. Despite the severe damage, she still confronted officers with a surprisingly defiant attitude. >> I know you don't need me. I need you guys. I need you I ain't doing nothing wrong, bro. I paid for my owning car. If I wreck it, that's on me, bro. That's on me. >> That's fine. We're just here. We're just here to figure out what's going on. That's it. It's very simple. We're here to have a conversation. What's going on? What happened? >> I know, but somebody called the cops on you guys. So, now we got to make sure that you guys are good. That's all you guys upset. >> People get upset, you're allowed to You're Listen, you're allowed to argue and you're allowed to be upset. >> I just want to go home. >> Okay. So, what what got you upset? >> I told her, bro, >> what happened? >> I don't care about nothing, bro. I don't care. I want to go home. I want to go literally. >> Okay. So, what happened? Okay. So, what happened? >> Got them. Just want to go stay, bro. >> So, why why you mad? What got you mad? >> Everything. >> What's everything, >> bro? You get a real magic threes for 99. Then you go and get them for 73. How you feel? >> Okay. >> I'm mad. You feeling mind blown. >> Shut up. I'm not talking to you. >> It's all boss. Let's just talk to I get it. Well, we're just going to talk to her. All right. Nothing. We're just going to have a conversation. Listen, man. >> We're not arguing, though. She's just >> I heard you guys yelling at each other like >> No, she trust me. She's yelling at me, but I'm not paying her no more. I just got here. >> She's just destroying her own car. >> What happened? >> She's just drunk. She doesn't know what she's doing right now. That's all. >> So, she's not driving anymore, right? >> No, she didn't drive. >> The front tire's blown out, too. Anyway, >> the front tire and this front damage. >> How old are you? >> I'm 26 years old. That's my father. That's That's the man of my life. >> Okay. >> Okay, I understand. But like, leave me alone. Oh, I just want to be left alone, bro. >> Okay. >> All right. >> So, you're mad. That's the only thing you're mad about. >> You're just so mad. >> You're just so All right. You want me to have EMS come check you out? >> EMS will come check you out. >> I'm going to have an ambulance come and check you out. All right. >> I'm just going to have All right. Have a seat. Just sit. >> No. No. >> I just You want me to get EMS for you? >> Oh, >> you sure? >> Yeah. I'm just like they just piss me off though. >> Who's pissing me off? >> What happened? All right. Why they say? >> Oh, just >> what happened to her car? >> I don't know. It's been like this for a minute, but she put a flat tire and she put it home like that. >> Okay, I know this just put it inside. >> No, I'm trying to. We can't find her keys. >> Oh, great. >> So, what So, what happened? What she Who Who are you to her? >> That's Yeah, that's my girlfriend. >> Okay. Um, so what happened? >> I just got here. Literally, I just got here from my my lash appointment. I haven't seen her all day. I haven't seen her all day. >> Just want to go home. So, you're upset. It's >> Did something happen to the car? Accident or anything? >> No, nothing. She just pissed me the off. >> Who? Your girlfriend. Who's that? Your girlfriend? >> Both of them? No, it's not even my girlfriend, my father. He just >> He's pissing me off. Like, he's just doing his job. I know. >> So, it's just normal family problems. >> Yeah. I just want to party. I just want to go home. I just want to leave me alone. I just want to be like, >> but what what started you getting you agitated? >> I know it's not him. since she's your girlfriend and you guys are arguing and they called us. Um, it's uh like it's domestic violence. >> No, she didn't hit me at all. >> I know, but arguing. So, it's we have to treat it. >> You guys have had incidents before, right? >> My dad don't do nothing. My dad is just like he's like collected. I just got this anchor. >> You sure you don't want an ambulance to come check you out? Make sure you're good. Make sure you're all right. Have you did you drink today? It's fine if you did. It's fine. It's completely fine. But maybe that's what's, you know, making your emotions. >> We're introduced to a car where the only thing still functioning properly was probably the horn. The wheels were destroyed. The axle looked ready to separate from the car. Yet, this drunk Capibara confidently insisted, "It still drives fine. I just need to back it into the garage." Her confidence seemed to completely ignore basic physics. >> No, but it'll drive. It'll drive in. >> She didn't No, she didn't hit anything. >> Have you seen those? >> No. No. I want to know what's up. It's my car. I HAD NO AMMO. I LOVE YOU, BUT that what the I do wrong, bro. >> Listen, let's get out first. Let's get out of the way. Emma, calm the down. >> No, you don't treat me like a dog. >> Shut the up and calm down. >> Listen, listen, listen, listen. Relax. I >> was right there the whole time. >> Okay, relax. >> Dang, I know. >> Just get out of the street. We want you to get out of the street. We don't want none of us to get hit by a car. That's number one. >> The is doing that? >> You never know. You never know. People drive. Let's just get out of the street. She was she >> she walked here. >> All right. >> Come this way. Come to this way. >> Come this way. >> DV is not cuz bae >> if you guys are going to talk. Please >> away from the >> domestic violence. >> Exactly. That's my girlfriend. So that's my dad. That's my girlfriend. >> So bae, >> what are we doing today? >> You're going to you're going to calm down. >> Exactly. I know I'm going to calm down, but I told them I'm calm down. But like, come on, bro. Like, I'm bro. >> What? >> Emma, calm down. Go upstairs and go to sleep. I'll take care of it. >> That go upstairs. >> They're trying to hit you with a DV, bae, for no reason. Just calm or nothing, babe. For talking to me like that. >> Emma appeared more concerned about defending her damaged vehicle than the consequences she was facing. Her girlfriend attempted to calm the situation down, but was met with loud and irrational yelling instead. Emma. >> Oh my god. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Don't touch. Emma. >> [ __ ] >> Eighth grade. Mad as hell. She's not even herself. >> I'm 6 years older than you, bro. You mad. You bullying A3. >> She's not himself. Not myself. Shut my B. Shut my guy's eyebrows. Shut my eyebrows. >> You mad as hell. Oh, really? >> Mad as hell. >> Mad as hell. Eyebrows. >> Look at you. Look at this. Mad as hell. >> Record this. Make sure our [ __ ] don't record because he's mad as hell. His eyebrows are done. >> He's mad as hell. >> All right. What's wrong? Come on. >> He's mad as hell. >> He just slammed my face four times. He's mad as hell. >> Yeah. Take everything out. >> That's your camera. Oh, >> that's your camera. Take a slow. >> Four. Not one, not two, not three. Four. >> Put your legs up. >> Officers remained patient throughout the interaction, but Emma continued escalating the situation. Meanwhile, her brain had completely left the conversation. She suddenly started comparing ages. You're 6 years older than me, so you're bullying an eighth grader. Wait, 26 years old or middle school? The alcohol apparently sent her straight back to puberty now. >> Hell yeah. She didn't drunk. >> She's drunk. She's in She doesn't know what she's doing. >> You could uh keep her ID and see. I would I would just say >> she's not really Yeah, I was going to say you could talk to her and ask if we can leave it with the dad, but she's there's no point in talking to her right now. >> I understand she's not there. >> You got to control the Okay, but so that doesn't that doesn't get like for example if he's drunk, he's not he doesn't have the right to assault anybody. We're trying to talk to them watching her and like you have to understand she's going in and out of the car. We can't have that. We told her to stop. She's not listening and then and then she'll put her hands on an officer which we're not going to have. But she did not mean it in that way. >> So when she goes to court, when she goes to court, you could explain that to the judge. >> We have nothing to do. >> You really got to go through all this. >> Absolutely. I guess she made that decision. >> Listen listen. I was trying to talk to her over there peacefully. >> I get it. >> So you guys could talk over there and she ran over there. I didn't want to grab her cuz I didn't I didn't know what what was going on. >> Somebody pulls up and the car's getting closer. >> Okay. Unsafe. All right. >> I can't put it in the garage. It drives. It's just the rim. If if I got to put a spray, I put a spray. It drives. >> I don't think it's not just the rim. >> It's definitely not just >> at this point is the axle, too. >> Yeah. There's like there's >> there's hineans and what's that? >> There's like Heinekens all over the floor and open like >> the axle might be off this thing. You want a light? >> I want my bed. Go to sleep. Ice was intact. All I got to do is reverse and in. >> I'll speak to the sergeant. Um, like I said, it's more the fact of it's a lot of other factors right now with this car that we don't know about. Um, so if he says it's got to get towed told, it's got to get told to. I understand. It's a simple thing. It's a simple fix. But I'm going to speak with the supervisor and just verify whatever he says. >> We're going to do the paperwork and then we release him. She's not Listen, we're not going to do anything bad to her. If you're worried about that, >> I don't want her to go to jail. >> She's not going to go to jail. >> I don't I know what it feels like to be there. I don't want her to be there. >> She's not going to go to jail. If she If she has no criminal history, she's not going to jail. >> Her poor girlfriend kept trying to explain that Emma didn't mean it and was just drunk. Yeah. Yeah, punching cops and screaming about their eyebrows is apparently just a misunderstood love language. I look too fat or like I listen, I don't want to pay. You're pretty. You're very handsome. Get out the handcuffs. Let's go. Mom, I understand that I could be, but you can't be >> Are you trying to get out of here? >> Of course. >> So, just be quiet. The quicker we do this, the quicker. >> You're a pretty boy. You're not even that pretty, gang. You're ugly as you're sitting here trying with me. For what? [clears throat] For what, bro? I got my gang. YOU WHY THE SAYING THAT? >> YOU'RE GOING TO get out of here. SO, >> WHY IS HE SAYING THAT? >> The [ __ ] Can you leave your eyebrows done? You a [ __ ] My I'm a female and I don't get my EYEBROWS DONE. >> WHAT IS MY CHARGES? WHAT IS MY CHARGES? PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS MY CHARGES? WHAT IS IT? WHAT IS MY CHARGES, OFFICER? WHAT IS IT? YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW. [screaming] HOW ARE YOU? YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THE IS THIS, BRO. I'M not psycho. I'm not a psycho. >> No, I >> You're going to put your hand in the wall. You're going to relax. >> Listen, we tried to tell you just comply with us and things will go smoothly. Okay. >> Can you start up EMS? Start up your mess. All right. Calm down. RELAX. CALM DOWN. CALM DOWN. >> We're not doing this. We're not doing this. >> Back of my head. >> Stand up. >> Just look back. Please. Just look back my head. >> Relax. Relax. Relax. >> You bang my head, bro. What's up with you? You hit women. Feel my head. >> I want just feel it. I want you to feel it. Listen to me. >> You can cough me, bro. I want you to feel my head cover. I I haven't dealt with you yet, [gasps] >> bro. Film my head here. Cough it. I don't care. Film my head. What you just did? You hit women, my [ __ ] >> You're corny. >> YOU'RE CORNY. I DON'T WANT YOU. I WANT YOU OUT OF HERE. >> You really don't understand, bro. >> Listen, listen. Listen. I haven't dealt with you yet, so um I'm going to put this on you. Okay. >> Okay, gang. Feel my head, though. Why did HE JUST DO THAT? WHY DID HE just bang my head against the wall? What's wrong with y'all? Y'ALL ARE MEN. I GUESS IT'S NOT A WOMAN, MOTHER. >> She wrapped up the whole ridiculous performance by smashing her own head into the wall and then yelling that the police were hitting women. Classic move. Unfortunate for her that this movie had way too many body cams rolling. She ended with multiple charges, including aggravated assault, unlawful weapon possession, and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, along with time in custody afterward. Hopefully, the jail has a beauty program [music] so she can keep worrying about whether she looks sexy in orange. Let's see what people have been saying about this girl. She's not herself. Yes, she is. You just don't want to admit that's who she is. Awful bold of her to think she has room to call anyone ugly. [music] The only thing worse than hearing bruh and bro is when they say it like this idiot. Don't let alcohol take the wheel. Stop arguing with physics. Stop analyzing police eyebrows. And stop [music] turning everything into a dramatic performance. Sleeping at home is always cheaper [music] than criminal charges. While Emma was busy judging appearances, this 17-year-old mastered the art of ruining her own future through bad decisions, non-stop talking, and some very poorly timed kicking. I'm not even wearing a >> I don't want to steal them. I just ask you a simple question. Okay. Why are you getting so violent and so better than BALL YOUR FISTS? >> NO. >> HOW old are you? >> I am 17 years old now. >> Okay. You baldled your fist up at me. >> I don't. >> You're under arrest. Sit down. >> Thank you. All right. STOP. >> I told you to stop. NOW YOU KICK ME. >> I told you to stop. >> On August 30th, 2024, Palace got caught bringing [music] THC onto school grounds. Rather than admitting fault, she activated teen rebellion mode and started yelling while calling them idiots. >> ASKING THE DAMN SAME QUESTION OVER AND OVER AGAIN. HEY. HEY. What's your name? What's your name? Let's start with your name. >> What the do you want? >> You committed a crime. That's what I want. Quit getting with me. You want to go in handcuffs and go to jail? Quit giving me your lip. >> I don't I'm not a staff. I'm not a teacher here. You're messing with messing with a violation of the law. >> So, you be respectful. >> You got it. >> You're not being respectful. I ask you the same dumb question over and over. >> Let's tone it down. Knock it down a little bit. I'm asking >> Okay. Well, this is what we're going to do then since we're going to be this way. Shoes off. >> Listen, >> take your shoes off. >> LOOK, THERE'S NOTHING IN MY >> SHE SEEMED to believe trashtalking officers with handcuffs would somehow improve her image on camera. Unfortunately, the only thing it improved was the speed at which the situation escalated. >> Any other stuff in your bra or anything? I'M NOT EVEN WEARING a >> I don't want to see them. I just ask you a simple question. Okay. Why are you getting so violent and so better than BALL YOUR FIST? >> NO. >> HOW old are you? >> I am 17 years old now. >> Okay. You baldled your fist up at me. >> I don't. >> You're under arrest. Give me your hands. I told you not to ball your fist. ain't going to get in my face. >> No. >> You need a transport unit. >> 17year-old female juvenile. Timothy, >> get up. Get up on your own power. You going to I'm going to charge you with another charge. >> Sit down. >> You got anything else on you before they take you to jail? But they're going to search again. >> Leave me alone. >> Okay, just leave you alone. What's >> wrong with you? >> Um, I don't have anything wrong with me. >> Yes, you do. >> So, this [clears throat] is a crime. >> Oh, no. >> It's a third degree felony. >> Oh, no. >> So, that's what you're going to jail for? >> Third degree felony. And >> Oh, no. >> And resisting. >> Oh, no. >> Okay. >> I'm going to look that one up. That one may or may not apply. I'm going to look that one up, too. >> Big applause for her. non-stop attempts to rage bait the officer. At this point, it almost seemed like she wanted another trip to the ground with that mouth that never stopped running. And yeah, you can probably guess what happened next. >> Right there. >> Oh, that was mine. >> That was you. >> Yeah. >> Can you do me a favor? Watch while I go get some gloves. >> Thanks. >> Oh, that'll work. Yeah, I just need a pair of gloves. You let me down. >> Sit down. >> Sit down. >> Thank you. All right. Bye. >> STOP. I told you to stop. NOW YOU KICK ME. >> I TOLD YOU TO STOP. NO. Let me swim. Just stop. >> I got to car. >> Stop screaming. It's not helping you. >> Stop. >> [laughter] >> Okay, settle down. Get off. [screaming] >> The situation escalated further when she attempted to kick officers during the arrest. She was quickly restrained and taken to the ground where she continued yelling for officers to leave her alone despite initiating the physical confrontation. Can you just make sure that 173 >> Stop banging your head. >> Stop. >> Hey, >> this is a really minor thing. You're turning into something else. Hey, >> there's no need in it. on the radio. >> Hey palace, we're in a movie. Okay, we're going to go to get you up. Okay, >> there we go. >> That's perfect. Good job. >> Thank you. >> You got to help in any way. I need something to restrain nylon or something to strain her feet. >> We're going to need one. She's going to kick and show herself. >> I got I got your >> I got leg shackles in my car. >> It's okay. Just breathe. >> We're not going to let you hurt yourself. We're [laughter] not going to hurt you. >> Your mom's not going to kill you. It's okay. >> I'm trying. try with we go with it. I just want to >> be the ONLY PALACE. I hear you, Palace. I hear you. Don't need to scream. Okay. We're We're [laughter] here listening to you. >> Got something better. All right. You got charges for >> Yeah, I got possession of THC uh battery Leo and resisting >> there. Settle down. >> Hey, you want to grab her other leg, please? Somebody just for support underneath. Thanks. I got slipper lock. button. >> Someone on the other side. >> Yeah, he's LT's going on the other side. >> I'll hang on to her. Uh, you got to leave. Okay, I got hang on to her bags. >> All right, you got her. I'm getting out. I'm sliding out. Go ahead. Come on. >> Pop that on. >> And one, two, three. There we go. >> All right. >> Watching Palace get carried away, you can see two things clearly. Wasted police effort and a young girl wasting her own future. >> So, if I take that hobble off your feet and I let you sit up on your own, you able to do that? You going to be cool with us? >> I'm going to take it off her feet so she can swing around. Just want you to run or play. You're not at the jail. Let's have them under here. Thank you. All right, just give your feet a second. Let them stretch. I know they're probably asleep or something. All right, set them right there. When you're ready to sit up, let us know and he's going to help you sit up. Okay, >> wheelchair right here for you. Okay, I'm just going to have you sit down in this wheelchair. >> All right, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to swing your legs around and I'm going to put them kind of in the front of you. Okay, he's going to help you sit up at the same time. All right, there you go. All right, get your legs under. There you go. Just come out towards me. >> All right, scoot that side. >> She's coming that side. >> Where'd that come from? Probably in her pocket. I got it. I'll go get >> with charges including THC possession, assault on an officer, and resisting arrest. She successfully transformed one school incident into a serious threat to her future. But let's see what people have been saying about this girl. Obviously, the weed is not working for her. First time being held accountable for actions in 17 years. They always start with a disgusting verbal attacks and then when the penny [music] drops its tears and cries for mom. Bringing THC to school was already a bad decision. Kicking a cop made it far worse. Don't turn teenage mistakes into criminal charges just because of a reckless mouth and impulsive actions. And while the previous cases involved intoxication, this next one features an even stronger substance. Pure ego mixed with imaginary authority. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Go this way. >> Just asking you don't make it worse than what it means to me. You got to leave campus. >> You have to leave campus. >> You can't be on campus. >> Calm down. Stop. >> Relax. >> Relax. >> Stop. Calm down. >> Don't touch me. >> You're not doing that because we're told her I would contact her [music] to see to let her know if she passed her SAT. To let her know if she needed to come today to take her. I let her [music] know that she did not pass SAT. So she did not. So when I saw her, she disappointed me. >> On May 22nd, 2023, Daviana, 19, had been suspended from [music] school after allegedly being involved in drug use inside a classroom. Now, normally when a school tells you not to come back, most people stay home and sleep. But not with this girl. She showed up anyway like a dedicated student nobody asked for. And when told to leave, she chose to become a wrestling competitor instead of a graduate. >> Let's go. Let's go then. Thank you. If you go anywhere besides the front office. >> Well, I am. Let's go. Come on, man. >> He needs to go off campus. >> Wrong way. >> You got to um Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Go this way. >> He's asking you. Don't make it worse than what it means to me. You got to leave camp. >> You have to leave campus. >> You can't be on campus. Calm down. Stop. >> Relax. Relax. >> Relax. >> We just need you to exit campus. That's it. >> So we can walk with you to campus. Like off campus. Come on. You making it worse than what it needs to be. >> Stop. Stop. Relax. Stop. Leave me alone. Making it worse. >> [clears throat] >> Go through that corner. Stop. >> You just need to exit. That's all we asking you to do. >> Leave me alone. Back up. >> No. Leave me alone. >> Now you can't punch his arms. [laughter] Calm down. >> Don't touch me. Stop. Stop. Don't. >> All you need to do is make like we ask. We ask nicely. Let me let me go to walk. That's it. >> Let me [panting] >> If you want to walk either that or trespassing, which one you want? [panting] Let me go. You're not going to win. >> [clears throat] >> Back up. Stop. >> You got to get off camera. >> Relax. >> We're doing too much. You're not wrong. >> What do you mean? >> Don't touch me. She makes me grab that one on >> there. No, >> I'll go. >> No, >> no, cuz we have to go to the office. No, you're not. >> Who just hit me? >> Go for two. >> No one hit me. >> Who just hit me? >> No one hit you. >> A [ __ ] tight, man. >> Go for two. >> Open that door. >> Don't let me go, man. Come on, girl. >> Don't let me go down. As Daviana continued resisting and refusing to cooperate, officers moved in to restrain and handcuff her. She then shouted, asking who had hit her, though officers stated she was simply resisting the arrest process herself. >> This is one of the ones from >> the um smoking incident. >> I was smoking the next day when she showed up here. >> Mhm. >> So, we gave her >> She's on campus to finish her stuff. Smith said that there was nothing to get completed. >> So, we gave her the opportunity once more to leave campus. >> Did not want to leave campus. >> Finally got her out of Miss Owen's room. Started walking towards the front door. Decided to take a detour. >> Grabbed it by her arm. She's like I was like, "No, you're going the wrong way." Let me go and started pulling away from me. And now we're here. So this is really not about us. >> Mhm. >> This is about graduation and not >> me. >> Mhm. >> So it's projected at the wrong place. >> Exactly. Besides the fact that Besides [laughter] the fact that her actions led up to this begin, >> she's supposed to be off campus. >> And she was refusing to leave campus at first. Then she said that she was going to walk. And then when I told her go to the front door any anywhere less you're gonna get arrested. So when she went to the front door coming down from the cafeteria towards the front door then she wanted to go towards the patio and then that's why I grabbed her. I was like no we're going the wrong way. >> Okay. >> And then went to grab her by the arm. She pulled away and then that's how she ended up in cuffs. >> Okay. She trespass after warning. >> Mhm. and resisting >> resisting with Yep. >> Is she slated to walk or is there >> I don't know. Um I know her mom just had a kid. >> Um so she has senior privilege. She only has three classes. She has a first period and a third period every day. Um, so what I explained to her last week was since you're a senior, we we're just waiting on test scores. Um, and whatever event took place, all of them got the same consequence. You're not doing that because we're done. I told her I would contact her to see to let her know if she passed her SAT, to let her know if she needed to come today to take her. I let her know that she did not pass SAT, so she did not need to come. So when I saw her, she just ignored me, walked past me. Diana, I tried to slow her down, kept walking past me. >> Look at my team. Miss Hoffman said I could come back and make up my date. I had the message just to prove it. >> You ready to listen? >> Are you ready to listen? Miss Hoffman is a teacher. I am an assistant principal. Dean Maga is a dean. We had communicated to you that you were expected not to come back. >> Debiana tried defending herself by pulling out teacher messages and insisting she needed schoolwork to graduate. Unfortunately for her, screenshots don't magically cancel suspensions or overrule the vice principal. >> You're a grown adult. You should know better by now. And everybody got the same consequence. Everybody that was in the room got the same consequence. So it's not like we did anything different for her. >> And just like I told the other kids that were in that room. They they weren't in there and didn't know that somebody was smoking. There's no way you could not know. The whole room was full of smoke. You came down to the hallway 10 minutes after they walked out and the room was still full of smoke. So and they're not supposed to be in there. So, you're out of area doing what you're not supposed to be doing as an adult school campus as an adult. Like, that's I don't understand where the confusion is. >> How old are you again? >> I'm 19. >> 19 years old. >> You're a grown adult, young lady. >> I was first. I was I went to him. Okay. You would have told me if I was error but the thing she had suspended cuz I was not doing nothing. >> I saw the report I wasn't involved and said y'all searched me and then my mama called her and said y'all can't suspend me without no drug testing. Y'all did not drug test me. We don't do drug. >> Since when does a school drug test students? >> You want to know that? >> We don't. >> Schools don't drug test students. >> Only students that get drug tested or if they're on probation. >> Y'all just not getting this. So, but yeah, like I was >> I've been here for 3 years and he's been working this for like nine. >> But like I saying, y'all my mom said y'all couldn't drug test. That means y suspended. >> Well, you were suspended. But did you get drug testing? No. Okay. >> So, the drug testing is >> So, what's the point of suspending me? >> Cuz you're out of area. >> Could have just told me that. >> You knew that. That's what the suspension was for. Out of area. >> Y'all give me an honest answer. >> How about what? >> Y'all think she going to be mad at me? >> Who? >> My mom. >> You're saying mom sent you to school? >> Go ahead, sir. Go ahead, sir. didn't send you. >> She didn't send you. >> Call me, please. >> No, I have to come back. >> Daviana kept asking why the school didn't drug test her. Because this is a school, not a police station or a rehab breakfast special. She got suspended for being inside a smoke filled room and violating school policy. They didn't need a lab result. I see the situation was already a mess. No trespassing and um resisting without >> Wait, you don't she go here? She go what? You uh say you're an adult. She say you stay. She went to DJ. So >> I went to DJ. >> You said you went to not DJ. I'm sorry. 3165. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Come on, man. You got to me like that, >> girl. You was just all sweet on the phone with your mama and now you want to sell out again. Chill out. >> This is a different person. >> My ear. My ear. >> You say one more thing. You walking out with them braids showing. I swear >> I swear you going to walk out with them braids showing. hard. >> Luckily, like I said, you're only going to be in there for a couple minutes. >> I'm turn my head. You listen. All right. Thank you. Appreciate it. >> Daviana was charged with trespassing after warning and nonviolent resisting. And while she wanted to graduate, she completely failed her first real life exam on how to behave like an adult. Let's see what people have been saying about her. Zero respect, zero brains, zero accountability, and zero lessons learned. Now expel, trespass, and arrest her, and stop coddling her. She brought this all on herself. Ridiculous. How awful is your home life when you get [music] suspended from school and show up anyways? Life tip. Once you're 19, acting like a teenager stops working as an excuse. If school tells you to leave, don't turn it into a dramatic campus tour with screaming included. Next up, a painfully arrogant driver willing to hit 130 mph just to challenge death itself and treat the law like a joke. >> You can have be any age old firearm. As long as it's locked up and you have two things on you, you're fine to have it. My stepdad bought it for me for Christmas. >> Okay, step out. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Yes, you have a handgun in the vehicle. Chase, you're not 21 yet. >> For what? >> Chase, step out of the vehicle, please. Don't be ridiculous. >> For what? >> Step out of the vehicle. You have >> uh before rapidly transforming from street racing alpha male into a sobbing preschooler the moment officers caught up to him at his girlfriend's place. >> Kids in here. >> Step out now. Come on out, man. >> Take it easy. >> You don't have the gun. >> You don't have it. >> Okay. >> Yelling at you there for a minute. >> Chase, you got the right style. You understand that? All right. Anything you say can use. You understand that? >> On July 27th, 2024, Chase got stopped for dark tint and a loud exhaust. Instead of cooperating, he chose the Fast and Furious Tamu's version route and acted like traffic laws were optional. How you doing? Lieutenant McConnell. >> How's it going? >> Good. >> I know who you are. What was I doing? >> Okay. Well, first of all, you have your window tent's too dark. And number two, you have an aftermarket exhaust. Do you have an ID on you? >> Yeah. No, my ID is not on me, but I have my social security card. >> Okay. Can I get that? And can >> None of my stuff are legal on my car? >> Okay. Can Can you roll out the window a little bit so I can show you on the meter here, please? >> Yeah. >> Right there. That's good. >> It's not even You can see >> 27%. It's got to be over 50. >> That's not even over it. Okay, listen. Look. 28%. >> So, what is there a ticket on it? >> Are you just pulling me over and letting me know for >> I'm just sitting here talking to you, buddy. That's all I'm doing. Okay. I haven't got that far yet. Can I get you? You don't have an ID on you? >> Yeah. I have my social security card. Can I grab it? >> Yeah. >> Lost my ID. I was selling my truck. I think some Mexican took it honestly, but my social security card. >> Okay. I have insurance. >> Who's the vehicle registered to? >> Me. I have insurance. Everything on it. >> Looks like it's registered to a fleet company. >> Yeah, it's still being leased. >> I understand. >> I don't understand the issue. Officer McConnell. What >> time is it? >> 117. >> So, it's reasonable. So, it's reasonable that I would stop violations at night to see what's going on. >> Yeah. >> And maybe give a person a warning depending on how they act. >> Okay. Yeah. >> But you're giving me a hard time cuz your window tent is too dark. >> And this is >> last time we had a run in with each other. >> Um, no. You got arrested? >> No, I didn't get arrested, but you wrote me a a huge ticket >> for what? >> I don't even really remember it. >> Oh, do you remember the the time that you didn't go to jail and you got diversion instead that time? >> Yeah, because that was the choice the judge gave me >> and he gave you a choice and then let let's just do it again. Do you carry a firearm? >> Yes, >> you do carry a firearm. It's in the back locked up. >> I don't need to touch it. >> Okay. It's in It's in the back here. >> It's in a case locked up. >> I understand. How old are you today? >> But I'll be right back with you. Okay. >> He's advising he's got a 40 in the vehicle, right? >> Yes. >> Based on the fact that he's 20 and that's a handgun, that's going to be felt illegal. I'll be out. >> All right. Is that a handgun? >> What >> is that? A handgun? Yes. >> How old would you have to be to have a handgun? >> You can have be any age to hold your firearm. As long as it's locked up and you have two things on you, you're fine to have it. My stepdad bought it for me for Christmas. >> Okay. Step out. >> Step out of the vehicle? >> Yes. You have a handgun in the vehicle. Chase, you're not 21 yet. >> For what? >> Chase, step out of the vehicle, please. Don't be ridiculous. >> For what? >> Step out of the vehicle. you have. Instead of stepping out of the car, Chase hit the self-destruct button. Rather than complying, Chase launched himself into careerending speedrun mode, blasting through the streets at 210 kmh like a bargain bin Dominic Tretto. Unfortunately, he forgot one tiny detail. The officers already know exactly who and where he is. Chase just let us on 130 mph traffic pursuit. >> Where? >> So I stopped him right here. >> Yeah. >> In front of uh the police department. >> Yeah. >> Just to talk to him about his window tent. There was a gun case in the back seat. >> I asked him if there was a gun in there. Said yes. He's not allowed to have a gun cuz he's 20. >> Okay. >> Got to be 21 to have a fire. >> Yeah, baby. >> Stand by. >> Um I told him to get out of the vehicle. He put it in drive and took off. >> So where where'd he go? Um, he last time I saw him, he was going through Woodstock, hits 130 mph, so I turned, so I shut it down. He's looking at a litany of felony charges. I'd like for him to be taken into custody safely. >> So, he is just on the run. >> Yes. Um, I was going 115 and I couldn't catch up to him. >> Um, >> where does he stay at, ma'am? >> Um, he was living with his girlfriend, but they've been fighting, so I honestly I don't know. >> Who's his girlfriend? >> Huh? >> Who's his girlfriend? >> Um, >> Alyssa. >> What is it? Alyssa, >> where's Sheila there? >> Uh, >> I don't know the exact address. >> If you can talk him into turning himself in, that'd be the best route. >> Once officers tracked him down, they decided to give Chase a big surprise he definitely wasn't going to forget anytime soon. >> 143. >> Hi. >> Where is he at? Chase, come out here. >> He don't have a He step out now. Kids in here. >> Step out now. Yeah, man. >> Take it easy. >> You don't have the gun. >> Okay. >> People get hurt. >> Your dad 143 mil 21. >> All right. Thank you for being a cool man. All right. >> You hid behind the door, man. I didn't know if you had a gun behind the door. >> I'm sorry. >> So that's why I, you know, yelled at you there for a minute. Chase, >> you got the right to your style. You understand that? All right. Anything you say can use against your court. You understand that? You understand them rights? >> All right. >> Where's the handgun at? >> Inside the house, sir. >> Can we get it so we don't have to get a warrant? >> Can I walk with you so you're not holding the gun? Okay. >> Yeah, >> bro. I was going to give you a misdemeanor ticket. I was going to give you a ticket for M M4 improper hand firearm. It's the one I messing. No, maybe let's leave here. >> Nope. All right. >> Okay. Is that revolver that we got? Is that the same gun that was in the car when Okay. >> All right. You know, you're not allowed to have you can't have that um like that until you're uh um 21. Okay. Not old enough. You're going to go to jail today for F felony of the third degree felina loot, F5 obstruction, tampering with evidence, and then um carrying concealed weapon and improper hand motor vehicle. You got about six felonies. Okay, you are going to have zero. I was going to charge you with a misdemeanor and tell you funny how the confidence vanished the second the cuffs clicked on. The 210 km per hour road raging suddenly turned into a crying cooperative puppy after realizing his escape attempt had multiplied his legal problems into six felonies. >> Oh, I'm probably I'm probably going to have to charge you with underage, too, cuz you're in possession of that alcohol. >> What's the fastest speed you saw on your speedometer? >> 102. No, you going way faster than that, dog. cuz I was going 120 and I couldn't catch it, bro. >> I mean, it goes it gets there really fast. Like, >> it's not a top speed car. It's like a 0 to 60 type of >> 0 to 500. I thought you were flying. >> It's a speedy Gonzalez that came by earlier. >> He was He was the runner. >> Yeah, he's a speedy. >> Look at you. >> That's the road runner. That's the road runner. >> This is the road runner. >> Was that you, Chase? Yeah, this is a road runner. >> Slow as [ __ ] >> bro. That [ __ ] my ass. >> He fast and furious. Your ass flat curve, >> dude. That's [ __ ] >> What kind of motor was in that? >> SRT or just >> went up into Woodstock. I terminated in Woodstock. Then just I ain't trying to die, bro. This mother driving a [ __ ] rocket ship. >> Yeah, I know. We saw it. >> Today was flying. >> Hey, bud. As a serious fashion statement, don't ever wear that pants anymore. >> I was I was working out. Let me explain this to you. So, this is a X-ray machine. So, this scans you and looks at and looks at things that are in your body. Okay? These folks are trained to um observe abnormalities that show up on your skin. There is something that looks like a bag in your stomach. Okay? I'm not saying that it's anything. Here's what I am telling you. If you have something in you, you need to tell us now so whatever it is doesn't kill you. Now, where you're going to go is a dry cell. Okay? Okay? And you're going to hang out in a dry cell, which means you can't flush a [ __ ] You don't get any water, no [ __ ] nothing. Okay? And they're going to wait for that to pass. Okay? Then if you [ __ ] with it, whatever it is, if it's something, then you catch another F3. And that's a guaranteed prison trip. So if you ate something, you need to tell us now so you don't get dead and don't go to prison. >> I warned you. >> At the station, officers offered Chase an X-ray check and hinted they saw something suspicious in his stomach. Even though there was actually nothing there, that tiny scare was enough to make this little puppy completely panicked, immediately admitting he had tossed a bag of drugs during the chase to destroy evidence. He ultimately faced multiple felony charges, including fleeing and eluding, obstruction, tampering with evidence, improper handling of a firearm, and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit. Let's see what people have been saying about this young man. It's usually not a good sign when the cops know your name, your mom, and your girlfriend. 20 is both his age and his IQ. The fact that the mom wasn't more shocked is insane. While the previous guy turned a traffic stop into a felony collection, this next drunk teenager somehow managed to speedrun his way straight into custody over something that should have stayed minor. Okay. >> Okay. Your ID. >> I don't have an ID on me. >> How old are you? >> 21. >> I don't believe you. >> No. I have two adults and I probably want to die because I know why. Can you know why? >> Don't say that. >> I don't have one on me. Don't have it on me. So, why would you tell me you had one? >> I didn't. >> You think I was You think this was going to get past me? >> No. Turn around. >> Get down on the ground now. Get down. Get the down. Get out. Around sunrise on June 15th, 2025, dispatch started getting flooded with calls about three intoxicated frat boys treating the neighborhood like their personal afterparty. >> My brother to come pick us up. >> Okay. Where do you guys live? >> I live. >> Hey, come back here. >> I live 10 minutes away. >> I'm shooting the street. >> Okay. Why is there a broken beer bottle on the street? That was not me. >> You got an idea with you? >> Me? >> Yes, you. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I live 10 minutes away from >> Where is 10 minutes away specifically? >> I think you want to file what? walking back. >> I just ordered new and then my brother >> cuz I'm going to go stop him and he's started to become a thorn in my side. >> One of my buddies. >> Okay. I told you to stop. >> So why didn't So you do you have open alcohol in the street. So yes, you do have to stop. >> Okay. >> Okay. Your ID. >> I don't have an ID on me. >> How old are you? >> I'm 21. >> I don't believe you. You're hanging out with kids that are not 21. >> I'm walking home. >> No, you're not. Stop. Or you're going to be under arrest. You want to go that route? >> No. >> Okay. Do you have an ID on you? Cuz I can just arrest I can arrest you, check your pockets, and search. >> I do not have an ID on me. >> Okay. What's your name? >> Noah. >> H Noah. >> Yo. >> Noah. >> Noah. What's your last name? Spell it. >> You got a middle name? >> Nope. >> It's your birthday. I have to give it to you. >> Hm. I have to give it to you. >> Put the bottles down. >> Am I under arrest? >> Yes, you are. >> Can I give you? >> Put your bottles down. You're under arrest. >> All right. I got to come home now. >> No. Put your bottles down. You're under arrest. You're You're an adult. Oh no. >> Officers expressed skepticism about the group's claims, noting their behavior, appearance, and lack of valid identification. They informed the individuals that they could either voluntarily provide identification or face arrest and a lawful search. And somehow he chose both options at the same time, just with a much worse ending for himself afterward. >> Maybe Victor one, I got one to tank. Where's your idea? Can you Can you please Can you listen to me for >> No, you can answer my question first. >> Yes. Yes. No, that's why I'm trying to say can you listen to me? >> Where is your ID? >> I put in a place you cannot grab it and I will grab it. >> Where is it? >> It's in my balls. Can you Can I have my grab it? Can you take me out? I will grab it and I will pour it out. I will be >> How old are you? >> I'm so an adult. >> I'm an adult. I'm an absolute adult and I probably want to die because I know why. You want to know why? >> Don't say that. >> I know, but I wanted to know why. Because I walked from a girl. I I should be home right now sleeping. And now >> You should be home right now sleeping. >> Want to know why? Because I try to get my friend to walk with me. I will show it to you. >> After being placed in handcuffs, Noah became highly emotional, repeatedly making dramatic statements about his situation and regretting being out intoxicated, causing disturbances early in the morning. >> Give me the ID. You want to go back in handcuffs? No. >> Give me your your actual ID. >> I don't have one on me. Don't have it. >> So, why would you tell me you had one? >> I didn't. >> You think I was You think this was going to get past me? >> No. Turn around. Somebody else down there. Get down on the ground now. Get down. Get the down. Get down. Put your arms out of your side. I need one more person down where I'm at. Further down the block. You just want to die. >> You're under arrest. >> No. Pain. Yes, you did. You idiot. >> I was just go right ahead. >> You wanted to find me over a fake ID, you idiot. Yes, you did. And my body cam's still on. So, >> stand up. Can you help me out? No problem fighting with me. You should have no problem standing up. >> Oh, wow. >> That's not his file. It's a fake idea. That's what he wanted to fight me over. >> Yeah. >> Noah eventually produced identification, but officers discovered it was fake ID. The situation escalated further when he attempted to grab the fake ID back from police, prompting officers to physically restrain and handcuff him on the sidewalk. >> He overstepped his boundaries. All right. So, >> I just want to know what's going to >> He's going he's going to the police station. He's going to get charged with a couple misdemeanors for >> Okay. >> for obviously fighting with the police being one of them. >> Okay. >> So, >> do you guys know his first name? >> Do you know his first name? >> Cuz that was one. That's what we were fighting. That's one of the things we were fighting about. >> Who was? >> What did Noah do? >> Oh, it's Noah. >> Yes, it's Noah. >> Noah's being an idiot. >> Noah wanted to fight me over having a fake ID and wanted to take it back after I took it from him. >> I'm trying. >> I swear to God. >> I'm trying to do the same. He I told I I asked him for his name. >> He tried to give me a fake ID as his actual ID, thinking I wasn't going to realize it. And when I tried to toss it to the side, he tried to take it back and fight me for it. >> He tried to hand him a fake >> and then I handed you a fake ID. >> He tried to fake him a fake >> tried to take it back from me. I tried to tell him he's under arrest again. He wanted to fight. >> He tried to take it from me. >> Oh my >> brother going to pick you up. >> Yes. >> How old are you guys? >> Uh 19. >> How old are you actually? >> 19. All right. Uh-huh. >> You can. >> I ran your ID. Yeah, we're good. We have his ID. >> Yeah. >> Okay. No, we got it. >> 19. >> You're 20. >> Wait, I get that back. >> Vic, can you make me primary in this, please? >> You're 20 and you're drinking. >> Oh, you smell. >> You are. >> You guys been drinking. Stop going. It's not like we haven't done it before. >> Hey, Owen smells normal. >> All right, I've done this long enough. All right. >> Say it legally. >> I don't care. >> People's yard. I was grabbing their morning. >> Did you guys get a call? >> Yes, we did. That's why we're here. >> We All right. >> Trust me, I was I was supposed to be going home in 20 minutes. I had no I have no idea. >> I apologize cuz realistically >> they told us look for three people in the middle of >> when he lied to you. I'm surprised he didn't pull up my but >> I apologize. >> Usually >> I did not think >> we don't give that many houses. But >> where do you stay? Hey, >> if you're going to be chill though, >> we're good. >> Yeah, it's I'm just not chill with him cuz he want to be a pain in the ass. So you guys have been cool. You did exactly what we we got to get on the phone, bro. >> Is he doing bro? >> So he's probably going to need a ride in about 30 40 minutes. So if you can arrange somebody who's sober to come pick us up. >> All right. >> I'd appreciate it. >> What a goddamn retire. >> I might be able to get my brother to go. >> Perfect. As long as he's sober. >> So all right. I'm >> You know my mom? >> Yeah. Your mom was working. >> You guys are VP. >> Okay. >> Your mom was still there when I was there. >> Okay. >> Damn. He knows your mom. >> Oh boy, you're screwed. >> Buddy, you're tough. >> My mom quit working there cuz she got pregnant with me. >> You're still causing our issues though. >> I didn't I didn't do anything. >> Well, maybe not. >> So, real quick, just cuz now this is my paper. Um, where were you guys coming from? >> A friend's house. >> Our friend's house in the area. >> We don't. >> Yeah. Right. I mean, >> and what was your intention of walking down the street? Were you hanging out? Were you walking somewhere? >> I ordered an Uber. We were going to Uber. All right, good enough. I just wanted to walk cuz >> I would have walked home, but I live I put in Google Maps and it was like, yeah, hour and 15 minutes and I was like, >> I am not walking an hour. >> Fair enough. I just want to make sure I got it right. >> Yeah, >> I mean, we had no bad intentions. >> No, you guys are cool. >> You know what? >> We were probably loud, so I understand that. >> We didn't mean to be. >> We were just trying to figure out >> You guys You guys are kids. I get it. I mean, we were we were just trying to get home. >> They're home. >> He's close. Noah's close. I was trying to just Uber home. >> What's Noah's last name? >> Okay. Do you know how to uh what his birthday is? >> Do you know what his birthday is? >> His birthday. >> You got on Facebook or anything? >> Um, you definitely got his Facebook. >> He's got to be on Facebook. I'm looking at the face. >> You recognize his [laughter] face. >> It's not hard cuz I'm sure Ernie's probably probably >> The two loyal friends immediately switched sides, admitting they were actually only 19 to 20 years old, praising the officers for doing the right thing and casually calling Noah an idiot the second he got thrown into the patrol car. Honestly, with friends like that, you might as well find a new friend group. Though legally speaking, they pretty much had no choice if they didn't want to end up sharing a jail cell with him. He was ultimately charged with multiple offenses, including use of a fake ID, resisting law enforcement, underage alcohol consumption, and disorderly conduct. And in the final case of the day involves a school-related incident characterized by escalating drama, claims of injustice, and an eventual resolution inside the administrative office. On February 19th and 20th, 2026, police received 911 calls from the victim and her mother. Shortly after an assault at a McDonald's, the victim had been attacked and her mother was determined to push the case as far as possible. >> I told her when I got off the phone, I said, "Call 911. Tell them you just got attacked. I'll be there in a minute." >> I am mom so I need to be here. She got jumped. >> Okay. >> But she is 18. So I want to fully press everything we can on her. >> Understandable. So, now I'm going to get it re-evaluated because if this caused more damage, I want even more. >> Can you do me a huge favor? >> Yes. >> Can you write down all of her information? So, full name, I need first, middle, last. >> And she was steering clear of all these kids because Yeah. Like these boys mom came trying to attack her like these boys are just causing problems in our lives. >> I got you. >> But I know it should be on footage. So, >> yeah. And that's what I'm going to go work on right now. >> I'm assuming a black female. >> Um, is she black or is she Mexican? >> Mexican. >> Mexican. >> Mexican. Okay. >> Really like dark eyebrows though. >> Dark eyebrows. >> She's been at her house for like 3 weeks straight until like Yeah. >> Crop top and gray sweatpants. >> And gray sweatpants. Okay. When you So you guys used to be friends? >> Oh yeah. >> Where did she live when you were friends? >> We She was always at my house. I was never at hers. >> Okay. >> It was my house every single day. >> I've got confirmed battery charges from an 18-year-old female juvenile female. Um she's got scratches and stuff on her. Hello. What's up? >> Who's the manager? >> You're the manager. Okay. Can I get look at some footage? >> We had a fight that just occurred out here in the parking lot not too long ago. >> I'm Jake from Rodriguez. Um, >> okay. Let me look on the camera real quick. >> I come with you. Okay. >> Sorry. They're weird about stuff and I want to make sure I don't have to travel. >> I got you. >> I'm from Ohio, so I just moved recently. >> Gotcha. >> Yeah. I just got to have you just sign a video release form. Is that okay? >> I can get one. >> You I'm going to bring you one. We have one. Okay. >> Okay. Yeah, let's go for >> Yeah. I'll give it to you and then you can come back after that. Okay. >> All right. >> Sorry it's annoying. I know. >> Just sign there, there, there, and there. >> Guys, guys. Hey. Hey. Can we quiet? Can we be quiet? How long is it? I'm sorry. >> So, let's see. Do you know exactly where it was? >> Um, >> somewhere over here. >> Yeah, somewhere over there. >> Probably about 20 minutes ago. Should be uh two females. >> Can you find us with it? >> Yeah, I appreciate that. >> You just Yeah, it's normal. >> There we go. How can I get this? >> Export. Maybe. >> Is there a way for you to export that to me? >> Yeah. >> They got to get you guys a better system. We got footage. >> Let me ask sometimes I know frustrated. Is it back in her story? >> Yeah. >> My daughter's >> Yep. Uh whoever it was that she's claiming did it. >> Yeah. >> Walked up to her real aggressive and started swinging. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, she was within her rights to swing back if she did, which I didn't really see. >> She didn't. I've been on her. Okay. Long story short, back home. >> Has this been a problem before with her? Anyway, anyway, >> she picks the wrong friends. So, yes, she's gotten into it because she picks the wrong friends, learns better, moves on, then they come back. >> Here's supposed to be a clean slate. And it has been. And it's She just went to church last night to talk to her pastor about this. Spent two hours with her pastor because now she has her dance season's dunk. She tore her ACL and she wanted to pick better friends, do all this better stuff and all this. So, yeah, I'm glad to know it. >> Yeah. >> Quiet down, little one. Let the cops do their business. her parents kick her out very frequently. I don't, you know, since moving here, that's like the fourth one of her friends that the parents kick out all the time. I don't get it. >> We got to We got to work on these friends. >> Yes, we are working on that. And like I said, at church last night, she sat for like 2 hours with her pastor and she does realize that she has such a good future. She's baton thrower. >> Mhm. Uh essentially what happens from here is I collect all the evidence that I have, put it in a case file, go to the States attorney, state attorney files for a warrant on her arrest for battery. Okay, perfect. Thank you. >> This drama had everything. Broken friendships, an ex-boyfriend, twin brothers, and even a 2-hour church counseling session with a pastor. Life really does feel like a neverending TV series. >> Yes. >> Hi, I'm Officer Chris. Good morning. >> Hi. Are you the investigative officer here? >> I am assisting in the case. The investigating officer is not here today. Okay. But before we start talking, I'm going to read you something. Okay. It's your right. I have to read this to you. Do you understand each of the rights that I have explained to you? Yes, sir. >> And having these rights in mind, do you wish to answer questions and make a statement today? >> Yesterday. >> Okay. All right. So, tell me what happened. I know uh something happened at the McDonald's occurred at the McDonald's. >> Okay. Um well, first my question is yesterday whenever the investigation happened and stuff as as 18 as an 18-year-old and stuff, I understand right now is if I'm still in school. It's It's weird because my mom is very upset right now cuz she stops to check me out. But yeah, at the same time, I'm 18. I'm about to get taken to a county jail and stuff for something that I haven't even been spoken to about, but I didn't even know police were involved. I called off of work yesterday. Stayed home in the case that there was an issue out of it in the case that I needed to be home to make a statement for something. The first thing I did, I went straight home and I I went I said, "Mom, what do I, you know, what do I do?" We talked. Do we go to you know, whatever? Whatever. >> Nobody came to us. I was just going to leave it be or whatever because I mean I didn't I I wasn't I wasn't going to press charges. I mean I wasn't whatever. [snorts] Cool.
