June is Pride Month, a time to celebrate the queer community and the principle that everyone is equal under the law. But sometimes the line between demanding equal rights and demanding special treatment starts to blur. >> Are you stopping me because I'm a transwoman? I am not going to give you >> Provide the documents. >> Okay. >> I did not commit a crime. >> You reached directly for the start button. Don't play. >> No, I No, I did not >> I watched your finger go for the start button. >> Because some entitled transgenders believe the rules apply to everyone except themselves. >> I will still have to do no cooperating. I have no reason to pull up pull me over. So, this is how Wisconsin treats transgenders. >> Hey, you just touched my Please don't do that. >> I'm non-transgender non-binary. I don't want to be searched by a man. I'm transgender non-binary and I don't want to be searched by a man. >> Today, we're about to see what happens when entitlement collides head-on with reality and the law. First up is a trans man on probation who decided to drive a loud pickup with fake tags around a campground. What should have been a minor traffic stop was about to become a one-way ticket to jail. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. I am. I'll see every one of you in court. This is how Wisconsin treats transgenders. Get the off of me. >> Make sure there's no keys nothing in there. >> Hey, enough of that. Touch me like that, dude. >> On May 16th, 2023, officers in Polk County, Wisconsin tracked down a suspicious red vehicle seen around a campground. They initiated a traffic stop after noticing its loud exhaust and illegal plates. Here is what happened next. >> Hey there. >> You got that light in my eyes, what can I have the problem? >> What's going on? >> What do you want? >> Well, one, your exhaust is loud. >> So what? >> Two of these plates don't match this vehicle. >> So what? What are you harassing me for? >> Well, we've gotten calls on you about being at a campground. I was just curious what you were doing out there. >> Okay. All right. What's your badge number? >> My badge number is 919. >> Okay. >> Can I see some ID, please? >> You have no business pulling me over. >> Well, I do. >> No, you don't. >> Yes, I do. You have a loud exhaust. >> What's the matter? >> And the plates are spread come back on this vehicle. >> Oh, you just go around running everybody >> When I feel like it, yeah. Yeah. >> That's not >> Why don't you give me your ID? >> Yeah. >> Give me your ID. >> Valer. >> ID. >> You want my >> Why? >> I'm not >> Huh? >> Valer. >> Gotcha. >> Yeah. >> 919 copy. Show me another card. Show me your ID. So, why won't you give me your ID? >> I told you my name. >> I didn't hear your name. >> Valer. >> Valer? >> Yeah. >> That's your name? Okay. Is your driver's license through Wisconsin or Minnesota? Um just curious. I kind of got to know so I know who you're who you are. >> 919 143. >> Well, I need to know where your ID is out of so I can run it properly. >> I did. I don't know how to >> 919 coming back as >> going to give I've been doing this since before you were police officer. >> Okay. Why are you causing issues? >> Yeah, cuz I'm causing them. >> Well, I don't know why >> Get away from >> I don't know why you can't give me your ID. >> I told you my name, dude. Get away from my truck. >> Gotcha. So, your first name is is what again? >> Valer. >> Valer? I'm just trying to understand. >> Do you understand now, Valer? >> Okay. I don't know why you got to be so hostile about it. All right. Can't be on the vehicle unless they match up, right? You got any insurance on this or no? Right. >> No, not for insurance. Okay, well you're in you're in Wisconsin. Okay, so you have to have insurance to operate on a public roadway. Okay. So, where are you living at these days? What's your business at the campground there? It is my business. Sure is. We've gotten eight different phone calls on you. Okay. Never met you before in my life. That'd be fine. How do you figure that? Yeah, well I wasn't working last night. Okay. Sure. Wisconsin or somewhere else? Where what state? It does matter. I don't think so. >> [laughter] >> I don't think so. So, your license says you moved out of state. It says nothing about reinstated. Sure. And what I'm trying to tell you is it does not say you have a valid driver's license. In Wisconsin. Because my system says you're not valid. Well, my system trumps your word. The OC has nothing to do with your driving status. >> From the moment the stop began, the driver was openly hostile. He refused to provide a license, repeatedly questioned the deputy's authority, and insisted the police database was full of errors. That argument was about to age very badly. >> So, you're still detained. You are not free to leave. >> Why? >> I'm not going to explain it to you right now. >> How do you know I am not? >> I don't know. >> Yes, you are. Why? >> You're not free to leave. >> Why? >> So, hang out here. >> No, you're going to tell me why. >> For the same reasons I told you before. >> Why? >> You don't have a driver's license. You don't have insurance on the vehicle. >> a driver's license, mother Look it up. >> So, you are still detained. You are not free to leave. >> I've been waiting here for an hour, mother Get your supervisor. >> I'm getting my location from the night >> You are not free to leave. >> I'm not leaving. >> 10-4, radio is free, and I'm getting the location. >> [ __ ] >> No. >> Why do I have A MOTOR HOME? >> I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S HUNTER OR NOT, BUT PROBATION IS >> I TAKE probation from where? >> Wisconsin. >> Where? Where in Wisconsin? >> The state of Wisconsin. >> Where in Wisconsin? >> It doesn't matter. Probation is probation. >> Did you have to tell me where the I'm on probation from? >> You're out of probation in Saint Croix County. >> Okay. >> The The warrant is issued in the state of Wisconsin. >> So, Wisconsin is also who I have to answer to. Not just here. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, >> Yes, I'll be out of jail in the morning, and I'll be coming right back after. >> Okay. So, the warrant's been issued. >> Okay. >> Supervisor's on the way, but right now you are under arrest. >> Okay. >> So, I need you to understand that. >> Okay. >> So, I don't want to make this any bigger of a situation than it needs to be. And a part of that is I would appreciate some cooperation. >> The system revealed the driver was on probation for several felony offenses, including fleeing police. Within minutes, probation issued a warrant hold, putting him one step away from a jail cell. >> And I don't want And I don't want to do that. Okay, well, then you need to work with me. Then you need to work with me so that doesn't happen. Okay? And we can't do any of that stuff until you step out of the vehicle. Okay, I'm not worried about any of the truck stuff. Do you have anybody that can come get the truck? Do you know anybody in the area? We're doing this Probation placed him in the vehicle. Caller, he's got a warrant out for your arrest. Open the door, we're going to break it in. >> Um I'm finding my keys. >> Okay, I don't care. Open the door. Okay, you're under arrest. Take anything out of there. Well, you now have to come out right now. You are under arrest. Don't care. So, you can open the door, we're going to break but Okay. Get your ass out of my It's not going to happen. You've had more than enough time. Out. Out. >> I am. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. I am. >> Last time I'm going to tell you. >> You ain't telling me >> I want to change my mind back. >> I'll see every one of you in court. I'm selling you out. You ain't holding on to my dick. >> Hey. >> You better let go of my dick. >> Let go of me, dude. >> That's enough of that. >> Get your hand back there. >> Yeah. Get your hand back there, now. Get your hand back there. Let's go. >> You think you're >> Some tough guy do. >> Make me drop my >> So, this is how West Hollywood streets turns to gender. >> As deputies pulled him from the truck, he claimed he was being targeted for being transgender. The problem here is the arrest paperwork seemed much more interested in his probation status and refusal to cooperate. >> Let me the [ __ ] off. You guys have had plenty of [ __ ] time. Now, call my friend. Call my friend to come get my truck, like you said. Get the [ __ ] off of me. >> No. >> Get the off of me. >> Make sure there's no keys, nothing in there. >> Hey. Enough of that. Don't touch me like that. Get the off of my Enough. >> You better let go of me, dude. >> That's enough. >> Yeah? >> It's off. Stone, you dumb [ __ ] >> We got to make sure there's nothing >> You're dumb. >> Okay. >> All right, LET GO OF ME. OW. >> IN. >> MOTHER >> IN. >> LET THE [ __ ] OFF OF ME, YOU >> THEN GET IN. >> I'll >> Get in. >> You [ __ ] hurt my You let go of me. >> Get in. >> I'm trying to get in. You hit my knee again, you >> Get in. >> Yeah, is your body camera on? >> GET IN. GET IN OR YOU'RE GOING to get sprayed. >> The driver was ultimately convicted of operating an unregistered vehicle, failing to maintain a proper exhaust system, driving without a valid license, and driving without insurance. He was fined more than $750, and after failing to pay on time, his license was promptly suspended. Let's see what the internet had to say about this guy. You just go around pulling over people? Well, that's what a cop does, so. All credit to the officers for not bursting out laughing when he climbed out of his truck. This is why you don't indulge people in their delusions. What a self-entitled POS. A forever victim. A minor [music] traffic violation doesn't have to end in handcuffs unless you decide to fight the process every step of the way. Think those random troublemakers were entitled? Let's head to Hawaii where a Hollywood star decided a karaoke bar was the perfect place to stage their latest public meltdown. >> I assert my fourth fourth amendment amendment rights. I claim my fourth amendment rights not be unla- Hey, you just touched my Please don't do that. I'm transgender and non-binary and I don't want to be searched by a man. I claim my fourth amendment rights. >> That's right. Our main character today is none other than the Flash. But instead of protecting Central City, he somehow found himself making headlines at a karaoke bar in Hawaii in the early morning of March 28th, 2022. Ezra Miller allegedly turned a karaoke night into a police incident by snatching a microphone and assaulting another patron. Did someone really sing that badly or was a Hollywood star just having a much worse night than everyone else? Here's what happened next. >> What's going >> on? >> I don't know. I guess they were singing a song and then he got triggered for some reason. He's Ezra Miller He assaulted I guess there was an incident before too where he got up and he started filming people and he >> Why are you taking pictures of me? I don't like it. I think you're out of your place. >> But he's filming in the state. >> I'm still standing on Ezra Miller. Hey, Ezra, can you step outside with me? >> Sure. >> You want to step outside? >> Come on. >> Let's step outside. You're causing a disturbance. Let's step outside. >> I got assaulted and I started filming. >> Okay, let's talk let's talk stories outside. >> Let's talk stories outside. >> What's going on? >> I got assaulted in this bar twice in a row. I filmed myself when I get assaulted >> Okay, that's fine. >> for NFT crypto >> Jowair. What's your name? What's your name? >> stand over here so I can talk to you? >> WHAT'S YOUR BADGE NUMBER? >> White key. >> Ezra. >> Full name. Full badge number. Tell me your name and your badge number. Tell me your name and your badge number. Please don't touch me. Tell me your name and your badge number. Now. >> I don't know. I really don't know. >> Tell me tell me your NAME AND YOUR BADGE NUMBER. >> WHITE KEY 126. >> You >> Get off the road. Yeah. Hey, can see if we get on victim. >> Here from Instagram live my fans. Here are the >> Ezra, get off the road. >> You got it, boss. Whatever you say, I'm complying. I'm here to comply. >> Ezra, come. Let's talk stories in. >> I don't want to. Thank you. >> As soon as officers approached, Ezra insisted he was the one who had been attacked and launched an Instagram live stream for his audience. He even claimed he was there to comply, yet he kept moving around despite police calling him back. Does that really comply? >> Come back over here. Let's talk about it. >> held for a crime or interrogation? Yes or no? I ASSERT MY FOURTH FIFTH AND SIXTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS. >> Come here. Come here. COME HERE. >> WHY ARE YOU CHASING ME? AM I BEING HELD? Am I being interrogated for a crime? >> Yep. >> What? What's the crime? >> Disorderly. >> Not for ready. Put your hands behind your back. >> That's the crime, disorderly conduct. Very good. >> Central 121, what do we have tonight? >> I have the blue light. >> You have the blue light? >> Central 131. >> I'm being just I'm being arrested for disorderly conduct. >> Yeah. >> I was assaulted and you didn't arrest him, right? >> Yeah. >> But you know, you should have told us that instead of running away. >> I've been doing all of this yesterday. You could have just told >> No, you're not You could have told us real quick. But no, you wanted to play the game. >> I was complying. >> No, you're the one that complied. >> You said get off the road, get off the road. >> No, you didn't. >> I did. >> No, you didn't. Central 131, 50. >> So what did I do wrong? >> You're getting arrested for disorderly >> He's spitting in somebody's face. >> The guy in that bar declared himself as a Nazi. I have it on film and he attacked me. >> Okay, so? >> They're wearing a red shirt, black bottoms, blue bag. She might be intoxicated. They mentioned a weapon. She's pacing back and forth yelling for at least 15 to 20 minutes now. >> No, no, no. They're not Canaca and they're not committing any crime. They're not intoxicated. That's my friend, Gibson. They're an 18-year-old Native American. Oglala Hunkpapa Sioux, Lakota Native American. They're not They They were misidentified on your radio. Please leave them alone. They're very deeply traumatized by cops. They're part of the water protection movement in North Carolina and North Dakota and in Louisiana. Cool. Please don't arrest them under any circumstances. No, I heard the call and I know who it's about. That's my friend. Please leave them alone. I don't understand why I'm being arrested. Disorderly conduct. >> How so? No, no. That guy was assaulting me. He assaulted me outside. He has assaulted me multiple times. I have video footage of it. >> He ignored warnings, walked down the middle of the road, and then suddenly ran when officers got close, forcing them into a chase and takedown. Still thinking he was the Flash, I guess so. >> I really apologize, officer. I really do. But I was assaulted tonight. I was assaulted at this bar 2 weeks ago. Because Ryan, the owner, told me I was welcome here because he apologized for the assault that took place. He apologized for not calling the cops on the bigot who attacked me. And he offered me to come on a Sunday when he's here so that I could have a drink. And then one of the guys who was here from 2 weeks ago assaulted me again. That's the whole story. I've nothing more to say. Thank you. Just a minute. People self-identified themselves to me tonight as Nazis in the bar. I have it on film. It's a hate crime what happened to me tonight and 2 weeks ago. That's it. >> If you commit assault and battery and misconduct tonight, I suggest you let me go. >> I need you to walk over there and put your hands on the wall. >> Stand up. >> You got anything on you? >> I claim my fourth amendment rights not to be searched unlawfully when there's no probable cause to search me. Fourth amendment rights, search and seizure. I claim my fourth amendment rights >> to not be searched unlawfully. Are your body cams on? >> Yes, sir. >> I claim my fourth amendment rights to not be searched unlawfully. I I claim my ninth amendment rights to not be unlawfully persecuted for a crime of no designation, disorderly conduct being something I am un-guilty of. I claim my fourth amendment rights to not be searched and seized on no probable cause that you will not be able to offer in a court of law. I claim my fourth amendment rights to not be searched and seized. Please do not touch my ring. >> That has to come off. >> Okay. >> You'll get it right after this. >> rights >> All right. We'll be right here, okay? >> We're just letting you know that we're >> unlawfully without probable cause. I claim my fourth amendment rights >> I don't have anything on them for this woman on Hamilton Street, Marion Jones, she's 24 years >> unlawfully without probable cause. >> There were nothing in there. >> I claim my fourth amendment rights to not be unlaw- Hey, you just touched my Please don't do that. >> I didn't. >> I'm non-gender and I don't want to be searched by a man. I'm transgender and non-binary and I don't want to be searched by a man. I claim my fourth amendment rights. >> When he was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, Ezra Miller began loudly citing constitutional rights in an attempt to challenge the officers. During the search, he suddenly accused the male officers of inappropriate conduct and claimed to be non-binary and transgender. But, he actually appeared to misuse basic terminology regarding gender identity in his statements. [music] >> It's giving he, she, we, they, them, non-binary, vegan, vegetarian. I'm scared. I'm going to give it two stars. >> Do not be searched and seized, like stop and frisk, when I have committed no crime, when I am the victim of assault. I claim my fourth amendment rights to not be searched and seized. >> I could out of bars probably better than you could. >> Why am I being arrested, though? >> Well, you know, I'll explain it back to you at the station. >> I'll be on the inside. Up one leg. And put my butt on the seat. Up two legs. Why did you cuff me so tight? >> What's up? >> You cuffed me really tight. Why did you do that? >> I didn't cuff you. >> Oh, who did? Who's this in the passenger seat? >> Um, I'm not sure who the passenger is. >> But, you're going to have to have him come and talk to you. He's going to come and talk to you. >> Thank you. >> Yes, sir. He's getting them out? >> Yes, sir. >> What? >> Okay, hold on. What's happening? >> What's up? >> Is your body cam still on? >> Yeah, sit down. >> Would you make sure it's on? >> Yeah, it's on. I'm coming, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> Is it time to come out for real? >> Yep. >> Just checking. >> I also have all your property I brought in case you want to make sure it's going with you. >> I got it. >> After being taken to the station, Ezra Miller was formally charged with disorderly conduct and harassment. His bail was set at $500, which he promptly paid that same night to secure his release. At least he handled the checkout process quickly. [music] Now let's see how people reacted to Ezra Miller's behavior. The only thing shocking is that the victims weren't minors. Apparently, we still need to talk about Kevin. Talks himself into a pair of shiny handcuffs in a flash. Fame, fortune, and constitutional quotes don't make you immune to harassment charges. Once the handcuffs come out, everyone suddenly becomes very equal. Next up, a trans woman who decided the best strategy during police interaction was loudly insisting, "Just arrest me." As if that was going to end well. >> I did not do nothing. >> Okay. >> You just stopped me because I was slow standing on the red because the guy was telling me that my my tire is leaking. Just because you don't like the Mercedes, you don't like the face, and [music] my brakes are gone. You're telling me you don't like the Mercedes because it's a brand new I did not do nothing. Nothing. I did not do nothing. Nothing. >> Ma'am. >> Take me to jail. >> And yes, Atlanta police are famously known for always happily accommodating requests like that. On April 20th, 2025, an Atlanta officer conducted a traffic stop on a Mercedes with an obscured license plate. The driver immediately pushed back, refused to provide documentation, and claimed discrimination based on being transgender. Here's what happened next. >> What can I do, man? Are you stopping me because I'm a trans woman? >> Okay. First of all, I'm Officer Transit with the Atlanta Police Department. Do you have your license and registration? >> Uh Do I have to give you this? What is the infractions I did? >> That's not how this works. Give me your license and registration and proof of insurance. >> What is the reason I was not the reason why you stopped me? >> As soon as you provide the documents I've requested, no, ma'am. That's not how this works. >> What is the reason why I'm a trans woman. >> Can you spell your name and date of birth for me, please? >> And I didn't do nothing wrong. Nothing wrong. >> Okay. >> Okay? You just hit me because you saw my face. >> Ma'am, I've never even met you. >> Okay. >> I don't know who you are. Do you have your license, registration, and proof of insurance? I'm going to ask you one more time, and then this is going to go completely different way. >> to arrest me? >> If you would please to [laughter] give me the documents I've requested, yes. We're going to go down that road. >> my infractions I will give you my >> That's not how that works. >> No, that's how it supposed to be. >> This is my traffic stop, and you are not going to dictate how this is done. >> Ma'am, officer. Ma'am. I am not complaining about you stopping me. I am asking you, my right to know why you have stopped me. >> And I >> What is my infraction? >> explained to you three times now >> I am not going to give you my license >> to provide the documents. Okay. >> if I did not commit a crime. >> That's fine. >> Period. >> Okay. >> Because you are discriminating on me. >> Okay. >> Okay? Here's my driver's license. That's all you're going to get from me. Just to verify who you're dealing with. I'm a very well known here. >> Okay. >> And I'm going to call Buddy Dyer right now. >> Why do you >> As we speaking. >> Okay. >> The mayor. >> Why do you have three different licenses? >> Did I just Did you just hear what I said? >> I didn't, actually. >> You didn't because you don't care. See? You don't care about people. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry you feel that way. >> No. >> Can I see your other ones as well, please? >> cannot. >> It's a crime to have more than one >> This is not a crime. This is my main license, and I'm not going to give it to you. >> Okay. >> It's a temporary permit. Yes, it is a registration here. >> So, it's a temporary permit receipt. Registration comes from the tax >> me? >> It comes from the tax collector's office. >> mean, right now. Okay? I own a condominium on Fairview. You make me shaking in my boots for nothing, I come needed. Please stop it. I'm asking you, please. On my knees, stop it. >> please? >> You know, just just for your record, I'm coming from my husband which is dying. Just for your record. Okay? And I'm sorry that I am out of my mind. I don't know if you have a husband or or a girlfriend or whatever you have. But my husband is dying. It's not a lie. Okay? And this happened 2 days ago. He's on life support. Have mercy, please. >> Okay. Well, again, I've asked you three times for the registration and your proof of insurance. >> want with my registration, lady? >> Okay. Do you have your proof of insurance? >> I do have my proof of insurance. >> Okay. >> I have never been stopped in my life. This is my first time. My first time. Check my records. >> Okay. >> I think it's my other car. I have five cars. If you If you want to follow me, please, in my condominium. >> I am not going to follow you to your house. >> stop in our condominium all the time at night. >> Okay. >> We give you permission to stop in our condominium. >> Okay. >> Thank you, officer. >> Well, you continue to look for those documents and I'll be right back. >> The driver kept arguing, demanding justification for the stop, and bringing up being a doctor and a supposedly dying husband to avoid showing documents. When that didn't work, they tried justifying the obstructed plate by claiming they owned five cars. Things only got more tense from there. >> Are you the supervisor? >> No, no, I'm not. >> This is our my first time in 62 years. I'm 62 years of age. That you ever stopped for no reason. No reason. I have five cars. This car is brand new. I just shipped from from from So, and for no reason she stopped. >> Okay. >> For no reason. She didn't even give me a reason. >> All right. The supervisor is on the way, so >> So, excuse me. >> Yes, sir. >> I'm a thoracic cardiac surgeon at Atlanta Health. I'm on call and I've been called from the hospital. My patient is dying. I need to go. What are you going to do with this? >> Uh let me go ask real quick. >> Please. >> Hello there, how are you? >> Fine. >> I'm the supervisor and is that who you requested? Do you want to come out and talk to me in private or do you want us to talk in your car, whatever you're most comfortable with? >> She said they didn't I'm going to get your license. I I don't even know. It's my first time in life, 60 years of age. I've never been in >> Yeah, let's talk face-to-face. It's better that way sometimes. >> What time? >> Nice boots. >> All right. >> Good. >> As she just turned the blue light. >> Okay. >> "What did I do?" >> Right. >> So, I stop in here and she start to attack me. Completely. >> What what do you When you say attack, what do you mean by attack? >> Attack verbally. Verbal attack, of course. Not physical. >> What did she What did she say to attack >> First I said, "Okay, officer. I'm here. I was still I had a wonderful day." I said, "I'm here. What did I do wrong?" But I was in Lebanon. I was everywhere. I have never experienced this in my life. >> Okay. >> But it is very normal for a cisgender woman to treat somebody like me this way. >> They were like perfectly taped tucked right up under there. >> It was completely tucked under it, so you couldn't see it. >> On purpose. That don't happen on accident. >> Correct. doesn't just flap in the wind and just magically perfectly get stuck underneath there. >> She claimed she was being followed, verbally harassed, and discriminated against based on gender, even while referencing military experience and respect for the law. Unfortunately, none of that changes the fact that the stop started with a covered license plate. >> Why do you have to stop this way? I was very nice. I don't understand that. >> I understand. >> I just don't understand. You know, sometimes you know >> Keep in mind, so she's one of our She works uh She's a taco >> so she works in our really bad neighborhoods and stuff like that. >> I know. >> She usually deals with a different type of clientele than than someone like someone like you. So, you understand. >> I know that I mean I I didn't want to you know >> We have We have no place to put our hands here. So, sometimes sometimes, you know, if we have to just It's like a It's a habit. So >> I overreacted because I said, "What what thing did I do?" I didn't know that the plate could not be seen. >> Yeah. >> Because I just turned the camera and I just broke my glove compartment. She was insisting I just pulled it out. I don't remember what she said after that. But then I noticed that basically the the plate went you know what what you did you did you did anyway. >> Yeah. >> That's all. I think I know that. If I would know If I would have known that, I would have fixed it when I put the gas in the car. >> Yeah. >> I mean, you know, that's all it is. >> I I understand. I mean, she's She's doing her job. She's trying to She's trying to you know, uh enforce compliance with the law and >> I respect her way, you know. >> I understand that you just got the car, so >> I understand that you know, there are but you also have to see the record of the person that you stop. I mean, is that a you know, and >> Are you Are you better now with them? >> I don't I don't think >> I'm not finished, man. I'm not finished. No, I'm not. I'm sorry. >> Yeah. >> Sorry. Yeah, I'm here. >> Did I say everything? >> No, no, no. Well, I I thought I thought you were I thought you said you had to go. So, I was going to let you go. >> No, I I just I just I just I just I just transferred my call. >> Okay. >> I'm going to have a lot of problems, but Okay, so what's the verdict here? >> Uh What What What's the citation for? >> It's a criminal citation, she has to sign it. She has Uh the court date is on the bottom. You sign where the X is. The attached tag is not assigned. So, this tag, as you can see, got a Missouri. This car is not registered. It's an unregistered motor vehicle. This tag is not assigned to this vehicle. You're not the registered owner of this vehicle, either. This vehicle comes back out of Wisconsin, not Missouri. >> I just bought this car in Wisconsin. >> Okay, well, I'm telling you what my tele type is telling me. Okay? >> All right, um >> I don't know. We're going to look at the registration first, you know. You're telling me that that car was stolen because I was driving >> That's not what I'm saying. I did not say the vehicle stolen. I said the tag is not assigned to the vehicle. The attached tag that you have on this vehicle is not assigned. >> So, which tag is it attached to? >> Not this. It's not registered. There's no tag assigned to it whatsoever. That's what I'm telling you. >> But, excuse me, ma'am. >> That That made it >> No, excuse me. Okay, fine. I agree with you. Uh what's the what's the serial number on that? >> There is no serial number. >> Ma'am, this is a VIN. This is a VIN. >> A VIN, yes, correct. >> Please let me check the VIN on that. >> That's not That's not the issue. You're not listening to what I'm saying. The VIN comes back to a vehicle out of Wisconsin. >> This car was never in Wisconsin. >> I'm just telling you what they're telling me. Instead of me taking you to jail, I wrote you a criminal citation to go to court. >> No, you can't take me to court. >> I am. It's right here. >> Well, that's only >> No, you want to take me to court. >> It's only if you >> I'm going to follow you. >> Go ahead. >> Please do it. >> You can sign right there. >> No, please take me to court, ma'am. That's another thing. Do you see how she talks? >> I I think she's just being assertive. >> No, she said me, "If you don't sign this, I will take you to jail." I've never been to jail in my life. >> You have to sign it. >> If it says it's a criminal uh ticket, you're you're by law you're required to sign >> I'm not going to sign it. I'm not going to sign >> I'll take it. Okay. >> Hold on a second. >> She admitted she overreacted, then immediately dropped the urgent situation to argue with officers. Once she learned the vehicle wasn't registered, she fixated on the VIN, refused to sign the citation, and basically dared officers to arrest her. And yeah, she will get what she asked for. >> Because >> Let's go. Let's go. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. >> If that's the route you want to go, we can go that route, sure. >> I have not done nothing. >> The option is yours. >> I have not done nothing. Nothing. >> Ma'am. >> Take me to jail. And I follow I'm recording everything. I want >> I understand. So, so listen, I'm I'm trying >> I have not done anything. Why did you stop the black guy that was arresting me? >> Are we going to keep doing this or she's going to go? >> No, no. >> You want to go? Yeah? Go ahead. >> I thought I wasn't getting Are you serious? >> Yeah. >> Are you Are you serious? >> That's what you do. >> I don't want to do this, dude. All right, so let us see. Okay, I'll sign it. >> No, you sign it now. You know, we're not going to do that. >> So, don't do this to me. >> It's really >> I don't want TO DO THIS. >> IT'S REALLY SIMPLE. I don't want to do this anymore. >> Oh my god, you're loud. Look, okay, I apologize. >> That's what works. You're good. >> Okay. Don't do this to us, please. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Ma'am >> Do you have anything that's going to poke, stick, or stab me? >> Ma'am Ma'am, can we talk a little bit? >> No. >> Okay, I was an [ __ ] I was an [ __ ] Please. Please. >> I'm sorry. >> Don't do this to me. >> I'm sorry. >> She was later taken into custody and charged with resisting arrest without violence and refusing to sign the citation. Let's see what people have been saying about this person. If you are gay, trans, white, black, green, whatever, you need to respect the same rules as anybody else. No, "Hello, officer." or "What seems to be the problem?" Just, "Did you pull me over because I'm trans?" Holy persecution complex, Batman. As a gay man, I'm so sick of people constantly weaponizing their sexual orientation, [music] gender identity, sex, race, etc. to shield themselves from any accountability. Enough of this crap. Don't turn minor traffic violations into criminal offenses by challenging the law. Virtual power cannot stand up to handcuffs and the obligation to sign a report. Leaving sunny Atlanta behind, we head to a sports store in Georgia to witness an unexpected sprint event when a suspect turns a routine check into a full-blown foot chase. >> Come here. I'm going to go. >> Are you done? >> I HAVEN'T TOUCHED ANYTHING. >> WHAT KIND OF GUN? >> ON JULY 15TH, 2022, officers responded to an Academy Sports and Outdoors store in Athens, Georgia after an off-duty officer observed two suspects loading shopping carts and attempting to leave the store without paying. >> What's up? Who called it in? What's up? >> No, I captain called it in. He's in plain clothes outside. >> He is? >> Yeah. >> She just tried to get out? >> I guess. >> Y'all need me to do anything about it? >> Uh if y'all want them barred, we I'll be up to you. >> What's up, man? >> Yeah, we can do that. Go ahead and do that for me. If you could. This one right here? Hey, ma'am, come back here. Blue hair, don't even run. Come back here. >> What's going on? >> So, come back over here. >> What's the problem? >> So, they said that you're allegedly trying to shoplift. >> Shoplift for what? I have cans. >> Okay. >> They're about to close and I'm in a rush. I have to go to work. >> Okay. Come over here. >> I don't have a purse or anything. >> Do you want to go in handcuffs? Do you really? >> Hold on. >> Do you Wait, do you want to Do you want to go in handcuffs? >> have anything to do >> Step over here. Step over here. I'm not going to ask you again. >> How am I shoplifting if I don't have a purse or anything? >> So, you just said you had cash on you and you filled up a whole basket worth stuff, right? >> fill up a whole basket. >> Okay. And then you're saying, "Oh, you got to go now." >> No, because I was >> Okay. Okay. So, they're going to So, they're going to bar you. What's your name? >> Shamise Miller. >> What is your name? I don't care. Give me your name or you're going to go to jail. Yeah, it's ridiculous cuz you're about to shoplift. That's what's ridiculous. How do you spell your name? >> Shamise. S H I N I C E. >> Data bird. >> Shoplift for what? I don't have my own cans. I'm being discriminated cuz I'm black. There ain't nothing but white people here anyway. I can't shop for my kids. It's crazy. >> Stand over here. We're not I'm not going to tell you again. Stand over here. >> Okay. >> We're not going to play this game. >> I didn't I don't have anything. >> 298 Central name data bird. Well, they can bar anybody they want. >> Why are they barring me but I don't want anything out of here? I don't have I don't have >> Come here. Stop. Taser. You're about to get tased. >> While being detained for suspected shoplifting, the suspect began shouting claims of transgender discrimination. Moments later, during identity checks, they suddenly bolted across a main road, losing their shoes mid-run before being taken down and restrained. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> My mom has right my keys behind her back right now. >> You got to slow down. >> My mom here responds. She's coming here right now. That's discrimination. >> That's why >> I don't have anything. I didn't shop anything. This is anything. This is discrimination. >> I'm not sure. Is she the only one that ran? >> Yeah. >> I want shirt. >> I don't care. This is ridiculous. >> Yeah, guess what? Running's ridiculous. >> I was there and then you guys are getting us out of the shopping in the store. >> Well, now you're getting arrested for running. >> This is ridiculous. I haven't touched anything. >> Well, then why did you run? >> Every way I go this happens. This is ridiculous. I can't live my life like this. I can't even shop in the store anymore because I'm being discriminated again. >> Why did you run? >> I don't have a purse or anything and I'm being accused of shoplifting because I want to shop IN STORES TOGETHER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I can't even shop in these stores because I'm being accused of shoplifting. This is ridiculous because I'm a transgender. >> Put your feet in. >> I don't bother anybody. You all tried to slam me to the ground and chase me around for shoplifting and I don't even have a purse. This is ridiculous. >> Is that him? Yeah, I think it's that one there pulling over. So, Captain Rafter called in. Said they were filling up a cart real quick and look like they were about to go through the point of sale and I don't know if they saw him. Went back around. So, I was just going to bar >> Yeah, so they they never left the store. >> Right. Well, I talked to the dude, the the bald dude with the beard. They're like, "We don't need to bar or anything. We just bar her until she leaves and she can go." >> I'm going to get my [ __ ] lawyer. >> ARE YOU DONE? >> I HAVEN'T TOUCHED ANYTHING. >> WELL, CAN I TALK? CAN I explain [clears throat] something to you? If that's okay? >> This store WAS ABOUT TO CLOSE. I WAS PUTTING ALL MY STUFF BACK. >> LISTEN, LISTEN. SO, we get called because they're saying that y'all are sticking a bunch of stuff in carts. >> No, this is what I was doing. I was putting all my stuff back. I was putting all my stuff back. >> Can I finish? >> SHOPLIFT. I LIVE HERE. >> OKAY, WELL, can I finish? So, their intention was to ID you and then you'd be free to go. So, they're in the From my understanding, they were in the process of identifying you when you took off running. There was no intention to arrest you for shoplifting. >> BEING QUESTIONED FOR SHOPPING? >> Because they wanted to ID you to potentially bar you if you were shoplifting. >> Well, I wasn't doing anything. I was putting all my stuff back. I was putting all my stuff back. I was putting all my stuff back. I was putting all my stuff back. I was putting all my stuff >> It's not discrimination. It's not discrimination. >> I was going back to school. >> But, listen. Why did you run? Oh, yeah. Now, we got to find her shoes. Good. How are you? >> Pretty good. >> Let's go home. Oh, just lovely shoplifters. >> Oh, that's always fun. >> Be safe. I don't know where her shoes went. >> BECAUSE I SHOULDN'T BE QUESTIONED ABOUT ANYTHING IF MY LAWYER IS NOT PRESENT. I HAVE NOT STOLE ANYTHING. I HAVE NOT STOLE ANYTHING. I HAVE NOT stole anything. I have not stole anything. >> when they request to bar you. >> me? I'M A TRANSGENDER. SO, THAT'S IDENTIFICATION RIGHT THERE. THEY DON'T LIKE IT. >> THAT is That's not identification. >> THE STORE THIS HAPPEN. >> ALL RIGHT, WE'RE going to drive you back over to Academy, okay? >> done anything. >> We're going back to Academy, okay? >> After being caught again, the suspect kept shouting discrimination by the police because they are transgender. Officers clarified the arrest was for obstruction after fleeing during an ID check despite her version of events. What followed didn't exactly support her narrative. >> They did it to her another Y'all did it to me the other day over the phone. >> Oh, yeah. That was me. Yeah. That was someone else. >> All right. >> The guy that I had y'all borrow the other day, he came back already. I almost I turned around yesterday afternoon and made it back. He saw me in my car and took off. >> Yeah. Um as far as I know, she didn't steal anything, but her accomplice did. The partner here in the white Expedition, he stole a drink. Uh they're out with him over there. >> Good. Stole a drink. So, I think that's all that they got. >> Yeah. >> They had They had two buggies full loaded up with >> Ready to be good? >> There's her shoes. She's fast, wasn't she? >> She is. >> Yeah. >> It's unfair advantage. >> Uh so, you don't want to press charges for that mail pursuit? >> No, but I want them both barred. >> [crying] >> All right, be right back. You can hang out with her. >> Ma'am, take a couple of deep breaths. >> What do you want to want to do with her? >> Uh That's she's next to me. >> Yeah. >> I want them trespassed. That's 2 years trespass, right? >> Yeah, that's right. 2 minutes 2 years is the max. This is uh I guess they're about to make out with a couple buggies. >> Yep. >> So, they Do you want to come bar the the female one? >> Yep. Absolutely. >> Do we have to positively identify her? >> Uh she gave me that name. >> All right. Just make sure it's her first. >> I haven't taken anything. I'M GOING TO BACK UP A BODY IS GRABBING HER ASS AND THEN I TOOK IT AND RAN. >> WE'RE NOT saying that you took something. They were questioning you and you ran. >> THEN WHY WERE THEY QUESTIONING ME? THEY DON'T QUESTION ANYBODY ELSE THAT HAVE A BUCKET FULL OF STUFF. BECAUSE I'M BLACK? BECAUSE I'M A TRANSGENDER? AND I HAVE NOT TOUCHED ANYTHING. THEY DIDN'T LET ME WALK OUT OF THAT DOOR WITH ME WITHOUT BEING PAID FOR. I WALKED OUT THAT DOOR ALONE BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WAS GOING TO CLOSE. AND I'M GETTING arrested and questioned because I WANT TO SHOP. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I don't bother anybody. You know, I'm getting embarrassed in front of a bunch of people in my city because THEY THINK I'M SHOPLIFTING. I COME HERE ALL THE TIME. ALL the time. >> Who's out with them over there? Is that your sergeant or Is it 20? >> All these bunnies for no reason. >> Yeah. I'll get the male board. And then we can bar. Okay. Let's turn it. So, after speaking with our supervisors, you are going to go to jail for obstruction this afternoon. Okay. Simple misdemeanor charge. You actually did obstruct. You're not going for shoplifting. You're going for obstruction. Officers were in the middle of an investigation and you ran from them. That is obstruction. That is the literal definition of obstruction. They were not going to hurt you. All you had to do was stand by. That's All right. We're not questioning you. But when we get called for a call for service All right. Do you want me to transport her? Do you want me to transport her? >> No, I don't know what she's talking about. >> I'll do I'll do everything now. So, John Doe for right now, I guess. I've never done it that way. And then charge and Okay. If you need anything, just let me know. Thanks. >> 9600 >> Y'all wanted to arrest me. Because I'm trying to I was going to charge you. Starting now. >> with 88656. >> This is ridiculous. I haven't done anything. >> You're not going for shoplifting. >> But you just told me I don't have TO GO TO JAIL, PERIOD. NOW IT'S OBSTRUCTION. FOR WHAT? >> UNFORTUNATELY, it was not my call. >> Yes, it was. >> I'm just transporting. >> I promise I didn't do anything. You're right. I made a statement against my shopping. I was supposed to be on my way to work and I don't want to go to jail for nothing. >> You should be out in an hour. >> At the checkout, the manager only intended a 2-year trespass ban since nothing had been taken. But after repeatedly giving false names, she was arrested for obstruction. On the way to the station, she kept insisting she had money and wasn't stealing. >> Faster we get in there, faster you can get out. >> You're not going to be in here long. They just need pretty much booking. Come on, make this easy. >> Do you want any assistance? >> Nah, she'll get out in a minute. >> Okay. Come on, don't make us call for assistance. Just come on. You want to do it on your own? Come on. >> You already did that. What's your name? I'm getting my name already. >> Give it to me. >> I don't want to be out here. >> What you have to say? >> What's my name? >> What? >> So basically, I'll explain. >> Uh, she said she used to be Johnny's Johnny Gave us a birthday. Um The height and weight doesn't match. The height says 5'4. She's clearly not 5'4. The picture could potentially, but I'm not sure. Both female names she gave were did not come back with anything. So, I don't know who they are. >> Who she is. >> Okay. Well, if this is a boy. >> No, I'm a transgender. >> Okay. >> I got to hurry. >> I got to get it together. Search me down now. >> No, you're not going to touch me. >> I'm not >> Search me. I said I'm getting a male. >> I'm going to get a male to search me. I'm a transgender. I [clears throat] don't want a male to search me on my body. >> Then it goes to the doctor. >> You're turning >> Did you just say 20 minutes ago that you were a man or a woman? >> That's what I was born. >> I really didn't want to. >> I don't want you to search me. I said call me a woman to search me. I'm a transgender. >> The suspect was formally booked and arrested for obstruction of law enforcement. She was also issued a trespass ban from the shopping center for 2 years. Let's see what people have been saying about this person. They don't need to identify me. I'm a transgender, so that's identification right there. I never heard that and sound like Dave Chappelle when he was playing the crackhead LMAO. It's not about your race or gender. It's about holding you accountable. Next up, we move to a different level entirely. A man in a dress claiming to be homeless caught sleeping in a stolen luxury car apparently believing he could outpace a taser. He then tried to cooperate by giving a fake name as Justice. Now, calling yourself Justice while hiding in someone else's property is certainly a bold choice. >> And you're saying you don't have the keys to this car. >> No. >> You do not have the keys. >> No. >> No. Okay. You tried to start it the moment we woke you. >> No, I I was literally >> You reached directly for the start button. You're going to get kneed in the face. >> No. >> Yeah, you are. >> If you knee me in the face, is that on camera? >> Yeah, it is. >> They suddenly ran, prompting officers to deploy a Taser. Even after two shocks, the 6-ft 4-in suspect kept fighting back, almost lifting both officers before finally being taken to the ground. >> Tased twice. >> Besides the tasing, ma'am, do you do you have any uh injuries? >> No. >> No. >> You're strong as [ __ ] you know that? You're not that slow to run. >> Range Rover. 2015 Range Rover. I Was she in it? >> Yeah, sleeping. Sleeping naked below the waist. Then uh she's like, "Oh, it's not my car. I found it here. I jumped in. I fell asleep. That's it." Then Rachel's like, "Give me all your purse." She gives him the purse, and then she runs. >> Scraped up your knee? >> Yeah, that's from the ground or something. >> But you said you're a male, pantsless. Okay. >> What do you eat to get so strong? I'm going to get on your diet. A lot of spinach. >> You just being like 6'4" makes you that strong, then. >> No. >> Oh. >> There's this guy waking up in the in like a sock. But >> Maybe cuz the description says 6'5" or 300. >> Well, the license says James Whitney. >> Yeah, she has to change first and last Oh, no, just the first name. >> After his arrest, James admitted he had purchased the stolen vehicle for $10,000 and used a fake name due to an outstanding warrant in Florida. He was booked into Milwaukee County Jail on charges including vehicle theft, battery on law enforcement, and resisting arrest with injury. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 42 days credited for time already served. For the final case of today, we head to a birthday celebration that quickly spiraled into chaos when a passenger self-identified as he, she, we, they, them, non-binary, vegan, vegetarian allegedly turned aggressive toward the driver and pushed the situation beyond every limit of the law. On July 10th, 2025, police were called after a Lyft driver was violently assaulted by a passenger with green hair. The incident reportedly escalated after the driver did something highly controversial, asking for the passenger's name before starting the ride. It was just a standard procedure that somehow turned into a violent confrontation. >> I'm 10-12 with someone with green hair. They say whiskey Mike or Bravo Mike? Or Bravo Foxtrot? >> I have a question. >> It's a whiskey Mike and you're wearing tights. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. >> Yeah, I'm just waiting on my Uber map. You told me I'm detained. You did not tell me why. You did not I I don't like this. I don't know what's going on, and I'm feeling very scared. >> Go back over there. Stop coming up to me. Stay right there. >> I'm not coming up to you. I don't know what's going on, and I feel like you're like I feel very insecure right now. You keep taking pictures of me. Can I get a lieutenant? I have the I have all the details on it. >> All that details would be good. What time you picked this person up? >> Yes. >> And then um the she hit you however that went down. Um she spit on you. Did she spit on you first or hit you first? >> It's all um up Oh, he's phone. It's a guy but you know >> Right. >> Okay. So, I said I'm your I'm your Lyft driver. You're not the one. Back in the door. So, I said Ma'am, I'm uh I'm your Lyft driver. Open the door and banged on it again. And then opened it. I said, "Ma'am, just take it easy. I'm your driver. Just confirm the name. We have to confirm the name." Then jumped in the car and spat on me. >> Excuse me. >> And then walked out. So, I said I So, I walked out and I asked her, "Why are you doing that?" And then right there, punched me and then threw a watch. >> were out of your car when she punched you? >> walked out. I walked out and said, "But why are you Why are you Why are you spitting on me?" >> Yeah. >> You know, I've reported you to Lyft. Like, why are you spitting on me? And then punched me on my on my on my left ear. >> Yeah, go ahead and write all that down in the statement for us. >> Sounds good. >> The Lyft driver explained to police that after he asked for proper name verification, the suspect immediately became enraged, banging on the door, spitting and punching him hard in the left ear. Poor guy, he was just doing [music] his job and had no intention of provoking the aggressive passenger. >> I said He said, "Hey, you can't leave." I said, "Am I being arrested detained?" He said, "Yeah." I said, "Okay, why am I being detained?" He didn't answer me. So, I tried to leave. He said, "No, get back over here." I said, "Are you able to tell me why I'm being detained?" He said, "No, I don't have to tell you you're being detained." I said, "Well, why? Like, what's going on?" I I said, "I'm feeling a little bit nervous right now. I have social anxiety and like you're like I don't know what's going on." So, then um he ran up to like "Don't Don't leave." I said, "And but when he ran up to me, he said, 'Don't run up on me.'" I said, "Sir, you literally just ran to me. Like, what's going on? Like, can you tell me why I'm here?" He said, "No." I said I said, "Okay, can I have a lieutenant?" He said, "No." I said, "Okay, can I have a sergeant?" He didn't answer. Shortly after these two gentlemen came up and then I said, "You know what? Hey Siri, call 911." And I called 911 on my phone. When I called 911, you can listen to that call. I'm sure it's recorded. Um he grabbed my phone out of my hand. I said, "Hey, give me my phone." I tried to grab my phone back and my face got slammed against the car. If I feel endangered and I call 911, I don't know what's going on, you know. There's a lot of different things going on right now. The world is in in in a minute. So, I said so if my I said, "Hey, why did my face just get slammed against the car?" He said, "Oh, you were I said, "Listen, you can look at me. There's literally nothing on me." I felt endangered. I'm still asking you what's going on and you still won't To this point right now, he did not tell me what's going on. This man had to come from wherever he was to let me know what was going on so I can try to like figure out why I'm being detained. I'm literally just right here waiting for my Uber. I went out It's my birthday right now. And now all this extra stuff is going on. Like I don't know what's going on, but I asked for a sergeant or lieutenant because I felt very unsafe and he refused to answer me as far as >> You can wait until the very end of his investigation to explain it to you. We don't have to tell you until you're being arrested or until the investigation is over. So, if he chooses not to tell you right away because he's doing an investigation, he doesn't want to tip you off to what we're investigating, that's his decision. >> If he had been just telling me that like, "Hey, we're just trying to figure something out." >> He can He can say as much or as little as he wants to. >> But me as a citizen, like, you know, just imagine your daughter, your wife, whoever. >> Okay, as a citizen of a cop tells you to stop, you should stop and follow his instructions. That's exactly what I would tell anybody in the same situation. >> Correct, but if they say, "Hey, what's going on? I'm I'm confused. I'm I'm feeling unsafe." >> what you feel like. He doesn't have to tell you. All you have to do is follow his instructions. So, if you would have stopped moving and done what he said, you wouldn't have been pressed up against the car, okay? And then trying to utilize your phone or do anything else while you're being handcuffed is probably not advisable either because >> Yes, you're being handcuffed by a police officer. You're calling him. >> Oh, wow, you're No, I'm not I'm calling headquarters. >> You're calling us. >> I used to work at 911. I used to work at headquarters. >> If you move at all while he is handcuffing you, that is resisting again. And then you grabbed him, which is a battery. >> I did not grab him. I grabbed the phone, my phone, my phone. >> whatever, you end up grabbing him or touching him, that is now battery on a law enforcement officer. >> phone is is battery? >> Yes, you don't get any rights while my officers are dealing with you. >> Oh, I I lose completely all rights to move? >> right to move, to to do anything. >> I lose rights? >> You lose the right to try to do whatever you want to do while we are detaining you, correct? >> Oh, okay. >> The only rights you have are the right to remain silent, the right to an attorney. Okay? Those are the rights that you have. You don't have the right to move around, you don't have the right to call 911, you don't have the right to pull away or push into the officer. >> So, I I don't have the right >> right you have at that moment is to listen to what the officer says. >> on. >> You can ask whatever you want. He doesn't have to tell you, like I said, until the end of the investigation or until you are arrested. So, that's the situation. You apparently did not understand what your what the rules are for engagement with law enforcement. >> The suspect demanded a supervisor to complain about the alleged assault, but a sergeant clarified the reality. Once detained, there is no right to move freely, and grabbing phones or struggling is considered resisting arrest and assault on officers. >> When I said, "Am I being detained?" he did not answer me. So, if if >> said you asked him a second time and he told you you're not free to you're not free to leave. >> No, I I said >> You literally said that on my body camera just now. >> I I I >> That was your words. >> "Hey, am I being detained?" He said, "No." No, he didn't answer. He didn't answer that. >> Right, that's what you said. >> Right. So, I tried to leave. He said, "Hey, hey, hey." You know, that's >> And you then you said he told you not to leave. >> If I'm being >> That's literally what you said on my body camera. So, now you're lying to me. >> Are you going to let me answer or are you going to speak for me? >> No, because you're lying. You're You're changing your story and I'm going to call you out on it. >> out. If I can't get the story out, babe, I can't change it. >> You literally just changed your story. >> I said I said, "Hey, I said, 'Hey, am I being detained?' He did not answer." And I said that. Did I not say that? Every Right. So, so when Are you going to let me like get to the second time? Is Is this is You're drawing this out. So, I said I said, "Hey, am I being detained?" He didn't answer. So, I tried to leave. If I'm not being detained, guess what? Am I not allowed to leave? Yes. So, when I So, when I tried to leave, he said, "Hey, hey, you can't go anywhere." I said, "Am I being detained?" He said He said, "Yes." I said, "Okay, what's going I said, why am I being detained?" He did not answer. He walked away. So, when he walked away, I said, "Okay." And he said, "Hey, hey, hey, you can't go." So, when I I said, "Okay." I said, "Why am I being detained?" He would not answer. I said, "Hey, can I have a lieutenant?" This is what I said before anything happened. >> anything happened. No, I'll say it again. I'll say it again. As many times as >> I'm done, ma'am. Have a good night. Good luck to you. Yep. Can you push your arms back away from your body? Your car? >> Yeah. >> All right, bro. >> Uh you are under arrest right now, okay? >> Am I able to know why I'm being arrested? >> Yes. >> What's that? >> Battery, resisting. >> Battery? >> Yeah. That guy and then battery on law enforcement. And resisting, right? >> Excuse me. >> Shantel was immediately taken into custody at the scene on multiple charges, including battery, resisting an officer without violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer.
