Yeah. Okay. Don't go in the street, Joseph. Don't go in the street. You're going to get a ticket. >> Stay out of the street, >> bro. Well, you're getting cited for criminal trespass and you're getting sided for intoxicated in the roadway. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> I can't say that I was intoxicated in the roadways, though, sir. That don't feel fair, sir. >> Okay. Well, you were drinking alcohol. >> Like some English, sir. >> Okay. Do you want me to explain it to you? You're going to keep yelling. If you want me to explain it, I will happily sit back down. >> Negative, sir. Sit. Sit down or are you going to get put in handcuffs? >> Please sit down. >> I'll follow orders, sir. >> Okay. So, you want to get put in handcuffs then? >> What, sir? >> Because you're not listening to my orders. You're obstructing my ability to do my job. You already came up on me over there. I thought you might be about ready to attack me. You need to sit down. >> This time, the officers were determined to make sure Joseph faced the consequences of coming back. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Negative, sir. Negative. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. I'm going to pat you down for weapons. >> I'll be >> Put your hands behind your back. >> My right hand. >> Drop out a bait in my right hand. >> Drop your bait. I think my body came up. >> Grab that, sir. Stop. >> Stop flexing and pulling away. >> I'm not flexing, sir. >> You are. >> Negative, sir. Look at my hand, sir. >> Yeah, you're flexing your arm. >> Look at my hand, sir. Look at my hands, sir. Look at my hands, sir. Negative. Past 10 minutes, I ain't been flexing my hands, sir. Joseph, stop turning, >> bro. Watch your [ __ ] back, man. >> Stop. >> Get thising guy to watch your back, bro. Stupid ass idiots, bro. This is what happens when you [ __ ] banish prescription. Bro, watch your back, bro. Watch youring back, man. [ __ ] stupid, bro. Jo, stop turning. >> Watch your back, [ __ ] >> That hurt, sir. I'm sorry, sir. I'm sorry, sir. >> Stop pulling your arm away from me. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> You want to get his side? >> That hurt, sir. >> Just search his side. >> 161, can you come over here? Matt, you'll have one for obstructing as well. Resisting obstructing. Uh, we're going to probably end up needing because of how intoxicated he is. Illinois 190. Can we get for Mr. Leone? He's incredibly intoxicated. He's going to need to go to the before county. Okay, Jo, let's sit down so you don't fall. We're going to come over here. Just a little bit higher. >> A few drinks can cost you a lot more than you think, including a clean record. This drunk wannabe tough guy is a perfect example of that. >> Trespassing, resisting, and intoxicating the roadway. Sounds like they just wanted him gone. So he left. He went across the street right back into on the family's property and then obviously cut across the street right after told him not to. And then he was walking out in the middle street yelling at cars, yelling at people, saying he was going to beat somebody's ass, stuff like that. So >> sir, negative. I didn't say any of that. Yeah, that's a nice try, sir. Nice try. >> Okay, Joseph. I'm not here to dispute with you. >> What are you here to do, sir? >> We're going to take you to the You're going to be evaluated. If they say you're good to go to jail, you're going to go down to jail. You're going to be given a court date. Okay. >> You Yankees have [ __ ] laws, sir. >> Okay. >> You Yankee [ __ ] Carpet baggy sons of [ __ ] >> Where you parked at, Ray? >> Sure. Let's go sit on this bench while he gets the car. >> Bro, don't touch me, bro. >> I'm just holding sit, bro. >> You want to sit on the bench or >> Bro, she's trying to talk to me, bro. >> Do you want to sit on the bench or do you want to stand? >> Tell me, bro. One of you give me orders, bro. >> Okay, we're going to stand and wait. >> Decide between the both of you. >> Yeah, we'll stand, bro. >> I can stand, bro. Can you stand, dude? >> I am standing. >> Okay, ma'am. I'm going to talk to you, ma'am, because clearly the whole experience of my life has led me to bleed. I'm sorry to bother you, ma'am. Is there any way, ma'am, as the officer that's arresting me, ma'am, that you could let me know, ma'am, when I'm getting arrested, ma'am, and when I could get unarrested. Ma'am, >> you are arrested right now. >> Yes, ma'am. For I've already heard what for >> from the aggressive mother. And then we'll go down. Then we'll go to the jail and they'll release you when you're sober. >> Yes, man. >> Don'ting hold my hands, please. >> Even in handcuffs, Joseph refused to back down, keeping the same aggressive attitude the entire time. >> Maddie, can you just run into >> Okay, tough guy. >> Okay, sit down there for me. Put your legs in. >> C R E A M E A N. Yep. By the time Joseph sobered up and realized how far he'd gone, it was already too late. He was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated, resisting police, and criminal trespassing. A reminder that alcohol is never an excuse for breaking the law. Let's see what people have been saying about this guy. He ain't a student. He's just a sad, raging alcoholic. When you drink alcohol in a library, the question of whether you have a drinking problem has been answered. He has the face of a 50-year-old and the mouth of a juvenile trying to act tough. His future doesn't look bright. Now that we've left our drunken college student behind, let's move on to another troublemaker who's about to learn that aggression is never a smart idea. >> Yo, you see how they cut? GRANDPA, SHE'S UNDER ARREST. SHE'S UNDER ARREST. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. OH MY GOD. [screaming] OH MY GOD. HE'S HURTING ME. OH MY GOD. I'M BLEEDING. >> On March 31st, 2024, police were called to a youth education center after reports that a student named Crystal was intoxicated and behaving aggressively. >> GET OFF OF YOUR BUTT. I'M BEING SO NICE. The relax. Let me just calm down. >> Give me a chair real quick. >> You can use this one. >> You know, I can't sleep. >> I remember you. >> What's going on? Take a seat for us or we'll just find out what's going on today. >> What happened? >> You know what happened? >> I don't know what happened. Can you take a seat? I can figure it out. >> What happened though? >> Can I pee? >> Can I [ __ ] >> Can you explain to us what happened? What's happening? [clears throat] >> Oh yeah. >> Look, I didn't look WHO YOU SEE. I DON'T GIVE A [ __ ] ABOUT IT. First time happen again. >> Let me tell you. I don't you see what's happening. >> I don't know, man. So sweet AND [ __ ] >> DO I REMEMBER YOU, TOO? >> I never got with you. >> Oh, you never know. You know what it is? She certainly acted tough, but this time she picked the wrong people to challenge. >> YO, KILO, I'M NOT STACKING UP. >> You're going to get arrested. >> YO. YO, YOU STILL GRAND. GRANDPA, SHE'S UNDER ARREST. SHE'S UNDER ARREST. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> SON, >> she's under arrest. >> No, no. >> My phone. Not in my pocket. >> She's swinging at us and she's under arrest. >> Oh my god. >> Oh, we are? >> Yeah. >> Oh, we are. >> Oh my god. Crystal wanted to be a tough girl so bad, but the officers had no interest in playing along the right. Nobody's up. >> Get the out of here. Let me tell you something. >> Where are we going? >> Um, [ __ ] No, don't do that. What you ARE GOING TO DO IS GET MYING SHOES. SHOES. >> NO. Get down. >> Where's your shoes? >> No. No. No. You need to searching. >> Well, get your shoes. >> Okay. You see? >> What the are you doing? >> Yo, get my money today. You get my money today, [ __ ] Yo, make sure EVERYTHING'S IN MY [ __ ] Can I put it on >> the shoe? Give me a minute. >> Well, get your shoe on my gun. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> What's your name? My >> wife. Oh, >> hold on. Let me tell YOU SOMETHING. >> YO, WHERE? >> LET ME tell you something. >> I'm not [ __ ] playing with you [ __ ] >> Watch out. Go. Wear that out of pants. >> OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. HE'S HURTING ME. OH MY GOD. I'M BLEEDING. >> ALL RIGHT. >> DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE? >> HI. >> What's in that POCKET RIGHT THERE? >> HI, PUPPY. >> CRYSTAL. She just made a threat about having a gun. >> I don't [ __ ] >> Unless she's swinging at us. Yeah, she >> I wanted to kick her in the face, but let me tell you something. >> That's evil. >> It's Easter. >> No. Please get my bag, too. Get my bag. That's why everything is happening. Okay. >> Give me my shoe. Look at that. Oh my god. I'm going to do it just like Let it go all the way down. >> This is evil. You is evil. YOU THINK I FAIL YOU? I DON'T GO. I >> getting carried to the patrol car wasn't enough to change her attitude. >> You just kicked us and was SWINGING AT US. >> YO, I LOVE HER. >> YEAH, you love us. >> Swinging and kicking at us. You love us. [laughter] >> GOING TO HAVE TO ANSWER. LOOK AT MY FACE. >> I DIDN'T. WE DIDN'T DO THAT. >> I have the answer to >> That's fine, CRYSTAL. OH MY GOD. YOU GOT IT. MY MOTHER'S GOING TO BE MAD. OH, YOU WENT TO JAIL AGAIN. SOMEBODY WHO DID SOMETHING for you. You You authority IS SWEET WHEN GOD B YOU BECAUSE YOUR LIFE YOU REALLY and you [ __ ] me. You should be so >> OH MY GOD. >> My ass Anna come just help us get her in the room. She's going to be kicking her [ __ ] >> THE ONLY THING I HAVE TO DO is one time. >> YOU'RE ACTUALLY SICK. >> HEY, do you mind just meeting us at headquarters? Just help us bring her in. I'm a woman who raised me to say she had a gun that they said that she >> been going through something but she's ALREADY been you don't KNOW HOW TO TELL THEM LET HER GO. >> YOU'RE SO EVIL TO THE LIBRARY TOO. I JUST CAME TWO MONTHS AGO. TELL ME THE [ __ ] MY NEPHEW'S BIRTHDAY. Oh my god. He looks UP TO ME LIKE UNDER THE IMAGE. PLEASE GOD AND MY SON DIED. MY SON IS DEAD. WHY YOU WANT TO DO THAT? I better >> probably going to kick and everything. Kick it. The girl What's What's her name? >> I think it's Crystal B. I had the You made a fart last week without having a gun. Light girl. >> Yeah. >> She's a little It's not that dark. I don't even know what side she's on. She's on that side, but she slid over here somehow. >> How'd she get over out of the finger? I mean out of the handcuffs. >> I mean, no handcuffs. at the seat belt. Yeah. Jay, she's right here. We can open and just pull her out. >> Wait for the family to test. >> She's right here. >> Yeah. >> Ready? >> I would have popped off the ride. Let's try to [ __ ] >> Come with me. All right. Calm down. All right. >> [ __ ] Yo, what? What? Don't pop my >> process. Where's my wallet? >> N you is [ __ ] up. Get my [ __ ] bag. >> You knew about my guns. I don't give a [ __ ] about it. GET MY BAG INSIDE. COME ON. >> OH, you think it's sweet? >> I could never be an officer. You know why? Cuz like this. >> Please carry me out. >> Even when she got back to the police station, her ego was so big that even she couldn't stop herself. >> YO, STOP. I'M GOING to >> She swung on us. Kicked us. I didn't kick you. I didn't have a situation. We'll work out the rest. >> Did anybody get hurt? >> No. I'm not talking to you. >> Yeah. Me, Jess, Aunt, and more. When we had her outside and we were searching her by the car, that's when she kicked Jess and we ripped her legs from under and took it to the ground. >> You [ __ ] Relax. >> I can't. You can't. >> Would you >> relax? Yes, I would. If we're telling you to relax, you got to relax. >> No, I don't have to listen to nobody but God. That's who you are. He made all you [ __ ] authority, [ __ ] It's Easter. Be peaceful. YO, SON. I'M NOT GOING NOWHERE. >> STOP FALLING YOUR ARMS. RELAX. >> [ __ ] Yo, LOOK AT THAT. YOU SON. You're really hurting me. >> Sorry. Stop moving your wrist. >> If I wanted to go somewhere, I would have kicked out that door. >> My PD, right? >> Please. Come on. Turn off. >> No, I don't have the gun on me. You just kick out my back. >> My cat. Can you wipe my nose? >> Well, we will. >> I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE. >> YOU CAN'T BE SWINGING YOUR ARMS, THOUGH. THAT'S ALL POSSIBLE. >> STOP. I'M NOT GOING TO HURT YOU GUYS. STOP. >> Watch your wrist. YOU'RE GETTING CUFFED. >> YO, YOU'RE HURTING ME. Give me another Give me another pair. Give me another pair. >> Of course, it has to be me. No black. No. No. >> YO, WE'RE LAST. >> WE THE ONE WHO'S PUTTING IT ON ME. STOP YOUR ARM. >> YOU HAVE TO >> DEACTIVATE IT. >> The tough girl act came to an end at the police station. Crystal was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and battery on a law enforcement officer. Let's see how people reacted to her actions. She'll eventually meet someone who is tougher. Give the police a medal for their patience. Never a good thing when the first thing the cop says is, "Oh, I remember you." Leaving the chaos behind, our next case takes us somewhere completely different where a quiet setting is about to take an unexpected turn. >> It's the king grab my hair and cut it. >> This is high school drama of course. >> They all jump out of the car and start surrounding me. I can't even safely walk home from school. I don't even really want to be here at this school anymore. You know, your hands behind your back. On October 3rd, 2023, police were called to a gas station parking lot after reports of a serious fight between a high school senior and a younger transfer student. >> Some girl came running cuz we were driving here and some girl came up to me and she was like, "Why are you talking about me?" I ain't say nothing to her. I haven't been like seen her in a minute and she came up. Her mom blocked my friend's car. Literally, they both got out of the car and she came grabbed my hair and started swinging on me. >> Okay. Where'd she hit you at? my head a couple times. >> Your head? Do you have any marks that you know of? >> No, I don't think so. I just went in the bathroom. >> How old are you? >> 137. >> Have you called your parents yet? >> No, I haven't. They're actually >> You observe this? >> Uh, yeah. I was me and Brandon were sitting in the car. They pulled up to go get food. They talked for a minute. Some friends pulled up and then they whipped up, pulled out behind them, got out, and just started hitting the >> She did not do anything. At least not outside of school. This is high school drama for us. >> Uh, would you be willing to fill out a statement saying what you saw? pull up a camera for the outside since we have it right there. >> Okay. Did you see everything that happened? >> We get out of the car and she said we were yelling at her on the road, but I was riding by to pull in and then she came up and started like just screaming at her like why you talking and then started yelling at him. >> She just came up and then she grabbed him and or she grabbed her and started swinging. >> If I gave you her name, would you be able to tell me like, "Yeah, that's her name." >> Probably. I think it starts to m that I could M. I I'll see what I can come up with. Did y'all get the license plate? >> How many girls got out of the car? >> There was an older lady. I think it was their mom, her, and there was another girl in the other vehicle that I didn't get information on. >> Where was the other vehicle? >> Right next to >> like parked in the spot right next to him. Girl got in that vehicle and then two got out of the vehicle that pulled behind them. >> So, three total. >> Yeah, three total. >> And then where was she sitting in her car? >> She wasn't in the car. She's sitting next to the blue car right here. >> She's standing next to the blue car. They were all just got out. All four of them got out of that car. >> According to witnesses, the 18-year-old student and her mother followed the victim to a gas station, blocked the vehicle, and assaulted a recently transferred minor over an earlier dispute at school. Things became even more serious when officers spoke with the victim. >> Uh, just because you are 18, you don't have to have your mom here. I'm not required to have your mom here or anything. And it doesn't doesn't violate a school's policy or anything. I already checked with them. Um, most of the time if I interview a high school student, if they're under 18, their parent or guardian has to be here as well, unless it's like the SRO, they can do minor interviews and whatnot. Are you willing to fill out a witness statement today? It's just basically your name, date of birth, and then kind of a description, your eyes of what happened yesterday. Okay. Uh, if you want to go over it verbally with me before you write it down on paper, we can do that as well. >> It's This has kind of been going on. I'm a new I'm not even from Florida. I'm from South Dakota. >> South Dakota. Okay. >> Yeah. and we just moved here like a month ago and I'm super new to like being the school system, you know, and everything. So, okay, my first day here, I sat down in my English class and she freaked out and said, "Oh, I can't sit here and made a big old problem." >> And who is this? >> Her name is >> What's she look like? Could you describe her? >> She's short. I had about three classes that I had to be switched out of. even one of my teachers complaining made a complaint on one of her friends that um in one of my classes because they were even saying things to me that I was just you know kind of brushing off letting you know letting them poke at me because again I don't know these people I didn't want drama I was trying to avoid it you know the best of my ability but you know when it's getting in the way of my school that was really not welcoming to me >> okay >> it was really hard like I and that's why I tried to report it to Miss Glover >> okay >> and she kind of shot me down. And that's that's kind of why I >> And why why why is that? Why do you think is that? >> I I don't know why. >> Okay. >> I because she does I guess I guess she does have um like a record even with like she was even talking about it in class having a record with the police here. >> Okay. >> I mean she had no big deal talking about that, talking about jumping girls and all kinds of stuff like that. >> Gotcha. >> And I mean like they basically told me the opposite. Yeah, we know this group of girls. You know they're in trouble. And I'm like, "Okay, so that should say it right there." You know, but >> Okay. >> I mean, the assistant principal, he that, you know, he he definitely heard me out and I was I was really happy about that. This didn't My mom did come in here this morning and talk to him. >> Gotcha. Yeah. Okay. And then, uh, fast forward to yesterday to yesterday evening after school. Um, what happened as you were going kind of towards Sefco? Did it happen? Did it start here? Did it start there? >> See, that was kind of the the problem. my English teacher. I was talking to her after class about our assignment or whatever and I I knew I was probably going to miss my boss. My boss is usually the first come here. My mom hasn't had a problem to come and pick me up or >> schools have no shortage of students trying to act tough. But using a car and calling even adults to go after someone takes things to a whole different level >> again. I after that I don't even realize really like I know they were all like yelling and we just started fighting and my mom was like Asia stop. Where was your mom at during this? >> She gets she jumps out of the car and she's like, "Hey, like what's going on? Who is this?" And she doesn't know really. And I was like I was like I I didn't say anything to her, but I thought I had told her on the phone that I told her. I said, "Well, that girl is kind of, you know, looking at me." And I said I said, "But I I'm not worried about it. I don't think it's really her, you know, in that car." But once I seen her get out, I was like, "Oh, so you you're following me. Got >> I can't even safely walk home from school, >> right? >> And I'm not even from here." >> So after you guys started fighting, No, you're okay. Uh when you guys started fighting, do you remember kind of how the fighting went down? Was it like standing back like boxing? Was it like grabbing each other? How how was it? >> Yeah, it was definitely hair pulling. >> Hair pulling. Was there any closed fists, open hands, things, kicks, anything thrown? >> She definitely threw some punches. I threw some punches. I'll admit that. But >> Do you have any injuries that you're aware of? >> I I feel a little sore, I guess, from fighting. >> Right. You didn't notice any bruises, cuts, anything like that? No, my I think just from her pulling my hair kind of my neck hurts. >> Sore. Okay. Did you go to get checked out or anything? >> No. >> How did you guys end the fight? Did you guys just like separate? Did somebody pull you off? >> Um some workers came out and she said everyone needs to everyone needs to stop. And she said, "You're all getting trespassed if you come here again." So I they got in their car and we got in ours and I we left. I didn't I mean I knew there would be police involved obviously because it was off school property. >> Right. Right. Moving to a new school can be overwhelming. New faces, a new environment, and sometimes problems you never expected. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened here. >> Yeah. We're like, "No." So, that's why we came in here this morning and they kind of talked to us and they're like, "Well, we don't really know, you know, if that's going to be He wanted it all documented." Mr. Allen, >> was Deputy Lynn up there when you guys were talking with any of the school staff? >> Um, the school resource officer, >> I saw his car outside. >> But was he up there talking with you guys or anything? Okay. I think those are all the questions that I have for you. Anything that you think that you should tell me that you left out or anything? Anything important? >> No, just that, you know, I feel really I don't even really want to be here at this school anymore, you know. >> Okay. >> That's okay. And that'll be something that you'll have to discuss with your mom and obviously with school staff and stuff about I'm just here for the off-campus hustle that you guys have. >> I feel super unwelcome, dude. Well, if you don't have any other questions, you can start filling that out to the best of your information if you don't have your license on you or anything. What >> I told you? >> Yep. >> With the evidence and statements in hand, police made their next move. On October 3rd, 2023, the mother and daughter were about to face the consequences of their actions. >> Contact the front door. She just looked at me and ran back into the house. >> Yeah, they both just took off cuz there was somebody sitting on the couch. >> Um, they cut off to the left over here in one of these rooms. I don't know if they're going to go in the back. >> There's a bedroom. I can see through the back of the back glass, BUT >> REALLY SHERIFF'S OFFICE. COME TO THE DOOR. CAN you step right here with this deputy? >> What's going on? >> You have a warrant for your arrest. >> For my wrist? >> Yes, ma'am. Put your hands behind my arm behind your back. >> Broken for what? >> For battery. >> Um, I >> Anastasia Fuller. Not Anastasia Pompus. >> For battery? >> Yes, ma'am. But your daughter is also here. >> Battery on who? battery on who? >> Sit down. Sit down right there and I'll explain it to you. Thank you. >> For that fight, you guys got to end up at Sepco. >> There's a warrant for both of your arrest. >> For me, >> didn't tell you. You got a warrant with your name on it? >> No. >> Yes. >> I was not involved in anything. >> 100%. So, you're both going to jail for battery? >> For battery? >> It's child, actually, cuz she's the minor. >> I didn't touch any of it. >> Not saying you touched anybody. >> So, why did she But you have a warrant. I have a warrant. Why was the bullet never serve in the warrant? >> Okay, my wrist is broken. I have a camera right here. >> You technically you technically committed matter law enforcement officer when you touch. >> I did not touch him. >> Yes, you did. Okay. >> So, I mean, where would this happen? >> Supposedly, it's the hope to >> Where is that? >> Um over there near the hospital. >> So, that's it. >> What is this all about? >> From what I understand, it was a fight between the younger girl, Asia, and somebody else. >> So, who fight? I guess it's the other girl's mom because the other girl was supposedly a juvenile. She's under the age of 18. She was over the age of 18. She's an adult in that situation. So that's why she's being charged with the child. >> Can I go talk to the mom? >> Give us one second. They're kind of being a little bit belligerent with us cuz she did grab the other deputy when he went to go put handcuffs on her. That's a big no no. So, and they'll be giving chances to make phone calls. Yeah. I guess the other girl filed a complaint or her mother filed a complaint and through their investigation, they determined they were both involved in on it. >> Well, they're going to be >> technically if they've got bonds, they can be bonded out almost immediately. After attacking a minor, both were slapped with felony child abuse and battery charges. Mom wasn't done collecting charges either, earning herself battery on a law enforcement officer, while her daughter added resisting an officer without violence to the list. Their little family outing ended at the Santa Rosa County Jail with a $5,000 bond attached to each charge. So, what's your take on this mom? She wanted to go to school anyway cuz she needed her work back in the I don't know where he got because they got no bullet in why is he still in the kids but this boy that got beat up yesterday he got beat up because of a lie. Somebody would have told that a lie and he got beat up for nothing. They don't want to give me a pass. I don't believe in going and fighting cuz I have to. I will. But I rather hit you with her. I'm going to hit you with your wallet cuz Donald Trump the president now. You understand what I'm saying? >> So now the problem is that they were trying to work that out and she Who grabbed her? Why? >> She's been dealing with that style. >> Which one done grabbed her? Whoever grabbed her. >> It was both me and him. We both came out today. >> Yeah, today. Who grab her? >> Okay. Well, you grab her right here. Right here. >> Right here. Upper. We grabbed her and we would try to tell her multiple times to stop walking because if she did walk off campus, she was going to go in jail >> right here >> cuz she was she was frustrated. >> Okay. So why y'all didn't not let her call me >> No, we did. >> We tried to let her stay here, ma'am. We tried to let her stay here, but she left. She She refused to try to leave again. Let her stay right here and it would have been done. >> Michelle, that was what I That was my plan. I was going to let her sit down, calm down, and I was like, "Listen, we can make this happen. You want your mama to come?" >> Okay, so what y do your mama? >> I'm not Go ahead, send her to jail. But what y'all gonna do about the other kids? Because y'all >> Nothing's been reported to us since the first time that it happened. >> I hope not. This is going on since last month. And the >> which was documented the Canad was all documented and the school handled the discipline, right? But since since then who? >> Since then, no one else has has sent us or came to us to show us, hey, they're still doing this to her. They're still bullying her. >> That's our job, man. That's our job. Don't tell me. Hold on, man. >> That's not That's not our job to came out there to the report. Y'all didn't get the report. >> You can't do something off the first time when it's a continuous documentation. >> Police. I called police to my house. He came to my house. He did not document it because when I came up >> and then I documented it, >> but we came home a couple of days because of this. >> But no, did you guys call us and tell us? >> Well, when the police came out, I thought I thought he did all that with you guys. Cuz I was there when the police came out. A black guy. >> So that's not You know what I mean? >> That should have been handled up here. >> Listen with the police officer. >> When he came out, he didn't document it, right? I explain. Is is she your wife? >> Yes. >> Okay. So I explained that to your wife >> and that's my daughter. >> I know right now we still don't have any >> move. So what do you say, sir? You said relax. Calm down. >> I AM RELAX. >> THAT'S MY THAT'S MY CHILD. >> I UNDERSTAND. >> NO, YOU DON'T. >> YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT. >> Listening to her father, a lot of her behavior suddenly started to make sense. He wasn't exactly setting the greatest example. She walked away with three criminal charges. Battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. Maybe her new audience at the jail will be a little more interested in hearing her non-stop diss track. It's also a reminder that teaching kids respect and accountability from an early age can make a world of difference. Leaving behind the school drama and petty excuses, let's move on to a case where the consequences inside a school turned out to be far more serious than anyone expected. pepper spray me and and um they still head to the top of my eyes and everything. >> What happened? >> I pepper sprayed her. [music] >> Pepper spray who? >> Kamora, the tall girl. >> Why did you do that? >> Why do you have [music] pepper spray in the school? >> Yeah, that's exactly the question I'm trying to ask. On January 22nd, 2026, officers were dispatched to a middle school after receiving reports of a fight involving a dangerous weapon. So, what do you have left to do? >> Where's Lexi? Um, >> neither one of them or Lexi. >> Who? >> Who? Who's who did it? >> Do y'all know who sprayed the pepp? >> Can y'all >> It was Destiny. >> She spray and and um th everything. Where is the person that's bringing >> your hand over? What's your location? >> That's what I'm saying. I had nothing to do. >> Hey, look at me. You got to calm down. >> Do you have a phone that belongs to >> Where's the pepper spray? >> I don't know where the pepper spray was. Oh, >> stop. Stop rubbing it. Stop rubbing it. >> The twins. >> The twins sprayed her. Got Miss >> Are you the one? What happened? >> I pepper- sprayed her. >> Pepper sprayed who? >> Camora, the tall girl. >> Why did you do that? Why do you have pepper spray in the school? >> All right, come down here. Did you see it? >> No. You know what's up there? So what happened >> in Miss Jackson class? So Miss Jackson was in there. >> No, she's not here today. Mr. Shake was in there. >> Mr. Who? >> Shake. >> What's he look like? >> Is that >> He's a short man. >> White dude, black dude. >> He's my >> So he was the only one in there. >> He was the only one in there. >> What? >> Where's your purse in here? >> I think he found him right there. >> Sir, come down here. Do you have any other weapons on you? >> No. >> As soon as the police raided the place, the suspect was revealed. It was a young school girl who had instigated the brawl. But the question is, how did she manage to bring pepper spray into the school? >> So, as far as pepper spray in the classroom, I do not >> have a seat, young lady. So you want to tell me what took place. >> I just need to make you get charged for all this. >> You really need to understand and know that these are charges, baby. >> And he's the one was in there. He's witnessed everything. >> Okay. So look right there. Tell me what's up. So my kids were taking a few not >> when I called Miss Phillips. What happened? Why she's not leaving? >> And so she wouldn't leave. >> They both attacked. >> So before I could even call for help in the hallway. >> So was this by the restroom, Miss or >> this was right between just Miss Jackson's and my room? Literally, they were on the floor. >> You got sprayed. You got it on you. >> Yeah, I didn't get sprayed. >> Then I went and caught me. It was um it was like I don't know who the it was four people I think but I don't know who the other person was and then they went in um my classroom and somebody had opened the door for them and they told me that they was jumping destiny. I'm like who? And I thought it was playing and they were saying that they was for us. So then I went outside my classroom and then everybody was surrounding um Miss Jackson's classroom. And I had um some the door was already open and I had walked in there and then um Kamura got like when she seen me she ran up to me and then that's when I took the pepper spray. I was sprayed on her. >> Okay. So >> she started fighting. >> So she ran up to you and then you pulled the pepper spray >> and then you sprayed her >> and then y'all fought after you sprayed her? >> Yes. >> Okay. And why did you spray her again? She was just running towards you. She ran into the She left out of one classroom and ran into the classroom where the girl was that she sprayed. >> Okay. So, you went to class. >> No, that was not her class. >> So, Kamora was already in that classroom. She was in Miss Curry's room. Kamora was in Jackson's room. >> Even though Kamura was not supposed to be in Jackson's room, Mr. Shake was covering. So, Kamura was there. Somebody came and told her that they were fighting in Miss Jackson's room. She ran out of Curry's room without permission and ran into the room where the fight was. just because of childish rumors and squables. Really, this girl could have reported it to the teacher instead of doing something so stupid. >> Kamora was talking um about um me. She had um um she Kamora had found out that the girl who told the girl had told me and then she had got mad and um she had said she was going to fight me. >> So, from the first time y'all had beef, did you notify a teacher? >> No. >> Okay. Why didn't you notify a teacher? cuz I didn't think she really had beef cuz I thought she was over it. Like, >> okay. Do you not know how serious it is bringing weapons to school? >> And I'm already suspended 10 days pending a hearing. Um, there's so many kids impacted. She used it as a weapon. So, if you want to call in, I'm good with it. >> Yeah, I'm I'm standing. I did. I'm standing by. They're going to come back. >> Yeah, I told dad already. Okay. >> So, I told him once I hear back from you then I'll be able to either know if I'm dismissing her with brother or what. Um but right now we have how many people? Four people, four students who were severely impacted by the pepper spray and our nurse. >> Okay. Um the young lady that dislocated her shoulder. >> Mhm. She was a she was going to help her. >> It wasn't just the intended target who got hurt. Innocent students and even the school nurse ended up caught in the chaos. And so that's how she ended up dislocating her shoulder. I don't know if they fell or ran into the walls or what took place. But that's a product of fighting. You'll never know what might happen, >> right? But that dislocation was something that was not affiliated with the OC. >> That's what I don't know yet. That's what we're trying to figure out. >> Okay. >> Cuz I haven't even had a chance to talk to her fully yet. >> Okay. Um >> but right now what it'll be written up as is the four students who were impacted by the um spray and the one nurse um the dislocated shoulder. I'm trying to figure out if that will be packed on two of the I don't think so because they were already fighting. >> So in this day and age you know like with all the stuff that's going on in schools you're 14 right? Are you 54? You know we have like a zero tolerance for weapons, including like mace. Did you not know this? >> Something tells me she never got that message. Then again, I bet she skipped every class where the school covered it. A lot of people were affected and this act is causing a ripple effect, a a mass chain reaction that's affecting not just you, not just the people that got sprayed, not just the nurse, not just the people that were going to play the basketball game, not just the people who are going to attend, not just the people who are going to go provide security for that game, me, you know, but I mean it's so many people were affected by this. Okay. If you have beef, notify a teacher. Go to a counselor. Hey, I think this girl got a problem with me. Come see me. We'll sit y'all down. We'll work it out. Okay. And you're 14 doing this. So, you're on the pathway of winding up in theater in jail. We're doing stuff like this. Cuz here it's a bunch of kitties, but you do this outside where other women and men, they might in the face. Ask me how I know. So, I'm just standing by. I'm waiting to get a phone call and uh I should have that in the next couple minutes. So, just be patient. Uh do you got to use the bathroom or anything? Okay. All right. So, stand by. >> Police arrested the 14-year-old at school, charging her with aggravated assault involving pepper spray. She was transported to juvenile detention and received an immediate 10-day suspension while awaiting disciplinary action. And finally, let's head to a college campus for one last case. One with an ending you probably won't see coming. On August 14th, 2024, Antonio, a student with a history of assaulting other students, returned to campus just one day after being issued a trespass order. He then attempted to enter the principal's office without an appointment. >> Hey, Antonio. What's up, man? What's up? You ain't supposed to be here. >> What you mean? >> You got trespassed yesterday. Remember? >> No, I didn't. >> You did. I gave it to you. That's correct. >> So, you're on your way out. >> The dean. The dean is here. >> No, you're on your way out. The dean is here. >> You're either on your way out or you're getting arrested. >> The dean is here. >> The dean is here. The dean is here. >> The dean is here. Put your arms behind your back right now. >> The dean is here. I called them. There's a meeting. >> Okay, we'll find out. She wasn't here. >> We'll find out. >> Y'all need to stop being Y'all need to stop being presidents, man. Cuz y'all make me uncomfortable. I don't I don't trust y'all. >> Okay, let me search her real quick. >> I just need some help. >> There's no need for that, man. I don't have any weapons. I'm I'm going to continue to come in here because guess what? Did you hear what she said? She said the dean, right? The dean is here. The dean is here. This is president. This is racism, man. Just stop doing that. Just stop doing that. Did I bring y'all yesterday? >> I wasn't here yesterday. So all all I'm all I'm saying is man, >> were you trespassed yesterday? >> No, >> you weren't. You didn't get a piece of paper that said you were trespassing. >> Dude, didn't did you hear what she said to me yesterday? >> Did you get a piece of paper? >> Dude, they told me to come back in here and talk to the dean. >> Okay. >> What are you talking Hey, I need my stuff though. What? What? What? What are y'all taking it out? >> What are y'all taking out of my pocket? >> It's going with you. Don't worry about it. It's going with you. >> Just still though. That's That's nothing, man. Come on, man. That That's all necessary, man. You telling me to relax and stuff? >> Relax. >> Why y'all want to arrest me when I'm not down there by the dean though? >> You're under arrest for resisting. Do you understand that? >> I'm not resisting. You made me uncomfortable. You know I got I take medication. You make me paranoid. >> You said no and you started running. >> No. >> This incident certainly blew his academic prospects. But in fact, they had already vanished the moment he assaulted someone at school. >> Get off your feet. >> No. Get off your feet. >> I NEED MY MEDICATION. THEY TRYING TO KILL ME. NO. NO. I'M NOT I'M NOT DOING THAT, MAN. LEAVE ME THE ALONE, MAN. >> ANTONIO, is your name Antonio? >> LEAVE ME THE ALONE, MAN. I GOT A MEETING WITH THE TEAM, MAN. STOP. Leave me alone, man. >> Can you just chill and talk to me? All right. >> Leave me the alone, man. Stop, man. >> Please let me the I'm already in handcuffs, man. Leave me the alone, man. >> I don't want you to hurt yourself thrashing around, man. >> Leave me alone. LET ME GO, MAN. >> Could you leave me alone, man? We don't want you to follow me. >> I CAME TO THE OFFICE. THE DEAN WASN'T THERE. JUST WALKED PAST ME THIS MORNING. LEAVE ME ALONE, MAN. THAT'S WHAT I WAS WAITING FOR. That caused my mental that that cal my mental my mental stuff down. >> Okay. >> So, please. >> Okay. >> Can you can we sit you up so you're not hurt? I'm worried about your wrist. >> Like this. My anxiety and everything is wise right now. Do >> you mind if we lean you up right over there? >> Just stop talking to me, please. >> Same old story again. Blaming racism and then using mental illness as an excuse. This old trick doesn't fool anyone anymore. >> Where y'all taking me? >> Come on, man. Do y'all understand when people go have anxiety and all this stuff, man? cops get around them and touch them, man. They get they they don't get it. But the reason why they're touching, we don't want you to fall down. You talked >> I don't like I don't I don't I don't talk to the deans office, right? >> Okay. But I don't like being in handcuffs and doing stuff like this. He talking about I'm resisting. >> No, I did not run. >> You should have been on campus, right? >> It doesn't matter, man. You cannot do that, man. No, man. Call the ambulance over. >> Call the ambulance, man. No. I'm not feeling good, man. No. >> Okay. No. >> Call the ambulance, man. When we get when we get to the lockup. Yeah. You sitting there following me and man, WHY YOU FOLLOWING ME? >> Y'ALL KNOW I CAME IN HERE. I WAS SITTING down >> not liking this, man. >> Talking about resisting arrest, man. You didn't You didn't stop me. You didn't You didn't ask me what is my name or nothing. So, you're lying, man. Look, man. I'm feeling comfortable, man. Look, >> y'all taking stuff out of my out of my pocket, everything. I don't like that. It should have stayed in my pocket. I don't have any weapons. >> Resisting arrest, man. Ain't nobody resisting arresting, man. Why you got your hands on me, man? Where the am I going to go, man? Tell my mom trespassing. I'm not trespassing. You can't sit there and trespass me. I'm full of false. What are you doing? >> We don't want you to hurt your hands, man. >> What are you doing, man? >> You lean back on your back, you're going to hurt YOUR HANDS. >> IT'S MY OXYGEN. IT'S MY BODY. Why you got to keep touching me? >> Antonio, is there anything you want me to tell the medics? >> I'm going to talk to the managing. >> Out of excuses, Antonio dropped to the ground and refused to move, insisting he needed an ambulance. But when paramedics actually arrived, his reaction caught everyone off guard. >> Gentleman under arrest. He's trespassed from our campus. Refused to leave and then he pulled away and tried to run away. said he's got anxiety and he's not feeling well and he wants medic. Check him out. >> Walk down this way. >> Oh, we're He won't get up.
