So, I'm on motion for him to come down here so he can get his stuff. I'm going to stand by and then uh uh I guess Lil got to OP against him so I'm going to survive too. >> Okay, cool. Cool. >> All right. Hey, I'm over. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> All right. >> Why are the cop Why are >> I didn't do [ __ ] He was just here to his property. >> Give me mine. You're not coming house till you have a warrant. Thanks. Bye-bye. >> Bye-bye. >> All right. Well, he lives here. So, >> no, he does not. HE DOES NOT LIVE HERE. On the address they put in that court, you don't live here. No one's coming here. >> Okay. >> This could have been done civily. No. >> That's why I'm here to do this. >> You're not coming in the house. >> Okay. >> We don't need you here. Go. >> So, he goes here for his little standby so he can get his stuff. >> He's not getting his [ __ ] >> He has my [ __ ] He's not getting No, do not. No. >> What do I >> The [ __ ] that's in your [ __ ] Get our toys. >> Yeah. And you can get she's offered it. Sorry, we don't get. >> Rather than cooperating, the daughter yelled at officers, hurled insults, and insisted they couldn't be there without a warrant. Her next move would make things much [music] worse for everyone involved. >> Don't stop. >> No. >> You You put your hands up. >> Turn around. You're under arrest. >> Don't arrest her. >> You did this, [ __ ] DON'T TOUCH ME. NOW YOU'RE >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> GET ON THE GROUND. YOU'RE GETTING TASED. GET ON THE GROUND. YOU'RE GETTING TASED. >> RIGHT NOW. NOW. >> 71 years. What the? >> Put on your arrest for aggravating battery to A POLICE OFFICER. GET ON THE GROUND OR YOU'RE GETTING TASED. >> HEY, >> I don't care. >> Get on the ground. You're getting tased. NOW [screaming] >> you're under arrest. You're under arrest. YOU PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME, YOU'RE GETTING TASTED. You put your hands on me, you're getting tasted. Get the OFF MY PROPERTY NOW. >> GET OUT OF MY FACE. >> GET OUT OF MY [ __ ] >> She's pranking me. >> You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> I'm going out of here, you piece of [ __ ] >> You guys are too. It didn't take long for their actions to catch up with them. Within minutes, multiple officers arrived and surrounded the estate. >> Got in between. So, her mom and and dad went in the house. So, mom and dad got an obstructing charge coming and she's got an egg back to the PO. >> So, and then they closed the garage door on >> all of them, right? >> Yeah. >> Right. >> Well, hang on. >> Hold on. >> So, they're not going to answer the door. Well, we're gonna knock on it and if they refuse, then that's fine. But we got to try. >> So, >> so we have a domestic egg bat. >> We had a domestic cuz she hit him, right? >> Yeah. Well, it was >> Did she hit him? >> She hit him, but I went to It was more of a >> And I went to intervene so that nothing [music] else escalated and then she hit me and knocked my mic off my off my vest. This 61's still out at the uh >> I think he was on his way. >> Well, we'll wait for him if he's on his way. >> So, she hit when he was leaving or guarded it. I can't remember her name. Then she punched Hancock and then mom and [music] dad took her and ran inside, locked everything up and shut it up. So, he wants both of the parents for obstructing and her for domestic batter and egg batch would be. But, they're not he doesn't think they're going to answer, which I would agree. They're probably not going to answer. I'm gonna go see if they witnessed anything. >> Spencer's checking for cameras here real quick and they called 911. So, we're gonna get statements from them before we try to make contact with >> and all that was doing was setting her off and then he pulled out the taser and was going to tase her. I'm like, she's pregnant. And so, I'm in front of her to make sure she didn't get tased. I'm sorry. Yes, I did intervene. I'm not going to let my daughter get tased with my grandbaby inside of her. >> All right. So, let me make sure I'm I'm following. Okay. When did the garage door get closed? when they were standing up there and as I was holding her so she would not get tased. >> Who closed the garage door? >> I you know through it all. I don't know cuz we kept trying to let the officer know she's pregnant. She's pregnant. She's pregnant. Please. >> But we we can agree that the right move isn't blocking or shutting the garage door. It's understanding that she has just committed a crime. >> Her mental her mental status is not wounded. >> We're not we're not trying to talking about but right over here. That's why she did it because her mental status and I know that's not an excuse. >> I know that's not an excuse, but we already tried to tell him just leave and they leave. >> It doesn't work that way. He's he has by court order the right to respond that he was he was here long enough to be and we're going to talk about that too. I'm sorry explain this. It doesn't matter what address is on his license. If he's lived here more than two weeks, he's an established resist. He's gathering his stuff. There's an active OP. He's no longer allowed back here. The situation is done. What had to be accomplished today was him gathering his things and that was done. He's not allowed back here. He'd be arrested if he came back here. >> What about getting her stuff? And that's what she was trying to ask the officer. >> Hold on. But here's the deal. We can't get to that if we're screaming not allowing somebody to come in when a court order says that he's allowed to come get his property. >> So if she But listen, if and we can work on that, but if if is engaging and pushing and not shutting up, which is what she's good at doing. We can agree. Yes. >> Then she needs to be by you guys removed from the situation and taken inside >> and then we can have a civil conversation. >> You know what I'm saying? So, she needs to stay away from it >> and then just like honest to God have anything. I'm the one who clothed him. >> No, [music] he's coming over. It's still his clothes now. He came over here for the sole purpose to set her off even more. >> He called us ahead and said, "This is what we're doing. This is how it this is what I need to do." [music] He had a friend come pick him up. I mean, he did exactly what he was supposed to. There was an officer here with him before contact was made. That's spot on to what's supposed to happen. And I'm This is going to go off script for just a minute. But I'm going to give you just a wee bit of advice. >> Determined to defend her daughter at all costs, she overlooked one important fact. The assault had happened right in front of the officers. What came next was entirely predictable. >> Well, I'm just telling you blame on anyone else. >> Going to go in there and engage in that. We're not. We don't do that. >> Well, I'm just telling you she's going to fight every tooth and nail and you guys are going to have to you guys are going to use excessive force and then she's going to end up >> even. >> He was going to tase her because she was fighting him and he was alone. What do you think he should do? >> He sat there and she assaulted me. going to keep justifying. You're just going. Yeah. No, it's not fine. >> No, but I'm saying >> what is wrong with you? >> I'm not saying it's fine. But she hit him once. >> And then you want to go and then she hit me >> cuz you were like right there in her intervening in her domestic battery that she was committing. >> Yes. She was under arrest at that point and now she's looking at a felony. >> She was saying bye-bye. You could have just stepped off, not keep walking up to her. She's the one that ran out to the street. >> She said bye-bye to you first and you kept stepping up into the garage. >> No, he turned and left and then she changed >> his mouth. >> You're going to run your mouth. That's That's perfectly legal. >> All right. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> You're not free to go. >> HOW? I'M NOT UNDER ARREST. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. YOU >> ACTUALLY ARE. YOU'RE UNDER arrest for obstructing >> when you prevented me from arresting her. >> All right. So, she's going to have charges pending >> and let's go out of here >> because I'm not going to let my daughter >> too if she comes out >> because I'm not going to let my daughter get tased. >> So, I'm under arrest and I'm not >> I AM ARRESTED BECAUSE I STOPPED HER FROM GETTING TASED BEING PRESIDENT. >> I GOT TO STAY INSIDE. WHY DON'T YOU GET UP ON PROPERTY? DAVID, DON'T come you too. >> Godamn you. >> No. Stop. >> You got an arrest coming too. You got YOU GOT OBSTRUCTION. >> STOP. >> Don't >> stop. You're hurting me. >> Then stop trying to pull away. >> Stop trying to pull away or you're going to catch a resistant. Stand up. >> Hurt. [screaming] >> Then stand up. >> I have a [ __ ] HEART PROBLEM. YOU STUPID SON OF A >> Stand up. >> ALL RIGHT. DO YOU NOT understand that? >> Stand up. >> It hurts. >> Stand up. >> I'm having a device in my damn chest. >> Trying to help. It hurts. It is too tight. Cutting off my circulation. It hurts. I'm not spinning around in there. >> It hurts. It hurts. Please. I'm not going to fight. It hurts. >> I can see it's loose right here. >> It hurts. It is digging in. >> They're not meant for comfort. Have a seat. I'm asking you to please just loosen it. I'm not going to fight. Damn. >> I just want to lose. It hurts right there. >> All right, sit back. Once I get her in and take off, we'll take off. I just want to wait till >> I just want to make sure you >> After the mother was taken into custody, her husband eventually arrived at the police station to turn himself in, hoping it would work in his favor. In the end, all three family members faced criminal charges. The mother was convicted of obstruction while the father after turning himself in was also convicted of obstruction. As for the daughter, her decision to barricade herself inside the home led to an arrest warrant being issued for domestic battery and aggravated battery on a peace officer. Let's see what people have been saying about this family. Mom is a perfect example as to why the daughter is the way she is. Pregnant, but yet will assault someone in front of an officer. The daughter isn't crazy. She's spoiled and mom and dad are to blame. Leaving that family's chaotic garage showdown behind, we're heading to the highway where another woman is convinced the rules simply don't apply to her. My car >> run off. >> Don't you do that again and wear your arm back at me like you're going to hit me? We're going to have a real problem. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? >> SHUT UP. You're a human. GET THE OFF ME. GET ME. >> ON October 22nd, 2024, officers stopped a Cadillac SUV after it was seen swerving down the highway on two shredded tires, putting on an fireworks show. >> Three cops. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Are you talking to the caller? >> No, please. >> Let's just figure out how you damage your tire. >> I don't know. See, come is a caller still here at mobile or is she left and just on the phone? Can >> I just step out of the car that way to be easier? >> No, I don't want I need to stay out. >> Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle. I'm going to take you out of the vehicle. >> There we go. Let's go up in front of the vehicle right here. >> We'll pick that up. >> Go in front. Actually, if you want to pick it up, you can. I'm sorry. >> You can pick it up if you can. Pick it on. Pick it up, ma'am. You can pick it up. I'm just staying back from you cuz you wanted to pick it up. >> All right. Go up there to the front. What are you doing? Are you just not smart? Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Go up here in front of the vehicle. You got her ID? >> Yeah. >> Where's that plate come back out of? [ __ ] >> Ma'am, stay here. >> Where are you going? >> Fine. >> Why are you >> Because I I didn't belong. >> Okay. Well, ma'am, >> why are you pulling so hard? >> Because we're Because, ma'am, >> relax. >> Take a deep breath. >> Ma'am, just relax. Okay, >> ma'am. >> You need to relax. >> Oh, have you ever heard the meme? You're extremely intoxicated and you're operating a motor vehicle on a state highway of this state and you have two flat tires. You could have killed yourself or somebody else. >> Why do you think I pulled over? >> After you hit a curb >> after you struck a curb and you can't drive anymore because your car is throwing sparks out the side of it. >> Call my husband. >> Okay, we we will figure this out. >> Ma'am, let's go over here by the front of my car. Over here, ma'am. >> Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am, come over here. I'm not letting go of your jacket cuz you keep trying to run off and I'm not going to play that game. >> You just did like twice trying to do it over here by the front of my car. >> Yeah, that's called you do that again and wear your arm back at me like you're going to hit me. We're going to have a real problem. Do you understand me? Do you understand? I'm not the one who operated a Cadillac SUV on a state highway in this state and it hit a curb and could have killed yourself or somebody else because you're intoxicated. Not my problem. Do you understand me? If you pull your arm back like that on me again, I will charge you. Do you understand? >> I'm sure that with her hearing impaired like that, she wouldn't have heard anything the police were saying. >> Hold her arms, homie. Get on her. >> Oh god. >> Let's get one on her. Get on her. We got her. Just take deep breaths. We got her. >> All right. You're under. >> All right. Please just take me home to my kids. >> No. We're going to go to a police department now. >> No. >> Hold on a second. >> Those are those. >> Yo, you're an angry man. I don't know what the happened to you as a child. >> You're the one who caused this. >> You're the one who just tried to run and hold your arm back like you were to hit me. >> Why are there four cop cars here? Am I that intimidating? >> You're sorry. >> WHO THE ARE YOU? >> COME ON. LET'S go >> now. YOU SEE? >> HEY. HEY. >> STOP. You're making it worse. >> Come here. >> Um, yeah. Get off. >> Get off me. Get off me. GET OFF ME. >> OH, GOT HIM. >> TAKE HER TO THE GROUND. I GOT HER. >> OH, YEAH. SHE got me. He got me. >> Bring the wrap. >> Bring your wife for every >> You need to relax. >> Yes. Relax. Bring me the >> pound it in. Pound it in. Officer, pound it in. >> Get the off me. Get the off me. >> Ma'am, you just kicked me twice. [screaming] >> In the groin and in my leg. And then you're shoving back against our partner. >> Let me go, man. >> Let me go. I am cruel. I hate you. Please. >> I know. >> LET ME GO. >> MA'AM, the reason, >> ma'am. The reason why you're not being let go is because you've already assaulted both of us. >> Shut up. You're a human. GET THE OFF ME. GET OFF ME. You're hurting me. >> Okay, look. We're not hurting you. Would you like to >> You say that's your wife. What' you say, SIR? [screaming] >> GET OFF ME. >> Stop him. >> Get off me. >> Home. >> She may have wanted to get home to her husband, but kicking an officer in the groin wasn't exactly the fastest way to make that happen. It's probably [crying] [screaming] >> stop moving. >> You're making this worse for yourself. >> All right. Cross her cross her ankles like that. And just hold her. Hold it. Hold this. Keep that. Keep just hold that foot down on top of that arm. All right. >> Stop trying to grab my arm. Scratch my arm. >> You're pushing my head in the ground. >> Ma'am, look. You're all on body camera. That head, your head's nowhere near the ground. You're lifting on your own. >> Yeah, cuz >> Ma'am, we told you you need to stop resisting. >> You kicked us. You spit on us. >> Oh, I was so horrible. >> Well, if you would just cooperate and get in the back of the car, we wouldn't even be on the ground. >> Home. You're not going. We're beyond that point. >> Are you ready to get in the car now? >> Cuz this is what's going to happen. We got a We got a thing coming called the wrap. And we're going to put you in that wrap to where you're immobilized and you cannot move. Is that what you want? >> See, come. We're trying to get her. We might have got her calm down from like a 10 to a nine. Could be a fire being this way. Just sell him for just an alcohol eval. Put me in the car. >> We tried to, ma'am, and you kicked all of us. We try to, >> but you obviously are under arrest, so I hope you know that part, right? Oh, there we go. That's probably part of it. Put me in the car. Put me in the [ __ ] car. >> Put me in the car. Let's see if you can turn along. Come on. Come on. >> Oh, I will. Trust me. >> Oh, let's do it, >> ma'am. I'm not going to put myself in that situation cuz you've already assaulted all three of us. You kicked my partner. >> You've kicked me. You spit on me. You kicked my partner. >> Stop resisting. >> There we go. >> There we go. >> Oh, there's a felony. >> Yep. >> Felony with my hair on the ground. [ __ ] >> No, I didn't. Actually, when I leg swept you, you landed right on your side. I made sure your head didn't hit the concrete. So much for you. >> Look, if we get you up on your feet, will you get in the back of the squad car? >> I'll do anything you say. Please. >> Let's try and get her up. >> Please. I'll >> All right. Turn. Roll up. Hold on. >> I'll take a citation. I'll pay you 5,000 grand. >> Are those double lock? Those handcuffs? >> Uh, yeah. What do you want to do? >> The handcuffs are double locked. >> Yeah, double lock. Did she really think offering an officer $5,000 would make this all go away? This might likely have brought her another criminal charge. In the end, Lillian was charged with DUI, reckless driving, resisting arrest, and battery on a law enforcement officer. The Cadillac wasn't going anywhere, and neither was she. Next up, >> I'm always respectful of the fact that like I know at any given time you could put me on my ass. >> I'm always respectful of that. And I feel like if you're a man and you go into combat and you feel like you're just there's no chance of that happening, you're not a real fighter, >> bro. What? What is it about your language that makes you think you can just use it however you want? >> Well, it's a free country. >> Is it because you know that I'm not going to punch you in the face? I think it's >> Why would you do that? >> Why would I do that? >> Yeah. >> Well, I wouldn't do it cuz I'm in uniform. If I wasn't in uniform, I tune you up just by the the way that you're talking to me. That's not how you talk to Yes. That's how you talk to Is that how you talk to your father? It's the mere fact that you don't respect authority. >> What do you make a month? >> Doesn't matter. That confidence wouldn't last much longer. >> What am I being? >> For a battery. >> For a battery? >> Yes, sir. >> What is a battery? Unlawful touch. His day ultimately ended with charges of battery, assault, and resisting an officer without violence. A far less prestigious title than HOA vice president. What do you think about this guy?
