Body cam footage reveals three teenagers executing a bold credit card skimming operation, planting a discrete device on a gas pump and stealing thousands from unsuspecting customers in just hours. But their high-tech hustle didn't go unnoticed. When a sharp-eyed victim flagged the fraud, local law enforcement launched an urgent investigation. Atlanta police.
