in March of 2022 the Mariana Police Department in Florida received 911 calls about a man brandishing a firearm in a parking lot as always the full police report will be down in the description and I'll go over the outcome of the case at the end of the video ma'am get inside Keep Your Hands Up I see it come on yeah we'll get it sorted out come on Step Up Step Up Step Up Step Up come here come here foreign yeah I'm good sir no they they have what they want okay when you get done with your cigarette when you spit it spit it that way okay maybe don't tell me what I can I cannot do okay what I want you really want to do that yeah Mr Gilly are you willing to perform standardized field sobriety exercises you're not no okay you understand that failure to do that when I ask you to means that I'm not driving my old lady is right over there at the uh okay we're gonna have to make a determination whether or not to arrest you based on what we have already what we have here if you're not willing to perform standardized this Friday exercise whatever okay right now you're being placed under arrest for driving under the influence okay um go ahead and load them up and then take them to the office park behind me yeah you got his driver license Walk This Way with us sir I might have to get it to me and hand it to me she's got it already and I will uh I'll get it out yeah um when you get to jail I didn't know the I can't get into it watch your tail are you moving okay the same code my sergeant told me to take you here well he said take you here at the office coming in hours six eight five six eight five oh come on again y'all ain't beating me nope there's cameras in the department my camera's on Sir contact Donnie edenfield I ain't getting out you only beat me nope no ma'am contact Donnie edenfield okay come on let's go inside go [ __ ] yourself contact Donna edinville shut the door I'm not shutting the door well that's fine contact Donnie edenfield shared I know who he is okay that's my cousin I'm not coming by myself I'm not calling anybody well go call him you're here to do a breath test don't give a [ __ ] come on get out I'm in the back of your car nope I'm not getting beat I'm in the back of a cop car contact Enfield 13-9 0 how far along are you I'm not refusing if you'll help me get my feet out [Music] you won no you can get it you refuse to know get back in you know reason I'm taking you to jail that's not a charge that's another charge now get back in um I'm not fighting with you anymore and get back in because you're going to jail another charge for Bruce Fusion get back in I said I was gonna get out for you no you didn't after I called for him to come here get back in you're going to jail it's another charge did I not just get out you're not getting out yes ma'am I actually twice to get out and we're going in there Brett test and you refuse to get out that test that's fine and you're refused to get out driver but you didn't see my old lady driving get back in I'm not fighting with you get your foot in watch your knee foreign the suspect Daniel was charged with two Criminal Traffic counts one for reckless driving with alcohol and one for driving while license is suspended or revoked he was also charged with one misdemeanor count of resisting without violence and then about 10 days later the charge of driving with suspended license was upgraded to more serious misdemeanor of knowingly driving with a suspended license he made a first appearance in court the day after he was taken to jail where he was given and able to post a 2500 Bond about three months after the arrest he pled guilty to all charges he was sentenced to nine months in jail for the reckless driving sequence and nine months in jail for the resisting without violence sequence and given one month and 28 days of credit for time served these sentences are supposed to be served concurrently meaning at the same time so it's not 18 months total but nine months both at the same time if you like this video please consider subscribing as I post exclusive videos like this every week and if you know of an incident you want to see on body cam feel free to reach out to me in the email address or Facebook page linked in the about section of my YouTube channel
