You shut the >> Did you just threaten to fight me? >> I sure did. >> You guys are trespassing. >> WE ARE NOT TRESPASSING. WE ARE NOT TRESPASSING. WE ARE NOT TRESPASSING. WE CAME UP HERE TO GET FOOD. >> THEY ASKED YOU to leave and YOU GUYS DIDN'T >> WHY? >> YOU GOT TO LEAVE. >> BRO, DON'T TOUCH ME. Don't touch me. DON'T TOUCH ME. >> You guys are trespassing. >> Don't touch DON'T TOUCH ME. YES, I AM. >> Many teens think they can get away with anything, but reality hits hard, especially when entitled teens get a huge instant reality check by cops. First up today, we've got one of the most classic power trip moments ever. It all went down at a local restaurant. >> Uh they want to press charges against you, so yeah. >> CHARGES FOR WHAT? WE DIDN'T do nothing. >> YOU GOT TO LEAVE. >> WE DIDN'T DO NOTHING. >> YOU GOT TO LEAVE. >> OKAY, SO WHAT DID THEY PRESS CHARGES FOR? >> ON January 17th, 2024, police responded to a local seafood restaurant where three teenage girls were reportedly harassing staff and threatening violence over a trivial disagreement. >> Hey, you stay here with them. There's already three of them. I'll be all right. Yes. What do you have for me? >> I was the first one to deal with them, so they walk in. I I tell them to calm down and they're literally holding the menu pretending like they're about to throw up. >> All right. >> So, I look at them. I give them a mom look. I'm like, all right, just let it go. You know what I mean? They sign their receipt and they think it's all cute. Swing the pen at me. I let that go, too. >> Okay. >> They're touching everything. Is this real? Is this real? Touching, sipping. So, I have Ashley come up and then Ashley comes up cuz she's she's my uh she's my tougher big sister. >> So, I found the leaving I start telling me they're going to punch me. >> Well, that's what they were saying when we were there. >> "Just do it." >> I said, "Get out." I refunded their thing. They're outside. They're banging on the windows, screaming. [music] So, then I come outside and I'm like, "Now you're outside. You want to yell at us?" And then they just pulled up. >> Okay. So, are you a manager or anything like that? What do you want to do? Do you want to press charges against them? >> Absolutely. >> You do? Okay. >> they got to get their act cleaned up. >> Okay. >> They were trespassing. I asked them to leave. They threatened me. They threatened my staff. >> Okay. What What What did they threaten you with? >> To uh to hit us, to punch us, to beat my ass. >> All All three of them did? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, we'll have to get written statements from you guys um and then have you sign tickets since you're the manager. And Okay. >> Even when confronted by the police, they confidently challenged everyone around. This confidence was astonishing at least until a few minutes later. >> Hey. Did you get their IDs? All right. Yeah, we do. Uh they want to press charges against you, so yeah. GET THE CAR. UH AGGRAVATED MENACING, TRESPASSING. GET THE CAR. THEY ASKED YOU TO LEAVE AND YOU DIDN'T LEAVE. GET THE CAR. STAND UP. GET THE CAR. GET DOWN. >> WHAT DO YOU NEED, MA'AM? WHAT DO YOU NEED? WHAT DO YOU NEED? >> [screaming] >> I'M GOING TO TASE YOU. GIVE ME YOUR HANDS. GIVE ME YOUR HANDS. YOU ripped my badge off. You're fighting. GIVE ME YOUR HANDS. YES, I GOT YOUR BADGE. YOU'RE GOING TO GO TO JAIL, TOO. >> WELL, THE HANDCUFFS SEEM LIKE THE MOST unexpected and fitting accessory for these rebellious queens, but that doesn't mean it could stop their entitlement. >> And I said you're under arrest. And you kept fighting. And you pulled her. So, you're going to get another charge. You're getting a obstructing obstructing official business. And you broke my You ripped my badge off [music] while we were fighting. I'll get it back to you. Get up. >> You can have the shoes, sir. >> Yeah. Just a sandal? >> I think it's in the car. >> PASSENGER SIDE, RIGHT? YOU GOT ANYTHING ON YOU? >> NO. >> Just stand in the door jamb. I'm going to check real quick. >> I don't want to miss my cruise. >> All right, have a seat. Let's see. This is all right. >> I didn't do anything. I'm asking you to do you. Thank you. You don't want to fight. YOU HAVE NO CHOICE. You have no choice. You need to step out. I don't want to fight with you. I don't want to pull you out of the car. Please step out before I have to. Step out. Step out, Debbie. Ma'am, get off the phone and step out. Ma'am, hang up the phone and step out. This is your last warning, ma'am. Step out or I'm going to pull you out of the car. I'd prefer not TO DO THAT. STEP OUT. STEP OUT. STEP OUT. MA'AM, show me your hands. Step out. Step out. Step out. Step out. Relax, ma'am. Relax, ma'am. Stop pulling away FROM ME. OKAY. COME ON, DEBBIE. COME ON. ALL RIGHT. OURS IS OPEN. It's open. You got the phone on speaker. >> I'm pressing charges on every single last one of y'all. Every single last one of y'all. Every one. >> You got anything on you, ma'am? You got a gun? What do you have? >> You put your hands on us. I didn't even do anything. >> Deal with you. >> Yes. Every one. I got the rest. They put their hands on us. >> Ma'am. >> I'm pressing the rest of the charges. I don't even know WHY I'M GETTING ARRESTED. I'M GETTING THE I'M GETTING SO SERIOUS. I'M GETTING >> ALL RIGHT, STEP OUT. STEP OUT. STEP OUT. Step out. >> Step out. >> I didn't do anything. >> Step out. This is your last warning. Step out. >> Do you know what I mean? >> Step out. Step out. >> You were in the restaurant. I was IN THE RESTAURANT. THEY PUT THEIR HANDS ON US. >> Step out. >> They put their hands on us. >> Step out. >> They put their hands on us. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> This is your last warning. Step out. Open the door. It's on this side. What? India. India, just do what THE HELL THEY SAY. INDIA. >> I PROMISE YOU. GUESS WHAT? GUESS WHAT? WE HAVE TO COME UP HERE. COME UP HERE TO RED LOBSTER. COME UP HERE TO RED LOBSTER. >> COME ON. COME ON. That's my But the [ __ ] INSIDE I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING. Every homey inside Red >> She thought she was the police chief and demanded to confiscate all the police officers' badges. Pretty clever of her, but of course the police didn't really care much about what these kids said. >> You're not even asking them. I didn't even do anything. >> Get in the car. Get in the car. What do you want me to drag you around in handcuffs? >> I didn't do anything. >> We didn't do anything. >> [laughter] >> Go ahead. Did you get the plate on this vehicle? >> I DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING. [screaming] NOW THEY'RE ABOUT TO TOW MY [ __ ] CAR. >> All right. >> Are you serious? >> I'm sorry about that. >> I didn't even do anything. ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO IS GET THEM OUT THE CAR. I WASN'T DOING ANYTHING. This is ordering conduct for what? I didn't do anything. >> [music] >> And I'm going to let the judge know that. That y'all arrest me for nothing. Um, excuse me. Um, who has my phone? >> I don't know. >> You can't find out? I am. I'm trying to be calm as >> I'm I'm >> as I can. I am. Can you ask my daughter where my phone is? >> Okay, we're going to pat you down real quick. >> Great. Love it. That's my phone. >> Let's see it. >> Beautiful. >> I got her. >> You're pulling my pants down. You know exactly what you're doing. >> Ma'am, relax. >> He's pulling my pants down. What do you mean relax? >> He's checking your pockets. He's got stuff in there. >> you're pulling my pants down. >> All right. Did you take this phone? >> No. >> So y'all Y'ALL DOING IT? >> [laughter] >> I'M BRACING. You're hurting my arm. >> All right, get in the car. >> You're hurting my arm. >> Get in the car. >> bracing >> Never heard that one before. >> At the station, all of these girls were charged with disorderly conduct, resisting, criminal threats, and obstruction. Receiving multiple charges at the police station was the high price for the arrogance of thinking one could escape handcuffs. Let's see what everyone said to these kiddos. Who else is tired of these loud entitled bullies? Manager, they got to get their act cleaned up. Prefect way to look at it. As soon as they're held accountable, they claim racism. Now, if you think those three girls were confident, Flagler County is about to introduce a whole new level of delusion. >> Okay, you know you know me you know me well. >> I do know you very well. >> You've arrested me. >> I know we've had some rough times in our patches. >> You always cause issues. You terrorize the community. >> Get up. >> Yo, what the >> Go go. >> What the >> Don't stand up. >> Yo, wow. Wow, bro. >> Even with their parents, too. >> That's cool. Stay back. Quit me. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. >> On September 28th, 2024, police were called to a Walmart parking lot after several reports of teenagers riding e-bikes recklessly and triggering vehicle alarms. >> That's when we were we got to stop this. They were going home, too. We were going back to Jones. >> So, I got multiple calls about you guys. >> From who? >> That's none of your business. >> Multiple. >> How about us? >> So, about me? Correct. So, I'm going to give you guys listen. I got I'm going to be honest with you. Just be honest exactly what you did. Honesty is the best policy. If you're not honest with me, that's when things get worse. So, be honest. What were you guys doing? >> Bro, we we just came >> Me and him just >> Were you setting off car alarms in the parking lot? >> No, we were not. No. That silver car alarm was going off for like 20 minutes. We went inside and said in Zaxby's and said, "Someone's car is going off outside." No one came out. We were outside. >> Someone's blue car alarm is going off. >> You were silver. >> It was I don't know. >> It was right there, though. >> Like you can literally go check the cameras. We were not doing nothing to no cars. We were sitting in the parking lot right here. >> Me and him just pulled up. >> Do you know the laws? >> Yeah. >> I know the laws. >> You know what I can and can't do. That's >> Not fully. >> Are you guys I'm going to be frank with you guys. Are you guys dumb or what? >> No, I'm not. >> Okay, so crossing the street with a bicycle, is that walking? >> No. Oh, James. >> Oh, wow. Look at that. So, let's stop with all that crap, all right? Just use your brains for a minute. >> Okay. >> I'm not sure these kids want to use their empty brains anyway. >> Does this look like a place to go riding around on a bicycle? Crossing Listen, crossing [music] the street, doing all that stuff, going through the parking lots on bicycles and stuff. >> I mean, where are we supposed to ride our bikes? There's There's nowhere else. >> Listen, there's parks. >> This is literally a retirement town. There's nothing to do here. >> Okay, then you're going to see us a lot more and you're going to get a lot more tickets. Don't just be in front of you. Listen, listen, listen, listen. Cut the lip. Cut the lip. Obviously, these guys don't want to be in trouble. They don't want to get in trouble by their parents. They They don't want to be grounded, X, Y, Z. Listen, if that's what you want to do and you want to keep running amok out here, we're going to be called and we're going to take care of it. [music] You guys got to start making good decisions for yourselves. >> write us a warning? >> I'm going to be looking up all the information, making my decision from there. You all might get tickets. You all might not. I'm pretty chill. I bring the least amount of people to jail. I write the least amount [music] of tickets. Just hang out here. I'll be right back. If you guys leave, it's a felony. No more No more warnings. >> Is he going to get a ticket? >> Everybody get a warning. >> Is this one getting a ticket? >> Oh, yeah, everybody get a ticket. Oh Oh Oh, how many of y'all are there? >> I remember you from the damage I remember you. >> Everybody get a warning. >> Huh? >> What's What's your name? Yo! Yo! What's your name? I know I want to ask him if he If he gives me a false name, he's going to jail. Hey! Anybody give me a fake name, fake phone number, fake anything, go to jail. Understand? I'm not bull driving. Get up. Come over here. We're dealing with y'all all day. What's your I don't care. Shut up. What's your first full first name? >> Okay. You know You know me. You know me well. >> I do know you very well. >> You've arrested me. Okay. >> I didn't arrest you, but >> Uh I know I think No, who No, yeah, you Hey, you did. Because I have >> I was there, but I didn't arrest you. >> I have the uh What's it called? The the What's the badge number? No. No, the the camera. >> When additional officers arrived and identified several familiar faces from past incidents, the situation shifted from education to enforcement. >> The person ran a red light. >> Yeah, that was >> Yeah, yeah. >> I don't know. >> And they were speeding, too, so >> Luckily, they didn't get hit by a >> Do we have names already? >> Yeah. >> You got everyone's name? >> Yeah. >> All right. Can I Can I just Can I just speak my word? >> Okay. >> You speak your word, I might not listen. >> Mama. Okay. >> I got a light. I got everything. >> I'm going to have to tow this thing. >> What? You want me to tow it? You want me to tow it? >> Basically, this guy is saying that um >> What? Yeah, you always cause issues. Breaking stuff. You laugh at your friend. Disrespectful. Tell her that part, disrespectful, too. >> Excuse me, sir. >> Mhm. >> Um I'm sure I'm going to be transparent. I'm going to be transparent. I'm going to be I'm I know I know we've had some rough times in our patches. >> You always cause issues. You terrorize the community. >> For I'm I'm fighting in a court right now. For the the moped thing. I'm going to win. >> That's one That's one. What about every time we get called about you guys over here? >> Yo. >> Come here. >> I'll call you back. I'll call you back. I'll call you >> Who is that? >> I'm on You know what? Next Next time I see you, I'll be like, "Look, I won the court." I'm going to take a picture of me winning court. >> If you go to If you pass court, I really don't care about that case, to be honest with you. I don't even like my case. >> I know. I got blamed. >> No, it's my issue is that we're getting called about you guys every single day, whether it's you guys or your friends or whatever. Always curfew at people. Always going up in these stores causing issues. Never helmet on your bikes. I've warned you guys I'm team times. >> We need a helmet. >> Yeah, you do. How old are you? >> But no, my helmet No, my helmet broke. >> You know that kid that just got killed? >> The one that >> Oh, yeah, with the semi truck. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> No, he was He was riding one of these e-bikes and not paying attention, zooming across the street. He's the one that Remember we arrested him and he was hurting? >> Your friend's coming? >> I'm calling him to tell him to come. >> Uh you're free to leave until they get here. >> All right. This is Tiffany. I'm just trying to find out what's going on. >> We're at this point where we're done giving warnings. We're not playing around anymore. Every time we do, they slap us in the face and they do it again 10 minutes later. It's wasting our time. We have better stuff to do. We have shootings going on, shootings going on, and I'm stuck here with five unruly children that want to cause a disturbance. So, they're all getting citations for no helmets on their bicycles. You're welcome to come here and get them. If not, you're going to ride home. Do you have any questions about that? Which bike is your bike? This one? Which bike is your bike? You been stopped by the police before? >> No. >> Never? >> Never. Look at my record. >> You were with him that >> It's a joke. You can >> All right. All right. I'm I'm I'm going to tell you I'm going to make sure I don't mind on that plate. Just so you guys know, if he ever gets stopped and he goes running these bikes, that's a felony. >> Although these teens insisted they had never been in trouble before, what happened next would tell a very different story. >> Why do you feel that you want to yourself? >> Bro, I told you not to say that. >> Get up. >> Yo, what the >> Cut it out. What the >> Don't stand up. >> Yo. Wow, they're wow, bro. >> Why the did you do that? >> Well, we're going to get up some help. So, we'll figure out why he did it. >> Bro, why would you do that, bro? You know you're not for real. Come on. >> Look at that, bro. Can you take this off? >> Uh just check the bag. Just check the bag. It's just cologne. >> What's in it? >> It's just cologne. Check the bag. >> What What's What's going on with Stand up. Stand up. Uh Oh. What's What's wrong there? >> You know what? Fight, bro. >> What's wrong with you? >> do no more, bro. >> What's that? Is it double locked? Okay. What's going What's wrong with you, man? Seriously. >> I just like I just >> What happened there for the past 2 minutes? That he got stopped like that. Were these parents or something? >> It's cuz they didn't get anything in >> Yeah, they're not. They're like What's What about him? Like, why don't they get it? They don't like us. >> I've stopped you before. You've lied to me. I've stopped him several times. We stopped him several times. I don't know about you, but they've never warned before. >> to you. You got me over there. >> And you lied to me about being with them that day cuz I confirmed it after the fact. >> Yo, reason you're you're getting this side facing but >> I I know why it's cuz you know why, right? >> Cuz you didn't follow us, that's you guys. >> Well, we got to hold you guys accountable somewhere. >> I know, but >> So, saying you want to I mean, regardless, we got to get you some help. But, saying you want to kill yourself >> It's all right, bro. >> What is going on that caused you to say that? >> Oh, it's not that serious, nothing, bro. It's just Oh, y'all just say it's yo, bro. >> What's that? >> It's yo, bro. >> Us? We got called here. >> All right. >> Yeah, exactly. I let you go, right? I warned you, but I found out later that you were with your group. >> I wasn't. Not at Lowe's. >> Either way, that's a different day, but that's That was your one warning. >> I just didn't ride I've been riding on the sidewalk. I haven't been like in the road. I haven't done nothing wrong. >> I don't know. >> I know, but y'all are saying y'all get tickets. I know you for sure getting ticket. I'm just I'm just trying to keep y'all calm, but like, bro, I just can't no more. I can't. I'm just bro. I need to calm down. >> Just take a breath, all right? Take a deep breath. You're not going to jail. >> Are you on probation? >> No. >> I don't know if you are now, but believing that you are not, you're not going back to jail right now. You're just sitting here as we write you your ticket, man. >> There are many types of entitled teens. Some barricaded themselves in their cars and challenged the law. Others were wailing, but with these young kiddos, they called their parents to step in, but their parents would bring about a whole different level of chaos. >> Your dad? >> Yes, I am. >> Which one? >> My mom. >> All right, mom's calling. I'm going to dismiss it. >> So, cool. How was work? >> Mom, can I open it? >> Hey, good evening, ma'am. This is Deputy Stanley from Lee County. >> Yeah, he's going to be getting a ticket for riding a bike without a helmet. I've probably stopped him at least five times myself personally. I've been warning him every single time about that, and I believe I've given him a citation before for that already. So, >> I was the one that gave you the same citation for the helmet. >> Yep. >> So, there's nothing better else to do than palm code him his own bike. >> I'm sorry, can you repeat that? >> We are on our way and you were going to release him to us when we get there. >> That's not the way it works. >> Um, I mean, if I bring my lawyer as well, I'm sorry. I don't I don't understand what the circumstances are that you can >> When your son tells law enforcement that he's going to tell him tell we placed him under arrest. >> [snorts] >> Or I'm not trying to be rude. I'm this is becoming a problem cuz these kids have nothing to do. They ride their bikes. >> Well, that's that's fine, but when they're causing issues, we have calls about them every single >> they causing? >> I don't know. It has your son. How about How about you talk to your son at home when he's got citations already for the fact and figure out what he's doing. I told you he's been stopped. I have stopped him more than once myself. No one said anything to him at the time he said that at the choice. That's what you're saying. Family knows I'm better than you, but I'm telling you 30 years old. Can you say to me if I got something better to do? No, I don't. I got this to do right here. But cuz they bother people in the community every single day. >> I'm sorry. My son, right, got a helmet that >> Yeah, and he got another one for $64, all right? It does matter. It wasn't his electric bike. He doesn't own one. You're driving a car and you hit somebody and run away because it's not your car, does it matter? No. >> That has nothing to do with >> That's You committed a traffic He committed a traffic violation. >> He's on a bicycle. Right, a bicycle. >> Can I explain the Florida law? Per Florida law, he needs to have a helmet if he's under the age of 15, which he is. So, he's in violation of Florida law. I do not [music] care if he rides a bike without a helmet. I don't care. However, the issue lies when we get calls here four or five times throughout the day. We have shootings going on. We have fights going on. We have And I'm stuck here with unruly kids that want to [music] cause disturbances, block traffic, and disrupt the peace. You think I want to be here with a bunch of kids? Do you think I want to be here right now? If you want to file a complaint, go ahead. We're going to issue the citation. All right, guys. Just watch your back. He's running up. Yo, calm down. Calm down. Let's cool it. Get back. I didn't do nothing. I DIDN'T DO IT. GET BACK. >> NO, I'M NOT GETTING BACK. >> YOU'RE under arrest. >> I'm cooperative. I'm cooperative. Ow, ow, ow. >> All right, next time don't resist. >> I didn't resist. He put his hands on me. >> Get back. Get back. >> I'm not standing back. >> I told you to get back. You want to end up like him? Get back. >> I'm not resisting. I'm not My hands aren't on anything. Do not put your hands on me. That's [music] how it starts. >> Tell her to back up. This is an investigation. Tell her to back up. >> What am I going to do? And what are you going to do to me? My left wrist is losing circulation. >> Stop walking behind me. You can stay back. You can come back over by your car. It's his head. He'll go with him. Yeah, that's He hanging out in my pocket, yeah. You going to jail for battery on a law enforcement >> I'm going to jail for battery? Who's got the body cam? You got a body cam? Did you see it? >> Like father, like son proves surprisingly accurate here. The father thought he could challenge multiple officers at once, but reality quickly corrected that misunderstanding. >> Like that wasn't off That was uncalled for. >> I agree. >> Like it was like just just moving back. Oh, let's talk about >> I agree. You see how we're talking? That's how the exchange should go. Okay. But running up and grabbing cops is not the way to go about it. Really? Cuz you grabbed my hand. Yeah, I saved it back [music] and he grabbed me. Running up on [music] law enforcement is aggressive. Are you Are you You know what a Baker Act is, right? You said Apparently you know everything. You tell me what a Baker Act is and tell me we didn't do our job. >> The father, Jonah Harrington, ultimately found himself facing three felony charges related to assaulting and violently resisting law enforcement. He was required to post a $30,000 bond. Meanwhile, the four teenagers received $65 citations for failing to wear helmets. A perfect example of what can happen when parents spoil their children while their actions with cops is even worse. Let's see what people have been saying about these teens and also this wannabe tough guy dad. Parents are worse than the kids, lol. That dad turned a $65 helmet fine into a $30,000 bond. Genius. I love how the cop hung up the phone on the irate dad. What do you think about the actions of these parents? Because next up we have another group of young people about to learn a very expensive lesson. >> Get out of here. GO. GO. GO. >> ON OCTOBER 19TH, 2024, officers arrived to find the aftermath of a gathering that had spiraled completely out of control. Among the crowd was a young man with blood on his face, visibly distressed after reportedly being assaulted. >> Do you need an ambulance? I heard you got pretty messed up. Can you want to press charges on anyone? >> No, man. >> All right. Is it a friend of yours or >> Oh, no, this is a woman. >> No, oh, I don't know the one you fought with, the one that beat you up, man. >> No, I don't know who you're talking about, man. Didn't beat me up, man. >> Oh, you're that drunk? >> That's up to you. >> I'm pretty drunk. >> That's up to you. >> All right. No, I don't remember [ __ ] to be honest. >> You don't remember fighting anyone? You know you got blood all over your face, right? >> Really? >> Yeah. >> Wow. No, I don't think anybody punched me. >> Okay. All right. Um, you can call an Uber. >> Oh, yeah, definitely. >> Oh, no, no, no, we got we got we got family coming to get me. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, my mom's coming to get me. >> I just need to stay with you cuz you're really drunk, so >> I'm not drunk at all. I'm not drunk at all. I'm not drunk at all. >> Can you call an Uber so you guys so I can leave? >> I don't know. I'm not for sure. I'm I'm very sorry. >> You understand liability, right? I can't technically leave. >> Yes. >> If someone is that drunk and that hurt >> No, I'm very sorry. >> Especially if he's fighting on Main Street, I can't >> Yeah, I'm honestly I'm sorry. >> Hey, Stormy. We're caught up with Vincent and a state trooper, I guess. Are you going to laugh? What is the >> A cop, just a cop. >> Okay, she's a cop. But um Hey, stop. >> Yes, you can get my badge number. Of course you can. >> Yeah, what is that? >> Um, I don't know why she pulled us over. >> I didn't pull you over. He has facial injuries. He's intoxicated. >> but he claims he's okay. >> I'm all right. I'm fine. >> All right. His face, he claims he's okay. >> Can I can I go if I'm fine? >> He's asking if he can go. >> All right. >> And I know you're like a social worker, so I just wanted to know if you can come to the scene. >> Listen, you're not in any trouble. Literally, it was a fight. I just need you guys to get picked up. I'm trying to talk to her because you're you're too drunk, man. >> I'm just get a ride home. >> I'm very sorry. We were just going on our way. >> Yeah, I think you really need to get a ride home or >> Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. I will get a ride home. >> You need to right now. >> Yes, yes, ma'am. I will I will go down the street. >> So, if you're starting fights, you already admitted to me, you're not going to walk away. So, if you walk away, no, no, no, cuz if you walk away, you're going to end up in handcuffs. >> I'm going to stay right here. >> If you walk away, you're going to end up in handcuffs. >> Okay, can I stay right here? >> You can sit sit down right there. I'm glad you can't be mad at us. >> I cannot. >> The woman was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, while the man was also charged with disorderly conduct. A costly lesson learned of reckless ego and alcohol can never triumph over the law. Let's see what people have been saying about these young brats. Not her having to remind him, "I'm your cousin. I'm your cousin." and him still putting his hands way too low for any family member. Dealing with drunks. I just can't. Kudos to those officers. Holy busted can of biscuits. Bring back self-awareness. Enough relaxing on the streets. Now, let's switch things up. >> I love you, Nick. >> No, this way. This way. >> Touch me, Nick. >> Go in. >> No, let me go. >> Bro, don't >> Touch me. Don't touch >> You're going to GET IN TROUBLE. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> STOP TOUCHING ME, DELETE. >> STOP TOUCHING YES, I AM. >> ON JUNE 19TH, 2025, police were urgently called to Cypress Cove Water Park following a group altercation, where a 20-year-old woman was seen portraying herself as a victim being bullied by three young men. >> They got fired. >> Okay, so it's a little Okay, it's three boys and three boys. Okay, one of the boys, I guess like disrespect to call her name. So, I asked him like what was said or whatever the case is like cuz you're being disrespectful. So, at first when we all together, they asked they said no or whatever, but when it was come back on the slide again, they were saying it again like kept talking and like, "Oh, shut up, bitch." You not You ain't going to do [ __ ] this and that and I'm like, "Bro, like you talking disrespectful. Like you not on You not on shit." So, then we talking on the slide. It's a lifeguard on that little white slide right there. You could tell he was one of the boys that was going down the slide. As the boy he was coming steady approaching running the face. One little the other boy he like shut up and then pushed me. So then I like pushed him back and then there's another boy he came in and he jumped and then he pushed me in my lip and then ran across the run that way while the other one was sitting right there and fight but the other it was only just two. So two of them had ended up jumping on me after because they was being disrespectful to her and I told them to watch their mouth. >> Okay. Yeah, you guys can go. If If anything happens how old are you? >> 20 >> 20? Okay. >> I'm her mom I'm her aunt and I'm her sister. >> Okay. You guys are all good. If you need to go to the car I'll just talk to her a little bit more. I'll get the info I need from him and then um yeah she'll be fine. >> kid ran off. Magically they couldn't find the other kid. Yeah cuz he the one that started it first. That's who me I got spun with the other kid that disappeared. He the one that fought me first like ran up on me SO I FOUGHT BACK cuz you're not going to just hit me and think I ain't going to hit you back. So I hit him back and then his other friend was seeing his friend get beat up and I like hit too and then try to run off. Like they both was jumping at the same time and then they end up leaving the lifeguard sitting there letting it happen. Cuz if that's the case the lifeguard shouldn't let that go down. This happened in front of the lifeguard. >> Yeah they don't they are not allowed to intervene in that stuff. That's what they just all they can do is call us. So >> So yes I want to press charges because they should never put their hands on a girl if all I asked them why they being disrespectful cuz they was just talking rowdy all right to the other girl cuz I guess he was trying to say she was looking at her crazy talking about [ __ ] is you looking at [ __ ] is you looking at you ain't got no Like what is what is all that fuss for? >> Yeah. I got you. >> Her victim act may have sounded convincing but the officers weren't easily fooled. They decided to dig deeper and uncover what really happened. >> Where did all this actually happen at? >> Right there by that slide. >> Who else was you Who else is with you in your group? Was it just you or did you have any friends who were here with? >> Yeah my mom and then they went around the back. >> Who? >> My mom and them. >> She's your mom? >> She's 20. >> Are they involved at all? >> No well one the situation happened because one of the little boys was being disrespectful to my little cousin, calling her [ __ ] or whatever, and I was asking him like, [music] "What are you talking about here?" Y'all still just want to stick on me? >> I'm talking to everybody. >> What are you >> He's that's why he's the one I'm telling you that's taking the call. That's why I come to talk to you. >> Tell me what happened. >> you just here for? I forgot to explain the whole story. They're just doing too much. Like I just said again, when he was racing by the slide, he came in when after I asked him what he said, he was like like I said like I said like kept it acting all you know. >> Why did you do that? >> Huh? >> Why did you keep going after them and you kept going >> after him. He kept going after this you do not listen. >> said that you kept going. >> No, I said when he came off the slide, he came around and kept acting all you know like I I asked him a question. What you just said cuz she said when he was in the line before he went down the slide, said what you looking at or whatever the case is and then I looked back at her she's like he just said her whatever call me a disrespectful. >> How did the taller kid get the scratches on his back? >> Because he jumped on me and I hit him back. >> Just right there? >> Yes, after soon as he hit me I grabbed he tried to run and I grabbed him. What are you talking about? You do not see my lip? >> I do see your >> That's actually that's her that's that's worse than scratches. I ain't trying to hear it. >> Where's the rest of your family at? >> Over there. Over there. >> Where are they? Huh? >> As soon as her self-defense claim started to unravel, she tried to make a run for it. Police quickly made sure that wasn't going to happen. >> You will not >> Just with her? Go this way in the office. Go this way. This way. Go in. Take a >> Bro, don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Let me REMIND YOU. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> STOP touching me or YOU'RE GOING TO LEAVE. >> STOP TOUCHING ME. YES, I AM. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. STAY BACK THERE. >> STOP. Stay back there. Just stay there. >> Put your hands behind your back now. Put Put Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back or you're going to go on the ground and we'll do it there. Put your hands behind your back or you're going to go ON THE GROUND >> RELAX. ALL RIGHT. >> NO, BECAUSE HE JUST SAID THAT HE ASKED WHERE THEY WAS at and I was to go get them. >> And I told you to stop and you're not listening. >> Okay, but you asked where they was at and I was TO GO GET THEM. BRO, I DIDN'T RUN UP. I GOT TO WALKING. What are you talking about? You said where they at? I said they over there. I'm going to go get them. You started following me. >> Do you mind if I pop your thing? >> I hope it is. I hope it is. Cuz you racist as I hope it is. Cuz you racist. You racist. Bro, you racist. You racist. >> You're over here. >> Bro, you racist. No, get your fat self talking. Wait, fat ass to >> Okay. >> Take your big to the jump. >> You want to go out? You got a case now, don't you? >> Bro, I don't got one. Talking about how the other boy gets scratches. Duh. He obviously if he ran, of course he's going to get hit back. BRO, YOU BREAKING MY BAG and >> Yeah, that's what happens when you try and fight us. >> Bro, cuz y'all shouldn't have put me up in this situation. >> Slide in okay. So, that's how you get your seat belt on. Make sure you get transported all right. All right. >> I'm not putting in this [ __ ] >> Come on. Slide in. So, I'm going to get I'm going to get the air cranked up for you, okay? So, you can sit. >> I know air, no nothing. >> there, okay? And I don't I don't know what >> I want to talk to y'all supervisor as soon as I get down there, too. And I want y'all to show that body cam. >> Okay. >> Might as well get ready. I want y'all Y'all want to go to court? We all go to court. >> All right. >> Talking about cuz my arm. No, because if you listen to the full story and if you knew you wasn't taking the full story, what you talk to me for? >> There's no reason to make this more difficult. >> Bro, I can go to court now. What's this being difficult? >> what I'm saying is I don't even know I don't even know what charge you're looking at. If you're just looking at like a uh I don't know if you're looking at my back seat. I don't know if you're looking >> Stop getting the mob action for the kids ran on me first. I wouldn't just hit no kids because That's the case. If we going to fight, just get in the field right now. >> Listen to me. Are you going to let me explain this or not? >> Okay, let me listen to explain it all. >> I don't know what charges you're looking at right now. If you're not looking at state charges, you're going to be released from here. If you're looking at state charges, it's different. But you may be issued a a village ordinance first, a ticket, and then you go. But I don't know what what charge you're facing. What I will say is if you're not going to cooperate, you're not going to get in, you're not going to let me seat belt you, I'm not going to let me get everything kicked up for you. [music] You're going to be facing a resisting charge, and that is a state charge. So, there's no reason to go down that path. Like I said, I don't know what I'm not the primary officer. >> THAT'S NOT FAIR. I'M NOT resisting [ __ ] because listen. No, no, you hear me out. You know that body cam can't work. I hope his body cam, too, cuz you can clearly hear on the camera he asked where my other people was at. >> to listen to direction. And he's obviously over there. He's not He's >> say [ __ ] about me going in the gate. Listen to that body cam. He didn't say [ __ ] about the gate. He didn't say [ __ ] about me. >> Okay, I'm listening. >> Having failed to escape and been forced into a police car, she immediately started shouting all sorts of excuses, even though the camera had recorded all the evidence. >> I don't know. Maybe he was trying to think I wasn't over there, so I don't know the full scoop and and all what happened. >> I don't lie about [ __ ] though. >> But I hear you. But when we give you an order to do something and you're not listening, you're just wrapping things up. >> Because y'all making it bigger than what it is. >> But that's not for you to decide. That's for us to decide. >> Y'all ain't doing y'all job right. Y'all ain't doing y'all job right. >> that's your opinion. And if you That's something that you truly believe, there's nothing that that stops you from signing up for this job [music] as well. If you think that you can do this job so much better than what we're doing, >> That's all you can do. >> sign up for the job. >> Cuz y'all y'all over here arresting the wrong people and [ __ ] Y'all really do y'all job, y'all need to >> You got to give us a chance to do our jobs. >> Okay, okay, okay. Excuse me. I didn't mean to cut you off one more time, so >> I'm not 100% sure on what she said over for a little bit, okay? I don't want to start >> No, I don't want to use my phone no more. >> I understand. It was blocking the clip. Jesus Christ, everything's a fight with you. You can't You can't just listen. That's your problem. You can't just listen. All right, let me get the Let me get this air turned up for her. >> The incident at the water park ended with a long list of charges, including three counts of assault and two counts of resisting law enforcement. And don't look away just yet because coming up next is a whole different level of troublemaker. On May 27th, 2025, authorities responded to a report of a suspicious individual smoking a pipe near city hall. The 18-year-old suspect, Santiago, reportedly fled in a vehicle before stopping and refusing to comply with officers. >> Okay, you see this? We are going to break your window. I told you we have furtive movement. We are searching this vehicle. >> You're going to break the passenger seat? >> He slow rolled slow rolled me reaching in the center console. >> Listen up. I know he's told you several times he will break the window and you will be dragged out of this car and placed in the custody. Okay? Has he been told he's under arrest? >> Uh, if he doesn't get out, his car will be broken. >> Okay. Well, before we enforce anywhere, he's he How many times has he told you to get out of the car? How many times have you told him to get out of the car? >> 10. >> 10? All right. >> Get out of this vehicle right now. >> If you're not going to get out, this is your last warning. You will be under arrest if you don't exit the vehicle. No. >> Okay. >> No. Hold up. >> Okay. >> All right, now you're you're under arrest. Get out of the car. Hold on. You're under arrest. Get out of the car. >> arrest. Get out. >> Hold up. You've been warned four times. You are under arrest. Step out of the car. You're You're under arrest. You're going in handcuffs. That's a guarantee. That's 100%. >> I want I want I want to ask why. >> Because he told you to get out of the car. You're not cooperating. You're he can ask you to get out of the car. Your window is going to be broken. This is not being discussed any further. >> Listen, I'm not playing these games. >> He thought his car was an impenetrable fortress until reality shattered his last line of defense. >> Yep, break this. >> Cover your Cover your eyes. >> Cover your eyes. >> Cover your COVER YOUR EYES. >> COME ON, GET OUT OF THE >> COME ON. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> COME ON. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. Get your hands behind your back. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Keep your head down just like that. Don't move. You were told You were told several times you're under arrest. Don't move. Don't move. >> Hey man, we could have we could have done All right, I've done all this. Why don't you stand up? >> You were warned how many times? Man, I I don't know how many times he's got to be told. >> Hey, I was with you. I was >> Oh. Oh. >> Over a bong? Really? Over a bong? >> Not even really an arrestable offense. >> Over a bong? Really? Over a bong? >> Not even really an arrestable offense. >> Stephen A. Smith says it, lay off the weed, man. >> I hope he's got something else worthwhile. And why would you need a long to see through glass? >> Just push him out. >> Okay. I We really didn't >> I'm not hard on it. >> We didn't need that. >> It's the principle. If If we're using force on someone and forcing them out of the car, they're getting forced out. >> I well, that's what I'm trying to get to the bottom of. I'm just trying to like actually talk to you as a as a man and as a human and not like a police official role and and maybe try to smooth this over just a little bit here. >> Bro, I just asked the guy what the ID was. >> Okay, I don't need to know your name. That's fine. I I just I'm trying to talk to you really quick >> [snorts] >> because you seem like you want to know what's going on. So, just so you know, none of us care about weed whatsoever, okay? >> Sure. >> [snorts] >> So, the only thing that I that we care about is there's this a Supreme Court case. We can look it up. It's called Pennsylvania versus Mimms or Maryland versus Wilson. Those two cases cite that if an officer asks a passenger or driver of a car to exit the car, they 100% have to, no matter what, okay? So, literally if you would have stepped out of the car and we would have found this bong pipe, whatever, you would have been on your way with zero consequences, okay? Like, that's just what I want to I want you to understand, okay? We don't care about you smoking weed or whatever, but when you force our hand with Supreme Court case, that's why it rises to this level of breaking your window, okay? So, in the future, if you get in this circumstance again, >> [snorts] >> it's not the actual items that were the issue, it was that [music] we have a Supreme Court case that authorizes what we can do. And I know you kind of want to argue while you're sitting in the car cuz that feels like a safe spot, but after a while, we're bound by the Supreme Court case, and that's why it happened the way that it did, okay? Can you understand that? >> Yeah. >> So, in the future, if you're not carrying around a loaded gun or crack, if it's just some weed, just step out, okay? >> Despite the officer calmly explaining the law, he still maintained that he hadn't done anything wrong. >> Step out. >> Damn, bro. How am I going to get really stuck on my foot? Oh my god. I'm going to walk this way. Go in facing the water to your left. >> All right, any jailer sign out? Copy. All right. Anything I need in here or just on the road? That would be a perfect time to tell me. So, it's not going to be a problem when you get in there, right? >> I got it. >> All right. When you get in there, miss. Anything that's going to be a problem with you getting out of there, let me know. >> Copy. >> Okay, can you take your shoes off for me? Just the wall. >> During the vehicle search, police located a glass bong containing cannabis. The incident resulted in multiple charges including resisting arrest, failure to comply with lawful orders, and possession of drug paraphernalia. To close out today's lineup, we're saving the biggest ego for last. What started as a normal patrol suddenly turned into trouble when officers spotted a car making an illegal turn. Her sister later explained that she often loses control and freaks out when angry. >> They say that she turn like Say she get on the right lane to the right. She drove out and then she got in the left lane. But they thought she was trying to get in the right lane. >> Okay. Okay. >> And they pulled us over. Yeah. She got mad cuz everybody was talking to her. And the flashlight was in her eyes and then another girl was right here talking to her. >> Mhm. A police officer? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What was it that was being said? >> Not for real. That she ain't just like how one police was on this side with the flashlight and the other was another flashlight and they were both talking to her. >> Okay. So she just didn't like being >> Yeah. >> overstimulated by the conversation, I guess. >> She don't like the police. >> She don't like the police. That's fine. Uh has she ever had any negative encounters with the police like that made her not to like them? >> With family members. >> Okay. Uh okay, so she was driving today. She was They were talking to her. Then what happened when they asked her to get out of the car? Is that >> Um They asked her to get out of the car and turn around. Then the police officer just slammed her on the floor. >> Okay, so they asked her to get out >> and turn around. >> and turn around. Was she being compliant? >> Yeah. Like she was like not trying to get on the floor. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. Uh what were Was she saying anything or were they saying anything while >> Yeah, she was saying like get off me, stuff like that. >> Get off me? >> Like you hit me in my mouth. >> Okay. Uh did you Did you look while it was happening? From the passenger seat. Okay, what did you see? >> They was all on top of her like two of them. >> Start from when they were pulling her out. What did you see? >> They got her They got her out of the car. They told her to step out. She stepped out. Then they told her to turn around. She wouldn't turn turn around. One police turned right here and turned her back to the car. He grabbed her and slammed her to the floor and then one police was like tell her tell tell him to get off of her. But another police got on top of her cuz I guess she's not trying to put her hands behind her back. >> Yeah. >> And they forced her. And she said one of them was hitting her mouth. >> Okay. Like punched her, kicked her, slapped her? >> Something like that. >> Did you see it? >> No. >> No. Okay. Uh traffic stop today, correct? >> to traffic stop. We we getting in the car like everybody want to be honest here. It was a problem from the jump, cuz he seen me pull up at my grandmother's house. And my grandmother's house got raided weeks ago. >> Okay. >> Also, my grandmother didn't even know touch that. My grandmother didn't know who was in the house. So, the house already been targeted. And I guess yesterday, when I was at the hospital with my brother, I guess that same police officer, who pulled me over the exact same police officer, said something about the house again. It was too many people outside and so the house, I guess, been getting watched, but I didn't know, cuz I haven't been there. I've been with my little brother. >> Mhm. >> Cuz my mom had a baby. And the baby came early. So, I've been at the hospital. So, I wasn't there. I didn't even know that the police was there yesterday until we just seen the car. She said, "Oh, yeah, that's the same man." So, I'm like, "Okay, like I'm I'm not doing anything. So, I pull out the driveway." I pull out the driveway. My grandmother stay at home. She haven't been anywhere. I've been at her I pull out the driveway. He follow me all the way down to the I'm doing the whole speed limit, stopping at every single stop sign, he still follow me. Still follow me. So, I'm like, obviously, it it destiny. It it's over with. I'm getting pulled over. So, then I turn on left I turn left on fifth, because we was going to Taco Bell on 10th. I turn left on fifth, and then I turn right on Arlington. He was turning right on 10th after I turned right on Arlington, because I was looking. I was paying attention, cuz he just disappeared from behind me. So, I'm looking around me. And he said, "I made an improper turn." But, he was not even on the same street as me to know when or where I turned at. So, then when I hit the turn, he pulled me He pulled me over. So, I'm mad already. I'm not going to lie, I'm mad. >> hang on. How did he pull you over if he turned left and you turned right? >> He I mean, he turned right. He turned right with me. I I turned right, and then I seen him turn right after I was already in the lane. So >> Cuz look I know exactly where he was at. >> Okay, that is >> So he pulled me over. I turn I get in the right lane. I get in the right lane. I'm not going to lie that's when we did have an attitude cuz I'm already mad cuz I know you're pulling me over. I know that you just looking for a reason because it's already been a problem at this house a couple of times. So I pull you I pull up and you follow me. So I know it's already a problem. So I'm irritated now. So I start talking. I'm like I don't I'm not I'm not trying to tell you all my name or none of that. But I don't know tell me my name. Then the dude was right here and he talked to me. He talking I'm not going to lie I was yelling. He's still talking to me. Then the lady over here she keeps saying stuff to me like just keep getting smarter. She being snarky like she got an attitude or something and she don't even know me and I don't even know where she came from to be honest cuz I didn't see her. So I'm like I told her to go talk to me. I'm not talking to her. She get to get smart and giggling and laughing and I am who I am. I don't like when people being funny. I cannot stand it. I do not like being funny. Like do not be funny cuz you don't know. >> If she didn't appreciate the joke, she could have simply said so. Instead her over reaction only earned her a much faster ride to the police station. >> I was not there when they came and was patrolling. They never seen my face at all. >> Okay. How do you think that these officers handled themselves during the interaction? >> I don't care for none of them except for the one with the red hair. I mean I don't like him either for real. >> Red hair? >> Yeah but this one he got in the car he was trying to make it seem like that he ain't doing none of that. He said he wasn't a part of that. They asking me how you say my name and stuff. I mean red hair I don't care but I'm not going to ask you questions cuz you was out here you didn't say something to me. >> Okay. Uh your injuries let's let's talk about that. You have the you said your your lip can I see that? I'm going to take a few pictures if that's okay with you. But where else are you complaining of >> My nail is hurting. I don't know what's on my elbow cuz I can't see that. >> Okay so your left elbow >> Yeah my elbow is hurting and my >> your hand you said? Can I see your hand please? It's okay. >> It's in my knee like my knee. >> Uh okay. This one? >> Mhm. >> Okay. Okay, so your left hand, your left elbow, your lip. What about your legs? No? Okay.
