Welcome back to Easy Bodycam. Today, we're taking a look at some incredibly entitled brats whose attitudes were so outrageous that even the officers dealing with them eventually ran out of patience. >> Since Since I turned 18, my record's clean. I have not been in trouble since. >> But, you're always dealt up in drama. Why are you always such a drama >> Because, like, why am I still sitting here? >> I JUST EXPLAINED IT TO YOU. YOU WANT TO GET LOUD? I'LL GET LOUD. >> YEP, let's start with this Gen Z girl whose attitude was so wild that even a seasoned cop couldn't keep his cool anymore. On April 20th, 2022, police were called after a woman allegedly decided that a brick was the perfect tool for settling her problems. When officers arrived, they instantly recognized their VIP customer. Apparently, this wasn't her first appearance on the program. Here is what happened next. >> Yes, you >> Here Here's the backup. Backup. Backup. Go back there. I'll talk to you guys in a second, okay? >> You got to give my money back. >> Yeah. >> What's going on? >> I'm pregnant. >> Oh, Jesus, Aaliyah. >> I'm pregnant. Can you please Can you please come to my window, please? Please, sir. >> Why is it always something with you, Aaliyah? >> I don't know, bro. I don't know, bro. I don't know. >> I'm not your bro. We've been over this. It's always something with you, Aaliyah. >> Yeah, it can always be something. >> Can you turn your windshield wipers off? No, you're fine. Can you stop? Get in the car, Aaliyah. >> Yeah. >> Get in the car! Shut up and get in the car, Aaliyah! >> I broke everything. >> Shut your door. Shut your car door. Is your Is your car in park? >> Yes, it is. >> Can you just wait here for a minute? Aaliyah, I'll come back and talk to you when you calm down. >> No, she she pregnant, like >> Okay. >> So, she thought it was something else. She calmed down and breaks her window here. Those two rocks right there. >> Well, how did they end up back over there? >> Cuz we took them out the car wash. >> That's where the car was and she was talking about coming next up again, so I had her pull it in the garage. >> And we've got cameras right here at that house. He said he'd send me the video tape. Then she called me again and said she was about to come and bust my truck windows out right here. So basically just waited till she came and since she got here, she tried to get her money back then she started doing all this this and that. That's what happened. >> I I just didn't want my [ __ ] getting broke. So I pulled back there cuz she literally she like I'm about to come break your [ __ ] I pull up, she coming around the corner. >> living at her mom's? With who though? No, you're not. No, you're not. >> Give me my money. Give me my money. >> Yes. >> Officer, give me my money. >> Instead of complying, Kaya immediately claimed she was pregnant and acted like the rules didn't apply to her. The officers, however, were already familiar with their repeat customer. >> Yeah, okay. >> Since since I turned 18, my record's clean. I have not been in trouble, so >> But you're always dealt up in drama. And it's [ __ ] Ala. It's [ __ ] You're always dealt up in some [ __ ] >> I know. Just I'm not trying to use it as an excuse. It's cuz I don't know. I'm not going to make no excuses. >> Thought you were moving out of state. >> I did. I moved to Indiana for a minute. >> Well, why'd you come back? >> Cuz I had kids here. And I don't know that I don't know that >> Ala, stop. Stop. >> No, because I'm not about to keep on getting blamed for something. Go watch the video. Like I'm not about to keep getting blamed for something I didn't do. Period. Point blank. Like >> When has you talking to me this way ever gone your way? NO [ __ ] IT DOESN'T get you anywhere. >> I DON'T CARE. LIKE I DON'T CARE. [ __ ] I DON'T CARE. LIKE it's [ __ ] up. I don't care, bro. I should be dead or in jail, to be honest, bro. I don't I don't want to be here, like >> Then why do you keep coming back? >> I don't know. I got kids to take care of. Literally. That no one else will take care of. So, it's my responsibility. >> They're your children. Who do you want to take care of them? >> I don't put it on nobody else. So, I take care of them. >> They're your children. Yes, you're supposed to take care of them. >> me why do I come back. I'm telling you why I come back, to take care of my children. You asked me a question, I answered. >> That didn't even last long. The moment officers started poking holes in her story, everyone's patience went out the window, and a shouting match took center stage. >> While I investigate this. >> Okay, well, what, you want to put me in handcuffs? Like, is that what you're saying? >> I don't know. Why are you always such a smart ass? >> Because, LIKE, WHY AM I STILL sitting here? >> I JUST EXPLAINED IT TO YOU. YOU WANT TO GET LOUD? I'LL GET LOUD. [screaming] >> CARE ABOUT NONE OF THAT [ __ ] I'M USED TO that [ __ ] I don't care. >> No [ __ ] you're used to it. >> Yes, I don't CARE. >> BECAUSE YOU CAN'T STAY OUT OF TROUBLE. >> CARE. >> YOU THINK YOU GOT IT ALL FIGURED OUT? >> I KNOW I DON'T. IT'S THE DIFFERENCE. I KNOW I DON'T. >> CAR. GET OUT OF the car. I'll get out of the car, I'm dragging you out of the car. >> out of the car for? >> Because you're under arrest. >> Are you being serious? Are you >> I'm 100% serious. >> Can I at least call my family and tell them? >> You can call them when you're booked in. >> Are you being serious? Are you >> Let's go. Let's go. >> You're being serious? Are you >> Yes, get out of the car. >> Okay, yes, sir. But, what am I >> Get out of the car, I'm dragging you out of the car. >> Oh, take my wallet. Please, make sure it gets to my house safe. It has all my money. Yes, can you please make sure my stuff gets to to it safe? Right >> Let's go. Nope, give me YOUR PHONE. >> GO AHEAD. GET OFF OF ME. TAKE THIS [ __ ] Get off of me. LIKE, NO. OH, DON'T DRAG ME. I WILL GO. NO. I'M BROKE. >> STOP. >> NO. >> STOP. [screaming] >> NO, BRO. COME ON. >> KNOCK IT OFF. >> IT DOESN'T MATTER. >> KNOCK IT OFF. >> I'M PREGNANT. YOU DON'T DO THAT WEIRD ASS [ __ ] GET THE [ __ ] OFF OF ME. OFF OF ME. OFF OF ME. GET THE [ __ ] OFF OF ME, REALLY. >> STOP. THEN STOP FIGHTING US. NOW. >> [laughter] >> DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? THIS is getting [ __ ] stupid. Now you're definitely going to jail. >> But I was going regardless. >> Get in the car. GET IN THE CAR. >> THE OFFICERS HAD ENOUGH. AFTER she continued challenging them, they quickly took her down and escorted her into the patrol car without cuffs. >> So your brother lives there? >> Yeah, it's my brother lives there. He's at work. He called me and he was like, "Why are the police walking up to my door?" I'm like, "Probably because they asked earlier if I'd seen anything." I'm like, "Well, my brother's got cameras at his right down here." So he's at work, he's going to go through it and look and going to send me whatever. >> Okay. >> So. >> All right, perfect. I appreciate it. Thank you. >> yep. Good luck. >> Thanks. >> I I want to get to the point I have to yell at you because you do not listen to anything I say. I CAN I CANNOT HAVE A NORMAL conversation with you ever. No, because you're screaming and yelling when I'm trying to talk to you again. This is why IT TURNS INTO A SHOUTING MATCH BETWEEN YOU AND I every single time, Aaliyah. You come do stupid [ __ ] Aaliyah. Every time. Every time I talked to you till I was blue in the face when you were juvenile. You don't care. You do your own thing and then when you get in trouble, this is what you do every time. It never changes. >> Okay, thanks. Thanks. >> 14 services. Aaliyah, I'm not talking to you right now. >> Can you please do me a favor? >> Who has your daughter? >> My My daughter is with her momo. I need to make sure she gets to my house. >> With Huda? >> No, no, not with Huda. I'm trying to make sure she gets to Huda safe. >> Stop yelling at me. >> Will you please listen Can you please listen to me, sir? Sir, can you just please come >> I I have things I have to do first. >> I need to make sure my daughter >> Okay, you need to wait for a moment. Your daughter is safe. You need to wait a moment. Huda, this or Huda, this would have been real simple. You'd have got a summons for criminal You'd have got Shut up and listen. You'd have got a summons for criminal damage and I'd have sent you on your way. But you in all your wisdom, like you always do, you fight us because you think that's going to go your way. >> It's never going to go my way. >> No, it's not. So, I don't understand why you do it every time cuz now you just get more charges. >> I just want to call my mother, please. >> Not yet. I told you I will let you when I allow you to do it. You are under arrest. You are on my time now. Do you understand, Huda? Why did you even come over here today? >> There's no reason to even talk to you, I'm sorry. I'm not trying to be There's no reason to even talk to you. >> Even inside the patrol car, the argument continued. Having known her since her juvenile years, the officer could only shake his head and say, "You never listen." >> Did you see her throw the bricks there? >> No. >> Who's in the house? Came out with these bricks in her hand. >> You guys told me over here it was Huda that did it, though. >> Yeah. >> It was her. >> She called but she called us >> She said it herself, like >> She said it like when she was on the phone with the cops, like she was like, "I She was like, "I'll pay you back. Yeah, I did it." But I was just scared. What do you want? Like uh and I'm like, "Bro, it's not about paying this back. It's like, why did you do it in the first place?" So, like >> And this [ __ ] is ridiculous. Because I'm No, it was when you were down and kicking your feet. >> Okay, I apologize. >> Because this is getting to be [ __ ] Ala. If I had it my way, I would slap you with the felony and ship your ass to the jail. >> We already know. >> You still live with your mom? >> 23. >> Just be honest with me. >> Still be out. >> Why does it matter? >> Because I have to take you home now. That car drove off, and I am not drive Stop, Ala. >> I'm walking home. >> Ala, no you are not. >> Bro, I'M NOT BEING UNDER ARREST. I DON'T WANT TO STAY HERE, BRO. YOU GUYS can follow me home. >> I am not Ala. >> I have the freedom to leave. I live so close to here. Yes, I'M AT MY MOM'S. >> Then I will drive you home. >> I don't want to be driven. You guys can walk. >> Cuz here's the reason you are not going to walk. I'm not letting you out of my car here. Because you're going to go right back there and cause problems. Ala, I've known Ala, I've known you for 7 years. >> I have a case because OF THIS. I HAVE TWO BABIES. I'M NOT MAKING it worse ON MYSELF. I ALREADY did enough. I'M ALREADY BLESSED. I'M NOT GOING TO THE [ __ ] COUNTY. >> Oh my god. >> me. >> Ala, why do you continue to yell at me? If you continue to yell and scream, I'm just going to get out of the car and you're going to be here longer. Because you don't leave until I'm done doing my paperwork. But I'm not going to sit here while you scream and yell at me. >> 38 we're out. 10-08 on >> I I can't finish my paperwork cuz you're screaming at me. >> I can walk home. >> Ala, I am not letting you out in front of this house. I will >> out off the street, around the corner, bro. I was like let me I got to go TO WORK. I GOT [ __ ] TO DO. I'M NOT COMING BACK HERE. ON MY DEAD ASS DAD. THAT did this to me under his wing. >> Great. >> When you're done yelling and screaming, I'll finish my paperwork. >> Security footage later captured the moment she threw the brick, sealing her fate with yet another criminal charge added to the list. She was booked for disorderly conduct, resisting an officer, and criminal damage to property. Let's see what people have been saying about this Gen Z girl. This cop is the best parenting she has ever had. When the cop said, "Oh, Jesus Allah, I didn't realize that was her name. I just thought he was calling upon multiple gods for strength in dealing with her. I've never heard so much disappointment in an officer's voice. So sad." The takeaway is pretty simple. A bad attitude can turn a small problem into a much bigger one. When police are involved, [music] cooperation beats confrontation every time. Let's meet another member of the Gen Z Hall of Dramas. If the last case featured brick face conflict resolution, then this next one Instead of leaving peacefully, the 19-year-old decided she'd rather test her fists against the police. On May 28th, 2022, a driver managed to attract police attention by treating turn signals like optional equipment. The stop started calmly enough, but that calm didn't survive very long. Here's what happened next. >> You're driving. When you pulled that little stunt over there, how you cut everybody off and accelerate like a like a crazy person? Ma'am, this this traffic heavy here. You there's no need for that. That's cause accidents. So, I need your license. Cuz your driving's horrible. There's no need for it. You could have caused two or three accidents. No, you were driving aggressively. You know what? There's bumper-to-bumper traffic on 91 at this hour. You should not be driving that way. You were so lucky that you didn't cause an accident. Do you know what the speed limit is right here? What's the speed limit? No, it's 25. Well, she do 15. >> I went She can do 15 but I can't be over. >> You can't drive aggressively and you changed lanes. She doesn't feel safe. That's that's not a violation. 15 and 25. It's just slow speed. That's No. >> But you were allowed to go slow in a 25 mile >> Well, that's your judgment how fast she's going. Did you have her on on radar or something or Well, okay, that's fine but you can't be aggressive like that whipping out. You You don't have the right away to change a lane unless it's clear. You didn't use any signal. But you just cut it over You just cut it over and got it. All right, I need your license. I need your insurance. Well, and then we go by the computer and the computer is suspended. Do you have any paperwork on you? So anyway, I need you to step out of the car. Cuz I asked you. So please step out of the car. Step out of the Ma'am, step out of the car. >> with me since he walked up to the >> All right. >> Well, ma'am, but we saw you have to follow his orders and step out and we'll talk about it back at his vehicle, okay? Uh we're going to go back here cuz we don't want >> You're not under arrest right now. Just >> We're just going to go back to >> stay Come on out of the car. We got paperwork to do. All right, leave your purse there for me. All right, you don't have anything on you? No weapons anything like that? Okay, we're going to put you in the back of the car. >> You're going to come back in the back of my car? >> No, the police car. You have nothing on you? What's in your pocket right there? In your right pocket? Okay. Okay. >> Wow, just because I'm black don't mean I got weapons. >> [laughter] >> I just need to do a quick pat down and make sure you don't have any weapons that we can't see, okay? All right, just go ahead and just face my car real quick. All right. All right, we're going to have you You're not under arrest, okay? We're just having you have a seat in the back of his car, okay? >> She confidently assured officers that her driving was perfectly safe. Unfortunately, the computer disagreed, revealing a suspended license and expired registration. >> All right, well you weren't you weren't on tr- >> a medical marijuana card. >> A medical marijuana >> Medical marijuana card. >> No, I don't. >> Did you smoke it in the car? Does it smell like marijuana? >> Okay, but I haven't been smoking. Okay. >> smoked anything >> Have you had somebody else in your car that smoked? >> I had someone in my car, but I haven't been smoking. >> And you were also your plates expired? >> My plates is not expired. I got everything Yeah, I I Everything is in the mix of it. It's so much stuff going on. It's like I have to the check engine light is on. So, you have to stop. >> So, you have to pass that before you can get the plates. >> the appointment on Monday >> Okay. >> to get it to get it >> On Memorial Day? >> Oh, yeah. There's Memorial Day, isn't it? >> Yeah. >> I supposed to had it on Monday. I don't think they're going to do no work on Monday. >> Probably on Tuesday. All right, so see if you can find a receipt for that SR-22 and we'll see what what's going on, okay? If there is marijuana in your vehicle, where would it be? >> It's not no marijuana in the vehicle at all. >> Okay, somebody was smoking. Okay. >> butt, that's what he smelled. It's not no marijuana at all. >> Okay, well because we smell it, we're still going to check to make sure there's nothing in the vehicle, okay? And you're going to be issued a citation for, you know, everything that's going on. Obviously, the expired plates and stuff like that, okay? >> Huh. >> Oh. >> Okay, so you do have a roach in your car. All right, with a little bit of marijuana and there's some shake underneath the passenger floorboard. That's what's giving us the smell. All right. So, you can't have people in your car whether you're the one smoking or somebody else. Okay. >> Officer soon found a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle. Even with that discovery, they were still willing to keep things relatively simple. Sadly, she seemed determined to make things much worse. >> Joe >> Joe's in your trunk, Joe. In your trunk, Joe. >> Oh, everything's ready to Oh, that's all we told The fact that you don't have a driver's license >> I do have a driver's license. I do have a driver's license and I have insurance. my insurance. Where is my um Where is my driver's license? >> That's that's going to be it to the court. >> Oh, no, but why are you taking my driver's license? Why did you take my driver's >> Property of the state of Ohio. Property of the state of Ohio. No, you shut up. Joe, I'm not going to Get away from the car. >> Ma'am. I want my driver's license. >> Okay. >> Well, I am about to record them and I'm showing them in the court. You're already >> You're already You're already on there. You're on video, too. So, >> Okay. He's been racist to me. >> All right, let's get out of here, guys. >> Ma'am, you're going to have to move away from the vehicle. You're going to get hurt. Ma'am, you're going to get hurt. You have to step away from the vehicle. >> Get out OF THE ROADWAY. >> HEY! STOP TOUCHING ME. GET OFF OF ME. >> STOP. >> I SAID STOP TOUCHING ME. >> I DIDN'T TOUCH YOU. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. WHY ARE YOU SEE, I'M I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. I'm not. Why did you touch me? >> Get out of the road. >> I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. >> MOVE AWAY FROM THE CAR. >> I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. >> OBSTRUCTION and assault on a police officer. >> I didn't touch nobody. >> You punched me in the face. >> NO, I DIDN'T. >> YES, YOU DID. >> CAN YOU GET OFF OF ME? >> STOP. >> CAN YOU GET OFF OF ME? Can you just get off of me? Why are you doing this to me? This is awful. CAN YOU ALL GET OFF OF ME? >> NO. You're under >> them. >> You're going to jail. >> Why? Can you all get off of me? >> Stop. >> CAN I GET UP? >> NO. >> OKAY. You're hurting my hand like this. WHY ARE Y'ALL DOING THIS? CAN I JUST GET UP? WHAT DID I DO? OH, MY HAND IS IN the grass. This is so racist. I really >> You punched me. You're racist. >> Yes. >> I'm not fighting you. >> I didn't punch you. I promise I didn't punch you. Can you all get me up? Y'all are >> No. >> Why is this so tight, though? >> Stop resisting. You won't >> I'm not resisting. I didn't do anything. >> We're fighting you. You're resisting. >> I'm not fighting you. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not fighting anymore. I'm not. >> I got another pair back here. >> Given the chance to leave peacefully, she chose violence instead. After arguing and blocking officers, she punched one in the face and quickly discovered what handcuffs are for. >> Can I get my citation? >> Yeah. >> Yep, hold on. I didn't punch you. >> Yes, you did. I'm charging him with assault in the face. >> Okay. All right. I didn't hit you. I promise I didn't >> Put her in the back of Norris or Mike. >> I didn't hit you. Can I get my phone really, please? >> It's on the ground. >> I think Jim grabbed it. >> No, it's over here. >> Oh, is it? Okay, I'll get it. >> Over there? >> We'll get it. We'll get it. >> I didn't punch you, [ __ ] No, I didn't. >> Okay, well, we're not going to argue about it. It's on camera. >> I didn't punch you. I didn't punch you. I promise I didn't punch you. Can you get me my phone, please? >> Yeah, we'll get it. We'll get it. >> Ow. >> You can listen to your friend. >> I am about to tell you what >> Ma'am, you're in the way. This is in your way. Please move over. >> Can I get my phone, please? >> I I have it. >> Can I get it, please? >> You don't get it now. >> Why can't I get my phone? >> Stop it. Move your knee over. >> Right here. It's going with you. I already I already checked it all. We both checked it. She has some pills, but I looked at No, they're just prescription pills. >> Okay. >> And none of them are controlled. >> In a matter of minutes, the 19-year-old successfully upgraded a minor traffic stop into a criminal case featuring assault on an officer, obstruction, resisting arrest, and driving on a suspended license. Let's see what people have been saying about this girl. I'm black, and her pulling the race card is pissing me off. Driving with a suspended brain should be a felony. She has no license. Car plates are expired. She has no insurance. She punched the cop, but it's all racist. What world is she living in? Remember, traffic tickets are temporary. Criminal records for punching police officers tend to stick around a lot longer. Just when you think you've seen peak bad decision-making, along comes this 22-year-old ready to upgrade a routine citation into a trip to jail. >> Have a seat in the car, please. >> I'm on our Can you just look at our I will. Just please I'm just trying >> I've given I've asked you to do that three times now because this is a traffic stop. >> I'm at my house. >> Sit in the car, please. I've asked you multiple times. >> I need a supervisor right now. >> Sit in the car. I'm not saying another word from you. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> On June 2nd, 2023, a 22-year-old was pulled over for doing 62 in a 45. Her first response wasn't an apology. It was demanding to call dad and a lawyer because she thought the stop was unfair. Here's what happened next. >> Hi. >> Do you know why I'm stopping you? >> I mean, no. >> Do you know what the speed limits are? Cuz I've been trying to catch up to you since Seminole Boulevard. >> I don't even know where that >> So, when you're on Seminole Boulevard before you get to the triangle, then you go off to Madeira Beach, and then you go around, and then you made your right-hand turn here. >> When I When I go over the bridge you're talking about? >> Before that. So, on Seminole Boulevard and 68th Avenue, you're doing 62 in a 45. And then you continue your data high rate of speed over the bridge, the Tom Stuart Causeway, the drawbridge there. >> I used my cruise control over half the time, and I if if I I I like I don't even understand right now. Like, if I was speeding, like, why wouldn't you like if I was speeding all the way over there, which I wasn't, like, how why wouldn't have you just pulled me over all the way back there? >> Because I can't drive recklessly >> I was driving respectfully. >> Can you please have a seat back in your vehicle for me, please? And then may I have your license, insurance, and registration, please? >> Ma'am. All right, I got to call my dad. I'll talk to you later. No, I don't even understand. I've literally been home. Just stop. to call my dad, and then I need to call my lawyer cuz this is literally ridiculous. >> Ma'am, can you grab your 20? Can I have your registration and insurance, please? >> I'm pretty sure my registration is in the house. My dad drives this car. >> Okay, then have a seat back in the car so I can handle all of this. >> Hey, so this officer just I >> Have a seat in the car, please. >> I'm not Can you just look at our I will. Just please I'm just trying to >> I've given I've asked you to do that three times now because this is a traffic stop. >> I'm at my house. >> Apparently convinced that calling dad overrode police instructions, she ignored repeated commands to stay in the car and stepped out anyway. The officer's patience officially expired at that point. >> Put your hands behind your back. Let go of your phone so IT DOESN'T BREAK. MY DAD IS LITERALLY SITTING IN THE CAR. HE WANTED TO DO THIS. Do you really want TO DO THIS? >> STOP. >> THANK YOU. 168TH AVENUE IN HUNTINGTON BEACH. >> The [screaming] [ __ ] WE'RE FIGHTING NOW. I'M GOING TO LITERALLY sue this idiot [ __ ] >> [clears throat] >> CALL OUR LAWYER RIGHT NOW. FIGHTING NOW. MY DAD OW, YOU'RE REALLY HURTING MY [ __ ] ARM. >> Don't move. >> Oh, she threw her Oh, my god, SHE THREW HER BODY CAMERA. SHE THREW HER BODY CAMERA ON THE GROUND. [screaming] WHY DID SHE THROW HER BODY YOU'RE A LIAR. I CAN NO, I swear to god. And all for my daughter. >> DAUGHTER >> OH MY GOD, I'VE never experienced this in my whole life. And I'm holding my house this entire time. Yo, YOU PULLED YOUR BODY CAMERA OFF. Guess what? You should turn it off because you literally pulled your body camera off on top of my >> Ma'am, because you were resisting, it knocked it off. And don't worry, my car camera recorded everything. >> I requested a supervisor a MINUTE AGO. >> OVER 10 minutes ago. Tell me your supervisor's name. Sergeant Tacy. >> What is your name and your badge number? >> Deputy Mitchell. It'll be on your citation and your arrest report. >> Determining that she was actively refusing lawful commands, the officer placed her in handcuffs for obstruction. Suddenly, the confidence vanished. After struggling and knocking the body cam loose, she went from threatening lawsuits to begging for another chance. >> I've been pulled into my house. She said I was speeding all the way in something called Seminole Boulevard. I've never seen her car. She wasn't She did not have her lights on. I've been pulled into my driveway and she pulled in my neighborhood, told me to get out of the car. >> Get out. You knocked her body camera off. She just put her hands on me and threw me against my car. How many times? >> I don't understand what is happening. Like, I don't understand why she had to be SO AGGRESSIVE. I'VE NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE with the law. >> [laughter] >> Like, what is this? >> Ma'am, I've explained it to you multiple times. >> You told me I got out of the car to give you my my registration. >> Have a seat in the car and you said you wouldn't because you were on your phone. >> No, I said I'm about to get in the Officer, your body camera it was if it was even on the whole time Get back in the car. One second, my dad wants to say something to you. He was on speaker phone and you threw my phone on the ground and told me you were detaining me and now I'm arrested? And now you don't have anything to say. Like, I'm literally 22. >> Ma'am, you should obey the law. >> What do you mean? Just because you told me to I I was getting in my I got in my car when you told me. I got the stuff. I thought it was in the house. I got my registration and I gave it to you. I got out of the car and I handed you my registration. >> I I've it to you multiple times. You were given multiple lawful commands and you did not comply. >> Pick me up at the what if you're arresting me for real like police like >> Yeah, your phone will come with you. >> I'm not even trying to like lie. Like you literally told me to get in the car. I got in the car and I found the registration first. If you have a if you have a camera on your car, I opened the door and I showed you the I waved it to you and I acknowledged you. >> came over to me and I handed you the paper. >> And my dad's on the phone and he was trying to say something. I wait, I'm about to get in the car. My dad wants to say something to you. >> You said well you stay in the car until your traffic stop is complete, ma'am. >> What? >> You need to stay in your car until your traffic stop is complete. >> pulled into my driveway this whole time and then you turned like your lights on like >> Yep, cuz like I told you, I'm not going to drive reckless like you did in order to cut people off to get up to you. I maintained visual with you. I saw you make your right hand turn. I see you're right here. You're still in the car so I can conduct my traffic stop. >> Like I don't I honestly like for like I don't >> Got it. Got it. Instructions. >> Suddenly very concerned about her future in medicine, she begged officers for mercy. Unfortunately, the search of her vehicle was about to reveal a few details that wouldn't help her case. >> Yeah, that was on that was in the backseat. So. Thank you, gentlemen. >> What are here? >> Uh the van's going to come pick you up. >> A van like Are there going to be like other like criminals in there? >> Potentially. Stop. >> It's just just rice. >> I'll plead with a judge. >> It's just just a >> I have two months left in nursing school and now it's going to be on my record. I won't even even if I can continue school, I can't even take the NCLEX. I can't even work with people. >> Hold on. Why why won't you be able to take that? >> Because if I have a misdemeanor or anything, they don't let me. >> Back to the matter of >> you you can't be a medical >> I know multiple people who are in the medical field who have felony charges. >> I I well look look it up. I swear to god. Look it up online. You won't be able to take the NCLEX, the national board nursing exam if you have any >> Back to back to the matter of being >> Look at me right now. >> Just calm down. Stop stop stop. Don't get yourself stirred up. >> How do you >> I know, but fact of the matter being these things generally don't go anywhere and they throw them out. >> A routine traffic violation quickly became a criminal case. By the end of the night, she was facing charges for obstruction, resisting arrest, and possession of illegal drugs. Now let's see what viewers had to say about this aspiring doctor turned criminal defendant. If she's confused about this, she shouldn't be a nurse. Someone who was never given consequences with a parent will now face them in court. Priceless. The inability to follow instructions and take accountability are the last things you need in a nurse. A little cooperation can save you a lot of trouble. It's far easier to follow the law than to cry about the consequences afterwards. As reckless as our future healthcare professional was, she still had enough common sense to worry about her future. The woman you're about to meet doesn't seem burdened by that particular concern. >> Come here. >> Stop stop stop. >> [laughter] >> Well, that's really embarrassing. On November 10th, 2023, a woman suspected of shoplifting thought leaving the scene would solve her problems. Police quickly He her anyway, setting the stage for one of the least successful escape attempts you'll ever see. Here's what happened next. >> You looking for her? >> Yeah. >> She just went to Zumiez. We're both law enforcement, too. >> [music] >> Come here. Don't buck. Go over there. >> What? >> Come here. >> Uh-oh, don't touch me. Don't touch ME. STOP. STOP. I NEED TO CALL MY MOM. SIR, PLEASE. PLEASE, SIR. I NEED TO CALL MY MOM, PLEASE. I got my phone. WAIT, MY PHONE. >> OKAY. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. BEHIND ALL RIGHT. Stop resisting. You got three of us here, all right? Good. All right. I'm going to >> Wait, call my mom, please. >> Yeah. All right. Hey, I'm taking this out of her hand because it keeps ringing. >> Shouldn't have ran, huh? >> Wait, I need to call my mom, please. >> Nope, we're not doing that, all right? I will bend this back if we have to. Here we go. Hang on to that cuz I don't want her to Okay. What did she drop? >> Please, let me call my mom. My mom, I need to call my mom, please. >> Absolutely. >> Please, don't take me. Where are you going? And I told him that I didn't do anything. Please, see you, please. I need to call my mom. Please, let me see my mom, please. I need to call my mom. Sir, please. >> What? We're going to have a long time to talk. >> I don't want I don't try to talk because I was trying to run as much as I would the police, so that's why I thought when you were running after me, I thought that y'all was trying to blame me for what's going on, and I didn't do anything. >> I got you. >> That's what I'm saying. Can I, please, call the police, sir? Please, sir, please. >> Hey, step down. Watch your >> Oops, Let's this off. >> mind getting it off. Please call the police. Please. I just brushed my mouth. >> Yeah, that was like the spill you took. >> Back it up. Back it up. All the way. See? It's ain't going to go very well. It's not going to go well if you don't work with me. >> I hope was you there for me. >> Back it up. Back it up. >> Sir, she Oh my god. It hurts me. >> I appreciate your help. >> Anything? >> Nope. You can Thank you. >> Seeing the police, she sprinted away at full speed straight into a metal pole. The collision cost her a front tooth and moments later she was in handcuffs claiming complete innocence. >> Huh? >> I didn't really run after you. >> You did. You said you was looking for me racially. That's what I'm trying to tell to you, sir. >> Uh-huh. Hi Kristen. This is Officer Khan with Daytona Beach Police Department. Did you call about some girl from the Dunkin' Donuts? All right. We have a girl over here and need someone to ID her. You're saying no one can come and identify her? >> Somebody else >> All right. >> in and then >> it. >> And it's turns out that >> Oh, no problem. No problem. That's what we do. >> And they're needing a their roommate. >> What is going on? >> Yep. More phone calls. More phone calls, Jamaya. >> That's what phone calls do. >> More phone calls. That's the criminal justice system. It's all about more phone calls. So, uh they don't want to come ID because it's store policy not to do IDs. Uh I can take this girl for RA and then send her to the horse bowl with her or I can cut her loose. >> You will help with this. >> So, RA it is. Mhm. All right. I have great news and less than great news. The good news is the business about the coat store is straightened out for now and you're not in trouble for that. >> Good guy news. >> The bad news is you're going to jail for RA. >> What's that? >> It's what they call when the cops are trying to talk to you and they have a reason to contact you. >> to get violent with me for that though. >> You shouldn't have take off running. >> Cuz I didn't understand what was going on. >> Sir. >> Come on Aliyah. This is Officer Forest. She is going to search you. >> For what? Oh, he had me running from him and I didn't even do what they said that I did. That's what's so crazy. >> Can you turn around face the car for me? Please get in the car for me, please. >> I can't. >> Return to see for me. >> Ironically, she probably would have walked away free. Instead, she traded that opportunity for a jail cell and one less front tooth and somehow things only got more ridiculous once her family got involved. >> Yesterday, um my cousin was at work. She on the phone, but she can't talk like that. She can't really messed up and her neck is messed up. >> Okay, so >> She can explain to you exactly what happened. >> He approached [snorts] me. He parked over by the Under Armour. He approached me and said that I was being detained. And I asked him why was I being detained and he was telling me that it was because of ongoing investigation. So, I told him if you I already had called to verify myself. So, I told him I don't have to speak to you. I walked out. So, as the minute he saw me walking, I walked me fast. She was coming behind me. Well, I had to jump. He not paying attention to me. He trying to catch up to him and he walking. I need I almost hit a pole. Well, instead of me hitting the pole, I tripped and fell. And when I fell, he slammed on the ground and he changed. But when he slammed me, I I slammed him. What's my whole right foot in the air? Two chipped front teeth came out of my mouth. >> Okay. >> Mhm. >> You can go ahead and fill out the paperwork. >> Well, fill out that >> Fill out this? >> Yeah. If that's what you're going to file a formal complaint >> Mhm. >> and I'll give it to his day shift lieutenant cuz I'm the night shift lieutenant and then either they'll call you or someone from internal affairs will call you. All right? >> I'm finished filling it out. Thanks. >> Okay. So, I went in the back to look at the actual cameras cuz we all wear body cameras. So, it looks like when when he got to the Dunkin' Donuts, she had left. So, as he was walking around the outlet, there was some customers. There was actually some off-duty police officers. No, they don't work for us. Just random off-duty. It was like, "Are you looking for somebody?" And he said, "Yes." They told him what store she went in. She was hiding behind a display. So, he came from behind the display. He was like, "Hey, don't run. Where you going?" You know, "Don't run." She takes off running. When she takes off running, she's looking back at him and she runs into a pole. That's what knocks her her her teeth out. Um and then she she runs into the pole. She falls. She gets up. She grabs her phone and that's when he handcuffs her. So, he never throws her to the ground. >> The family quickly accused police of using excessive force. However, the body cam showed the truth. She was the one who introduced her face to to pole. The complaint didn't get very far. While the theft accusation remained unresolved, her decision to run and resist officers resulted in convictions for resisting arrest and obstruction. Let's see what people have been saying about her. The sheer audacity of trying to file a complaint for knocking your own ass to the ground while evading arrest. The fact that she tried to claim police brutality is beyond me. Thank god for body cams. Bro, who laughed as all of us watching? Running into a metal pole and losing a tooth was impressive, but our next drama queen somehow found a way to make that look reasonable by comparison. On August 8th, 2025, officers were called to a home where a 19-year-old woman was creating a scene. She insisted she had been locked out by a friend, but the homeowner said otherwise and demanded she leave the property. Here's what happened next. >> Okay. >> We literally get up to the door, they close the door in my face, and they told me I can't be here. I don't know why. I don't know what happened, what changed. >> Okay. Well, >> Yeah. >> if they don't want you here, then you're going to have to go >> I know. >> move on. >> I know. >> Just hang out here for a second, though. What's going on? >> She won't leave. >> Okay. Anything else happen? >> Nothing else. >> Okay. >> She just won't refuses to leave. >> Okay. >> She's never been here before. I don't know what she's going on. She needs to go back home. Wherever she's from. >> Okay. Well, I know she's been here before, but Okay, you heard him. He doesn't want you here, so you're going to have to go. >> I'm sorry. I wouldn't have came if I knew that. >> All right, get going. >> All right. Can you please give me a ride? >> No, you can walk. You walked here, you can >> I know I didn't walk here. I can't walk. >> You are walking just fine. >> No, I'm not. >> Get going. >> Oh my [ __ ] god. Can't you please give me a ride, please? Please? >> You need to leave. >> I don't want to walk. I've been walking all day. >> There you go, you just said you've been walking all day, so obviously you can walk. >> I have a [ __ ] up ankle, so no I can't. >> I know that sucks, but you need to leave. >> That sucks. Are you the one with the ankle? >> I've had plenty of injuries. Get going. >> I'm just asking him for a ride. >> And he said no. He doesn't want you here. You need to leave. >> [laughter] >> Can I please have a ride? Why though? >> Would you like to press charges on trespassing? Cuz I can give you a ride to the jail. >> I've been trying for 40 minutes. >> I just wanted a ride and I wanted my stuff back. >> Well, he's not going to give you a ride, so you need to leave. >> Oh my [ __ ] god. Oh my god, I'm just always in these situations. I didn't do [ __ ] thing to anybody. >> [laughter] >> All right, come on. Let's go. >> I get it. >> Well >> I'm on the sidewalk. I'm not trespassing. >> Denied a free ride, she immediately unlocked a convenient ankle injury and started arguing on the sidewalk while attempting to recruit strangers into the drama. Her legal expertise would soon be tested. >> Are you serious? >> Yes, I'm serious. Get out of here. >> I need a [ __ ] ride, bro. >> Obviously you don't because you said you just said you've been walking, so go. >> Yeah, I have my god. It's not your business. It's really not. >> Okay, then go. Plain and simple. Leave. >> sorry. I'm just watching out for a car. Is that okay? Or is this against the law? >> Go up there then and do it. >> the law? Is this against the law for me to look for a [ __ ] ride? Is this against the law for me to sit in the back of the [ __ ] cop car? >> Let's go. >> I'm not doing anything. Oh, I'm on the sidewalk. >> Go. >> I'm on the sidewalk. It's not public property, I guess. What can I do, officer? Why can't you give me a ride so you can just drive around town and >> I'm not giving you a ride. You walked here. You can walk. >> No, I can't. Do you Do you not me? My ankle's My doctor said I can't. >> I heard you say that you've been walking all day. >> to the hospital to get my papers. >> Why don't you go to the hospital and get your ankle checked out if it's that bad? >> Well, >> How do you think I know what's wrong with it? >> They obviously don't have you in a cast. They don't have you getting surgery. >> on for a [ __ ] SPRAINED ANKLE. YOU STAY OFF OF IT. >> WELL, then go somewhere and stay off of it. >> What do YOU THINK I'M TRYING TO DO? WHY DO YOU THINK I'M LOOKING FOR >> HERE YOU >> A RIDE. I'M NOT [ __ ] with him, am I? Does it look like I'm [ __ ] with him? >> Jesus, just go. It's not that difficult. No, you are not. You're sitting in the street screaming. >> WALK ON IT. OKAY, I >> OKAY, all right, shut up. >> [ __ ] arresting me. For what? For what? >> Disorderly conduct. >> For being in the street? Are you serious? For being in the street? Are you serious? WHAT THE [ __ ] THIS IS NOT [ __ ] legal. >> Dispatch 186, show that female T95. >> This is not [ __ ] legal. What the [ __ ] How What am I being arrested for? >> Disorderly conduct. >> For being in the street, IN A [ __ ] PUBLIC STREET, IN A PUBLIC [ __ ] >> like that. >> public street. I'm getting a >> Disturbing the peace. >> I didn't. I WAS WAITING FOR A RIDE. YOU arrested me for standing in the street? Are you serious? >> Do you hold still, please? >> Oh my [ __ ] I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. WHAT THE [ __ ] [screaming] WHY ARE YOU TAKING MY PANTS OFF? >> I'M NOT TAKING YOUR pants off. >> My pants. Did I go my pants off? What the I did not take a >> Get in. >> [laughter] >> My dad >> Her sidewalk argument eventually moved into the roadway. Moments later, she was in handcuffs crying and asking what she had done wrong. The answer was about to get much worse. >> WHAT LAW DID I BREAK? >> I'M SORRY, MA'AM. FEMALE 10-95. >> WHAT? >> Beginning miles is 790. >> WHAT LAW DID [screaming] I BREAK? WHAT LAW DID I BREAK? FOR BEING ON A [ __ ] SIDEWALK looking for a god damn ride. >> I already told you. >> What law did I break? >> Disorderly conduct. I already told you that. >> I was on THE [ __ ] SIDEWALK LOOKING FOR a ride. I didn't do [ __ ] that was illegal. I DID NOTHING. I DIDN'T DO [ __ ] THAT'S NOT A [ __ ] FAIR. THAT'S NOT a [ __ ] fair. I didn't do anything. I was ON THE [ __ ] SIDEWALK. [screaming] HOW ARE YOU GOING TO ARREST SOMEONE WHEN YOU'RE ON THE SIDEWALK? HOW? HOW? HOW? WHAT DID I DO WRONG? I DIDN'T BREAK ANY [ __ ] LAW. I DIDN'T DO I'M ANYTHING WRONG. I didn't do anything wrong. How do you arrest somebody that didn't BREAK THE LAW? >> [screaming] >> DISPATCH 26 23 ENDING. >> You [ __ ] kidding, [ __ ] >> 790.5 >> Hey, man. >> I didn't DO ANYTHING [screaming] WRONG. WHAT THE I DIDN'T EVEN BREAK THE LAW. WHAT THE >> IN JUST A FEW MINUTES, SHE successfully upgraded a simple request to leave into two criminal charges, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. To wrap things up, let's meet a 19-year-old who used modern technology exactly as intended to create evidence and deliver herself straight to the police station. On March 30th, 2025, someone found a wallet and apparently mistook it for a gift card. By 5:00 p.m., fraud alerts revealed the stolen card was already being used at Publix, prompting a police investigation. >> Was that today? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then you said the card was used? >> Yeah, my wife she's here, too, but she she got a text from the from the bank. You know, that I I don't know how they thought it was kind of fraud fraudulent, but anyway, um they sent her a message wanting to know if it was him or not using the card. I don't know how [clears throat] she replied to it or not, but since then I have canceled the card. >> Okay. >> Um but so he was in one of the like massage chairs, I guess, at the mall. And he had put his wallet between his legs, probably cuz it's really fat and he doesn't want to carry it. But anyway, when he got up, he walked away without it. So, somebody picked it up. >> Okay. >> So, and then we just noticed Well, he talked to an officer there, and they gave [snorts] him a little card with a number on it and stuff. And then uh >> [clears throat] >> later on, that's about 5:00 is when we got the thing saying they were trying to use it at Publix, his debit card. >> Okay. Did it go through? >> That I'm not sure about. >> Cuz he doesn't know if it still shows his wife. >> Right, it still doesn't show Was that it? It doesn't even show that it's pending. It shows the charges there. Like it looks like to me that they charged $8.64 for something, maybe to see if the card was going to work. >> And it went through? >> And it went through. >> Okay. Well, as of right now, you want to pursue charges cuz here's the way like the reason I'm asking is because >> I'm going to step back cuz the sun's in my eyes >> Get comfy, man. Do you. So, the reason I ask is because if you don't want to pursue charges, we don't want to waste man hours looking for someone that you don't want to go to jail. >> Hey, grab your mom. Hold on. >> So, that's why I'm asking. If you do want to pursue charges, sure, we'll we'll investigate this to the ends of the earth and we'll try and find them. >> Let me Let me just grab I'll grab her and she can get >> Mhm. >> So, really there's I I don't know how much you can do with the cash. >> Yeah. >> That >> That's here to say how much was in there. >> Yeah. So, but the debit card issue, someone trying to use that. >> Hi guys. >> Howdy. >> So, they're basically asking yeah, if if we would like to pursue charges on the people that used the debit card. >> Um I mean, I would say yeah, they're fraudulently using his card. So, I mean, that's >> Okay, they just don't want to waste man hours if we're not going to see it through. >> Right. >> Yeah. >> Cuz if you don't want to pursue charges, then >> I mean, I don't like that they have his driver's license, too. They know where we live, whoever did that. So, yeah. >> Got you. >> Yeah. >> So. >> So, I I guess I would say yes, then. >> Okay. >> It's $233, but >> Two days later, on April 1st, 2025, April Fool's Day, though the police weren't joking. Officers pulled over a 19-year-old woman suspected of using the stolen credit card. >> Hello. How are you doing? >> I'm doing >> I'm Detective Gang with the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, okay? Um we've got an active investigation going on with you on top of the fact that you're driving with a learner's permit without someone else in the car with you, right? You got to have someone with a valid license over 21. Hey. I'm talking with you. You got to pay attention to me. What we're talking about is pretty important, okay? Um that being said, it's super dangerous for me right here on the side of the road and for you being here. We're going to have you step out and talk on the side if you're all right with that. Okay. Hey. You need to step out. I'm giving you a lawful order to step out of this car. If you don't, you're going to be arrested for resisting. Go step out in front of the patrol car. >> I'm not walking. I don't want you to hit my car. Right over here. >> All right. This is going to go down. And I don't know what's going on with you. They These guys are super genuine and cooperative all the time, and for some reason or another you just want to sit on your phone and not talk to us. Even though this is I understand that, but this is pretty important. >> Credit card fraud, driving unsupervised on a learner's permit, and ignoring police to scroll on her phone. She was building quite an impressive resume. The handcuffs soon followed. >> So, you're detained for a criminal investigation at this point in time, okay? All right, I'll talk to you about the case if you're all right with that. Do you want to have a conversation about why you're in handcuffs today? >> What criminal investigation? >> Or you want to be taken straight to jail? >> I would like to talk. >> A fraud. We can figure this out. >> Well, you If I talk to you, it's going to be at our office and we can have a conversation about it there. Other than that, if you don't want to talk, we're going to go straight to jail. >> I'm fine talking, but I would like to know >> Well, we'll get you We'll talk to you about it. It's a fraud. I have reason to believe you're involved in a fraud, okay? And with that being said, I'd like to talk to you about it, but it's going to be in a controlled environment at the sheriff's office instead of in the heat out here in this dangerous area. Okay? Sounds like a plan? Hey, take Carseat in the back of the car. This This truck's going to end up getting towed. >> Can you take the car seat out, please? >> That's what I was going to ask you if that's okay with you so I can make sure your daughter has I I forgot. Was it a daughter? >> Yes, I did. >> Okay. I wanted to make sure. Um she has something safe to ride in. And so that's okay with you. I'll take the car seat out for you. And I can give that to Is this grandma? Okay. All right. That's the plan? >> How long is it going to be now? >> Our conversation? I I couldn't tell you. We'll just figure it out together. I got to show you just a couple things to talk to you about it. We'll sit down. It's nothing scary or spooky. I just This is not like a controlled environment that we like to do. I'd much rather you be in the AC and not I'm eating you and it's just a lot easier than this. >> cuz I'm at work right now and I'm clocked out on break. >> Okay. Well, it's going to be like me a an hour. All right. But the work we'll figure it out. I'll give him a call personally and let him know why you're even not at work. >> But he I'm running the business cuz they're out of town right now. >> Okay. All right. Well, give us a couple, okay? >> After testing the limits of free shopping and treating the traffic stop like an inconvenience, she walked away with two criminal charges instead of any rewards points, identity fraud and petty theft.
