Like I said, she graduated when she was 17 years old. What's this? 4 years now? >> Yeah, I'm sure it's Yeah. >> years now. She's not even She She'll have a job for a couple months. She don't try to save no money. And then she's done with it. >> Have you ever seen parents have to call the police just to deal with their kids? Well, today's video will show exactly that. Let's take a look at what we've got. A playboy trying to land like a superhero around his parents and officer. >> Yep. >> Hey, STOP RIGHT NOW. A GIRL DANCING AND CLOWNING around in front of a mirror with a mom tired with her action. >> I called because I am tired I'm I'm tired of it and I'm scared it's going to get out of control. >> She She was in her car to leave at 12:30 time and she lost her phone and she couldn't FIND HER PHONE. >> AND A ROCK STAR WANT-TO-BE GRANDSON clowning in front of officers after causing chaos at grandpa's house. >> I'm a rock star. I would know that, obviously. >> Come up in the club. >> All right, so granted I wouldn't be granted Okay. Oh. >> Let's see the moment when parents had enough with their spoiled kids and called the police TO ARREST THEM. ANYWAY, LET'S START WITH THIS CASE. A reminder that the line between a misbehaving kid and a domestic violence suspect can sometimes be crossed in a single argument over a missing phone. Yeah, just a phone. >> I called because I am tired I'm I'm tired of it and I'm scared it's going to get out of control. >> She She was in her car to leave at 12:30 time and she lost her phone and SHE COULDN'T FIND >> ALL RIGHT. EXCUSE ME. >> [laughter] >> MISS. MISS. >> ON JANUARY 21ST, 2024, officers arrived at a chaotic scene after a dispute between a daughter and her father escalated far beyond what anyone expected. Here's what happened next. >> DON'T DO IT. WHY? WHAT'S GOING ON, GUYS? HEY, GUYS. WHAT'S GOING ON? ALL RIGHT. NOTHING'S GOING ON. OKAY. WHO'S DOING WHAT? I did ALL EXCUSE ME. MISS, MISS, MISS. STEP BACK HERE SO WE CAN TALK, OKAY? Step back here so WE CAN TALK. ALL RIGHT. STEP BACK HERE SO WE CAN TALK, PLEASE. THANK YOU. ALL RIGHT. WHAT'S YOUR NAME? FIRST OF ALL. >> DOESN'T MATTER. None of it matters. >> It matters. >> It doesn't. It really don't. >> You're you're not going to How'd she get the marks on her? How'd she get all the marks and scratches and stuff on her? >> Her being her. >> Was there Was there anything physical? >> Her and her brother got into a physical fight down here on the floor. HER AND HER DAD. HER DAD GAVE HER A HUG TO TRY TO CALM AND RESTRAIN CALM and restrain and they ended up that to them two. >> This isn't me. IT'S NOT ME. I JUST WANT MY STUFF. >> The problem [laughter] is she doesn't like something he says. She snaps and she flips. She won't seek mental help. Anytime you guys bring me in, YOU GUYS BRING OKAY, ANYTIME YOU GUYS BRING ME IN NO, SHE'S MENTAL NOW, SO I'M FINE. I'm fine. I'm fine. NOBODY'S FINE. >> [laughter] >> WHAT KIND OF HELP DOES SHE NEED? LET'S GO. >> SO, when her and brother got into a fight, what was the instability? >> He was >> What started >> I WANT TO GO. >> WHAT STARTED all of this? >> Him. >> WHO IS HE? >> NOT HIM. >> IS HE YOUR BROTHER? >> I'M TIRED OF THIS. HE'S YOUR BROTHER, IS HE YOUR DAD, IS HE THIS, IS HE THAT? I DON'T CARE ANYMORE. >> BUT THE THING IS, SHE GETS UPSET and when she gets upset, this is the behavior that she does. >> LET'S BE A FAMILY and this is I'M DONE TALKING. I'M DONE EXPLAINING. LISTEN TO THEM. SHE'S doing it pretty good. >> Okay. Okay. Well, I'd rather have you >> I called BECAUSE I AM TIRED I'M I'M TIRED OF IT AND I'M scared that it's going to get out of control. >> only one who's able to help. >> The house also includes a younger autistic brother who needs peace and quiet, but Angelina decided that the perfect time to escalate a crisis was over. A missing phone. What followed turned the home into complete chaos. Angelina refused to cooperate, continued shouting that she was too tired, while her mother, arguably the most exhausted person in the situation, was left trying to hold everything together. >> So, somebody called the police, so we're here. >> wants us to stop fighting. That's why. >> You and your dad. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> But maybe he SHOULD LEARN HOW TO RESPECT PEOPLE. >> WHENEVER SHE GETS TRIGGERED, she's at the point now to where she has no >> She has nobody. >> She has no coping mechanisms, so she INSTANTLY GOES OFF THE RAILS. THESE TWO HAVE A VERY DYSFUNCTIONAL history and and she is at the point now she doesn't even want to reason. She's just ready to >> [laughter] >> to go until somebody >> Where do you live at? >> I STAY AT MY GRANDMA'S. I STAY THERE BECAUSE they say [laughter] I can STAY THERE AS LONG NO, OF COURSE NOT. NO, SHE DIDN'T MAKE SURE HER BROTHER HER BROTHER IS UP MY STAIRS. HE CAN'T handle her. This. >> But no. >> And so he started acting out and he was throwing things and different stuff and then that's when them two got into it. >> Yeah, I got issues. >> That's the first [laughter] thing that happened when she WENT TO FIGHT. >> YEAH. >> I MEAN EVERY TIME she sees >> I assume that she probably bit you on the arm right there. >> Yeah, but you know, it's all right. >> You got to get away from here back to your house. >> Yeah, I got my car. I'm just trying to leave. >> But I mean the last time you guys were here not even >> Was that just when you were trying to pull it pull her off of him or >> I was giving her a aggressive hug. >> Uh-huh, okay. >> I gave her an aggressive hug trying to calm her down but I was I was a little bit scared though but I didn't want to [ __ ] hurt her or nothing. >> Right. >> And she bit me but it's cool but I don't know why she thinks that I'm never going to hurt her or anything. Her parents she's always did this to She has a habit of [ __ ] hitting me and grabbing my balls, grabbing my nut sack, all kinds of [ __ ] I'm just trying to Either the dominant parent calm her down but you know I'm I'm a peaceful person. >> Well, let's just >> But she won't calm down and let's fix this. She she was in her car the whole twenty [ __ ] time >> [laughter] >> and she could not find her phone. She could not FIND HER PHONE. SHE WAS I WAS LOOKING FOR IT. >> CUZ YOU WANT TO RUN your mouth AND TALK [ __ ] AND BLAME EVERYTHING ON me and make me a [ __ ] PROBLEM. SO I'M MAKING YOU A REAL PROBLEM. YOU SAID that's my fault. This is my fault. That's my fault. I'M GOING TO MAKE IT MY FAULT. IT'S MY FAULT NOW. IT ALWAYS IS CUZ YOU ALL MAKE IT MY FAULT AND I AIN'T GOING TO STOP. >> WHEN questioned about the deep bite marks on her father's arm, Angelina claimed she was simply defending herself from being choked. The father explained it differently describing it as an aggressive hug designed to calm her down after she had attacked both him and her brother. Unfortunately, that moment of family bonding ended with a bite and a rapid escalation into violence. >> I WANT MY STUFF! I DON'T WANT TO BE TRAPPED IN THIS ROOM! THIS ISN'T MY ROOM! >> I UNDERSTAND. >> I DON'T WANT TO BE IN HERE! >> YOU'RE ACTING TOO ERRATIC to go back in the living space. I'm sorry. Okay? >> I JUST WANT MY STUFF. I'M LOOKING FOR MY STUFF. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO LOOK FOR MY STUFF. CAN I FINISH LOOKING FOR MY STUFF? >> You're going to stay in this room until they figure what's up what's going on because I'm not getting zero information from you. >> Go listen to them. >> I'm not going to do that. I'm going to sit here with you. >> I told you! HE'S RUNNING HIS MOUTH. RUNNING HIS MOUTH RUNNING his mouth. RUNNING HIS MOUTH. [ __ ] KEEP IT GOING UNTIL I'M THERE AND HE'S GOT IT BECAUSE I'M ARGUING BACK BECAUSE WHAT [ __ ] TALKING [ __ ] TO ME. BLAMING EVERYTHING ON ME. AND THEN MY LITTLE [ __ ] [screaming] ASS BROTHER WANTS TO COME RUNNING AT ME JUMPING ON ME DOING [ __ ] THEN HE'S THE BIG BADASS. WE DIDN'T EVEN GOT [ __ ] THEN HE COMES RUNNING AND FIGHTING ON ME. GET HIM OFF of me. And then he's coming over here hitting me, pushing me, saying he's hugging me, trying to hug me. That's what he does. HE SAYS, "I LOVE YOU. I LOVE YOU. I LOVE YOU." AND THEN COMES AND THROWS ME. >> OKAY. >> IT'S [ __ ] [ __ ] >> SO, who hit you? >> They all did. >> They all hit you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. How did they hit you? >> It's coming and going and coming and going. >> I'm trying to CALM MY NERVES. >> NO! WHAT THE [ __ ] IS HAPPENING? WHAT IS HAPPENING? >> PUT YOUR HANDS ON THE CAR. >> What is happening? WHAT THE [ __ ] IS HAPPENING? >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST FOR DOMESTIC BATTERY. >> WHY AM I UNDER ARREST? HUH? >> Stop resisting. Just calm down. >> What is happening? >> It's all going to be okay. >> WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME? WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME? >> You're under arrest. >> What did I do? And you're not giving me my reasons. I don't have What you did it. WHAT IS MY REASON? Where is my WHAT THE [ __ ] WHAT HAPPENING? IS MY REASON? YOU didn't read me my RIGHTS OR NOTHING? >> SHE'S JUST UNDER ARREST for domestic battery RIGHT NOW. >> NO, HE HIT ME. HE HIT ME. >> [screaming] >> HE HIT ME. >> [laughter] >> IT'S REALLY COLD. Can you at least loosen this a little bit, please? I'm trying to cooperate with you guys. >> They're not tight. >> I don't I can't feel my wrists. >> They're not tight. >> I can't feel my wrists. >> Okay. >> Please, can you I >> If you calm down. Put your legs that way. >> Please, can you just tighten and loosen a little bit? Why did you guys arrest me? >> I'll tell you in just a minute. >> No, because I was seeing people get arrested. You didn't say nothing to me. You didn't read nothing. You didn't tell me my reason. >> Are you going to let me loosen them or not? >> What the This is what I'm saying. What the Like this is what I'm saying. You guys always blame me. >> How How old are you? >> She's 19. >> I'm 19. It's this one, sir. >> Okay. Okay. >> I didn't do anything. I was standing there and they came at me. >> Okay. >> He came at me. >> Okay. >> That's self-defense. >> It's not self-defense if you bite YOUR DAD. >> HE WAS ON TOP OF ME. HE HAD ME IN A RESTRAINT. I was biting and trying TO GET HIM OFF OF ME. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO THAT'S the only way I can get out is in biting me. >> She began with a confident performance of blaming everyone else in the household, then immediately changed tone when the handcuffs clicked shut. Suddenly, she was the victim, crying, demanding explanations, saying the cuffs were too tight, and insisting the bite was nothing more than self-defense. >> Are you going to let me talk? >> I didn't. >> If you're not You're to let me talk, then I'm not going to keep the store open, okay? Okay. So, the reason that you were arrested is because obviously your brother is autistic. He has special needs. >> on top of me. I was trying to get him off OF ME. >> AS I SAID, if you're not going to let me talk, then okay. Um so, your brother is autistic. He was throwing a fit because you were throwing a fit. Whatever happens, I don't know exactly. >> And he came on me. >> Just let me talk. If you interrupt me again, I'm not going to let you talk anymore, okay? All right? Okay. So, anyways, the reason you were arrested is because your dad was trying to restrain you cuz you were going batshit crazy like you were and have been the whole time we've been here. You were going batshit crazy and you bit your dad, okay? So, as they don't want to pursue charges, as officers we have the right to de-escalate the situation in domestic battery situations by arresting one party or both, okay? So, you're being arrested for domestic battery because you need to be out of this house. This situation is only going to escalate if we leave you here. That's That's that, okay? >> Can I talk now? >> Okay. Yes, you can. >> I I didn't I was standing there. I I told you guys >> dad has a huge mark on his >> I can't I can't show you guys what HE WAS DOING. >> IT would sounds like he was restraining you. >> No, he didn't. He He does this thing and he sits and says he's restraining me. That's what he tells you guys. >> Okay. >> Is that he's restraining me? But his restraining is his is his way of hurting me. He says and he's like, "I love you. I love you." And then he says, "I love you." Then he wrapped his hands around me and started squeezing me. And then he picked me up and dropped me and like threw me because my mom seen that he had me. And my mom knows that whenever he starts doing that I love you I love you thing, he's really just trying to squeeze the [ __ ] out of me so I can't breathe and choke me out. And so that's why I was biting him and kicking him because as I had him bit, he had me in the middle of the air and dropped me. >> Okay. So, they're going to keep talking. We're going to figure it out, Right now, this is where you need to be because you couldn't calm down in there. >> I was calm and then you guys just came in the bathroom. >> You were not calm. >> I wasn't doing anything. I was standing. >> I'm not going to argue. Do not put your foot up. >> Officer, what's happening? PLEASE. AH, >> [screaming] >> I'M GOING TO DIE. I'm going to die. I'm going to die. I'm going to die. >> [laughter] >> Please, I didn't do anything to them. They I was only trying to protect myself. I was only trying to protect myself. I promise. >> At the station, she may have realized that no one was focused on the missing phone anymore, the small issue that somehow set off a chain reaction leading to all of this. The petite young woman was later formally charged with two offenses, domestic violence and resisting a law enforcement officer. If Angelina chose chaos through shouting, this playboy went with a quieter approach, though arguably more destructive. Silence may be golden, but his actions were not, especially the superhero landing he performed right in front of the police. >> Yep. >> Hey, stop right now. Stop. Stop. Can you just On March 16th, 2023, police were called to Nick's home after his parents reported he was attempting to turn himself into Superman in real life. Here's what happened next. >> Yep. >> Hey, stop. Right now. Stop. Stop. Relax. >> He just jumped He just jumped from the banister again. >> Relax. What's going on? Why are you jumping like that? Are you hurt? What's What's your name? What's your name? I'm Nick. >> My name is Nick Anish. I'm not going to say it. >> What's your name? >> They're going to have to search you though. >> Yeah. What's wrong? Won't you take a seat for me? What's your name? Do you want to talk outside? What's going on? Are you hurt? You not talking to me is not going to solve it. We have to figure out what's going on. That's not normal. Do you want to talk to me? Are you just going to stand there? What's his name? >> Anish. >> Anish? >> Anish. >> A N I S H. >> Okay. Can you not step towards me, please? Please back up. Hey, relax. Relax. I'm not trying to fight you or anything, okay? I got to make sure you're okay. All right? What happened today? Don't do this. Don't do this. It's not worth it. Does he take any medication? >> Uh, no. >> Okay. >> He's supposed to, but he never takes it. So, no. >> He's squaring up with me. Okay. >> No, I'm not. He has a body cam. >> Yeah, we all do. >> Yeah. I'm squaring up with you. Okay. So, why why are you just acting all quiet and staring me right in my eyes? What happened? Oh, wait. What is that? Something happened today? Okay. Well, we're going to have the medics talk with you. Cuz that obviously wasn't normal, what I just saw. >> Yeah, he he jumped three times in the space of last half an hour. >> Okay. Are you Are you injured at all? >> I don't want to >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. You can show me all that footage and then the FC just rolled up. >> Did he just jump in the jump? >> He hurt his left shoulder, okay? >> Okay. >> So, we bring him to Cartwheel Inn. I took him to the emergency. They checked him out. He's fine. But, uh, that didn't stop him from jumping again. He also jumped outside from the >> Can you just >> few times. The thing is like 7-8 ft down. Uh, you know, land is 7-8 ft down. >> Okay. >> Nick's parents reported that within 30 minutes he jumped from the stair railing to the ground three times. Before that, he had already jumped off a 2.5 m balcony, injured his shoulder, went to the hospital, and still came back to do it again. When officers approached, Nick stood silent with his hands in his pockets, glaring at them like a cold assassin, though he looked more like someone who forgot to take his medication. Actually, he did. >> We're waiting for medics to make sure that you're okay. >> It sounds like you got a fall. That's what we're concerned about. Is that something you're okay doing? >> I just didn't >> Okay. Do you want to talk to them and not the police? >> I don't want to talk to anyone. >> Okay. Can you do this for me? Can you just sit on the sofa? >> I can stand. >> I will bring a paramedic in. I'm We're We're not going to do this with you standing up like this. You want >> Legally I'm I'm not standing. >> to You're You're taking a very aggressive posture. >> I'm I'm being I'm not touching anyone. >> I'm not saying that I'm not saying that you It is Our paramedics are in here. You can have the conversation with them and then leave. But they are not going to do it with you doing that, sir. Okay? So this is just going to take a heck of a lot longer. So all I'm asking you to do is just sit on that sofa. I will have your parents walk in the other room. I will get whatever is the most comfortable for you. But I need to have them come in here and talk to you real quick. And then you can figure out what you want You're not a criminal. You didn't do anything wrong. You're not under arrest. Okay? We just want to make sure that you're okay You want to go to the hospital? Tell them that. >> You guys got to come in. >> And we'll get out of Okay. I'm just going to sit here and ask you questions until you answer them. So I don't care if it takes an hour. I don't care if it takes 2 hours. Your parents are concerned. Your paramedics are here. There's four police officers here. And you're not going anywhere. This isn't safe for you. It's not safe for your parents. Just tell me how you would like to do this. >> They're all waiting outside for you. But from what I saw when I first walked in and you jumped in the sun room you really hurt yourself. What's to say that you're not going to do something more when we leave? Therefore, we're obligated to make sure that you get the right attention. We can't just get up and leave, okay? We got to make sure you're okay. We can either step outside or you can sit down and they can come talk to you. You can call the shots, but we just need to find a route to go down so we can help you. That's it. Ain't nobody's in trouble or anything. The fact that you keep moving and shuffling towards me like you're about to like swing on me or something is disturbing to me. I see what you're doing. You're trying to get into some type of position to try and flank me or whatever you're trying to do. And we're not going to go down this route, okay? >> Nick began moving in an unpredictable pattern, slipping into blind spots and edging toward officers in a clearly aggressive manner. Officers warned the situation could escalate quickly. Instead of sitting down like a cooperative citizen, Nick chose to prove his manhood by stepping forward a few inches, testing the patience of armed officers. Almost like he was going in for a hug or maybe a kiss or maybe I'm just being delusional. Oh. >> I'm going to put you in handcuffs if you keep doing it. >> I am going to tell you this much, I will place you under arrest for assault. Okay? We have every reason to believe that we are in fear of physical contact with you with what you're doing. You're balling your hand like you're ready to punch someone. You're coming within inches of other people. >> Not worth it. >> So, do not push this into a criminal matter. >> [clears throat] >> Cuz you will be arrested and taken to jail. >> And don't step on the And don't step on the I'm not moving that. >> Don't do that. >> Hey. >> HEY. >> STOP RESISTING. >> STOP RESISTING. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. YOU ARE under arrest. >> I got to see >> Get in a half position. Hands up. Hands now. >> I got this hand. All right, stop fighting. Just relax, okay? >> That wasn't smart. >> You're funny. >> Yeah. >> My kid does worse to me. >> John, you mark one in custody. >> All right. >> Let's just double check the cuffs. >> What's that? >> All right. >> Not smart, dude. >> Can you breathe? >> Cool. >> Tuck your knees in. Roll that way. Okay. >> Are we going to the hospital or are we going to jail? >> I feel jail would probably be good seeing that you just punched me in the face. Maybe a good thing for you to be quiet right now. >> Yeah, we'll go to jail after the hospital. Doesn't matter. You You're going to jail. >> Without hesitation, Nick threw a straight punch into an officer's face right in front of his parents. He was immediately taken down, flipped onto the ground, and restrained in a face-down position. Even while cuffed, Nick asked a surprisingly practical question. So, are we going to the hospital or jail? The officer, having just taken the hit, calmly replied that going to jail is better. >> That's enough. >> Yeah, he keeps uh He keeps trying to grab me really hard. You're being polite, but he's not. You know what I'm saying? >> I've been polite this entire time. >> Yeah, you know what I'm saying? >> Would you knock it off? Knock it off. I was trying to trip me. Stop it. Get in the car and we'll be done. Got it? >> Got it. >> You first. >> Just you need to sign. >> Okay. Sorry. >> Are you okay? Are you good? >> Nick was later charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and several counts of resisting arrest. What could have ended with a hospital visit instead ended with jail. His wish to review the body cam footage was granted, but from a very different location than expected. Let's take a look at what people had to say about this wannabe tough guy. I've got to say, that's a pretty strong opening for an arrest video. The way he was in midair when the cop came and took me out. Bro, jumping from the second floor is the wildest start to a body cam arrest I've ever seen. There's no need to [music] play the cold assassin role when reality tells a different story. One impulsive punch at a police officer [music] is more than enough to guarantee a stay in jail. Next, we move to the front porch or possibly an open-air ballroom occupied by someone operating on a very different understanding of earthly physics and common sense. >> Um I'm a rock star. I would know that, obviously. >> Come up in the club. >> All right, so Granted, I wouldn't be Granted, hey, over here. Granted, help me out here, man. >> I'm not going to help you do anything. I don't even know you. >> Okay. Oh. Okay. >> Do as you will. >> I forgot his theater. >> On September 13th, 2025, officers responded to a call from an elderly man reporting what seemed to be a personal revenge-style traffic incident involving his grandson. By the time police arrived, the suspect was nowhere to be found. >> Is the officer inside or is he looking outside? Okay. Frank for 393. Okay. Not here. >> I'm going to close track out here for this moment. >> Did you go in the back or not yet? >> Nope. >> Nope. Check the inside pocket. >> Where did you say he went around back, right? >> Yeah, he went around back. I mean, that opens up, obviously, so he I mean, he could be by that new construction or I mean, anywhere over there or he went that way cuz we all came from the same direction, so How's it going? We're good. What's going on today? Now, were you driving this vehicle? >> Of course. >> Okay. So, what happened with it? >> Ask Mr. Moore. >> How's cool? >> The one who owns it. >> Why would I ask him if you're the one driving it? >> Do as you will. >> I'll forget after you know. Check him out. >> When police spotted Brandon walking nearby, he casually greeted them with "I'm feeling great." A strange mood considering the circumstances involving his grandparents' house. Officers exchanged confused looks clearly trying to process [music] what they were seeing. And what followed only made it more bizarre. >> Are you all right? >> Of course. >> How are you feeling? Hey. >> Like a superstar. >> Brandon, you're looking and feeling like a superstar. >> So, I don't know if you remember me. I was here >> Oh, yes. >> Yes, sir. >> Yes. >> All right, dude. Why don't you sit down? There you go. Take a load off. So, what happened here today? >> Um I'm a rock star. >> I would know that, obviously. >> Come up in the club. >> All right, so Brandon, I wouldn't be Brandon, hey, over here. I would not be doing my job right if I did not ask why there's a Hyundai Tucson halfway in that garage. >> What happened here today? >> Um you know, imagine your mother. You know, that's all I can say. >> Imagine your mother. Mhm. Okay. >> You were >> driving the vehicle? >> Of course. >> So, what >> I have nothing to hide. >> So, why'd you drive it into the garage? What happened there? >> You tell me. Why would you drive a car into a garage? >> I don't know. >> I don't know either. >> Are you mad at somebody? >> Always. >> Okay. How do you know them the these two guys? >> Um I don't know. You have to ask Mr. Moore. >> Brandon, help me out here, man. >> I'm not helping you do anything. I don't even know you. >> Okay. >> Instead of being scared, Brandon strutted around like he was on a runway, striking rock star poses while the officers looked completely confused. When questioned, he delivered perhaps the most baffling line of the night, "Imagine your mother." He started clowning around the officers like a clown. But hey, this is a front porch, not a ballroom. If he was really trying to impress a perfect 10, [music] he needed to take his moves to an actual dance floor instead. And honestly, that boogying kind of sucks. >> What's your name, Brandon? Come here. Where are you going, man? Do you want to come back over here and sit down? Let's come and stay over here, all right? We got to figure out what's going on with this. You got the keys for it or? Okay. Can you stay here? Can you just sit down again, all right? Stay sitting. Are you the homeowner or is that guy? You related to him or anything or? >> That's his grandson. >> That's your grandpa? What was your plan after you hit the garage? Nothing? What was your name, Brandon? Brandon? Okay. Do you live here, Brandon? Do you live somewhere else? >> I don't feel like talking to you. Like I just want to be laid out in a beach in Africa somewhere. >> Well, I think it's definitely >> one thing I believe in, that's Jehovah God. So, if you're not talking Jehovah God, you're not talking to me. >> Okay, would you would you say there's definitely an explanation deserved for a car >> What do you think? >> I think yes, for a car in the garage. The explanation from you. >> I don't have to I don't know you. >> Okay. >> I don't know you from a can of paint. >> Brandon, do you have anything to drink today? Any >> You can take me, baby. >> No, no, I'm just asking you. >> I trust you. I've talked to you many times before. >> No, no, no, no. >> I've talked to you a couple of >> No, no, no, no. >> Nothing is You want the fire department to check you out, make sure everything's good? >> They can do whatever they want. >> Okay. >> I'm leaving it up to you. >> I just want to be at peace. >> You want to be at peace? >> Take whatever you will with that information. >> Yeah. Hey, where's the insurance for your vehicle? >> Uh that's easy to look up. Just take a picture of the license. >> No, it's not attached to the plate. It's just physical. >> Well, I can show you it's on my phone. AT&T I mean, come on now. >> Where's your phone at, man? >> It's in the car. It's got a red case. >> Okay. >> I'm with AT&T. >> Okay. So, an officer able to grab it for you? Can you hand it to you so you can show us that? >> All right, I'm going to grab it. >> I'll bring it to you. >> Do as you will. >> Okay. >> The interrogation peaked when Brandon requested retirement on a beach in Africa, adding that he would only speak if officers could communicate in the language of Jehovah. He also described the officer as resembling a walking can of paint. >> When's the last time you came around here? >> You know when I came around here the last time. Everything's on record. >> Sure. It's been that long? >> It's been a long, long time. >> Yeah. That's why I'm asking. Maybe you got Maybe you stopped by earlier. >> Okay. >> When's the last time >> Yeah, there you go. >> Here. There you go for your your report. He's going to get you a crash report so you can get your vehicle fixed up, too. Okay? >> Yeah, he's all good. >> Did you clip the mailbox coming in or Is that Did you knock it down after? >> Officer, would you be pressuring a dude if she told you something you would believe her right away? So, I I I really stressed, if you can tell. Yeah. >> Yeah. Like, come on. Use your common sense. >> Where's your phone, buddy? >> Use your common sense. >> So, I'm asking if you if you knocked the side, don't see anything. >> I didn't have any seen nothing. You didn't see nothing, I know I didn't. Huh. It's up to you. You play it how you will. >> All right. You don't want to hurt yourself today, though, do you? >> Never. Ask anybody about me. Okay. >> So, did you want to get checked out by the fire department? >> Say it again. >> The fire department there stage, do you want to get checked out by them? >> I can I don't mind. Like, I I follow instructions. That's the problem. It's just that I don't know you. That's That's the thing. Like, would you trust me to drive your mom around after this? Probably not. >> She's pretty nice. I'd let you. >> Thank you. >> Do you got an ID on you? Do you have a driver's license Do you have a Do you have a state ID or driver's license on you? You guys know who he is from previous? >> Yeah, he's always here. >> Nice to meet. >> Okay. Brandon, is there anything I could do that gets you to talk to me? Know a little bit about me, I'll talk to you. We can go back and forth, figure it out. Brandon, what's your last name? You want to give me your information so I can write down cuz I don't have your ID? >> 95? >> Yeah. Brandon, stand up for us. Put your hands behind your back. You're being placed under arrest for reckless driving and criminal damage to property, right? >> Honestly, the situation was so confusing that even the officers probably had questions. Brandon's runway walk and cosmic explanations didn't last long in real-world court logic. He was charged with reckless driving and criminal damage to property and sent off to a much less exotic destination than he imagined. Let's see what people had to say about this absolutely terrible vogue performance. I could not imagine abusing my grandparents or my parents. This person is a horrible human being. He wouldn't set foot on my property ever again. You inherit nothing. If ever someone needed a punch in the snoot, it's this one. Never turn property destruction into a performance, and especially don't compare the person holding the handcuffs to a can of paint [music] unless you want to end up getting redecorated in a jail cell. If Brandon's catwalk in a collapsing garage seemed like the peak of chaos, the next case takes it further featuring a so-called favorite child who somehow manages to turn a crime scene into both a runway and a flirting attempt with officers. >> Oh, she did. >> She did. What did she say? >> I think she [music] said I'll [ __ ] you up. I'll Uh she called me a >> Okay. >> I'll come I'll come get you. Um I don't know. It just was so many things. >> Come on, Cyrus. >> All right. >> Yeah, cuz you're a dumbass. >> Okay. >> [music] >> Okay, Daddy. >> She allegedly wrecked her parents' million-dollar mansion after being told she couldn't use the shower. On May the 2nd, 2025, Lacy, recently kicked out of rehab, allegedly turned a basic request for a shower into a full-blown disaster inside her parents' million-dollar mansion. >> Is she still inside? >> I think She's destroying the house inside. My neighbor saying that he just came out here. >> Okay. So, so she's just throwing stuff around? Breaking it? >> I assume I'm too afraid to go in. >> Sorry, you're too afraid to go >> I'm too afraid. Um I was too afraid to go in, to be honest. >> Okay, so It's Google. >> Got you. All right. And um has it has she violated the order in the past? >> No, she's She's been pretty good, but Um she was living in a sober living house, but then she got kicked out of there, and we're not sure what The story's really sketchy from that. And um I don't know what she's been up to. We got her a hotel to stay at for a while because she didn't stay here. And then I I don't know. >> What are we looking for? Two PC order violations? >> She showed up and asked if she could take a shower. But it didn't matter. I mean, she just pushed her way through the door. And I'm too small for her anyway. >> Are you willing to provide a recorded statement? >> No. >> Okay. Where is she at right now? >> I can hear her. >> Is she in that living room right there? >> Maybe. >> I mean. >> Does she know that you guys Does she know that >> We we told we I kept telling her. I'm going to call the police. >> Okay. So, she does know that the police are coming. >> She doesn't know that we've called. >> She doesn't know that we called now. >> And nobody's inside? >> No. >> Okay. >> Is there a door on the back side? It's on the back side. >> the front of the house. It's in the back. >> Okay. >> We'll go to the front if you just want to hang back here. >> I'll just watch this. You guys hang out there. Make sure you get solid PC if you got if it's misdemeanor felony. And once we get more people here, we'll just work on getting her in custody. >> Is this on TL? >> Does that work? >> No. Once more people get here, I'm going to rotate out and take over the dog side of it. >> Okay. Sounds good. >> She's destroying the bathroom. So, we just kind of sat there for a minute. And we both decided let's just go downstairs together. That's about when I called you guys. >> Does she have access to the lock safe where the guns are? >> No. >> Is the safe locked? >> Yes. >> It's a >> Okay. Yes. So, no, she can't. >> Okay. >> Is this a felony? >> Not so far. >> Oh. >> All right. >> Did you hear her record say something? >> No. It's just we're getting swapped out for us? >> Yeah. I think it's just cuz it's the the gun element. >> Okay. >> I probably wouldn't have done that either. >> That's crazy. >> So, at any point did she assault either one of you? >> No. She's on something. I don't know what. So, I just hit record. She started saying, "You don't love me." She just starts screaming all kinds of stuff stuff that doesn't even make sense. You can hear the recording. It doesn't make sense. >> According to her parents, even with a protection order banning contact, they still booked her a hotel out of compassion. Lacy allegedly took advantage of that kindness by arriving to ask for a shower, forcing her way in and causing destruction throughout the home before her parents fled and called the police in panic. >> But she didn't make any threats to harm you? >> Oh, she did. >> She did. What did she say? >> I think she said, "I'll you up. I'll Uh she called me a said >> Okay. >> "I'll come I'll come get you bitch." Um I don't know. It just was so many things. >> Besides uh Besides her saying that she was going to you up, did she explain why? Explain how? Uh did she come at you at all? >> Uh no, she was still in the bathroom just like the door was shut. This door was shut between us as she was yelling this and I just stayed away. >> So she just said that though. Like she didn't come out. She didn't come at you. She didn't display any weapons. >> Okay. >> Lacy, the Federal Way Police Department, we know you are inside. You are under arrest. We need you to come out the front of the house with your hands up. >> Lacy, you're under arrest. Come out through the front door or force will be used against you. >> Hey, real talk, talk to me, right? So let's try to Hey, you can look at the stuff and not look at me. You can look down. There you go. Okay. It's not rude. I won't be offended. Let's try the soft touch of negotiation. So we've given the hard, "Hey, you're under arrest. We've got her successfully." Let's give a little like, "Hey Lacy, we're just trying to get your side of the story. Come out and talk to us." Like we're just trying to make sure you're safe and your parents are safe. See if we can smooth her that way and try some other de-escalation authority things. >> Lacy, we just want to talk. >> You're calming voice. >> Yeah. >> Come out. We just want to make sure everyone is safe. >> That's as calming as calming gets. >> Uh come more rounds of PAs, the PPE, try the phone call a couple times, a little bit more professional negotiation from the outside. If not, then reach and hold on the front, yelling at her a whole bunch more, and then slow and deliberate to to tell her till we get her. >> Probably got a dog. >> Yeah. Is >> he good with white hair? Oh, there she is. Hey Lacy, hey just open the door so you can hear us. Just so we can talk. I I can't hear you. Can you open the door? I can't hear you. Hey just open the door so I can hear you. Hey Lacy, just open the door for us so we can hear you. I'm trying to hear you. It's 2:30. Where is it? Oh, okay. Just just slide the door open for me so I can hear you. >> We have a clear shot from behind the bushes. So if she steps out, we're going to just taser her, I think. >> You're going to get tased. >> Go go go. She's back in. No no here. Just back up. She's back inside with the door closed. >> I got one. >> setting up >> A standoff develops with officers switching from loudspeaker orders to a calmer, more persuasive approach in hopes of getting Lacy outside. She opened the window slightly, pretended not to notice anything, then immediately shut it and ran when the taser came into view, leading to a K9 deployment. >> [music] [bell] [music] >> 10-10 nothing else at the front door pressing against it. >> Okay. We're moving. >> Lacy, show your hands or you're going to get bit. Can you get around that side and just go straight out of it? >> Lay down on the ground. Lay down on the ground. Lay down on the ground. There you go. Just stay right there. If you move, you're going to get bit. >> Wait, can I tell you what I did? >> Stand up. We're going to stand you up. >> Careful. >> On three. One, two, three. Here we go. >> I love men. >> Front door? >> Tammy, cuz you don't know what to do. You're a little sneaky ass little [ __ ] Yeah, that's right, Tammy. What's up? Why? >> Wait, stand up real quick. >> Why? >> Hey, don't do that. >> Why? >> Don't do that. >> Why? >> I got it. >> Why? Cuz I like your haircut. >> I'm putting you in here. >> Shut up, fool. >> Here you go. FRONT DOOR. >> TAMMY! >> GO ALL THE WAY BACK HERE. >> TAMMY! COME ON, SORRY. YOU'RE A SNEAKY [ __ ] >> ALL RIGHT? >> YEAH, cuz you're a dumb ass girl. >> Here you are, okay? >> Okay, Daddy. >> Kristen. Tell her what you're doing, okay? All right, get back to your arms. >> I'M SORRY. UM MY STEP DAD JUST TOLD ME TO ACT CUZ I'M NOT RUSHING. WAIT. >> After the failed hide and seek routine, Lacy was finally taken into custody right at the doorway. Once handcuffed, she entered full protest mode, calling her parents snitches, commenting on an officer's haircut, and struggling so aggressively she almost hurt her shoulder. >> I don't like you. >> Tell me you're done. They're coming. >> Yeah? >> They should be here ANY MINUTE. >> TAMMY! >> [screaming] >> TAMMY! TAMMY! YOU'RE A LITTLE GLUE. >> OKAY. Are we good? I think we're good. >> Okay. LET'S GO. >> TELL ME sorry my dude. >> her in Can we put her in the car? It's fine. It's fine. Should double lock this. >> Yeah, it's locked. >> Sit down please Lacy. These are yours. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> Can you face away from me Lacy? >> Okay. >> Put your hands behind your back Lacy. >> Yes, sir. >> Hold it out. >> Okay. >> Get her out of the car Lacy. >> What? Why are you so sexy? >> Come on Lacy. Don't try to kick. >> Don't kick. >> Keep her against the car Keep her against the car Lacy. We have to We have to keep her Lacy stop. Lacy Lacy >> Stay where you are okay? >> Okay. >> You just stand right there okay? >> Yes, sir. >> Thank you. >> I'm lucky. >> Just relax. >> I am relaxed. Tell my mom to relax. >> Let's get that hand. >> Relax. Okay. I like gorilla glue. >> Let's go. >> Okay. >> Lacy put your foot down. Lacy stand up. Lacy stop. >> Okay. >> Lacy sit down okay? >> Okay. Fine. >> [ __ ] Jesus, [ __ ] Okay. >> We're going to put her in this one. >> Oh. >> Let's go quickly. >> Yep. >> Hey, let's see. Get in the car. >> Why won't you let me? >> All right, let's go. >> Get in the car. >> No. >> One sec. Get in the car. >> Let it go. Let it go. I WILL GET IN MY [ __ ] self, you dumb Rookie. >> to jump in? >> Please, let them. They're just mad. They're just mad, Rogers. >> Stop. >> Sorry. >> Lacy's sudden flirting attempt and ongoing arguments came to a stop when she was placed in the patrol vehicle. She was formally charged with violation of a court protection order, criminal damage to property, and resisting arrest. And of course, people had plenty to say about this well-behaved daughter. Let's check out the comments. Police dog has never been more relieved to not have to bite someone. It must be a horrible thing to watch a child you raised morph into a full-blown addict. "Four years ago, I had to call 911 on my son who got arrested. He bailed himself out, got into AA, been sober since, and got married last year. He hated me for the first couple of weeks, but sometimes a parent has to go the tough route." Next up, a family tragedy unfolds under Ohio's sunny, wind-swept body cam lens, where maternal bonds are seemingly measured by how many pieces of clothing end up tossed onto the porch. I want to hear what she has to say, and then I'll I'll hear what you have to say. That way there's no fighting. >> There won't be fighting. That's why she [music] needs to leave. >> So, the other issue you're going to have is you have a warrant for your arrest for theft. >> A warrant? >> I don't know. >> [snorts] >> You stole something, [music] and so maybe an officer filed a warrant for you. >> Also present is the visible exhaustion of a mother who seems completely drained by her daughter's behavior. >> Like like I said, she graduated when she was 17 years ago. What is this, 4 years now? >> Yeah, I'm sure it's 4 years. >> now. She's not even She She'll have a job for a couple months. >> [music] >> She don't try to save no money. And then she's gone with it. >> On June 15th, 2025, police responded after a daughter arrived in an unusual condition wearing [music] only underwear and crying that she had been forced out of her home. But, the real reason behind the situation is not quite what it initially seemed. >> Cuz she had thrown all my [ __ ] outside. It's all stacked up in She like kicked it. But, she had thrown She She came home and started throwing my [ __ ] [ __ ] out inside and I have books in here that are ruined now cuz it's on the [ __ ] wet porch. There's the dude. She just She won't let me in. I can't put it back. I live here. I've lived here for years. And she just She doesn't want me here. She doesn't want me here, but she won't let me get a picture papers or something. She just throws my [ __ ] out. >> Oh, what are you? >> What do you want? >> Why she upset with you? >> I don't know. She said, "You're going to break my [ __ ] I'm going to break yours." because every night Dude, go back inside. Don't try to pretend like you're doing anything. Go inside. >> I'm allowed to be out here. >> Can you give me a minute, and then I'll talk to you guys separate? Is that okay? >> I mean, you're going to tell me that I I to let her back in my house, so why can't I be out here? >> I didn't say that. I just want to hear She I want to hear her I want to hear what she has to say and then I'll I'll hear what you have to say. That way there's no fighting. >> There's going to be fighting. That's why she needs to leave. >> Okay. All right. >> She was mad because for the first time this summer, I actually got to [ __ ] get out of the house and do something. Wait, my older sister took a stick to King's Island and I guess she was jealous or some [ __ ] about that. Because she texted my older sister after like when she left for work last night, I was like, "I dead bolted all the doors." And she Every time she's mad at me for just something petty, I don't know, she's insane. She'll go around and lock all the doors. >> Okay. What I just don't understand, why is she mad at you? >> She's mad at me because when I came home last night, I wiggled in the back door like I always do. >> Okay. >> And she couldn't handle that, that I was inside the house when she came home. So, she started ripping all this [ __ ] out of my room and throwing it out the door. >> She tried to lock you out last night? >> Yes. >> And you got in? >> Yes. >> So, why what started this to where she wants you out? That's what I'm trying to >> Why is she being like this? Ever since I turned 18, she just won't >> There had to been something that triggered her trying to kick you out. >> She's just like that. >> Okay. >> She maintained her victim role telling officers her cruel mother had thrown her books outside onto a wet porch after years of living there, allegedly out of jealousy over a King's Island trip with her sister. It sounded convincing at first. That is until police spoke to the mother who had just come off a 12-hour shift. But even before that interview, officers discovered something notable about the daughter. >> So, the other issue you're going to have is you have a warrant for your arrest for theft. >> For what? Where? >> I don't know. You [snorts] stole something and somebody an officer filed a warrant for you. >> Um for where though? >> It'll say on the warrant. I can't tell you until I see the physical warrant, but you do have a warrant for your arrest. You're going to go to jail. >> I haven't stolen anything. >> I didn't file the warrant on you. I can't tell you that. >> Can I grab my phone and text someone? >> Well, we can we I can have your mom get your phone. If you want to put some shoes on, but you're going to have to go to jail. So, we got to do that now. [laughter] >> Okay. >> Hold on. No, no, no. You got shoes right here. >> I'm only in my underwear. >> Do you have short pants right there you can put on? Your clothes is out here. Your mom sent it out. >> [laughter] >> Stealing. I can't tell you where. I don't know. So, it's a probable cause warrant that's an officer submitted something to the court and the judge has issued a warrant for your arrest. >> Uh remember a while back when somebody kept leaving something on the door for you from the um the court and you kept saying >> I don't know what it is. >> Well, that's why you call the people that leave the note and you figure it out. >> That might be what it is. I can't tell you until I see the actual warrant. It'll tell you what you're >> You guys don't have the actual warrant on you? >> No, it's >> It's in our It's our dispatch. So, get some shoes on. >> I I really want to know what it's from, though, because we had a really mean cop lady here. >> Well, it doesn't matter, Julia. You got to go. >> I'm being nice to you right now. If you want to You want to put shoes on or you want to go barefoot? You have a warrant for your arrest. You're going to jail. >> Okay. >> [snorts] >> You'll probably be out tomorrow morning. I don't know where you're going to go. What's What's What's What's this? >> What's what? >> [laughter] >> What first sent her stuff out? >> No, yeah, like >> I'll talk to you about it when I get her in the car. Any conversation I have with you guys together is not going to be productive, I'm I'm assuming. >> I mean >> That's That's the reason I don't want to talk to you together. >> [laughter] >> All right, go with Officer Arbogast. He's going to put you in my car. >> I haven't stolen anything. >> [crying] >> While Julia was still in full victim mode, the officer ran her details through the system and found a surprise waiting for her. An outstanding theft warrant she claimed not to know about. She was promptly taken into custody. >> So what's the deal with setting her stuff out? So I need to pull story here. >> Because she's 21. She graduated when she was 17. >> Mhm. >> She cannot or will not keep a job. She don't help contribute to anything. No bills, no rent, no nothing. Um I have the the frame of my door to her bedroom is gone because when she gets mad, she slams [ __ ] breaks my stuff because it's not hers, it's mine. >> Okay. >> Um I get called every name in the book for having wanting her to become an adult. Uh last night she went to or yesterday she went to King's Island with her older sister. I told her older sister that the door was locked, the deadbolt was locked. She wouldn't be able to get in. She got into my house again somehow. After being told that the door was locked. They don't have a key to my house because you're not going to come and go whenever you please because this is not your house. I understand this is your mailing address and you live here, but you've been told multiple times you need to get your [ __ ] together and go and they don't want to do that. >> How long has she lived with you? Since she >> She's my daughter. >> So since >> She just won't leave. >> moved out. >> Yeah. She just won't go nowhere. >> I understand that. And if if she won't go out on her own like saying hey get out, forcibly setting her stuff out is not the legal right way to do it. >> Yeah, well you kind of you know. >> So >> You get of it. >> I can tell you this, if she gets out of jail and comes here and kicks your door in, there's nothing to charge her with for that. >> got to pay for it though, right? >> No, that's why you evict people out of your house. She lives here. >> I know, but how do you do that? How do you How do you start an eviction notice? >> You You give her a notice that says I'm filing a Is it a 30-day? >> Uh so you give her a 3-day notice and then you have a 30-day process that you start with the court and then it goes through the court system. It doesn't take >> And then if she's not out then they'll send a bailiff out who sets her out. That's the legal way. So people run into that before where they'll set people's stuff out and say yeah, they don't live here. You didn't follow the legal thing, they can technically come break in and it's not a crime. Does that make sense what I'm saying? >> And I understand what you're saying, I just think it's [ __ ] Like this is my house. She's never done and she doesn't contribute. She don't do anything. >> Yeah. I get >> And for somebody that's not that's not like she's my daughter, I understand that. But for somebody that is it's not their child like they have to go through all that to get somebody out of their own home. >> If you If you want I'm just telling you the the >> I get it. >> the legal way cuz >> it. >> is if she comes back and forces her way in again, it's not a crime. I mean, that's where she's lived. She's lived with you for years, you know. Her property technically if you left it out here and it got damaged, she could sue you for it >> She ain't got no She ain't got no job. She can't take me to court. >> Yeah. >> But I'll drag it back in. >> I understand what you're saying. Like you talk to her and she should just go out on her own. She I'm sure this has been a >> even try. Like like I said, she graduated when she was 17 years old. What is this? 4 years now? >> Yeah, I'm sure it's >> years now. She's not even she She'll have a job for a couple months. She don't try to save no money. She And then >> Yeah. >> she's done with it. >> Just do it do it the right legal way. That way there's no issues on your part. And you you you don't to deal with the headache. The backlash of you know, she finds out that she can come just break into the house to get her back in and she starts doing that and causing you more headache, more property damage, more money, right? >> Yeah. >> It's going to cost you more in the long run than just to file the eviction and get her out. You just do everything by the book and get her out if that's what you want to do. That way you don't have to worry about it anymore. Cuz if you do everything the legal way, then there's nothing she can do. She has no recourse to fight you for it. But if you do it the the old school way of, "Hey, get your [ __ ] out." right? Then there's that's when they the like murky water kind of thing. >> Yeah. >> And then we get involved and then you people get people get charged with like, you know, disorderly fighting cuz then people start fighting and arguing and stuff like that. It's just that you don't you don't need that headache. You said you work 12-hour days. >> Mhm. >> Right? So, all right. Well, more than likely if she doesn't post bail, she'll have a bail. She'll get arraigned tomorrow in Cowlitz. She doesn't have a criminal record, I'm going to take it. >> even know what I don't even know what's going on. I haven't the slightest idea. >> Do you know what she ever been arrested before? >> I mean, juvenile like >> Adult? >> Drunk she was drunk one time and they brought her home. >> Okay. >> Just minor [ __ ] like that, [clears throat] but >> They'll probably release her on her own recognizance tomorrow if she has stays in jail. >> The mother's explanation told a very different story. For 4 years, Julia was described as an unemployed final boss, contributing nothing while allegedly damaging doors in anger, sleeping all day, going out at night, sneaking in like a ninja, and cursing out whenever work came up. After an exhausting shift, the mother briefly resorted to an old school of removing belongings from the house. Once informed by police that it wasn't allowed, she calmly reversed course and proceeded with a legal eviction instead. >> She's in the back right your camera system. That works. Thanks. Okay. Ah. I get your paperwork, I'll tell you exactly when and where you were accused of stealing something. >> I haven't even left the house in 3 months. So, I don't know how I stole something. So, this nice >> Your warrant. You used to work at Tumbleweed? >> Yeah. >> Okay, that's what your warrant's for. They said you stole money out of the cash. >> Stole money out of the [ __ ] cash? Are you kidding me? They were the ones stealing my [ __ ] zims. >> Yeah, that's what it's for. >> You've got [clears throat] to be joking. >> They said you cashed out like 80 some dollars from the tail or whatever. >> [laughter] >> I didn't do anything. This is the one thing I didn't do. >> [laughter] >> You put You guys can put these cuffs on. They're tight. They're ripping into my skin. I really knew I really wish I knew how much they took from me in zims when I worked there because I'd [ __ ] file claim right back and say they stole from me. >> [snorts] >> Your mom said she's going to put your stuff back inside and file an eviction on you, too. So, I explained to her the proper process to get you out of the home. I'm going to hop on out here for me. >> [laughter] >> Turn around. I want to check these cuffs. All right, yeah, they're not too tight. The The reason is just you're twisting your wrists. So, keep your hands in and like you're praying till I take them off up here, okay? All right, walk on up here. The warrant came from a restaurant job she quit after a few months for being too hard. She allegedly took $80 from the register thinking her tips had been stolen. Julia's excuses ended when the handcuffs went on ending her run of denial with charges tied to a warrant for theft of over $80 from a former restaurant cash register. For the last case of the day, we move to Georgia where a rent paying queen believed that paying $250 for a room gives her full control over the entire house. The incident took place on October 5th, 2022 in Georgia when police responded [music] to a report of a physical altercation between a mother and her daughter inside a home. >> Good evening, ma'am. Glad you were able to call. Okay. >> Are you able to fill us in at all what happened? >> She could She could tell y'all like me and my mom just had a little dispute. Can I go and talk to him? >> Sure, yeah. How you doing, sir? Good. Say your name. >> Just trying to resolve this situation >> Okay. Good, how are you? What's what's going on here? >> Listen, I was uh I was uh sweetie, I'm going to cut you off cuz I'm going to pull you over this here. >> I was just just talking to a friend of mine so we can stay in a atmosphere, okay? I appreciate that. >> Listen, um cuz I'm not one of those going to keep the disrespect. That's my my second oldest daughter, okay? I'm the mother of this house, okay? What it was I let her come back in to try to help, okay? Now, a young lady that >> You mean like let her move in to help >> Yeah, yeah, you know, she came and asked me for help. >> When was that? How long has she been here? >> It's about what? >> How long since May? >> Since since May. Since since May. >> Okay, me and dad talked, we let her come back, okay? She had a little issues with Okay? Talked to her, tried to reason with her. It is what it is. That's all I can tell you. Okay? So, I just I'm trying to cut through all that. She has a young lady that she was staying with the young lady and her parents. So the young lady comes up here. Oh, every time she comes up here, you know, this is my thing, sir. Anybody come up here, you know, deal like speak to me and they there out of respect. That's all I ask. I'm not asking you to you, I'm not asking none of that. So I just said today, I said, "Let me just go to this young lady and let her know when she come up here, you know, speak to me and Mr. Matt." >> This is your daughter's friend you're talking to? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> This this young lady. So that's all I >> This is your house and >> I understand. >> Yeah, you know, all I did, sir, was went up to the car. And as I was going to the car, my daughter you you get huffy and I saw it. I saw the body vibrate. But I went over to the driver. I did just like this. I said on the front side fender of the driver side. I said, "Down your window, baby." I said, "Listen." I said, "Every time you come up here and you you drive my You see me and Mr. Matt, speak to us." >> Right. >> That's what I said. I said, "Speak to us." I said, "If you can't speak to us cuz you're driving up on this property, listen, there's the street. Pick her up from right there." You You understand what I'm saying? Just out of respect cuz, you know, they You know how young people they get. >> Yeah. >> So, you know, I don't owe nobody nothing. But it's just respect, sir. It ain't no big issue. It ain't no disrespect. If you respect somebody, they can receive you better. So she got huffy and puffy about it. >> Mhm. >> Came in here. I don't know what her dad had asked her because that wasn't the words. She wasn't angry at me. >> So so she got upset about it and then went out and >> upset about it, sir. And you know the body vibrate. >> Mhm. >> Whatever her dad had asked a question on her, I did not know. I'm in the garage. So when she came back through the garage, when she came back through the garage, I said, "Maya, come here." Maya just went You know, I said, "Listen, Maya, come here. Come here, let me talk to you." Maya, you you just do too much. See, that's not me, sir. That ain't me. Just come here and let me talk to you. All I'm ask want to say to you is, "Why you got a attitude because I said something to her?" Maya, you it's just how you went up there. Sir, this is my normal walk. >> Now I understand. >> You know, and I did like this at the front door of the >> I that's completely understandable. I understand it. >> You know what I'm saying? >> She was on your property. >> So, what is that to be upset about and go at anybody about? All I'm asking for is respect. >> So, she just yelling at you or she hit you at all or what happened? >> Yeah, she Okay, they was she got they got in each other's face. The next thing you know, my mom was turned around. I had a feeling she was going that my sister was going to hit her. So, she basically hit my mom from behind and that's where I tried to break it up. Where she hit you >> you at in your head? >> She hit me right here inside of my face and and and you know, and and and she took her down cuz I turned around my reflex you know, a child hit their parent that's hurtful sir. Hurtful. I'm not her stepmother. That's not her stepdad. We are her parents. >> Police arrived on a domestic violence call and spoke with a 59-year-old mother who was visibly distressed. She explained that after reminding her daughter's friend to greet elders, Maya allegedly lost her temper, attacked her from behind, and forced her down in the garage. >> You know, and I was TRYING I'M GRABBING BY HER HEAD and telling MY DAUGHTER MAYA TO STOP. MY husband he grabbing me telling me I feel I feel. Yes. >> is she? >> She's 23. But you know, the deal is that's so petty. >> Yeah, I understand. >> It's so petty, sir. >> Mhm. >> You know, and and like I told my husband, you know, just let it go. Now she's saying, "Well, I gave you 250." Listen, sir, she is an adult. If she's going to stay here, I've done raised we've done raised her. She's going to give me something towards the bills in this house and that's what was understood. Now she's hollering, "Well, I want my money back. I ain't going See, I'm not no street person to go through all that." And I apologize to you for being out there like that with her because I could have just shut that garage door and let her stay out there and act the plum fool. You understand? But you know, the thing is stop all that yelling. That's what we be telling It don't take all that. We move around here to live and then we give them a place to live. You know how many kids would love to come live like this? But to sit up here and think that you going to put your cuz she she has anger issues. >> Okay. >> She asked us for help, but you don't take out on me something that I wasn't even talking to you about. I was Sir, I was talking to her friend. Cuz I questioned her about it. Well, you could have came to me. That's my friend. Sir, she is a child. >> Mhm. >> I'm 59 and he's 67. I don't need no permission from her for anything. >> No. >> Cuz she in my I'm not in her house. Like I told my husband, it's just best that she get her stuff and leave. She want me to give her back her 250. This girl is sitting up here and bust my TV out of anger dealing with her sister. You know, and I we tried. I tried. I tried. She don't She don't have nowhere to go, but she can't do this. Do you understand? >> Yep. >> She can't do this. Now, if I would if I would HAVE WENT WAY BACK HOW I USED TO GROW UP, THEN I'D be going to jail. >> Mhm. >> But see, that road that she done became in out there in the streets around them other people, you you're not going to do that in here. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DO THAT in here. And she feel I'm wrong? How am I wrong, sir, when I'm asking somebody to respect your parents? Because the way you act show them that they don't have to respect >> Yeah, you're right. >> Do you understand? >> Yep. >> And she hit me like, you know, >> Cuz I see like a mark there. Is that from her? Like the line there? >> see like it was like it was like a like a fresh Like two moments later back she launched it I know she was >> saying look, if you want to look that way just so the light shines on it. Was it like a fist or something or a scratch? >> No, it was like she Okay, so it's like they was like this close to each other. And so two moments later like she literally launched and hit her. >> I know it's tough with kids. I can't imagine. >> I you know, disrespect I I can't believe it. Disrespect. You know, I wasn't asking for from her. I was asking for from the young lady. >> What kind of drugs does she use? >> Sir, she She be out there with people and I don't I don't be out there. >> There's no telling if she's really Okay. >> I you know, I I you know, I can't even I ain't going to even lie on all I know is I done told her to that sent him here. He has prostate stage four cancer. You know, you can see how weak he is. He is really upset about that. >> Let me go out and try to talk to her, ma'am, all right? >> Things got worse when the mother revealed Maya had smashed the TV and demanded $250 in rent while still relying on her elderly parents during her father's stage four cancer battle. Officers also saw a major head injury on the mother allegedly caused by Maya. >> All right, can I just kind of hear like your side of the story of what happened? >> So, you can hear her side of the story. Can I hear her side of what she said before I speak? I ain't Is she not? Okay, so what is what happened? I came home my friend dropped me off with the whistle party. When she dropped me off I guess we had she had an issue about me walking in the house and not speaking to her. So, by the time I got back outside >> your mom? >> Yeah. So, got outside you know we just talking. Then it went to being the money. That's when it all escalated. Just she would throw her clothes at me, then I threw my clothes back at her. Then later outside it was just over some money. That's all it was. It was just then it escalated over some money. >> Do you all like hitting each other at all? >> We threw our clothes at each other. We didn't hit each other. >> Okay. Were you like trying you were What about the clothes? Was she like trying to get you to move out or something? >> I stay here. I just pay her rent. I just stay here pay my rent. >> How long have you been living here for? >> About four five months now. If if I'm allowed to go with that possible I will. I'm sure I'll still have to get my things. Whatever that's what I think she threw out that we had the argument back and forth about cuz it led to that like to that money. But my stuff right there I could just leave like that's the possible. >> We'll figure something out. >> I got stuff too. Right here. Well, it's talking about Listen, I'm bleeding too. My phone up I'm bleeding so you can put your leg back on me if you want to. >> What's that from? >> My um after my clothes and the belt had caught up with my jacket. >> Uh-huh. >> We was talking like I was telling her you ain't got to talk to me crazy. Just let me know what's up and straight up. I may be young but you could just talk to me like we humans. Like just what's going on because right now it was just over some money. Just went from throwing clothes to getting each other's face and I stepped away from her cuz like I'm not about to do I'm not about to do this. >> How old are you? >> I was 23. >> Is there anything you you think is important for me to know? >> Is there something you know that I don't know? >> No, I'm just saying is there anything that you want to tell me that you feel like >> I really was talking to your I really was talking to your partner like no, I really don't want to add nothing to this investigation. She took my name down and my >> Okay, so you got your information. >> Yeah, like I told y'all she is crazy she everyday. People people trying to live with each other and work to just to get out people their parents out. Everybody going through that like this is happening right now in this society. That's what most of y'all cars own right now. >> So I see it the knot on the front of your head. Did she hit you in the front too? She hit you. >> If I'm such a bad mother, why you keep coming back? Because she want she wants to use me and then when I get it from the ground up, and help her get the job, get her you know, then you want to you want to you want to You want to be violent toward me and like I told my husband, this is it. And you know what when you get tired of being tired, that's it. >> So ma'am, earlier I asked you if anything physical happened. You say nothing physical happened? >> No. >> Your mom has a lot of marks on her. How did that happen? >> She cuz you were throwing my clothes at me and I threw my basket back back at her. So in the midst of that all my clothes was hitting her and probably scratching her up. That's probably what it was. >> Well, just based on the evidence right now, we're going to go ahead and place you under arrest for domestic battery, all right? Here, I'm going to put your phone on the car right now so that you can put it away. >> I don't know. I just got off of work. I'm sorry ma'am. >> You have like a bunch of stuff. >> Can you have me out her life? >> I'm bleeding on my finger right now. I mean you know I ain't I ain't Like I was not trying to talk lie to the police but she did lie to the police man. >> She got an inch >> She hit me too. I ain't say nothing but now I'm about to go to jail like she she hit me too. So I don't know why they going to just lock me up. Well, she bit my finger and I'm I wasn't trying to lie but now I know what since we getting we getting real, I'm I'm not going to do no lying. Since we being real, can can she go to jail, too? Now, I can I take Can you all Y'all ain't putting me in the car just yet. Y'all ain't putting me in the car just yet, so I can really still tell my side of the story. >> Maya insisted on hearing her mother's statement first, then explained the injury as being caused by a flying laundry basket striking her mother in the face. She also claimed her mother bit her finger in an attempt to get her sent to jail, too. Her excuses were shut down by handcuffs and a domestic violence charge, ending her stay at home and sending her straight to jail. What do you think about these ungrateful children?
