I got this footage from Nassau County in Florida in June of 2022 officers responded to construction site where there reports that a construction worker suddenly began to act erratic and was swinging at people before he ran towards the Woodline as always the full police report is down in the description and I'll go over the outcome of the case at the end of the video I guess during that 15minute time lapse he's either taken off somewhere went and swimming he was literally like right at this tree line like so there's the trail that goes all the way around I dude the river he's a danger dude like I like I said I've known him since I was like 10 like 25 years and um I haven't seen him much over the last you know yeah I mean it looks like like I see you like Disturbed like dirt and all like I mean I know he's been back there it's just he's not yeah I'm so scared about a jogger dude he was out here like you don't see him you don't see like I'll show you that whole video he was like I mean I've seen people like and I'm like I'm like Dave like there's nothing out here but us dude and uh I'm just worried about him cuz he kept looking at me and he would be like don't don't [ __ ] do it Tony and I was like Dave like I'm not doing anything he's like what are you doing with your why you got your hammer out and I was like Dave bro we're on the job dude I was like come on man you know I was like dude take take the tool bags off I've SE I've seen it a million times man it seemed like it started to kick in the closer we got out here cuz we come from Orange Park yeah and uh I was like I told like bro I got my son out here today I'm like disrespectful man yeah I mean if he even if you just see him call me we'll come back out like like even if he doesn't do anything you just see him like and you're worried about his sister he gave me a number to call like I could tell he was starting to go off in it and I was like dude like give me somebody to call for you you know and um he said call my girl but it ended up being a sister's phone number and she immediately like was like call the cops he's in extreme danger to to to people when he's like this so he's in the woods yeah he they said they took off to the woods uh there's a they there's more than one no I well I I told him to stand out in the field to I said if you stand in that field I said you're not a danger to anybody dude like I'll leave you alone I said but if you don't leave I said I'm I'm calling the cops and like you're not going cuz he kept looking at my son real crazy and then he was just trying to fight the air right I got you I was like man I've known this dude like 20 years and I did not know that this was like a thing you know yeah I got you like holy [ __ ] meth is a wonderful drug is not yeah it makes you do crazy things wow oh yeah no by the time we got to the job I was like I was a little uncomfortable I was like maybe he took like a 5our energy you know like maybe no God if he got a 5 like that I need that no that's I told him right here he's like he's like why why are you looking at me like that man I said bro your pupils are are going crazy I was like you're you're wired I said my son's out here I said this is super disrespectful and then that's when my son walked behind him to go get on the roof and he was like and he looked at my kid dude and he was like and I was like dude I stepped in front of him I was like bro like yeah you know come on man yeah like don't what are you doing he's like I don't know man what am I doing man what am I doing and I was like dude go stand in the field I was like go stand in the field you'll be away from everybody and then you seen him out there dude he's did that [ __ ] for just like flailing around dude he did it for 30 minutes man like you mind come over here and talking with us man say what I said you mind come over here and talking with us man about what man about what about today we just want to check on you to make sure that you're good we can't really do that whenever you're like submerged in the water why we can't see is this private property am I trespass yeah technically you are on private property this is a construction site so I'm trespassing is that what you're telling me if he doesn't want you hear anymore then yeah your coworker your friend whatever how does he dictate what I got going on because you work for him this is a construction site I don't so then why are you here then I met him up here you met him up here y he's my buddy and uh he started acting kind of funny he started the kind of funny well both of us actually I don't smoke we and you smoked a joint with me I had anxiety attack and I had walk away and get the water and cool off man so he he don't tell me where to go this is private property I'll leave all well come on I'll don't have to leave now Tak you to swim right so you want to play them kind of games are they I mean is that the law or am I am I trust I just told you that to do trespass construction site because he would already been allowed to work to be here to work and but if he's stating that he doesn't I mean yeah but maybe just but if he brought him here to work as I'm saying like whatever's on the other side of here that's where he's at Out To The nasau River To The nasau River yes dude and there are when I tell you the the Gators that are in here huge promise you I saw one the other day when I got the entire time he said he had he said he was he had anxiety he needed to get in the pond and and cool off they believe that he was onth yeah they believe that he was on meth on all that type of stuff he said he smok weed but that was not weed and then like said there's Gators out here in the water man we don't want you to get hurt look go I'm being cool with you I'm being chill with you there's nothing going on with you right now we just want you get out of the water cuz this current is strong and we don't want to have to come out here and cooperated with you and you know what did you qu your away uh I for what well you didn't tell me I was being detained for any criminal charge and you didn't tell me why yes you have to tell me why huh the law says I'm innocent until proven guilty La yes yeah oh okay okay all right I can't believe you man the suspect was charged with one felony count of trespassing on a construction site and two misdemeanors one for resisting an officer without violence and one for disorderly intoxication he was not giving any bail so he had to spend one month and 10 days in jail before the prosecutors in August decided to drop the felony charge down to a misdemeanor right after that he pleaded no contest and was found guilty of both the trespassing and the resisting and adjudication was withheld for the disorderly intoxication he was sentenced to 1 month and 10 days in jail which he was given credit for for the time he served in order to pay $200 in restitution to the state's victim fund as
