on February 4th 2022 deputies of the Santa Rosa County in Florida pulled over a truck going 55 in a 45 Zone and as always the full police report is down in the description and I'll go over the outcome of the case at the end of the video 157 give me traffic got one and detained on the ground it up no you can stay right there you want to run and act like a dumbass you get treated like one you have a unit step it up I got uh three suspects on the wheel dude but reaching around on the Wheel oh step out step out let's go oh put the car apart put the car apart go ahead okay let's go step out step out hey what's on your back it's not in an ant hill yeah [Music] at least have my money wow I'll get your money in a minute walk she's digging all around in her pockets and everything else that's our bag right there that she tried to throw too so thank you all right my man um I'm going to read you some stuff and then we'll talk um you have the right to remain silent anything you say Canon will be used against you in court yeah you understand each year each of these rights have read you okay having these rights in mind you wish to talk to me now can I ask you some questions uh he several things but the reason you got pulled over you're doing 55 and a 45 back there okay and then he lit you up and you kept driving let's get around here well speeding failure to maintain a single Lane all of those things not when you touch the inside Lane and outside Lane multiple times while driving down the road where are you headed to right now man where do you live at um what's this package you had in your lap that you dropped on the ground food uh not that I was able to see I played smeared the queer all right was it ever a Pursuit no okay uh just slow stop 15 16 miles an hour down the road just Slow Rolling charges on it yeah this thing naloxone bottle on her it's to keep from overdose it's like Narcan okay what's going on Canine Deputy hell with Santa Rosa County Sheriff's office I'm going to read you something okay just because you're detained in the back of a car right now okay you have the right to remain silent anything he's too a lawyer do you understand those rights that I've explained to you have you previously requested any law enforcement officer to allow you to speak with an attorney yes yes okay with these rights of Mind do you wish to talk with me I'm not sure what you want to talk about okay it's either yes or no I just for me to ask any questions or talk with you you can stop at any time like I said so will you be willing to with these rights of mine do you wish to talk with me okay all right so the there's a bag up there in the front seat that has a locked container in it is that yours okay whose is that what um I don't know I don't even know what they just picked it okay well they're they're all saying it's your bags what color is it it's a black and white striped bag okay what's the code to that to get into it okay all right just trying to keep people from stealing your makeup no well there's like six toys in it and stuff okay thank you all right yeah and when you said box I thought like a lock box or something no it just has the little lock on it okay I also found a a syringe underneath where you were sitting that was uncapped I was saying my bag is that but I do not use needles and um she was sitting in the front seat until I got in like to the car and she jumped into the back seat so I could get in the car okay well I'm gonna know because it's it's uncapped yeah that's fine but if I sit in that seat I'm gonna know that there's a syringe that I'm sitting on that's uncapped oh no I didn't I mean I got this big puffy like um coat on and I just jumped in the car nothing poked me out oh my God I hope nothing poked me but yeah no the reason why you took off running from the traffic stop is because um I missed court um so you knew you had a warrant and then you had a warrant and and I've been keeping up my bondsman and he said I didn't add a new core day on three three and um and I was planning on going to court on three three with a lawyer okay you know and I was just trying to stay free until three three and I can go I got you but did you not hear me yell your name and yell you to stop and tell you to stop I stopped because I knew you was going to be stuck yeah because you're you're lucky that I didn't release my dog I was like you didn't either I'm sorry I just didn't want to go to jail I know I'm going to jail but I I really because now you've caught an additional charge of resisting sorry sir okay when you get to jail you know you go through a body scanner and you're gonna you're gonna go through you know and be searched again and everything do you have anything shoved anywhere or anything like that that we missed yes sir okay you don't have anything else on you no sir to get everybody this opportunity because it's an additional felony to bring anything inside the facility you understand that all right hang out insert my mouth is on fire from your mind I'll see if I can get you some water here in just a second okay yeah I saw it there's no stuff in his pants just make sure you don't see anything what's up dude all right here's the deal man um I'm gonna give you a chance to be honest with me okay even though you've lied to me so far okay um you know we found your ice in the car okay both I'm just being straight up with you both passengers just told me you tossed that in the back and when we let you up and that they saw you shoving something in your pants at least they think you shoved something in your pants and you keep playing with yourself there so I'm going to give you a chance to be honest with me okay um you don't have to go to jail today but you need to be honest with me okay what else do you have on you there's no heroin or anything on you not in your underwear when they get to the jail if they strip search you they're not going to find anything no that's that's not what they're saying dude listen to me I know who she is but okay oh why are both of them saying the same thing I talked to them separately okay just one second say I don't know I just I went to the hospital he hit me up with something I was asleep for about six hours and I woke up and I wasn't hurting no more but that was when I was when I was 25 so right I'm like man I don't want another one so I don't know if it was a kidney stone or not that blank said that's just my personal experience so she says that he has it on right and that's why I'm trying to get into the jail because then we'll find that [ __ ] in the gym and then they'll charge in felonies and then with her so I'll be taking her and she has our warrant actually um you'll take her Corey's gonna take the other guy and 243 he'll say 10-8 down here okay I just never did a transport yet so super easy barely an inconvenience you literally pull into the in fact if you fall before you'll be able to walk into it okay great it's a booking ticket there's also three Zanny bars here in our cars huh and her stuff Nikki's hey real quick can we just pull him out and check the car really good because he's he had to pee really bad and all of a sudden he's super comfortable and he's like you can search me you can you know whatever actually was there a bunch of sand in the back it was a weaver like all that was there there's like a little pile of it that was there already can you look see between the two seat belt buckles you got to get up right there that little pile was there already that no it shouldn't be like that okay that's okay let me get a test kit real quick dude there's all this brown powder all over the seat all of a sudden and it's testing positive for heroin it was just enough to get sent off I guess because it's spread everywhere we gonna move back to this car back here I'm sorry I'm sorry with that we're gonna move this car back here okay kick your feet out done foreign seat belt on or off you don't need it all right sir um I know I'm disgusted by puke but she did puke in the back of this car if you want to go check it out you know he probably followed something funny but yeah oh as soon as she asked for the water I was like yeah she swallows something so but um I'll let him know he has a present in the back of his car you ready to move her into your car I already did he got something in the back your car that you need to take care of what is it okay yeah she puked back there yeah interestingly Chris the driver was only charged with one felony account of fleeing and looting officers which was later dropped to a misdemeanor account of reckless driving first offense he was able to make his bond to five thousand dollars and pretty quickly pleaded no contest and was adjudicated guilty of the reckless driving he was fined about 650 and sentenced to 35 days in jail which is the amount of credit he was given for time served the passenger Nicole was actually out on bond from an incident that happened less than a month earlier that I've actually featured on the channel before she wasn't given any new charges with this incident and the case that she was originally
